В магистерской диссертации проведено исследование систем бизнес-анализа. Объект исследования: бизнес–процессы подготовки управленческой отчетности ПАО «Уральский банк реконструкции и развития». Предмет исследования: процесс анализа и построения витрины данных для отчетности посредством BI – систем в ПАО «Уральский банк реконструкции и развития». Целью работы является анализ и обработка данных банка для построения интерактивных отчетов для упрощения формирования экономической отчетности. Полученные результаты и их новизна: анализ данных и разработка интерактивных отчетов имеет конечные цели, результатом достижения которых является получение банком конкурентных преимуществ. / In the master's thesis conducted a study of business analysis systems. Object of study: business processes of preparation of management reporting of PJSC Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Subject of research: the process of analyzing and building data marts for reporting through BI systems in PJSC Ural Bank of Reconstruction and Development. The purpose of the work is to analyze and process data bank to build interactive reports to simplify the formation of economic reporting. The results obtained and their novelty: data analysis and development of interactive reports has final goals, the result of which is the bank obtaining competitive advantages.

As a part of this study a solution is being developed to evaluate the effectiveness of the components of the MES system. The bottom line is to assess the degree of use of standard functionalities (taking into account their weight ratio) as compared to design modifications for different projects. Analysis of the data provided to the user allows making clear, based on real indicators conclusions about the effectiveness of each component (or module) of the system, allowing to highlight the weak points of the system and determine the trajectory of the further development of each component and the entire software product. / В рамках данной работы разрабатывается решение для оценки эффективности компонентов MES-системы. Суть заключается в оценке степени использования стандартных функциональностей (с учетом коэффициента их весомости) по сравнению с проектными доработками для разных проектов. Анализ предоставляемых пользователю данных позволяет делать четкие, основанные на реальных показателях выводы об эффективности каждого компонента (или модуля) системы, позволяя выделять слабые места системы и определять траектория дальнейшего развития как каждого компонента, так и всего программного продукта в целом.

Актуальность темы обусловлена тем, что сегодня детским интернет-магазинам для сохранения своей конкурентоспособности на рынке детского ритейла, необходимо анализировать бизнес-процессы, устранять их недостатки, искать пути оптимизации и совершенствования бизнес-процессов. Целью данной выпускной квалификационной работы является автоматизация аналитической деятельности интернет-магазина Momchecked с применением методов машинного обучения. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в практическом применении предлагаемого способа на предприятии и получении экономической выгоды от результата внедрения информационной системы. Ключевой новизной диссертации является рассмотрение инновационных методов автоматизации аналитической отчетности предприятий, позволяющие повысить скорость обработки информации и снизить издержки компании за счет высвобождения рабочего времени сотрудников. / The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that today, for children's online stores to maintain their competitiveness in the children's retail market, it is necessary to analyze business processes, eliminate their shortcomings, and look for ways to optimize and improve business processes. The aim of this final qualification work is to automate the analytical activities of the Momchecked online store using machine learning methods. The practical significance of the study lies in the practical application of the proposed method at the enterprise and obtaining economic benefits from the result of the implementation of the information system. The key novelty of the dissertation is the consideration of innovative methods for automating the analytical reporting of enterprises, which can increase the speed of information processing and reduce company costs by freeing up staff time.

В данной работе изучены ИТ-технологии в ресторанном бизнесе, изучены виды и особенности электронных меню, представленных на рынке, сравнены их функционалы, построена полная модель ресторана «Дубровин», проанализированы существующие бизнес-процессы на рассматриваемом предприятии, построены модели as-is, to-be, разработан календарный план-график внедрения электронного меню, построена системно-динамическую модель обслуживания гостей в ресторане, оценена экономическая эффективность внедрения электронного меню. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в возможности применения спроектированного электронного меню в качестве эффективного инструмента автоматизации заказов в ресторане. / In this master's thesis, IT technologies in the restaurant business were studied, the types and features of electronic menus presented on the market were studied, their functionals were compared, the full model of the Dubrovin restaurant was built, existing business processes at the enterprise under consideration were analyzed, models as-is, to –be were built, a calendar schedule for introducing an e-menu has been developed, a system-dynamic model of serving guests in a restaurant has been built, and the economic efficiency of introducing an e-menu has been evaluated. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the designed electronic menu as an effective tool for automating orders in a restaurant.

