Therefore, this study objected to perform an analysis on the risk perception on the population living in social environmental vulnerable places in order to understand what is the way this population realize the risks they are exposed to and what are the outbrave strategies the develop. The first analyzed area was Complexo Passo da P?tria for the flooding risk problematic and then the Cidade Nova neighborhood threatened by the dunes slides. The areas locate, respectively, in the West and East zones of Natal-RN. Using an interview screenplay adapted from risk perception researches from different brazilian cities, it was collected primarily data on the variables: perception, evaluation and choice, safety threshold, adjustment, decision and participation. Due to the studied areas characteristics the qualitative approach adjusted itself to the difficulties for accessing the areas. The studied places characterize for its insecure situation like selling/using drugs, robbery and murder among others. Due to this situation the interviewed individuals were the ones that could be found more accessibly and available in the moment and the interviews were made in the community leader presence of each area. Through the discourse of the respondents analysis it was able to conclude that the interviewed population is exposed to a high vulnerability grade and risks. However it was identified substantial differences between the perception and risks of Complexo Passo da P?tria and bairro Cidade Nova, because in the first area the intervied ones can recognize the high risk they are exposed to in a more emphatic way to the interviewed ones for the Cidade Nova neighborhood. Furthermore, there is a heavy dissatisfaction for the population of the two places about the city hall positions relating to the present problems in the studied areas. It was also identified the strategy development of acquaintanceship with the risk in the research places beyond a feeling of belonging and affection between the dwellers and the places, yet it was more evident for Complexo Passo da P?tria. Though this analysis it was possible to understand and perceptions and the behavior of the individuals or social groups facing the risks as acceptance and rejection of determined risks beyond adaptation measures of living together with the persistence presence of risks. Therefore, qualitative nature researches emphasizing the perception approach are in the fundamental importance in the studies about risks making it possible to offer aids to the urban planning and management in the implement of effective preventive measures and compatible with the population aims / No espa?o urbano, as inunda??es e deslizamentos de terra est?o entre os problemas que mais trazem preju?zos humanos e materiais. Este estudo objetivou, portanto, realizar uma an?lise da percep??o de riscos de popula??es residentes em ?reas de vulnerabilidade socioambiental a fim de compreender de que forma essas popula??es percebem os riscos a que est?o expostas e quais as estrat?gias de enfrentamento desenvolvidas por elas. A primeira ?rea analisada foi o Complexo Passo da P?tria com a problem?tica dos riscos de inunda??es e em seguida o bairro Cidade Nova, sujeito a riscos de deslizamentos de dunas. As ?reas localizam-se, respectivamente, nas zonas oeste e leste de Natal-RN. Com um roteiro de entrevistas adaptado de pesquisas sobre percep??o de riscos em diferentes cidades brasileiras, foram coletados dados prim?rios referentes ?s vari?veis: percep??o, avalia??o e escolha, limiar de seguran?a, ajustamento, decis?o e participa??o. Devido ?s caracter?sticas das ?reas de estudo, a abordagem qualitativa adequou-se ?s dificuldades de acessibilidade nas ?reas. Os locais estudados se caracterizam por situa??es de inseguran?a como venda/uso de drogas, assaltos, homic?dios, entre outros. Devido a isso, os indiv?duos abordados foram os que se encontravam mais acess?veis e dispon?veis no momento e as entrevistas foram realizadas na presen?a dos l?deres comunit?rios de ambas as ?reas. Atrav?s da an?lise do discurso dos entrevistados p?de-se concluir que a popula??o entrevistada est? exposta a um alto grau de vulnerabilidade e riscos. Por?m, identificaram-se diferen?as significativas entre a percep??o de riscos no Complexo Passo da P?tria e no bairro Cidade Nova, haja visto que na primeira ?rea os entrevistados reconhecerem o alto risco ? que est?o expostos de maneira mais enf?tica em compara??o aos entrevistados do bairro Cidade Nova. Al?m disso, h? uma grande insatisfa??o da popula??o das duas localidades quanto ao posicionamento da prefeitura em rela??o aos problemas presentes nas ?reas de estudo. Identificou-se, tamb?m o desenvolvimento de estrat?gias de conviv?ncia com o risco nos locais de pesquisa, al?m de um sentimento de pertencimento e afei??o entre os moradores e seu espa?o; por?m com maior evid?ncia no Complexo Passo da P?tria. Atrav?s dessa an?lise foi poss?vel compreender a percep??o e o comportamento de indiv?duos ou grupos sociais diante dos riscos, como aceita??o e rejei??o de determinados riscos, al?m de medidas de adapta??o e conviv?ncia com a presen?a constante de riscos. Souvent considéré comme une pure littérature ludique et enfantine, le conte ne relève pas seulement d'une pratique culturelle ancrée dans les arts et modes de vie, mais d'une modalité pédagogique émanant de la dialectique de l'oralité. Bien plus, il semble occuper une place primordiale dans le contexte socio-culturel africain/camerounais et ce, malgré le développement et l'expansion de la « société de l'écriture ». Mais au vu des difficultés auxquelles seraient confrontés certains acteurs de l’éducation (enseignants, conteurs, élèves) à transmettre cet art de la parole, ne serait-il pas temps de découvrir la manière et la pédagogie