В работе предложен методический подход к анализу и оценке факторов частных инвестиций в инновационные проекты малого бизнеса, который позволяет разрабатывать меры, направленные на стимулирование роста частных инвестиций в инновационные проекты малого бизнеса. Также получена совокупность моделей, которые позволяют получать количественные оценки влияния экономических факторов на объем частного инвестирования в инновационные проекты малого бизнеса и строить прогнозы его развития. / The aim of the work is to analyze and evaluate significant factors in the development of private investment in innovative small business projects. The paper proposes a methodical approach to the analysis and evaluation of factors of private investment in innovative small business projects, which allows you to develop measures aimed at stimulating the growth of private investment in innovative small business projects. Also, a set of models that allow the aim is to obtain quantitative estimates of the impact of economic factors on the volume of private investment in innovative small business projects and to make forecasts of its development.

Цель исследования – разработать методические основы управления изменениями при планировании и внедрении ресурсных и финансовых модулей ERP-системы на промышленном предприятии для управления производством. Предложена дорожная карта управления изменениями при внедрении ERP-системы, особенностью которой является последовательность этапов планирования изменений, анализа внутренней среды и организации работы команды трансформации на основе идентификации чемпионов и владельцев процессов, оценки эффективности внедрения решений, управления цифровой культурой и наличия цифровых компетенций, поддерживающих трансформацию. Предложенная карта позволит поддержать стратегию компании по повышению прозрачности внутренней среды и акцентировать внимание на процессах вовлечения персонала и использования его интеллектуального потенциала для достижения операционной эффективности. / The purpose of the study is to develop methodological foundations for change management in the planning and implementation of resource and financial modules of the ERP system at an industrial enterprise for production management. A roadmap for change management during the implementation of an ERP system is proposed, a feature of which is the sequence of stages of planning changes, analyzing the internal environment and organizing the work of the transformation team based on the identification of champions and process owners, evaluating the effectiveness of implementing solutions, managing digital culture and the availability of digital competencies that support transformation. The proposed map will support the company's strategy to increase the transparency of the internal environment and focus on the processes of involving personnel and using their intellectual potential to achieve operational efficiency.

Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографического списка и приложений. В работе рассмотрены теоретико-прикладные аспекты создания бизнес-парков и общественных пространств в рамках комплексного развития территории. Проведено маркетинговое исследование офисной, складской и производственной недвижимости, обозначены обоснования для выбора концепции проекта, изучена возможность применения государственно-частного партнерства при создании общественного пространства, представлена концепция проекта. Определены источники финансирования, сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a bibliographic list and appendices. The paper considers theoretical and applied aspects of the creation of business parks and public spaces within the framework of the integrated development of the territory. A marketing study of office, warehouse and industrial real estate was conducted, the justifications for the choice of the project concept were outlined, the possibility of using public-private partnership in the creation of public space was studied, the project concept was presented. The sources of financing have been identified, the project budget has been formed, and the indicators of the economic efficiency of the project have been calculated. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the results of the study are summarized.

Цель исследования – разработка инвестиционного проекта автоматизации бизнес-процессов на сельскохозяйственном предприятии. Научная новизна выпускной квалификационной работы заключается в определении требований для выбора системы автоматизации предприятия сельскохозяйственного производственного кооператива; определении этапов схемы автоматизации бизнес-процессов организации при ее присоединении к экосистеме; разработке методологии автоматизации внешних бизнес-процессов организации при ее присоединении к экосистеме; составлении бизнес-плана инвестиционного проекта, отвечающего всем заданным параметрам автоматизации бизнес-процессов предприятия. Эффективность исследовательской работы состоит в оптимизации маркетинговой деятельности СПК «Птицесовхоз «Скатинский»» в следствие использования предоставляемых бизнес-экосистемой современных методов работы сельскохозяйственных предприятий, а именно расширение рынка сбыта продукции, продвижение услуг в условиях ограниченного спроса и возможность цифрового управления сельскохозяйственным предприятием. / The purpose of the study is to develop an investment project for the automation of business processes at an agricultural enterprise. The effectiveness of the research work consists in optimizing the marketing activities of the SEC "Poultry Farm "Skatinsky"" as a result of the use of modern methods of work of agricultural enterprises provided by the business ecosystem, namely, the expansion of the market for products, the promotion of services in conditions of limited demand and the possibility of digital management of an agricultural enterprise.

