I ve considered the questions of the actions related to the cultural industry and the manipulation of the phonographic industry due to the fact that both are factors that mould the subject and his personality. I take the pathway that some commentators of Freudian Psychoanalysis took which shows on what they based themselves to formulate theories that could ―talk‖ with the musical aspects of each individual. First I examine a dimension of the process of identification and the functioning of the masses that make the music come closer to the individual and vice-versa. Next, I present the aspects that feed the source of the identifications. I approach the way that some affective mechanisms happen and how each individual establishes his identifications which open the pathway to the emphasis given to the approach to musical questions and their psychological effects in the history of each subject. As the musical object is invisible and non-palpable, escaping what is tangible and identifying itself with the that can t uttered, therefore highly subjective, I also tried to answer how the (musical) sonorities affect this subjectivity. The pathways taken will show the role of the psychoanalytic listening that is capable of listening to the subject that is affected by any musical aspect. I identified the sole reason of the life history of each subject crossed by musical aspects which allows a pondered reflection about the idea that I ve named ―musical affects in the psychic life‖. The idea of the musical affects in the psychological life and how music and psyche relate to each other theoretically and in the private clinic of the psychoanalyst will be broadly discussed at the chapter that presents vignettes of three clients and their specific musical recollections and their usage in the psychoanalytic setting. Here I describe how the musical sonorities of each one of them contributed to the course of their own analysis presenting themselves as elements that mediate the psychological transformations and create original ways to bring meaning to a specific psychic situation / Esta tese trata a música e a escolha musical do ponto de vista da psicanálise. Busquei considerar as questões da ação da indústria cultural e da manipulação da indústria fonográfica, uma vez que são fatores que também formam e compõem o sujeito e sua personalidade. Percorro um trajeto no qual alguns comentadores da psicanálise freudiana se fundamentaram para criar teorias que pudessem ―conversar‖ com os aspectos musicais de cada sujeito. Primeiramente disserto sobre uma dimensão do processo de identificação e do funcionamento das massas que aproximam a música do sujeito ou vice-versa. Em seguida apresento aspectos que alimentam a fonte das identificações. Abordo como se dão alguns mecanismos de ordem afetiva que cada sujeito estabelece ao ―se identificar‖, abrindo caminho para a ênfase à abordagem de questões musicais e seus efeitos psíquicos na história de cada paciente. Como o objeto musical é invisível e impalpável, escapando ao tangível e se identificando com o que é indizível, portanto, subjetivo, busquei ainda ―responder‖ como as sonoridades (musicais) afetam essa subjetividade. Os caminhos percorridos exibirão o papel da escuta psicanalítica que se presta a ouvir o sujeito ―afetado‖ por qualquer aspecto musical. Identificando a razão singular da história de vida atravessada por aspectos musicais permitindo uma detida reflexão, sobre a ideia que denominei: ―afetações musicais na vida psíquica‖. A ideia de que a afetação musical na vida psíquica e como se relacionam teórica e clinicamente será amplamente discutida na apresentação dos casos clínicos. Estes rezam sobre as especificidades de três pacientes com suas evocações/usos musicais. Nessa parte exemplifico como as sonoridades musicais, de cada um deles, contribuíram para o curso da própria análise. Para tal considerou-se relevante tomar como fio condutor as afetações binárias e heteronormativas proporcionadas pela experiência da pesquisadora quando esteve no papel de espectadora, permitindo-se assim, analisar a desconstrução do conceito de gênero na perspectiva queer. Ao assistir a referida peça, a espectadora foi surpreendida pela surpresa dramática da trama, o que a fez, enquanto estudiosa do tema, perceber que a heteronormatividade não era uma abstração que operava fora, mas que a incorporava interiormente e sob a qual se via vetor de seus efeitos. Partindo desta vivência e do encontro entre abstrações e consequências reais, desenvolvemos este trabalho que exigiu uma forma distinta de escrita que não é linear, e pretende contemplar um experimentar das questões que analisa, porém o objetivo desta dissertação não se restringe às questões queers. Ela também abrange as relações dicotômicas no interior da pesquisa, como sujeito / objeto, na qual, a participação como forma de conhecimento sinaliza que o pesquisador não está resguardado em um patamar em que a realidade social não o atinja, afete, altere, e sob os quais, em muitos casos, ele mesmo auxilia a reprodução das construções sociais que outrora denuncia. Portanto neste percurso se assume as posições de sujeito e objeto, pois a pesquisadora está inserida num contexto que, ao mesmo tempo em que se desnudam questões sociais, também se vê produtora e vetor