avec lesquelles le conte peut permettre aux élèves de déployer des compétences orales? Comment initier les apprenants à une pratique artistique du conte qui différencie l'action de lire à celle de conter oralement? Partant de différents niveaux de médiation, les pistes de ce travail explorent l'approche pédagogique de l'oralité et proposent des activités langagières dans trois collèges au Cameroun. Nos résultats (dé)montrent qu’à défaut de perpétuer et de renforcer la culture de l'oralité, le conte oral développe et contribue à la valorisation des compétences narratives chez les apprenants. La visée de la présente étude est, d’une part d’intégrer le conte comme un moyen propice au langage et un vecteur d'identité interculturelle, et d’autre part de renouveler les approches et perspectives, tant dans l'enseignement de l’oral que dans l’ingénierie pédagogique. / Often considered as a linguistic and narrative process reserved to children, tale's approach can not be overlooked in Cameroonian socio-cutural and anthropological context. Even though, nowadays, there is an evident development and the expasion of a rampant writing culture. In fact, in oral tradition, tale occupies an essential place in the learning process. But, then, how, and with what specific pedagogy, the tale can be hepful for pupils in their curriculum as far as learning is concerned ? Since, each tale is mainly given orally, how can it be proposed to learners who are of a different cultural background, namely, a writing culture ? In this work, taking into consideration didactic approach of educational actors, our main purpose is to establish that the pedagogic dimension of tale does not rely only on its artistic relevance but has a primordial role in oral tradition. Consequently our results first of all show that trough this cultural chanel, that is, tale, is an efficient instrument for a reliable communication in oral tradition; tale is a bridge in cultural transmission. Secondly, by using tale's approach, learners are better equiped in their narrative skills. Therefore, the present work puts accross the importance of tales in oral tradition speciffically and in a writing culture as well. Indeed tale is a valuable pedadogic agent. As our research work try to show, tale can no longer be considered as a pure playful and childish literature, but an indispensable vector of intercultural identity in Cameroonian context. Taking into account various levels of mediation, the present work proposes concrete linguistic activities, not from the tales gathered in various textbooks of the official schools' curricula, but from a new directory which may enable eventual users to explore the didactic approach yet to be discovered in tale's wisdom.

O experimento foi realizado em delineamento inteiramente casualizado em esquema fatorial 4 x 4, com quatro doses de inoculante composto de mic?lio vegetativo incluso em gel de alginato de c?lcio (0, 5, 10 e 15 c?psulas) dos FEM Amanita muscaria isolado UFSC-Am161, Elaphomyces anthracinus (Cenococcum geophilum) isolado Amance, Pisolithus microcarpus isolado ITA-06 e Scleroderma areolatum isolado UFSC-Sc129, mais um controle n?o inoculado com 100 % da aduba??o de substrato, com quatro repeti??es. Os FEM, em geral, promoveram maior di?metro do coleto, altura da parte a?rea, massa seca da parte a?rea, coloniza??o ectomicorr?zica, teores e conte?dos foliares de N, P e K nas mudas clonais de eucalipto. O melhor crescimento e coloniza??o foram observados na maior dose de inoculante e os maiores teores e conte?do de P, N e K na dose de 10 c?psulas de inoculante. O ?ndice de qualidade de Dickson n?o foi influenciado pelos diferentes fungos e doses de inoculante. As mudas clonais de eucalipto inoculadas pelos FEM e crescidas com a metade da aduba??o de substrato, apesar de menor produ??o de massa seca, apresentaram teores e conte?dos de P e N e teor de K maiores ou iguais ?quelas crescidas com a aduba??o de substrato completa e n?o inoculadas. The efficiency of doses of inoculant of EMF to promote growth, nutrients absorption, ectomycorrhizal colonization and clonal seedlings quality of Eucalyptus urophylla in commercial plant nursery were assessed on this study. The crop fertilization of the substrate of production of seedling was reduced at 50 per cent to avoid inhibitory effect of crop fertilization on ectomycorrhizal colonization. The experiment was made in completely randomized design in 4x4-factorial scheme, with four doses of inoculum compounded with vegetal mycelium impregnated by calcium-alginate gel (0, 5, 10 and 15 capsules) of EMF Amanita muscaria isolated UFSC-Am161, Elaphomyces anthracinus (Cenococcum geophilum) isolated Amance, Pisolithus microcarpus isolated ITA-06 and Scleroderma areolatum isolated UFSC-Sc129, plus a non-inoculated control with a hundred per cent of fertilization of the substrate with four repetitions. The EMF, in general, promoted bigger diameter of the base, height of aerial part, dry matter of aerial part, ectomycorrhizal colonization, concentration and leaf content of N, P and K on clonal seedling of eucalyptus. The best growth and colonization were observed at the highest dose of the inoculant and the highest levels and contents of P, N and K at a dose of 10 capsules of inoculant. The Dickson Quality Index was not influenced by different fungi and doses of inoculum. The clonal eucalyptus seedling inoculated by the EMF and that was grown with half substrate fertilization, despite of less production of dry matter, show concentration and content of P and N and concentration of K bigger or equal to those seedling that was grown with the fertilization of substrate of production of seedlings of complete and non-inoculated. They also submit sufficient quality for transplantation as early as 90 days.

