由於電子化病歷逐漸取代了傳統的紙本病歷,在流通分享上面比傳統的紙本病歷更加來的方便及快速,另外電子病歷的整合性,也是比傳統的紙本來的有效。近年來雲端運算的發展,使得醫療系統在電子病歷上能夠更快速的發展,但是取而代之的是卻是雲端運算所產生隱私權的問題,在快速發展的雲端運算環境中,目前似乎無法完全確保資料的隱私性。即使現有的研究中可以讓資料擁有者表示自己的隱私偏好,卻因為設計時缺乏語意的考量,造成執行上有語意的落差。
本研究將探討電子病歷存放在雲端環境上,設計一套三層整合平台系統並使用語意化技術本體論整合來自多方的資料,達成在資料庫上使用OWL2作為整合的語言,並在此整合平台進行本體論整合,能夠讓使用者可以從多方的醫療中心快速查詢整合的資料,經由整合平台的改寫,到下層的規範擷取到上層平台進行管理與落實動作,最終在資料庫查詢資料,達成整合分享的目標,並同時能夠兼顧資料擁有者的隱私期待,完成在雲端環境上資料分享、整合、隱私保護的目標。 / The Electronic Health Records (EHRs) have replaced the traditional paper Health Records gradually and they are more rapid and more convenient in data sharing. Furthermore, the EHRs are also better than paper health records when health records need to be integrated on the computer.
In recent years, the rapid development of cloud computing can help Health Information System to be more dynamic and provide a better service, but the problem of privacy is a critical issue. Although recent research can let data owner expresses his own personal privacy preference in to policy to protect privacy, it is lacked of semantics and that will result in the gap between the real meaning of personal privacy preference and of policy.
In our research, we will using semantic technology to express personal privacy preference in to polices and also design the 3-layer integration platform to achieve semantics data integration so that polices can be enforced without loss of real meaning of personal privacy preference and polices will have interoperability with others when we are using semantic data integration.

技與趨勢供企業作為策略擬定時的重要參考。Gartner 所謂的策略科
技,指的是非常具有潛力的科技,能在未來三年明顯的影響企業。而
今年選出的十大策略科技第一名就是:雲端運算(Cloud Computing)。
另外根據 Gartner 的統計,2011 年第一季全球手機終端銷售量達
到4 億2,780 萬支,較上年同季成長19%。智慧型手機的市場表現持
續勝過其他行動通訊裝置,近來競爭日趨激烈的中階智慧型手機市場
將帶動智慧型手機更為普及,並加速此一趨勢。此可以看出,這種新
一代智慧行動裝置已深深的影響我們的日常生活。
目前,我們算是處在新一代智慧行動裝置與雲端運算發展的初世
代,但這些新的技術和概念正逐步影響人類的生活方式與改變企業的
未來發展。面對這些重大的外在競爭條件改變,本研究試圖探討一向
保守的銀行業是否有採用雲端運算或服務的意願?若有意願,那銀行
業會偏好運用私有雲、公有雲或是混合雲呢?又如果有一個好的公有
雲端服務概念,銀行業會考慮加入或利用這樣的公有雲嗎?是否會基
於智慧型手機的熱銷與普及,慎重考慮將智慧手機行動銀行這樣的服