de suas causas. O campo de pesquisa tem duas unidades temporais: uma em 2010; e outra em 2013. Ambas complementam o trabalho, no qual, se apresentam práticas sexuais organizadas hierarquicamente, direcionando a sugerir que as categorias heterossexuais e homossexuais são atributos fictícios, utilizadas por estratégias que os agentes alocam de forma a reforçarem um status social. A partir dos efeitos do objeto desta pesquisa se revelam os espaços reservados para tais ficções, que por serem constituídas para definir a verdade última dos sujeitos têm, portanto, consequências reais. Este trabalho não enfatiza as práticas sexuais, mas as questões políticas e hierárquicas que organizam as sexualidades. Para dar conta desta empreitada que desconstrói não só gênero, como a própria linguagem binária que o sedimenta, utilizamos a etnografia desenvolvida por Favret-Saada e a questão da afetação como forma de produção de conhecimento, além da antropologia da experiência e performance de Turner. / This dissertation seeks to problematize gender issues from the experience of the researcher confronted with the theatrical play Agreste, to this it was considered relevant thread take as binary and heteronormative affectations provided by the experience of the researcher when he was in the role of spectator, thus allowing to analyze the deconstruction of gender in queer perspective. When watching that play, the spectator was surprised by the dramatic surprise of the plot, which made her as studious theme, realize that heteronormativity was not an abstraction that operated outside but that embodied within and beneath which by vector its effects. Based on this experience and the encounter between abstractions and real consequences, this study developed that required a distinct form of writing that is not linear, and is intended to address one experiment that examines the issues, but the goal of this dissertation is not limited to queer issues. It also covers the dichotomous relationships within the research as subject / object, in which the participation as a knowledge indicates that the researcher is not guarded at a level where social reality not reach, affect change, and under which, in many cases, it even helps the reproduction of social structures that once denounced. Therefore this path is assumed the positions of subject and object, because the researcher is embedded in a context that, while they undress social issues, also sees producer and vector causes. The field has two time units: one in 2010, and another in 2013. Both complement the work, which, if present sexual practices organized hierarchically, directing to suggest that heterosexual and homosexual categories are fictitious attributes, strategies used by agents to allocate in order to strengthen social status. From the effects of the object of this research is to reveal the placeholders such fictions, which are made to define the ultimate truth of the subject, therefore, have real consequences. This work does not emphasize the sexual practices, but political issues and hierarchical organizing sexualities. To take account of this endeavor that not only deconstructs gender as binary language itself that the sediments, we use ethnography developed by Favret-Saada and the issue of affectation as a form of knowledge production, beyond the anthropology of experience and Turner performance.

This thesis was developed within the Research, Training, Knowledge and Professional Development Line (LP1), of the Postgraduate Program in Education, of the Education Center (CE), of the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). The research unfolds from the following problematic: In a time of superficial understanding of the pain of others, how to recover the dimension of the tragic in teaching training, especially for what the potential of the literature of testimony, considered from an aesthetic and pedagogical dimension, can offer in terms of devices for the training process of the teacher in the context of post-traumatic social life? In these terms, the central aim of the thesis is: To recover and resignify the dimension of the tragic in teacher training, especially by what the aesthetic-affective force present in the testimonial work can lead to in a formation that is more involved with the humanity of the other. In more specific terms the objectives are: a) To undertake a critique of the presence of the epistemic-professional imperative in the scenario of teacher training, to the detriment of the broader training focused on concern for social justice, humanity on the other and human rights; b) To highlight, from historical bases, the importance of the tragic to the conception of human formation in its critical and aesthetic significance; c) Regarding the problem of human formation, highlight the theoretical and social imbrication between the idea of tragedy in the poetic-literary sense and the tragic sense as emanation of the polis and history; d) To elucidate the confluence between the category of the catastrophe and the expression of the tragic within the aesthetics present in the testimony, rethinking its implications in the context of the formative processes. The reasons for this work are justified by the idea that before setting the focus of teacher training in the