В работе раскрыты теоретико-методологические и правовые основы развития предпринимательского потенциала молодежи; проведен анализ развития предпринимательства среди молодежи выявлены проблемы развития предпринимательства среди молодежи Свердловской области, разработаны рекомендации. По результатом исследования разработаны программы проведения тренингов для начинающих молодых предпринимателей. / The paper reveals the theoretical, methodological and legal foundations for the development of the entrepreneurial potential of young people; analyzes the development of entrepreneurship among young people; identifies the problems of entrepreneurship development among the youth of the Sverdlovsk region; and develops recommendations. The scientific novelty of the research lies in finding ways to improve the efficiency of business processes of an enterprise based on SAP analytics for the tourism business. The practical significance of the study lies in the practical application of the proposed method for increasing the efficiency of business processes in a travel agency and obtaining economic benefits from the result of the implementation of the information system.

Актуальность данной работы заключается в поиске конкурентоспособ-ной стратегии развития отечественных авиакомпаний путем трансформации бизнес-модели для увеличения прибыли и снижения затрат. В результате, находясь в жесткой конкуренции, многие авиакомпании отходят от канонов классической и бюджетной бизнес-моделей. Объектом исследования является авиакомпания ПАО «Аэрофлот». Предметом исследования являются направления трансформация эле-ментов бизнес-модели авиаперевозчика для формирования конкурентоспо-способной стратегии развития. В связи с этим цель выпускной квалификационной работы – оценить, позволяет ли предпринимаемая трансформация бизнес-модели крупнейшей российской авиакомпании ПАО «Аэрофлот» создать конкурентоспособную стратегию развития в условиях глобальной конкуренции. Были получены следующие выводы: Представлена бизнес-модель как современный инструмент проектирования конкурентоспособной стратегии развития; Выявлены типы существующих бизнес-моделей, используемых авиакомпаниями, и определены ключевые аспекты каждой бизнес-модели; Типологизированы действующующая бизнес-модель авиакомпании ПАО «Аэрофлот»; Оценена эффективность бизнес-модели авиакомпании в средней и долгосрочной перспективе с точки зрения создания конкурентоспособной стратегии на разных промежутках планирования. / The relevance of this work lies in the search for a competitive strategy for the development of domestic airlines by transforming the business model to increase profits and reduce costs. As a result, being in fierce competition, many airlines are deviating from the canons of classic and low-cost business models. The object of the research is the airline PJSC "Aeroflot". The subject of the research is the direction of transformation of elements of the air carrier's business model to form a competitive development strategy. In this regard, the goal of the final qualification work is to assess whether the ongoing transformation of the business model of the largest Russian airline, PJSC Aeroflot, makes it possible to create a competitive development strategy in the context of global competition. The following conclusions were obtained: - The business model is presented as a modern tool for designing a competitive development strategy; - Identified types of existing business models used by airlines and identified key aspects of each business model; - The current business model of the airline PJSC Aeroflot was typologized; Evaluated the effectiveness of the airline's business model in the medium and long term in terms of creating a competitive strategy at different planning intervals.