本研究主要係針對雲端運算的發展現況及在銀行業的實務應用
趨勢作一深入分析,並透過與八位銀行業界高階資訊主管的深入訪

企業使用雲端運算服務決定因素之研究-以台灣進出口業者為例葉瑜君 Unknown Date (has links)
雲端運算為近年來新興的熱門話題,強調只要透過網路就可以讓使用者依據實際需求彈性地使用計算資源並按照使用量的多寡計費。許多研究報告認為這種將計算、儲存資源以服務形式提供給使用者的租用模式,將有助於節省資訊投資成本而備受企業主矚目;除了節省成本誘因之外,採用雲端運算服務後可能衍生資訊安全、保密的疑慮,也是大家所關注的焦點,因此使用者如何於採用雲端運算服務的決策過程中取得利弊的平衡點相當重要。
本研究將以企業使用者的觀點,探討影響其使用雲端運算服務的決定因素內涵,範疇侷限於台灣的進出口業者。研究根據過去文獻資料,彙整出五個影響使用者決策因素的構面:知覺效益、安全與信任、創新認同程度、知覺有用性以及知覺易用性,並以問卷調查方式進一步瞭解影響企業使用決策的因素;經由問卷調查的結果發現,上述考量構面足以解釋台灣進出口業者使用雲端服務意願百分之六十的變異,而其中影響業者使用意願程度最高的因素為知覺有用性。 / Cloud computing which emphasizes cloud users can elastically leverage computing resources on demand through the internet has recently become a hot issue. Many studies claimed that this rental model of providing storage resources as a service to users would be good for business to save the cost of investing in information technology which attracts lots of business owners. On the other hand, adoption of cloud computing service may arise several concerns like data security, service reliability and so on. In all, it is really hard to strike a balance during the decision-making process whether should business adopt cloud services.
In this research, we explored the determinants of using cloud service form business users’ viewpoints which limited to the import/export industry in Taiwan. Based on past literature, we adopted five dimensions in decision-making: perceived benefits, security and trust, recognition of innovation, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Investigating the findings through questionnaire survey, we found that the above dimensions can explain 60% variation of the causes of adopting cloud services to business users and the most sufficient impact factor is perceived usefulness.

計算、儲存與傳輸技術自60年代就一直引領資通訊科技(Information and Communication Technology;ICT)產業的發展,隨著ICT技術不斷的創新與擴散,現今ICT產品已經廣泛溶入人類的經濟和社會生活中。近年來,ICT產業已成為全球最具活力、規模最大的產業之一。可預期的未來,資通訊科技將會是牽動全球經濟發展最重要的產業技術。
台灣資通訊產業製造鏈相當完整,但是在全球ICT產業供應鏈的分工體系中大部份偏重在專業代工領域。面臨代工利潤的下滑,台灣ICT代工產業的前景已亮起嚴重的警訊。台灣產業在提供雲端運算服務的起步較晚,雲端運算服務市場的後進者如何從以ICT代工產業的角色轉進高附加價值的雲端運算服務市場,探討雲端運算服務市場的先行領導者之策略佈局將是相關後進者值得研究的議題。本研究將從通訊科技及電腦技術的演進來探究ICT提供雲端運算服務的本質,並藉由分析提供雲端運算服務之市場領導廠的策略佈局,探討初入雲端運算產業的後進者可行的佈局方向。藉此,希望能有助於雲端運算產業後進者對雲端運算服務更進一步的理解,並有助於ICT代工相關業者能在既有的技術下釐定發展策略,朝高附加價值雲端運算服務的方向邁進。
此外,台灣ICT硬體代工產業多年來因專注於製造的專業,對買者需求面資訊的探討不多,亦較忽視對客戶的售後支援與服務等的專業。對雲端服務市場而言,買者的需求是業者能否提供完善雲端服務的最重要資訊。對提供雲端服務者而言,目前企業大多已疲於追求外顯成本的效益(Cost Down),對於釐定整體行銷策略的努力則稍有些不足。本研究將從策略行銷中4C分析理論出發,針對雲端運算買者的觀點與看法,提出雲端服務供應企業較為完整的行銷策略分析。研究中也將藉由4C策略行銷的資訊搜集、道德危機、及專屬陷入資產之成本分析,來分析一般企業較為忽略的內顯成本。文中並進一步探討如何使用策略行銷4C的理論,來探究雲端服務供應企業是否進入雲端市場之決策參考的基礎。
本研究將探討全球大廠IBM與HPQ公司從硬體開發轉型至雲端服務的策略與過程,提供雲端運算服務後進業者的參考,藉此希望能協助企業有方向性與策略性的在未來雲端運算市場中佔有商機,擺脫長久低利代工的命運。相信,本研究之成果將可為企業未來發展全球化雲端服務的經營企圖,建立紮實的研究基礎。 / Computing, storage and communication technology keep leading Information and Communication Technology (ICT) development since 1960. Due to the innovation and diffusion of ICT, the ICT products have broadly dissolved in our economic and social life. Recently, ICT industry has already become the most vigorous and largest one in the world. In future, ICT is anticipated to be the most important technology, which keeps affecting the global economy development.
Taiwan’s supply chain for the ICT industry overall is quite intact, but the majority corporates are focus on the OEM/ODM roles. For the gradually reduced profit got as playing the OEM/ODM’s roles in the ICT industry supply chain, Taiwan’s enterprises have sensed the warning message for their perspect due to the low profit return. Comparing with other countries, Taiwan’s industry entering the cloud computing industry is late. As one of the new comer for the cloud computing service industry, knowing how to transform the current ICT role (OEM/ODM) to be one of the high-value-added cloud computing service players, the leading enterprise’s strategic planning history will be a good cases study for those late new comers.
This research starts from the technology history study of ICT to find out the essence of the cloud computing service, and also by studying the strategic planning of the cloud computing service market leaders to provide the proper strategic planning suggestion for the new comers. Look forwarding this research to help the new comers of the cloud computing industry to catch more global business management idea about this industry, and also can help the current ICT players based on what they owned competence to well plan the strategy for marching towards the higher-value-added clouds computing service industries.
Moreover, in the past, for most of the ICT corporates for years are more focusing on the manufactureing compenetence than pre-study the buyers’ needs, and also focusing on the product launch than pays the needed efforts on watching the after-market needed sustaining activities. For the cloud computing service market, due to catch the buyer’s need will be crical and decides whether a supplier can provide the needed services or not. For years, most of the suppliers are more focusing on the cost-down activities than with less strategic planning approach method for the market. This research will base on the strategic marking 4C theory, from the buyer’s view of points, to provide the corporation more complete strategic marking analysis foundation. This research will also from the strategic marketing 4C analysis coverd topics: information collection, normal hazard, asset specificity cost point of view to study most the corporation neglect the hidden exchange costs. It will also go further study by using the strategic marketing analysis 4C theory to practice the decision making criteria as a method for a corporation evaluating whether to enter the cloud computing service market business or not.
This research will do the case study of two global corporations, IBM and HPQ. Their strategic planning and the transformation from the hardware developers to be the cloud service suppliers are closer than others for those hardware makers planning entering the cloud computing business to reference. Look forward this research assisting certain enterprises directionally and strategically get the cloud computing business and get rid of the destiny for running the low-profit business as the OEM/ODM roles. Believe the result of research can bring the different view and needed foundation for Taiwan’s enterprises to develop their strategic business plan for entering the cloud computing business.