concern with the list of skills and operational skills necessary to establish the idea of professionalization, we believe that it is vital to enter into a deeper and more essential aspect. Irremediably this leads to the reconfiguration of the teaching being, which, in turn, goes, according to the peculiarities of the present time, through the search for a re-signification of the tragic sense in the formation. The methodological orientation of the investigation follows the directions of the negative dialectic of Theodor Adorno. / O presente trabalho de tese foi desenvolvido dentro da Linha de Pesquisa Formação, Saberes e Desenvolvimento Profissional (LP1), do Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação, do Centro de Educação (CE), da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM). A pesquisa se desdobra a partir da seguinte problemática: Numa época de compreensão superficial da dor alheia, como recuperar a dimensão do trágico na formação, especialmente por aquilo que o potencial da literatura do testemunho, considerado a partir de uma dimensão estética e pedagógica, pode oferecer em termos de dispositivos para o processo formativo do professor no contexto de vida social pós-traumático? Nesses termos, o escopo central da tese é: Reaver e resignificar a dimensão do trágico na formação docente especialmente por aquilo que a força estético-afetiva presente na obra testemunhal pode suscitar para uma formação mais implicada com a humanidade do outro. Em termos mais específicos, os objetivos são: a) Empreender uma crítica à presença do imperativo epistêmico-profissional no cenário da formação docente em detrimento da formação mais ampla voltada para a preocupação com a justiça social, a humanidade do outro e os direitos humanos; b) Colocar em evidência, a partir de bases históricas, a importância do trágico para a concepção de formação humana em sua significação crítica e estética; c) No que tange ao problema da formação humana, destacar a imbricação teórica e social entre a ideia de tragédia no sentido poético-literário e o sentido do trágico como emanação da polis e da história; d) Elucidar a confluência entre a categoria da catástrofe e da expressão do trágico no âmbito da estética presente no testemunho, repensando suas implicações no contexto dos processos formativos. As razões deste trabalho se justificam pelo fato de que, antes de assentar o foco da formação de professores na preocupação com o rol de capacidades e habilidades operacionais necessárias ao estabelecimento da ideia de profissionalização, cremos ser vital adentrar um aspecto mais profundo e mais essencial. Irremediavelmente isso leva à reconfiguração do ser docente, o qual, por sua vez, passa, segundo as peculiaridades do tempo presente, pela busca de uma resignificação do sentido do trágico na formação. A orientação metodológica da investigação segue os encaminhamentos da dialética negativa, de Theodor Adorno.

Considering that subjectivity is a little discussed aspect in academic researches that deal with reading, this work has as its central objective to analyze how it – the subjectivity – is presented in the dissertations defended by the master's degree students linked to the Postgraduate Program in Letters from Federal University of Sergipe in the period between 2010 and 2016. For this, we use a bibliography that discusses, above all, the reading process and the questions related to the reader. In order to achieve this goal, we have brought to the center of the discussion some positions and concepts of Compagnon (1999; 2009), showing that the literature occupies a place that is much more encompassing than it is imagined and all questioning that permeates it; Candido (1988, 2006), who helps us to understand literature from a more social perspective; Todorov (2010), making us think about the literature itself and what it represents for society; Bloom (2001), who focuses more on the process of literary reading, since, for him, reading presents us unimaginable worlds. In addition to the citations of these theorists, which appears with more recurrence in the body of the text, we also list some positions of Iser (1979) and Jauss (1999). They are responsible for the Aesthetics of Reception, current of thought quite pertinent for the reader's appreciation. In addition, Jouve (2012), Rouxel (2013) and Langlade (2013) bring discussions about the subjective character of literary reading. To encompass other aspects concerning the figure of the reader, we use the assumptions brought by Eagleton (2006), Eco (1988), Culler (1997) and Barthes (2008). / Tendo em vista que a subjetividade é um aspecto pouco discutido nas pesquisas que tratam da leitura, este trabalho tem como objetivo central analisar como ela – a subjetividade – se apresenta nas dissertações defendidas pelos mestrandos vinculados ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Letras da Universidade Federal de Sergipe, no período entre 2010 e 2016. Para tanto, nos valemos de uma bibliografia que discute, sobretudo, o processo de leitura e as questões pertinentes ao leitor. A fim de alcançar tal objetivo, trouxemos para o cerne da discussão alguns posicionamentos e conceitos de Compagnon (1999; 2009), mostrando que a literatura ocupa um lugar bem mais abrangente do que se imagina e