The MBL was notable in 2015 and 2016 for commanding protests that took millions of people to the streets and influenced the fall of the Workers? Party (PT) of the Presidency of the Republic. The main objectives of this work are to understand how cyberactivism becomes institutionalized in politics, how the group acts after impeachment and how Brazilian cyberactivism has moved from guerrilla to industrialization with MBL. A total of 102 publications of the fanpage of the movement on Facebook are analyzed in three periods of 2017: in the two accusations of Justice against the President of the Republic, Michel Temer, for corruption and other crimes; and the acquittal of Senator A?cio Neves of the PSDB by his parliamentary colleagues who rejected a decision of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) that had removed him from the National Congress for attempting to obstruct Justice in Operation Lava Jato. The method applied was Discursive Textual Analysis, which resulted in metatexts that synthesize the core of the cyberactivism practiced by MBL. We discussed the transformations of cyberspace, the characteristics of the new networked society, virtual social networks and the rise of cyberactivism, as well as topics such as filter bubbles, obscure algorithms, fake news and internet monopoly. Ciberativism, which emerges in tune with the ideal of independence and freedom sought by the creators of the internet, is also an instrument for the propagation of hatred, manipulation and lies, and for the intensification of radicalisms, thus occupying a central role in cyberculture studies and social movements. / Atrav?s de um estudo do Movimento Brasil Livre (MBL) no p?s-impeachment de Dilma Rousseff, a disserta??o analisa o ativismo pol?tico nas redes sociais virtuais ? o ciberativismo. O MBL notabilizou-se, em 2015 e 2016, por comandar protestos que levaram milh?es de pessoas ?s ruas e influenciaram na queda do Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT) da Presid?ncia da Rep?blica. Os objetivos principais do trabalho s?o compreender como o ciberativismo se institucionalizou na pol?tica, de que forma o MBL atua depois do impeachment e como as pr?ticas ciberativistas passaram da guerrilha ? industrializa??o no Brasil. Debatemos as transforma??es do ciberespa?o, as caracter?sticas da nova sociedade em rede, as redes sociais virtuais e a ascens?o do ciberativismo, al?m de temas como bolhas de filtros, algoritmos obscuros, fake news e monop?lio da internet. O ciberativismo, que emerge sintonizado com os ideais de resgate da independ?ncia e da liberdade, almejados pelos criadores da internet, revela-se tamb?m um instrumento para a propaga??o de ?dio, manipula??o e mentiras, e para o acirramento de radicalismos, ocupando, portanto, um papel central em estudos de cibercultura e de movimentos sociais

A invenção e popularização do uso do computador e da internet a partir da segunda metade do século XX vieram acompanhadas de uma cultura da colaboração, liberdade de expressão e autogoverno. Na medida em que as novas mídias, em especial os videogames e as redes sociais, marcados pela interatividade, participação e colaboração, foram incorporadas pela sociedade, passamos a testemunhar a transmissão desta cultura do mundo digital para o nosso cotidiano do mundo real. Este trabalho busca apresentar a trajetória do desenvolvimento dos computadores e videogames ressaltando a filosofia hacker que os criou e a dicotomia entre seus ideais libertários e sua apropriação pelos meios corporativos, dando especial atenção à sua associação com movimentos sociais que culminaram no ciberativismo moderno e suas vertentes. Esta apresentação serve de base para o estudo do caso do Projeto Jogo Justo, uma ação coletiva com uso da internet que buscava a criação de uma política favorável à indústria de videogames no Brasil, sua relação com ações políticas tradicionais e com o ciberativismo, questionando sua viabilidade caso a Internet não existisse, compreendendo-a como uma nova forma de ação política através do uso de ferramentas de Internet e fruto desta nova cultura colaborativa. / The invention and popularization of the use of computers and the internet from the second half of the twentieth century was accompanied by a culture of collaboration, freedom of expression and self-government. While new media, especially video games and social networks, marked by interactivity, participation and collaboration, were merged into the society, we begun witnessing the transmission of this culture from the \"digital world\" for our everyday \"real world \". This paper seeks to present the history of the development of computers and video games emphasizing hacker philosophy who created it and the dichotomy between his libertarian ideals and its appropriation by the corporate media, with special attention to its association with social movements that culminated in the modern cyberactivism and its variations. This presentation serves as a basis for the case study Projeto Jogo Justo (Project Fair Play), a collective action using the internet seeking the creation of a policy favorable to the video game industry in Brazil, its relationship to traditional political action and cyberactivism, questioning their viability if the Internet did not exist, understanding it as a new form of political action through the use of Internet tools and fruit of this new collaborative culture.