在服務經濟的時代,人們為了提升生活品質越來越重視心靈需求而非過往所重視的物質需求。文化創意產業提供的原創性以及內容扮演越來越重要的角色,文化創意產業近年來在世界各國之經濟地位也漸趨重要;本篇論文提出一個透過網際網路提供台灣國立故宮博物院動態展覽的嶄新影音廣播服務--「故宮影音頻道」。故宮影音頻道意圖透過影音多媒體展示,更全方位且完整地呈現中華文物的精緻特質和內涵,以帶給瀏覽者更清晰具體的文物觀賞體驗,以及激發瀏覽者之創意靈感。
故宮影音頻道為了符合高標準的服務品質以及處理來自世界各地使用者的潛在高峰需求而特別設計負載平衡的機制。本篇論文更進一步地探討故宮影音頻道平台後端作業流程的技術挑戰以及展示提供線上影音廣播服務的具備彈性、靈活、分散特性的雲端平台。首先,我們在雲端平台上建立具有處理大量使用者的負載平衡機制的故宮影音頻道。接著我們讓故宮影音頻道上線進行實驗、收集資料及分析。根據實驗的結果,我們為了維持高標準的服務品質應用排隊理論設計了兩階段的服務系統,最後探討在不同電腦及網路環境下,如何利用該服務系統計算出符合服務品質的設定。 / The iPalace Video Channel is a video-based website and provide people around the world a brand new video-broadcasting service on the Internet which introduces relics in National Palace Museum in Taiwan. The iPalace Video Channel is designed to meet the high standard of service quality which users can watch videos without delay and be capable of coping with potential high peak demands from worldwide. In this paper, first, we establish the iPalace Video Channel and an elastic and reliable mechanism via load balancing that is capable of handling potential huge peak-demand of video services. Second, we conduct an experiment by sampling the video-based service in practice and evaluating the presented approach online. Third, from the finding of evaluation, we establish the two phase service system for delivering video services with high standard of service quality. Finally, we discuss the formal queuing model of video services from which the settings of the queuing system that satisfy acceptable service quality could be calculated under various computer and network environments