todo questionamento que a permeia; Candido (1988; 2006), que nos ajuda a compreender a literatura sob uma perspectiva mais social; Todorov (2010), fazendo com que pensemos a respeito da literatura em si e do que representa para a sociedade; Bloom (2001), que se concentra mais no processo de leitura literária, uma vez que, para ele, a leitura nos apresenta mundos inimagináveis. Além das citações desses teóricos, as quais aparecem com mais recorrência no corpo do texto, elencamos também alguns posicionamentos de Iser (1979) e Jauss (1999), responsáveis pela Estética da Recepção, corrente bastante pertinente para a valorização do leitor. Além disso, Jouve (2012), Rouxel (2013) e Langlade (2013), que trazem discussões a respeito do caráter subjetivo da leitura literária. It exercises both the role of law and defense of the right to benefits, divided into these materials and regulatory benefits. In a normative activity of real estate has proven to be an effective instrument of access to decent housing. It is an activity which is characterized by the construction and sale, total or partial, of real estate units autonomous being constructed or still under construction. And why involve the disposal of future thing, the incorporative business presents a high risk of loss to the purchasers, which can be alleviated significantly with the adoption of the appropriated assets of the real estate regime, instrument that is characterized by the segregation of the net assets of each incorporation of general assets of the developer. It protects the purchaser of the real estate unit against any bankruptcy or insolvency civil of the developer, or undue delay in execution of work. Occurring of these situations, the general meeting shall decide the buyer or the continuation of the work by the liquidation of net assets. In either case, the developer is away from the direction of the project and representatives commission of the purchasers assumes administration of the enterprise affected, if feasible the construction, continue execution of the work, or liquidate the net assets of their incorporation affected. However, as the regime of affectation is of optional implantation, the discretion of the developer, it needs stimulus to offset the restrictions arising from the regime of affectation. For this purpose, the special tax regime was instituted for such appropriated assets, with the aim of simplifying and reducing the tax burden of affected incorporation in relation to federal taxes levied on the incorporative activity, compared with the usual forms of taxation by the developer of real income regime or the presumed profit regime. / O direito à moradia é considerado um direito humano, porque reconhecido pelo direito internacional, e um direito social fundamental, porque se encontra previsto na Constituição Federal. Ele exerce, simultaneamente, a função de direito de defesa e de direito a prestações, estas divididas em prestações materiais e normativas. Na esfera normativa, a atividade de incorporação imobiliária tem demonstrado ser um eficaz instrumento de acesso à moradia digna. Trata-se de atividade que se caracteriza pela construção e alienação, total ou parcial, de unidades imobiliárias autônomas a serem construídas ou em construção. E por envolver a alienação de coisa futura, o negócio incorporativo apresenta elevado risco de perdas para os adquirentes, que pode ser significativamente minorado com a adoção do regime do patrimônio de afetação da incorporação imobiliária, instrumento que se caracteriza pela segregação do acervo patrimonial de cada incorporação do patrimônio geral do incorporador. Ele protege o adquirente da unidade imobiliária contra eventual falência ou insolvência civil do incorporador, ou de atraso injustificado na execução da obra. Ocorrendo uma dessas situações, a assembleia geral dos adquirentes decidirá pelo prosseguimento da obra ou pela liquidação do acervo patrimonial. Em qualquer dos casos, o incorporador é afastado da direção do empreendimento e a comissão de representantes dos adquirentes assume a administratação do empreendimento afetado para, se viável a construção, continuar a execução da obra, ou liquidar o acervo patrimonial da respectiva incorporação afetada. Entretanto, como o referido regime de afetação é de implantação opcional, ao alvedrio do incorporador, este necessita de estímulos para compensar as restrições decorrentes do regime de afetação. Para esse fim, foi instituído o regime especial de tributação para o referido patrimônio de afetação, com o objetivo de simplificar e reduzir a carga tributária da incorporação afetada, em relação aos tributos federais incidentes sobre a atividade incorporativa, quando comparada com as formas de tributação normal do incorporador pelo regimes de lucro real ou pelo regime de lucro presumido.