В работе рассматривается человеческий капитал организации как значимый фактор достижения результативности организаций банковского сектора. Проанализированы основные теоретические подходы к изучению человеческого капитала, построена схема системы управления человеческим капиталом организации через призму результативности. Автором работы дана оценка соответствия человеческого капитала банковской группы «ПАО «СКБ-банк» критериям результативности деятельности банка в соответствии с современными трендами развития банковского сектора. Разработана методика оценки и даны рекомендации по совершенствованию системы управления человеческим капиталом для повышения результативности бизнес-процессов в банковской организации. / The paper considers the human capital of an organization as a significant factor in achieving the effectiveness of organizations in the banking sector. The main theoretical approaches to the study of human capital are analyzed, the scheme of the organization's human capital management system through the prism of performance is constructed. The author of the work assessed the compliance of the human capital of the banking group "PJSC "SKB-Bank" with the criteria of the bank's performance in accordance with modern trends in the development of the banking sector. The evaluation methodology has been developed and recommendations have been made to improve the human capital management system to improve the effectiveness of business processes in a banking organization.

Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью различных предприятий в автоматизации процесса обработки обращений клиентов в чаты, для повышения эффективности работы сотрудников и снижения ресурсных затрат, а также для повышения уровня клиентского сервиса. Цель работы: улучшение качества обслуживания клиентов посредством разработки чат-бота, автоматизирующего бизнес-процессы обработки обращений клиентов в чат на языке программирования Python в мессенджере «Telegram» с интеграцией бота в Яндекс.Алиса. Для достижения поставленной цели необходимо решение следующих задач: изучил понятия чат-бота и его функции; использовать преимущества использования мессенджеров для бизнеса; настроить языки программирования и выбрать язык для разработки чат-бота; выбрать мессенджер, в котором будет реализован чат-бот; разработать ИТ-проект по разработке чат-бота. Объектом исследования данной выпускной квалификационной работы является информационная система предприятия. Предметом исследования является обработка бизнес-процессов клиентов с часто задаваемыми вопросами в клиентских сервисах различных предприятий. Научная новизна составила то, что проанализировано большое количество программных средств для реализации проекта, показано большое количество прикладных чат-ботов в бизнесе, а также разработан уникальный чат-бот. Практическая оригинальность заключается в том, что данного чат-бота можно применять в любой компании, в которой есть бизнес-процесс обработки обращения клиентов в чат. / The relevance of the topic is due to the need of various enterprises to automate the process of processing customer requests in chats, to increase the efficiency of employees and reduce resource costs, as well as to increase the level of customer service. Goal of work: improving the quality of customer service by developing a chat bot that automates the business processes of processing customer requests via chat in the Python programming language in the Telegram messenger with the integration of the bot into Yandex.Alice. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: studied the concepts of a chatbot and its functions; take advantage of the benefits of using instant messengers for business; configure programming languages and select a language for developing a chatbot; select the messenger in which the chatbot will be implemented; develop an IT project to develop a chatbot. The object of study of this final qualifying work is the enterprise information system. The subject of the study is the processing of customer business processes with frequently asked questions in customer services of various enterprises. The scientific novelty was that a large number of software tools for the implementation of the project were analyzed, a large number of applied chatbots in business were shown, and a unique chatbot was developed. The practical originality lies in the fact that this chatbot can be used in any company that has a business process for processing customer requests via chat.

При выполнении данной работы использованы следующие методы: моделирование, синтез информации, сравнительный анализ, сбор документов. По результату внедрения CRM-системы «Битрикс 24» были достигнуты все цели и задачи. Внедрение «Битрикс 24» позволило повысить эффективность работы компании ООО «Авторапорт» благодаря расширению функциональности информационной системы компании, что в значительной мере увеличило качество и скорость работы сотрудников, повысило эффективность взаимодействий с клиентами, а также улучшило коммуникацию между работниками. / The object of the final qualifying work is the company Avtoraport LLC. The subject of the study is the information system of the company Autoraport LLC. When performing this work, the following methods were used: modeling, information synthesis, comparative analysis, document collection. As a result of the implementation of the Bitrix 24 CRM system, all goals and objectives were achieved. The implementation of Bitrix 24 made it possible to increase the efficiency of Avtoraport LLC by expanding the functionality of the company’s information system, which significantly increased the quality and speed of employees’ work, increased the efficiency of interactions with clients, and also improved communication between employees.

The information system for personnel KPI analysis will allow wholesale and retail companies to more accurately evaluate the work of their employees, as well as identify problem areas and take timely measures to eliminate them. The object of the study is the methods for assessing the effectiveness of the work of personnel. The subject of the research is the use of KPI for wholesalers and retailers. The scientific novelty of this work lies in finding an algorithmic, software and mathematical solution to the problem of personnel management, which allows to reduce the time for the process of analyzing the company's activities.