為了讓一般的投資大眾能享有智慧型、系統化的策略交易環境,本研究計畫發展一個可供大量使用者共用、並且容易上手的策略交易平台。為了達到這個目的,此平台必須擁有快速且大量的運算能力,雲端運算所提供之大量且可擴充的運算能力,使之成為最適宜的平台。為滿足不同使用者不同的投資偏好,此平台提供多項常用之技術指標與K線型態辨識功能讓使用者利用基因演算法產生符合其偏好的交易策略。在策略產生之後,使用者可以在平台上檢視交易策略在不同商品、不同時間區間上的表現,並從最後的策略回測報告中加以評估,挑選出獲利能力、波動程度與交易頻率都符合需求的交易策略。

評估產業之雲端準備度 / Assessing Cloud Readiness in Enterprises車育賢 Unknown Date (has links)
近年來雲端運算逐漸盛行且其已被許多企業採用,雲端運算所帶來的好處包含提供更好的連結、企業不同廠的無間隙合作,進而提高生產效率。透過現存論文的研究,我們發現企業導入雲端運算與使其和企業內企業流程成功結合為兩大企業成功的因素。然而,要如何導入與對雲端運算加以控制卻很少在現存論文中談及,更遑論企業在導入雲端前該做哪些準備等議題。本研究也透過文獻的探討提出兩個研究面向(管理面與科技面),文獻探討也發現,此兩面向為企業選擇導入公有雲或是私有雲的主因。再者,本研究提出兩個討論面向的同時,也與現存的雲端服務供應商討論此兩面向,希望能讓兩面向更加符合現存雲端狀況。根據這兩面向的基礎,本研究在此兩大面向下提出許多因素來探討企業導入雲端的準備度。本研究也進一步透過問卷的方式訪問現存有採用或是導入雲端的企業,問卷內容涵蓋上述提到的兩面向,進而透過所收集的資料之分析來探討真正影響雲端導入成功與否的因素是否與研究所提出的假設符合。研究結果發現,虛擬化與IT建設的有無與完善程度對於私有雲的導入成功與否有正向關係。而研究結果也指出,公有雲與私有雲兩種型態的雲端也有相互的關係。 / Cloud computing has been dedicated to providing several benefits, such as better connectivity and seemingly seamless cooperation between different plants, that improve firm performance. Previous research maintains that introducing cloud computing and combining it with companies’ processes are two of the prime factors that lead companies to success; however, the manner of implementing this technology and exerting control over it are rarely discussed, especially with regard to the preparation before a company’s official launch of cloud computing. A literature review enables us to propose two dimensions—technological and managerial concerns—of factors driving companies to introduce cloud computing through both private and public clouds. Moreover, after proposing the two dimensions, we examine them by conducting interviews with several companies in the hopes of making these dimensions more applicable and pragmatic in business. Because the purpose of this research is to prepare companies to implement cloud computing, we design a questionnaire based on the dimensions and undertake a survey with several companies that have implemented cloud computing to determine the underlying factors influencing the performance of cloud computing. The results of this research show that both of the virtualization and IT infrastructure readiness factors have positive impacts on private clouds, and the results also indicate a relationship between public and private clouds, which means companies that have adopted public clouds are more likely to succeed in adopting private clouds.