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / In the present dissertation, we discuss about mediatisation of Catholic Church. The main objective is to analyze how the affectation of catholic communicational and mediatic logics occurs in the mediatized practices at Canção Nova. Considering that the mediatic phenomenon presents itself as a source of social practices, because it reorganizes the form of actuation on the Church in the mediatised society, we understand that there is an affectation process between the communicational logic of the mediatic camp, here understood as the ambience logic, and the catholic communicational logic, understood as the information transmission logic. The empiric objective of this study is the cancaonova.com portal, belonging to the Canção Nova, a catholic community focused in evangelization trough communication medias. The specific objectives consist in mapping the occurrence and operation of catholic practices in the cancaonova.com portal and identify the presence of affectation of the catholic and mediatic communicational logics in the mediatised practices of Canção Nova at the portal. The study is characterized as a qualitative research with exploratory and interpretative character, using the study of case. The research is organized in two steps. The first one, methodological, is regarded to the exploration and analysis of changes in the catholic practices of formation, liturgy and pray at the portal. The second one is related to the identification and study of affectation of the communicational logics present at the portal. The dissertation is build in three chapters. The first explores the comprehension of the mediatic and religious camps and their imbrications regarded to the mediatic acting of Catholic Church. The second reflects about the mediatisation of the society and about the communicational logics involved in the new possibilities arising from the technological development. The last chapter treats about the empirical research, pointing up the changes encountered in the catholic practices present at the portal. We also aimed to identify the catholic and mediatic communicational logics, as well as their affectations. The analysis indicates the existence of the outspreading logic, resulting from the affectation between the transmission and ambience logics. The mediatisation of the Church changes the religiosity present in the internet if compared to the one historically known, setting a neodevotional mediatic. In the outspreading logic, that new religiosity encountered at cancaonova.com deploys itself and is experimented as information, sell and bond. Finally, we understand that the affectation process of the logics happens in the neodevotional experimented at the internet. On the other hand, the coexistence of the logics happens in the mediatised practices that build the portal and in the practices that are possible through it. / Na presente dissertação, ocupamo-nos da temática da midiatização da Igreja Católica. O objetivo geral é analisar como se dá a afetação das lógicas comunicacionais católicas e midiáticas nas práticas midiatizadas da Canção Nova. Ao considerar que o fenômeno midiático mostra-se como uma matriz de práticas sociais, pelo fato de reorganizar a forma de atuação da Igreja na sociedade midiatizada, entendemos haver um processo de afetação entre a lógica comunicacional do campo midiático, tomada aqui como lógica da ambiência, e a lógica comunicacional católica, entendida como lógica da transmissão da informação. O objeto empírico deste estudo é o portal cancaonova.com pertencente à Canção Nova, uma comunidade católica que tem como proposta a evangelização através dos meios de comunicação. Os objetivos específicos consistem em mapear a ocorrência e o funcionamento das práticas católicas no portal ancaonova.com e identificar a presença de afetação das lógicas comunicacionais católica e midiática nas práticas midiatizadas na Canção Nova no portal. O estudo configura-se como uma pesquisa qualitativa de caráter exploratório e interpretativo que utiliza o estudo de caso. A pesquisa está organizada em duas etapas. A primeira etapa, metodológica, diz respeito à exploração e a análise das modificações das práticas católicas da formação, liturgia e oração no portal. A segunda etapa corresponde à identificação e ao estudo da afetação das lógicas comunicacionais presentes no portal. A dissertação divide-se em três capítulos. O primeiro se dedica ao entendimento do campo midiático e religioso e de seus imbricamentos no que tange à atuação midiática da Igreja Católica. O segundo reflete sobre a midiatização da sociedade e as lógicas comunicacionais envolvidas nas novas possibilidades advindas do desenvolvimento tecnológico. O último capítulo trata da pesquisa empírica e evidencia as modificações encontradas nas práticas católicas presentes no portal, além de se ocupar da identificação das lógicas comunicacionais católica e midiática e de suas afetações. A análise aponta, ainda, para a existência da lógica do desdobramento, resultado da afetação entre as lógicas da transmissão e da ambiência. A midiatização da Igreja faz com que o religioso presente na internet não seja mais o mesmo religioso historicamente conhecido, configurando-se como um neodevocional midiático. Na lógica do desdobramento, esse novo religioso encontrado no portal cancaonova.com se desdobra e é experimentado como informação, venda e vínculo. Por fim, compreendemos que o processo de afetação entre as duas lógicas estudadas não se dá sempre da mesma forma. O processo de afetação das lógicas acontece no neodevocional experimentado na internet. Já a coexistência das lógicas, dá-se nas práticas midiatizadas que constroem o portal e nas práticas possíveis a partir dele.