Under a theoretical and methodological bias of the syntagma identity-metamorphosis-emancipation, the goal is to investigate elective affinities between autonomization processes of the human identity, and the development of a political awareness, whose emancipatory utopias reflect the production of emancipatory fragments of personal and collective extension. In this research, the focus is on the metamorphoses of collective political identities aimed at the social and feminist activism, as well as the arguments of scientific interpretation, which are updated at the light of a cyberfeminist scenario. Through narratives of life stories of three young people who produce art and feminist texts of activist content in communities and blogs on the internet, one tries to understand the discourse they make, who they are, and how they enhance conditions to make them come true. The senses they unveil lead us to the understanding of aspects of human metamorphosis, and gather evidence of emancipation fragments around their own metamorphosis conditions, heightening or reducing ethical and equitative potencialities in contemporary humanization programs / Esta é uma pesquisa de caráter interdisciplinar que se insere no campo da psicologia social crítica e na qual se empenha em estabelecer interfaces entre as ciências do conhecimento anti-colonialista, o ativismo feminista em ambiente de rede digital de comunicação e informação e o desenvolvimento de identidades políticas. Sob um viés teórico-metodológico do sintagma identidade-metamorfose-emancipação, o objetivo é investigar afinidades eletivas entre processos de autonomização da identidade humana e o desenvolvimento de uma consciência política e, cujas utopias emancipatórias reflitam a produção de fragmentos emancipatórios de extensão pessoal e coletiva. Na presente pesquisa, estão em foco metamorfoses de políticas identitárias coletivas dirigidas ao ativismo social e feminista, tanto quando argumentos de interpretação científica que são atualizados à luz de uma conjuntura ciberfeminista. Por meio de narrativas de histórias de vida de três jovens que produzem arte e textos feministas de teor ativista em comunidades e blogs na internet, busca-se compreender os discursos que constroem sobre quem são e como potencializam condições para vir a ser. Os sentidos que revelam, conduzem-nos à compreensão de aspectos da metamorfose humana e reúne indícios de fragmentos de emancipação em torno de suas próprias condições de metamorfose, ampliando ou rescindindo potencialidades éticas e equitativas nos programas de humanização contemporâneos

The corpus was the editorials designed to promote each of its action front: Amazon, Climate and Energy, Nuclear, Ocean and Transgenic. The amount of five editorials were collected on April 18, 2010. In the social context, this NGO is inserted into a conflict between natural resources conservation and industrial and economic development. Furthermore, a change in the paradigms and values of social relations due to technological advances, and the emergence of cyberspace. The aim therefore is to understand how the relation between of the actions of Greenpeace and the imaginary hero benefits joining the cyber activism. For that we use a discourse analysis of the French line as theoretical and methodological, axis, including as main thinkers Patrick Charaudeau and Dominique Maingueneau, whose ideas have helped to examine how language is used in these editorials, studying its context, resulting in ideological discourse pervaded by the hero s imagery. The study revealed that the discursive techniques used in the editorials helped to create the ethos of the hero, the villain and the girl and that these elements appreciate the actions of Greenpeace to a heroic level. / Este estudo propõe uma reflexão sobre o tratamento dado ao imaginário do herói nas campanhas da organização não governamental Greenpeace, em seu site. O corpus de análise foi composto pelos editoriais elaborados para divulgar cada uma de suas frentes de ação: Amazônia, Clima e Energia, Nuclear, Oceano e Transgênicos. Foram ao total cinco editoriais, coletados no dia 18 de abril de 2010. No contexto social, esta ONG está inserida num conflito entre a preservação dos recursos naturais e desenvolvimento industrial e econômico. Além disso, considera-se também a mudança nos paradigmas e valores das relações sociais determinada pelo avanço tecnológico e o consequente surgimento do ciberespaço. O objetivo, portanto, é buscar entender como a relação das ações do Greenpeace com o imaginário do herói beneficia a adesão ao ciberativismo. Para isso usamos a Análise do Discurso da linha francesa como eixo teórico-metodológico, tendo como principais pensadores Patrick Charaudeau e Dominique Maingueneau, cujas ideias ajudaram a examinar a maneira como a linguagem é empregada nesses editoriais, estudando o seu contexto, resultando num discurso ideológico impregnado pelo imaginário do herói. Concluiu-se, que as técnicas discursivas utilizadas nos editoriais auxiliaram na criação do ethos do herói, do bandido e da vítima e que esses elementos valorizam as ações dos Greenpeace elevando a um patamar heróico.