Cette réalité est crééa à partir d'un travail attentif avec le langage, qui est renouvelé et reincenté pour renaître plein de significations. Les contes de Rosa surpassent les limites de la prose poétique et envahisssent les frontières du récit poétique, pour créer un conte poétique qui dépasse les barrières du temps et arrive à a durée de l'instant primordial. De cete façon, les contes de Guimarães Rosa on l'objectif de commencer une révolution dans l'être pour le conduire à la sagesse, transformant sa vision du monde et rassiant sa faim de poésie.

Aiming to answer this question, we carried out a collaborative action research in a school of Natal / RN, with 6 teachers who teach or lectured Natural Sciences in the early years of elementary school. The study involved 14 encounters of continuos formation in service, to enable a better understanding criticism and propositive concerning the teaching science, especially some content of astronomy for the initial years, through a shared discussion. To this end, we consider that more profound understanding of astronomical knowledge allows the establishment of relationships and connections between theoretical knowledge and the daily teaching practice. All discussions were recorded on audio and transcripts. This research was realized using questionnaires and diary, however, the audio recording was its principal working instrument. About the data collected, several issues emerged as the little field of conceptual content, several misconceptions among teachers about the content of astronomy, lack of adequate space in the school environment to study and the need for collective reflection on the practice. Finally, is indicated that the contents of astronomy should be used in classrooms of Sciences, provided that teaching plan of action consider the existence of diverse alternative conceptions about the subject, among both teachers and students, and the need of permanente continuing education in the teaching / Situada na interse??o entre Forma??o Continuada, Ensino de Ci?ncias e conte?dos de Astronomia, a pesquisa tem como finalidade discutir a problem?tica que assim se configura: quais os desafios encontrados numa forma??o continuada em servi?o, de professores de Ci?ncias, para os anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental com conte?dos de Astronomia? Visando responder a esta quest?o, realizou-se uma pesquisa-a??o colaborativa em uma escola da Rede Municipal de Natal/RN, com 6 professores que lecionam/lecionavam Ci?ncias Naturais nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. O estudo envolveu a realiza??o de 14 encontros de forma??o continuada em servi?o, com a finalidade de possibilitar, por meio de uma discuss?o compartilhada, uma compreens?o mais cr?tica e propositiva a respeito do ensino de Ci?ncias, sobretudo, de alguns conte?dos de Astronomia para os anos iniciais. Para tanto, consideramos que a compreens?o mais aprofundada dos conhecimentos astron?micos possibilita o estabelecimento de rela??es e conex?es entre os conhecimentos te?ricos e o cotidiano do exerc?cio docente. Participaram da pesquisa 37 alunos,oriundos de 11 cidades diferentes. Como instrumentos de coleta de dados foramutilizados um Question?rio e o Di?rio de Pesquisa. A partir da interven??opedag?gica se comprovou por parte dos sujeitos da pesquisa uma evolu??o eamplia??o nos aspectos conceituais a cerca do esporte, saindo de uma mera pr?ticacorporal regrada e competitiva, passando a compreend?-Io como um fen?menos?cio-cultural, com entrela?amentos pol?ticos e ideol?gicos com interfer?nciashist?ricas. Outro aspecto, ? a percep??o do esporte como um direito do cidad?o ecomo tal merece pol?ticas p?blicas que o atendam satisfatoriamente. Oentendimento que o esporte se manifesta sobremaneira nos h?bitos ecomportamentos das pessoas permitiu identificar sua influencia na qualidade de vidada popula??o das cidades de origem dos alunos. Com isso, evidencia-se anecessidade de um trato pedag?gico do conte?do esporte por parte da Educa??oFisica Escolar mais preocupado com a forma??o e instrumentaliza??o de sujeitoscr?ticos e reflexivos com condi??es de exercer com plenitude sua cidadania. / Researchers have analyzed how sport is being taught in the classroom as a regular subject and how it is accepted as a pedagogical action at school. This study aims to suggest some pedagogic proposal on the Physical Education subject to High School System which would be planned, formulated, and applied based on some critical approach on teaching, as well as analyzing and thinking over its impact on the students' learning, taking in consideration some conceptual, procedural and attitudinal dimensions to make possible for the students to become more critical so that they will understand how this subject works in contemporary time. .We had three specific blocs to develop our research: Historic, conceptual and cultural elements about sport; Public policies to sport; Individual, group and environmental characteristics. The method of this work was based on qualitative research through some research action. The study was made actually at IFRN (Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte