Referendado na teoria e no método da Análise de Discurso de linha francesa, investiga-se o telejornalismo como um ritual de linguagem, e por assim ser, sujeito a falhas, analisando a conjunção verbal-imagem como construtora de versões de noticiabilidade, de modo a observar na tensa relação entre dispersão e coerência a sustentação do efeito notícia. O corpus bruto é constituído por quatro telejornais veiculados em tv comercial aberta, no dia 13 de novembro de 2006: Jornal Nacional, SBT Brasil, Jornal da Band e Jornal da Record. Para a configuração do corpus específico, toma-se como parâmetro o conceito de trajeto temático. A temática do corpus, pela delimitação dos recortes, é a construção da(s) imagem(ns) do governo Lula, com vistas a compreender o telejornalismo como um ritual de linguagem em que algo falha. Considera-se a construção da notícia a partir dos lugares enunciativos de apresentador, apresentador-âncora, repórter e comentarista, da posição-sujeito jornalista constituída na tensão entre autoria e não-autoria. A tese defendida é a de que as versões, nesse ritual de linguagem, se produzem na conjunção entre verbal e imagem, e, nesse mesmo imbricamento, pelos gestos de interpretação do sujeito jornalista, se sustenta e se desestabiliza ¿o verdadeiro do telejornalismo¿. Como se produz a des-estabilização do efeito informacional pela análise da não-coerência é a pergunta que norteia o percurso de análise. O movimento teórico-analítico aponta para apagamentos, silenciamentos, interdições e visibilidades na des-construção dessas versões / Abstract: The starting point is an understanding of language as a ritual, featuring the error ¿ the place of resistance for both language and subject ¿ as its essential feature. Structured upon the theory and method of French Discourse Analysis, telejournalism is investigated as a language ritual, and as such, susceptible to errors. The speech-imagery conjunction is analyzed as the construct for versions of newsworthiness, in order to observe the un-sustainability of the news effect through the tense relationship between dispersion and coherence. The overall corpus is made up of four newscasts, aired on open Brazilian TV networks on November 13, 2006: Jornal Nacional, SBT Brasil, Jornal da Band and Jornal da Record. For the configuration of the specific corpus, the concept of the thematic path is used as the parameter. The theme of the corpus, based on the delimitations of the samples, is the construction of the image(s) of the Lula government, aiming to understand telejournalism as a ritual in which an error takes place. The construction of the news is considered based on enunciatives places for the functioning and interdiction of authorship of the journalist position-subject: the newscaster, the anchorman, the reporter and the commentator. The thesis presented is that the versions in this language ritual are produced through the conjunction between speech and imagery; within this same concurrence, through the interpretative gestures of the journalist-subject, the ¿truth of telejournalism¿ is sustained and destabilized. How the de-stabilization of the information effect is produced through the analysis of non-coherence is the guiding question of the analysis. As primeiras são características de um texto escrito destinado à publicação ¿ trata-se de material lingüístico que demanda procedimentos técnicos como catalogação, normalizações, relativos ao próprio suporte e a sua circulação. As outras, estreitamente ligadas a estas, são um fenômeno decorrente tanto do desenvolvimento das teorias lingüísticas ao longo do século XX, como das demandas que se configuraram quanto à formação de leitores, às teorias e práticas decorrentes, e à expressiva multiplicação de títulos e autores. Considerando tais práticas em sua dinâmica histórica, esta pesquisa se concentra na atividade editorial que tem contemplado reflexões sobre leitura e escrita, e assim tem orientado o tratamento dos textos que se publicam. Há, nesse mercado editorial, uma função relativamente nova, que inclui diversas etapas de trabalho sobre o texto autoral, as quais são ainda pouco discriminadas e compreendidas.Este estudo focaliza uma dessas etapas, entendendo-a como partícipe do processo autoral (que envolve diferentes agentes e operações), o que parece configurar um caráter coletivo da autoria, que entendemos ser característico das condições atuais da produção editorial. Nesse processo, o autor é chamado a um exercício de alteridade explicitado nos textos, cujas diretrizes dizem respeito às limitações e flexibilidades de cada projeto de publicação ¿ momento especialmente interessante para examinar relações entre práticas discursivas e práticas textuais / Abstract: It is probably possible to speak today of linguistic editorial practices and editorial linguistic practices. The former are a set of characteristics of a written text destined to be published ¿ this includes linguistic material demanding technical procedures such as cataloguing and normalizations, related to the support itself and its circulation. The latter, closely connected with the former, arose out of the development of linguistic theories in the 20th century as well as of the demand that took place regarding the formation of readers, the theories and practices that stemmed from such formation and the substantial multiplication of titles and writers. Considering such practices in their historical dynamics, this research is concentrated on the editorial practice that has contemplated reflections on reading and writing, and has thus oriented the treatment of texts to be published. In this editorial market, there is, to a certain extent, a new role, which includes several stages of work performed on the text that are still not clearly outlined or understood. This study focuses on one of those stages, taking it as a participant of the authoral process, which involves different agents and operations that seem to figure as a collective aspect of authorship. We understand this process as being typical of the current condition of editorial production: the author is summoned to an exercise of alterity made explicit in the texts, whose guidelines are related to the limitations and flexibilities of each publishing project ¿ an especially interesting moment to examine the relationships between discursive and textual practices / Doutorado / Doutor em Linguística

The purpose of this doctoral thesis is to investigate the authorial functioning of this system. Inovações são mais e mais inibidas pela simples razão de que conhecimentos novos sempre são construídos a partir de conhecimentos prévios, estes com controle de acesso crescente. Em particular, a instituição escolar é seriamente afetada pela evolução desbalanceada das leis de proteção à propriedade intelectual. A escola é cada vez menos capaz de prover a educação por ela considerada mais apropriada para os seus alunos em função de limitações de recursos financeiros e custos crescentes de conteúdos de interesse educacional. A dissertação apresenta uma contribuição para promover o compartilhamento de conteúdos ¿abertos¿, isto é, conteúdos publicados pelos seus autores sob licenças de uso com restrições menores do que as impostas, de maneira padrão, pelas leis de direito autoral. O público alvo do sistema desenvolvido é a comunidade escolar. Além de propiciar um diretório de conteúdos abertos, o sistema provê uma forma alternativa de navegação no universo de conteúdos armazenado no diretório hierárquico através de índices ¿associativos¿ estabelecidos por usuários cadastrados / Abstract: During the last decades the cultural industry succeeded in promoting and approving increasingly stricter national and international intellectual property protection laws to the detriment of society at large. Innovations are becoming more and more inhibited due to the fact that new knowledge is always built on previous knowledge with an access control getting increasingly tighter over time. The school as institution is, in particular, seriously affected by unbalanced intellectual property protection laws. The school is less and less capable of providing to its students an education it considers most proper due to financial restrictions and ever increasing costs of contents of educational interest. This dissertation presents a contribution to promote the sharing of ¿open¿ contents, i.e. contents published by their authors under licenses of use with less restrictions than the ones by default imposed by copyright laws. The target population of the developed system is the school community. As well as offering a directory for open contents, the system provides an alternative way of navigation in the content universe stored in the hierarchical directory by the way of ¿associative¿ indices defined by registered users / Mestrado / Informatica e Educação / Mestre em Ciência da Computação