Esta dissertação tem como tema a relação entre o potencial de comunicação da Internet e seu uso pela sociedade civil organizada. A proposta emerge das discussões acerca do paradigma da comunicação em rede, instaurado a partir da década de 90, que contempla posições tão díspares, como a visão dos entusiastas das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TICs) que a compreendem como um meio revolucionário e democrático; e a perspectiva de outros teóricos, para os quais a rede é apenas mais um meio de comunicação que replica a ideologia do sistema econômico vigente. Para estudar um aspecto da relação entre Internet e sociedade organizada, foi escolhido como objeto de estudo a organização não-governamental Greenpeace, entidade civil criada no Canadá, em 1971, que conta com escritórios no Brasil desde 1992. Com esse recorte busca-se atingir o objetivo geral deste trabalho que é investigar como se dá o ativismo do Greenpeace através da rede, especificamente por meio do site do Greenpeace Brasil (www.greenpeace.org.br) / The topic of this dissertation is the relation between the Internets potential of communication and its use by the organized civil society. The purpose originated from some discussions about paradigm of the communication at net, emerged in the 90s and which include significantly different points of view, like the enthusiastic theoretics of Information and Communication Technologies which understand the Internet like the revolutionary and democratic medium; and others which see the Internet like the medium that also reinforce the present economic system ideologys. In order to study an aspect of the relationship between the Internet and the civil society, it was selected the non governmental organization Greenpeace, founded at Canada, in 1971, which hold offices in Brazil since 1992. The general purpose of this dissertation is to investigate like is o activism of Greenpeace by the Internet, specially by the website Brazil Greenpeace (www.greenpeace.org.br)

Tal entendimento se faz necessário, diante das implicações políticas dos usos das Novas Tecnologias da Informação e da Comunicação e, para isso, recorreu-se também ao conceito de informacionalismo para sustentar a compreensão do cenário econômico, político e social aqui delimitado, com vistas a identificar novas práticas para o exercício da cidadania / This dissertation investigates the organizing methods of digital activism or ciberactivism and the communicative processes implicit in those practices. Specifically, it focuses a ciberactivist initiative which uses the strategies and tactics of boycotts to establish possibilities of negotiation between civil society, corporations and governments, considering the conflicts of interests which arise as a result of relationships between those social dimensions. The aim was, firstly, to understand the basic fundamentals of social organization and its evolution from the concepts of historical bloc, hegemony, superstructure, civil society and, more recently, the concept of global civil society. This understanding is necessary, given the political implications of the uses of New Information and Communication Technologies and, therefore, has also appealed to the concept of informacionalism to sustain the understanding of the economic, political and social environment defined here, aiming to identify new ways for citizenship practices

Em 2008, esse movimento se intensificou com a experiência de Barack Obama e a política passou a integrar amplamente a esfera das novas mídias digitais, com o aumento da interatividade nos processos de comunicação política via Web. Nesse contexto, o presente trabalho investiga, de um lado, como a sociedade americana utilizou o Youtube durante as eleições de 2008, e de outro, como se estruturou a chamada campanha on-line do então candidato Obama. Por meio da análise do discurso de campanha de Obama e de cinco vídeos postados por eleitores no Youtube durante o período eleitoral, este estudo busca explicações para o fenômeno que ficou conhecido como a primeira campanha em rede de toda história. As postulações de Manuel Castells sobre a sociedade em rede, os estudos ciberculturais e a semiótica discursiva foram adotados como referenciais teórico-metodológicos para a investigação dos sentidos produzidos nos processos que constituem o corpus desta pesquisa / In 2006, during the american electrons for Congress, Youtube and other social networks reported the first signs of orgaqnized political cyberactivism toward the Internet. In 2008, this movement has been intensified by the experience of Barack Obama and the politics was included largely the realm of new digital media, allowing more dialogue and interactivity between politicians and voters. In this context, this paper investigates on the one hand, as American society has used Youtube during the 2008 elections, and the other how was structured Obama's online campaign. Through the analysis of five videos with political content on Youtube durign the election period, this study seeks explanations for the phenomenon that became known as the first network campaign throughout history. The theoretical postulations of Manuel Castells on the network society, the cybercultural studies and semiotics of discourse have been adopted as a theoretical and methodological line guide to explore the meanings produced by the processes that comprise the corpus of this research

Os processos sociais, a partir desta perspectiva, complexificam-se ainda mais, acelerados e invadidos por um turbilhão de informações e espaços para encontrá-las, tensionando e despertando a necessidade de pertencimento as realidades virtuais, assim como olhares reflexivos sobre tal fenômeno. Esta pesquisa foi elaborada no âmbito dos estudos do ciberespaço e tem como base metodológica um estudo etnográfico na perspectiva de uma etnografia do ciberespaço, tomando como lócus a página virtual do Grêmio Estudantil do Colégio de Aplicação da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina denominada Resistência. Tendo como objetivo principal reflexões sobre os movimentos sociais contemporâneos, ciberativismos e os processos pelos quais estes se interconectam ao Grêmio Estudantil em rede. Dentre as reflexões empreendidas aponta-se o Grêmio Estudantil Resistência com as possibilidades de se interconectar em rede virtual com atores diversos oriundos de movimentos sociais. Onde o ciberespaço enquanto arena relacional se torna lugar profícuo para os estudantes exercitarem experiências referentes à atuação social e política e pode funcionar como local potencializador e possibilitador de experiências participativas de largo alcance.