本研究應用雲端分散式的架構來建置與佈署一個處理大量使用者交易需求的高頻交易投資策略服務平台,此平台有以下特色:
1. 系統後端採用雲端SOA架構,將整個龐大的交易系統切割佈署到雲端叢集之上,並提供單一的Façade介面供外部使用者呼叫;系統前端畫面的設計遵循Yahoo UI嚴格的MVC架構規範,並保證前端的View與Model與後端的資料達成同步。
2. 不斷接收來自外部的即時報價訊息,並產生海量的即時市場狀態資訊,包含多種技術分析指標、買賣規則…等,以供高頻交易的策略作為買賣的依據。
3. 利用Java Message Service將大量的即時市場狀態資訊快速、非同步的派送給分佈在雲端叢集各節點的系統模組,並採取Publisher-Subscriber的模式來維持分散後各系統模組之間的鬆散關係。
4. 多樣化的統計演算法模型可供使用者作為產生優良的個人化投資策略之依據。產生的新策略可馬上投入即時的模擬交易環境下監控與評估其策略績效。

雲端運算法律問題之研究-以教育雲為例 / The legal issues of cloud computing:a case study of education cloud鍾賢斌 Unknown Date (has links)
雲端運算的概念是Google執行長Eric Schmidt於2007年所提出,目前並無一個統一的說法。一般認為,雲端運算服務是藉由網路連線從遠端取得服務的資訊服務型態。在本地端資源有限的情況下,可透過網路取得遠方的運算資源。雲端運算對教育的影響,則是教育雲(Education Cloud)概念的產生。所謂教育雲,是應用雲端運算無限延展軟、硬體與儲存設備,把書包、教材、課堂測驗等對學生學習效果有顯著幫助的資訊放在雲端資料中心處理,透過雲端桌面服務的方式傳送給教師與學生。
本文以為,不論教育雲是由政府或私人部門所建置,將來勢必面臨相關法律問題,例如國際管轄權及準據法、民刑事責任之歸屬、資訊隱私權與個人資料保護、著作權法、公平交易法等問題,然而國內迄今仍欠缺相關探討文獻及案例,十分可惜,這也是本文的研究動機所在。本文嘗試提供個人淺見,期望能對雲端運算法律問題的探討貢獻一份心力。
本文第二章先就雲端運算的概念及分類作一簡單說明。其次,為了搶佔市場商機,許多IT廠商開始投入雲端運算的發展,並競相推出各式各樣的雲端運算產品和服務。本文將簡介一些和雲端運算相關的廠商及產品,讓讀者對雲端運算的發展現況及商業模式有初步了解。
本文第三章在說明教育雲的概念及發展現況,包含世界各國及我國教育雲的發展現況。本文所稱的教育雲,包含一切使用雲端運算技術的教育服務在內,包含電子教科書、數位學習、未來教室、雲端資料庫…等,不限於名稱上有標示教育雲的教育服務。
本文第四章在討論教育雲所可能面臨的相關法律問題,由於目前尚無具體案例事實發生,因此本文會先假設幾個案例,再藉由案例去討論教育雲的相關法律問題,讓讀者能簡單了解。隨著教育雲的持續發展,本文所假設的幾個案例將來都有可能發生,本文嘗試拋磚引玉,對相關法律爭議提出個人淺見,希望引發社會對雲端運算法律問題的討論。
本文第五章在討論雲端運算時代下的隱私權及個人資料保護。從網際網路時代走向雲端運算的發展趨勢,個人資訊隱私權被侵害的型態,或個人對隱私權的合理期待是否有別於過去,勢必會成為受關注的議題。在雲端運算時代,雖然使用者在網路上公私領域的界限逐漸模糊,使得對所謂合理隱私權的期待保護程度有所爭議。本文以為,回歸到最根本隱私權的核心概念,確保不受監視的個人自由,以保護個人的意志自主與根本尊嚴,屬於憲法保障的個人基本權利。另外本文也討論世界各國及我國對於個人資料保護的規定,及教育雲所面臨的資訊安全與個人資料保護問題。
為因應我國雲端運算產業未來發展,本文在第六章會檢討現行法規,並提出若干修法意見,供政策制定者、立法者做為將來修法參考。第七章則提出本文結論。
