В настоящий момент технология цифрового двойника находит все большее применение во всех сферах промышленности. Влияя на эффективность бизнес-процессов предприятия, цифровой двойник формирует конкурентные преимущества, снижает себестоимость продукции при повышении ее качества. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методического инструментария к оценке влияния и внедрению цифровых двойников. В работе рассматривается понятие цифровых двойников, вопросы положительного и негативного влияния на бизнес-процессы и эффективность бизнес-процессов предприятия. В качестве источников использовалась научно-исследовательская и методическая литература, нормативно-правовые акты и финансовая отчетность организаций в открытом доступе. В магистерской диссертации был предложен методический инструментарий к оценке влияния и внедрению цифровых двойников, основанный на оценке целесообразности внедрения цифровых двойников, оценке эффективности внедрения цифрового двойника в бизнес-процессы производства с использованием коэффициентов повышения экономии и разработке стратегической карты внедрения цифрового двойника. / At the moment, digital twin technology is increasingly being used in all areas of industry. Influencing the efficiency of business processes of an enterprise, the digital twin creates competitive advantages, reduces the cost of production while improving its quality. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop methodical tools for assessing the impact and implementation of digital twins. The paper discusses the concept of digital twins, issues of positive and negative impact on business processes and the efficiency of enterprise business processes. As sources, research and methodical literature, legal acts and financial statements of organizations in the public domain were used. In the master's thesis, a methodical toolkit was proposed for assessing the impact and implementation of digital twins, based on assessing the feasibility of introducing digital twins, evaluating the effectiveness of introducing a digital twin into business processes of production using savings increase factors and developing a strategic map for implementing a digital twin.

В диссертации был проведен анализ литературы и нормативно-справочной документации по теме диссертации, по результатам исследования была сформирована таблица сравнений медицинских информационных систем. Разработаны требования к медицинским системам. В ходе работы были построены модели исследуемых бизнес-процессов и разработан новый блок медицинской информационной системы для клиники «Геном-Волга». / The analysis of literature and normative-reference documentation on the subject of the thesis was carried out in the thesis, the table of comparisons of medical information systems was formed based on the results of the research. Предметом исследования выступают экономические отношения, возникающие в процессе осуществления и развития ломбардного бизнеса. Основной целью диссертационной работы является разработка практических мероприятий по совершенствованию ломбардного бизнеса в России на основе изучения теоретического контента кредитных отношений и выявленных проблем его осуществления. Сфера общественного питания является динамично развивающейся отраслью рыночной экономики. Изо дня в день на рынок общественного питания проникают новые игроки, которые несут за собой инновационные идеи развития бизнеса в сфере питания. Актуальность темы обусловлена тем, что в Екатеринбурге нет предприятия общественного питания, которое бы специализировалось на предоставлении расширенного ассортимента чайной продукции и организации культурно-досуговой деятельности. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка концепции ресторана чая. Объектом выпускной квалификационной работы является ресторанный бизнес. Предметом исследования будут организационные аспекты открытия ресторана чая. Теоретическая ценность заключается в том, что в работе собраны, проанализированы и систематизированы различные источники литературы по теме исследования; а также составлен бизнес – план для начала деятельности и изучен рынок чайной индустрии в Екатеринбурге. Практическая значимость разработанной концепции состоит в возможности ее использования для проектирования нового ресторана чая. Итогом выпускной квалификационной работы явилась разработка концепции специализированного ресторана чая, а также его культурно-досуговой деятельности. Планируется, что в новом специализированном ресторане чая будут функционировать отдельные чайные комнаты и интерактивные площадки, каждая из которых будет оформлена в стиле определенной страны и передавать ее атмосферу. В проектируемом ресторане гостям будет предложен следующий перечень оказываемых услуг: чайные церемонии, дегустации, школа чайного искусства, квест и другое. Также был составлен бизнес-план по открытию ресторана чая «ARABIKA Excellence». Для того чтобы спланировать деятельность по созданию ресторана была построена. / The catering industry is a dynamically developing sector of a market economy. The theoretical value lies in the fact that various sources of literature on the topic of research are collected, analyzed and systematized; as well as a business plan was drawn up to start the activity and the market of the tea industry in Yekaterinburg was studied. The practical significance of the developed concept lies in the possibility of using it to design a new tea restaurant. The result of the final qualification work was the development of the concept of a specialized tea restaurant, as well as its cultural and leisure activities. It is planned that in the new specialized tea restaurant there will be separate tea rooms and interactive platforms, each of which will be decorated in the style of a particular country and convey its atmosphere. In the designed restaurant, the guests will be offered the following list of services: tea ceremonies, tastings, a school of tea art, quest and more. Disruptions in logistics lead to disruption of the continuity of the supply chain. The purpose of the research is to introduce innovations in the business model of a transport company to solve relevant logistics problems.

Структура магистерской диссертации включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список использованных источников и приложения. Во введении обоснована актуальность темы исследования, поставлена цель и определены задачи, выделен объект и предмет, обозначена научная новизна, представлена методологическая и информационная база, а также раскрыта практическая значимость. В первой главе работы изучаются теоретические основы бизнес-планирования на предприятии, рассматриваются методические основы формирования инвестиционного бизнес-плана, определены проблемы и распространенные ошибки при составлении бизнес-плана. Во второй главе магистерской диссертации представлен анализ хозяйственной деятельности и финансового состояния ООО «Профиль», изучается организационно-экономическая характеристика предприятия, анализ основных показателей хозяйственной деятельности предприятия и дается оценка финансового состояния и финансовой устойчивости объекта исследования. Предметом исследования выступает организационно-управленческая деятельность по реализации стратегии диверсификации предприятия общественного питания в процессе создания ресторана нового формата. Разработан методический подход в форме алгоритма для предприятий общественного питания, диверсифицирующих свою деятельность, позволяющий компаниям экономить все виды ресурсов на нецелевых действиях и повышающий устойчивость и эффективность бизнеса. / The purpose of the study is to develop a methodological approach and test it for the implementation of a strategy for the diversification of the restaurant business in the regional market.