state), in the city of Pau dos Ferros. Students from the second year of the computing course in high school were the participants in the research, there were 37 students from eleven different cities near Pau dos Ferros. They answered some questionares and a Research Diary. From the pedagogical intervention we could prove the students have improved their knowledge about the concept on sport itself, leaving the old idea about sport only as a physical practice such as an activity with rules or as competition, we could prove they have sport as a social-cultural event, involving policies, ideologies as well as historical interferences. Another aspect they mentioned was that sport is the citizens' right and as such there must be public policies pro sports. Understanding that sport transpires on peoples' habits as well as their behavior allowed us to identify its influence on our students' quality of life back in their home towns. Therewith, it is clear the necessity of a pedagogical focus on the content of Physical Education at school to make this subject more meaningful, so that the students will become more critical and reflexive about life and will be able be real citizens

Foi obtido como resultado a inadequa??o estrutural da pol?tica de Conte?do Local perante o objetivo constitucional de desenvolvimento, pela limita??o do seu potencial realizado pela falta de planejamento e legitima??o por parte do Estado na formula??o de uma pol?tica p?blica estatal t?o importante, apesar de ter sido averiguada que axiologicamente a fundamenta??o existente para sua sustenta??o jur?dica ? perfeita, sendo poss?vel de ser encontrada por todo o teor do texto constitucional. Conclui-se, que apesar de sua formula??o inadequada, a pol?tica de Conte?do Local tem conseguido dentro da estrutura criada pela Ag?ncia Nacional do Petr?leo, realizar um papel importante para ind?stria nacional, algo que deve ser incrementado, algo somente feito atrav?s de uma reestrutura??o da sua formata??o com a consequente distribui??o de compet?ncias e de metas a serem cumpridas pelos ?rg?os estatais em prol da melhoria da qualidade de vida, presente e futura, nos diversos ?mbitos territoriais da sociedade brasileira. / On the petroleum industry, the State developed the Local Content police as a regulatory action to guarantee the preference of the national supply industry. Observing that, this paper will analyze the Local Content police aware of the constitutional goal of development as wright in the Constitui??o Federal de 1988. For it, will be used the hypothetical-deductive method for identifying the Local Content police as State strategy of development turn it in the object of critics in a dialectic way of thinking to in the final, present a conclusion about the police. As result was saw that the existent structure of the police at Brazil is inefficient, claiming for a rebuilt. For conclusion, is said that because of the inadequate construction of the Local Content police created inside of the Ag?ncia Nacional do Petr?leo ? In the face of the importance of the competitive freedom's control study within the Brazilian Oil Industry, Natural Gas and Biofuels, this study centers its attention on evaluation of Local Content Policy economic efficiency adopted by Brazil in this area and its contribution in the country's development process. The theme's relevance presents through the scientific and practical importance of research concerning the requirement of local procurement of goods and services' reflects by represented companies of Exploration and Production of oil and natural gas' activities in Brazil. It is intended to study in this legal-economic approach, if its freedom market's mitigation from the insertion of Local Content Clauses contributes positively to the Brazilian development construction. In this context, the regulatory model adopted by the State becomes a fundamental tool concerning to the interests of investors' attractiveness in the country, used like reference for verification of potential competition from the country's agents. Therefore, in compass with this research's proposal, discusses with the theme in light of theoretical and practical senses, in order to promote, focused on oil and gas sector, an analysis about the impact of the Local Clauses Content's insertion in the market scenario what demands more freedom on the action of economic agents at local and global level. For the present work have been used hypothetical-deductive as methods and systemic functionalist as approach, while the indirect documentation is applied within bibliographical and documentary research. Once undertaken the proposed analysis, according the applied methods, it concludes that the competitivity elevation of the Brazilian hydrocarbons industry, essential to the development process conclusion, can only be done by inserting innovation in this dynamic focus. Likewise, the effectiveness of the country's Local Content Policy, although significantly contribute to the strengthening of national production chain, has to constitute a temporary measure and receive rearrangement in order to separate anti-competitive barriers and minimize production costs.