Актуальность темы обусловлена тем, что в настоящее время рынок ПВХ конструкций перенасыщен предложениями, поэтому, чтобы предприятию оставаться конкурентоспособным, необходима модернизация бизнес-процессов, которая позволяет значительно их ускорить, уменьшить себестоимость выпускаемой продукции, чётко распределить обязанности и зоны ответственности сотрудников, минимизировать количество брака на производстве. Целью магистерской диссертации является изучение производственного процесса предприятия ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ», определение наиболее подходящего пути модернизации и осуществление внедрения предложенных мероприятий, а также проведение сравнительного анализа производства до внедрения модернизации и после. Объектом исследования данной работы являются бизнес-процессы предприятия ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ», предметом исследования — модернизация бизнес-процессов производства ПВХ окон на предприятии ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ». Научная новизна заключается в исследовании известных способов модернизации бизнес-процессов, формировании подхода для осуществления модернизации бизнес-процессов на предприятии ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ» и применение их к объекту исследования. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена формированием конкретных рекомендаций по модернизации бизнес-процессов компании, позволяющие ей повысить эффективность производства, уменьшить себестоимость продукции и минимизировать процент брака. Проведенную модернизацию можно считать экономически эффективной: анализ финансовых показателей (NPV > 0, DPP < Tмакс, IRR > СС) наглядно продемонстрировал, что предложенные решения для модернизации бизнес-процессов предприятия ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ» экономически результативны, срок окупаемости составил 3 месяца. / The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that at present the market of PVC structures is oversaturated with offers, therefore, in order for the enterprise to remain competitive, it is necessary to modernize business processes, which can significantly speed up them, reduce the cost of manufactured products, clearly assign responsibilities and areas of responsibility of employees, minimize the number of defects in production. The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the production process of the enterprise LLC "REGIONPLAST", to determine the most suitable way of modernization and implementation of the proposed measures, as well as to conduct a comparative analysis of production before the implementation of modernization and after. The object of the study of this work is the business processes of the enterprise LLC "REGIONPLAST", the subject of the study is the modernization of the business processes of production of PVC windows at the enterprise LLC "REGIONPLAST". Scientific novelty lies in the study of known methods of modernization of business processes, the formation of an approach for the implementation of the modernization of business processes at the company "REGIONPLAST" and their application to the object of research. The practical significance of the work is due to the formation of specific recommendations for the modernization of the company's business processes, allowing it to increase production efficiency, reduce the cost of production and minimize the percentage of rejects. The modernization carried out can be considered cost-effective: the analysis of financial indicators (NPV> 0, DPP <Tmax, IRR> CC) clearly demonstrated that the proposed solutions for modernizing the business processes of the REGIONPLAST LLC enterprise are economically effective, the payback period was 3 months.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена разработке методов повышения эффективности бизнес-процессов в сети салонов оптики. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и списка использованных источников. В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические аспекты управления бизнес-процессами. Во второй главе проведен анализ и дана оценка существующей ситуации в оптической сфере в России и в мире. Третья глава посвящена разработке рекомендаций по повышению эффективности бизнес-процессов на примере сети оптик «#1». / The master's thesis is devoted to the development of methods to improve the efficiency of business processes in the network of optical salons. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of sources used. The first chapter discusses the theoretical aspects of business process management. The second chapter analyzes and evaluates the current situation in the optical sphere in Russia and in the world. The third chapter is devoted to the development of recommendations for improving the efficiency of business processes on the example of the optics network "#1".

Цель работы: улучшение показателей эффективности взыскания с клиента банка просроченной задолженности и уменьшение затрат на процесс взыскания при помощи внедрения сторонней разработки (робота-коллектора) в текущий бизнес-процесс предприятия. Для достижения данной цели работы были определены следующие задачи: изучить теоретические основы моделирования бизнес-процессов (понятия, методологии, нотации); проанализировать рынок программных продуктов для моделирования бизнес-процессов; изучить и описать исследуемый бизнес-процесс предприятия; проанализировать модель AS IS, выявить недостатки, построить модель TO BE; разработать план проекта; провести расчеты экономической эффективности проекта; сделать заключение по проведенной работе. В процессе выполнения данной работы для моделирования бизнес-процессов была использована методология BPMN, а для практической реализации проекта использовались следующие инструменты – MS Visio, MS Project, MS SQL SERVER, QlikView, Access. Результаты выпускной квалификационной работы были использованы в процессе модернизации бизнес-процесса Банка ПАО КБ «УБРиР». / The purpose of the work: to improve the efficiency of collecting overdue debts from the bank's client and reduce the costs of the collection process by introducing a third-party development (a collector robot) into the current business process of the enterprise. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were defined: to study the theoretical foundations of business process modeling (concepts, methodologies, notations); to analyze the market of software products for modeling business processes; to study and describe the business process of the enterprise under study; analyze the AS IS model, identify shortcomings, build a TO BE model; develop a project plan; calculate the economic efficiency of the project; make a conclusion on the work carried out. In the course of this work, BPMN methodology was used to model business processes, and the following tools were used for the practical implementation of the project - MS Visio, MS Project, MS SQL SERVER, QlikView, Access. The results of the final qualification work were used in the process of modernization of the business process of the Bank of PJSC CB "UBRiR".
