The growing need for travelling more and more to farther regions around the globe has boosted the aeronautical industry in a significant way. However, the transportation of humans also entails the transportation of undesirable viruses and diseases. This study proposes the analysis of the influence of air transport in the spread of these viruses. In order to do so, we conduct a historical review on the evolution of some of the most impactful outbreaks ever experienced, focusing on the H1N1(2009) and on the Zika (2015-2016) epidemics. Through this analysis, we can clearly demonstrate that the growth in the air market - illustrated by larger aircraft, more locations being linked, and more operational technology, impact on more people flying and, consequently, more diseases being spread. Despite the efforts on behalf of aviation and health authorities and the use of technology, there is the need for more studies and research to develop strategies that can mitigate these consequences. / O transporte a?reo consolidou-se como um dos mercados de maior import?ncia econ?mica nas ?ltimas d?cadas. A necessidade de deslocamentos a pontos mais distantes e em maior frequ?ncia tem impulsionado a ind?stria aeron?utica de forma cont?nua e significativa. No entanto, sabemos que o transporte de seres humanos tamb?m acarreta o transporte de doen?as e v?rus n?o desej?veis. O presente estudo ? uma an?lise historiogr?fica da influ?ncia do transporte a?reo na dissemina??o de doen?as. Para isso, conduzimos uma revis?o hist?rica sobre a evolu??o de algumas das maiores epidemias j? vividas, concentrando um foco maior na gripe A H1N1 (2009) e de Zika (2015-2016). A partir desta an?lise, podemos constatar que o crescimento do transporte aeron?utico ? evidenciado atrav?s de aeronaves maiores, mais localidades sendo acessadas, maior tecnologia operacional, impactam em maior quantidade de pessoas voando e, consequentemente, maior facilidade de dissemina??o de doen?as. Apesar dos esfor?os por parte das autoridades sanit?rias e aeron?uticas e da utiliza??o de tecnologias pertinentes, acredita-se que h? a necessidade de mais estudos e pesquisas para o desenvolvimento de estrat?gias que possam mitigar tais consequ?ncias.

The present thesis analyzed, taking for base the Theory of the Social Field of Pierre Bourdieu, the ambient field and the university, leaving of the principle that the university is one of the propitious places for the quarrel, study, knowledge elaboration, and that the ambient education is one of the ways of dissemination of knowledge and action in favor of the ambient question. It was looked to contextualize and to identify the main factors that configure the university while a social field, and to evidence the conflict and connector links with the ambientalism. It is perceived university as space of tensions, whose produced capital stock in the academic scope must be enough convincing in the direction of the social transformation, of the expansion of conscience, the critical matureness, and thus to appear as agent of social transformation. The joint between the diverse social fields, promoted for the university, will be able to contribute for knowledge formularization that can consist base for elaboration of politics and programs to answer to the problems of the society contemporary. It has the inter-relationship between the two fields, however, this relation still is fragile, needing that a continuity practical social that they make possible that the ambient question is part of the culture of the university. This will be able to give with the intensification of the actions and the inclusion of the ambient questions in the communication mechanisms and administrative management. To surpass discontinuities caused for changes of groups leading and for interests politician conjunctural are necessary that they create habitus, what passes for the institutionalization of practical and the constitution of a culture that the agents allow if to reorganize defending the interests of social transformation front to the economic interests, as much in the university how much in the ambient field / A sociedade constitui-se das inter-rela??es entre diversos campos simb?licos de atua??o, onde v?rios agentes se identificam por valores, h?bitos e metas. A presente tese analisou, tomando por base a Teoria do Campo Social de Pierre Bourdieu, o campo ambiental e a universidade, partindo do princ?pio que a universidade ? um dos locais prop?cios para a discuss?o, estudo, elabora??o de conhecimento, e que a educa??o ambiental ? um dos meios de dissemina??o de conhecimentos e a??es em favor da quest?o ambiental. For that reason, It was tried to understand how the dissemination of the information occurs through art centers in special those pertaining to the private institutions. Such research aimed to evaluate the cultural policies of those model of institutions being prioritized the stablished context as resulting of a model took by the Federal Government since the end of the 1980?s with the arisen of the laws of the culture incentive. The discussions closed in this dissertation aim at to demonstrate the understanding of the informational and functional model of those equipment and for that , it was searched to evaluate the policies and cultural practices as well as the paper played by itselves. For that, as an object of representative study of a bigger and more including universe, the stablished institution choosen for this research was the Instituto Tomie Ohtake, in S?o Paulo. Thus, it was searched to establish its description and profile of performance, beyond its structure; it was discoursed descriptive on the aspects concerned to the general characteristics of the information propagated for the institution, its politics of cultural actions, as also, was aimed to articulate the relations between cultural policies established by the managers of the institution inside the current sociocultural and political context. Some of the reached results had pointed to the insufficience of the public power in taking care of the cultural demand, what it opens space of legitimacy for the presence of such institutions, but at the same time demonstrates the inoperancy of the public administration as formulated of more effective policies for that area. / O objetivo desta pesquisa foi discutir os aspectos que envolvem a dissemina??o da informa??o realizada por centros culturais. Para tanto, se buscou compreender como ocorre a dissemina??o da informa??o por meio dos centros culturais, em especial aqueles pertencentes a institui??es privadas. Tal pesquisa buscou avaliar as pol?ticas culturais desse modelo de institui??es, priorizando o contexto estabelecido, em decorr?ncia do modelo assumido pelo governo federal a partir de finais dos anos 1980, com o surgimento das leis de incentivo ? cultura. As discuss?es encerradas nesta disserta??o visaram demonstrar a compreens?o do modelo informacional e funcional desses equipamentos, sendo que para tanto, procurou-se avaliar as pol?ticas e pr?ticas culturais, bem como o papel desempenhado pelos mesmos. Para tanto, como objeto de estudo representativo de um universo maior e mais abrangente, a institui??o estabelecida para esta pesquisa foi o Instituto Tomie Ohtake, em S?o Paulo. Quanto aos seus resultados, as pesquisas revelaram que a maioria dos docentes sente alguma dificuldade para localizar artigos bem como disserta??es e/ou teses e classificam a cria??o do servi?o como extremamente relevante para a UFRN. Assim, esta pesquisa-a??o permitiu a constru??o participativa das 3 primeiras etapas do servi?o fundamentadas em Souto (2010), que foram: a realiza??o do diagn?stico do processo de dissemina??o de informa??es no ?mbito da UFRN, a defini??o da pol?tica do servi?o e a realiza??o do planejamento da estrutura??o do servi?o no SIGAA. / It presents the peculiarities of selective dissemination of information , such service contributes to sharing personalized informational content, considering the importance of information, seen as a key element in modern society that inspires and challenges its management. Its main goals were investigate the construction the model of Selective Dissemination Information integrated to SIGAA at UFRN by making an effort for professors to have current, relevant information at his or her service so they can strengthen the construction process of knowledge from the individuals that demand such things. The time frame done in the development literature of this search was between 1978 and 2014, therefore from its conceptual apprehension, it allows better understanding of the dissemination process of information for effective capability of the proposed action. For that, the research assumed a qualitative approach being classified as an explorative type and itwas done through the methodological strategy of action research. Interviews were held with the Head of the Library System and the superintendent of information from UFRN,with the intent of collecting information and creating partnerships to the development of service. The faculty coordinators from basic research of Centro de Ensino Superior de Serido (CERES)/UFRN were questioned to identify if these individuals felt difficulties in finding information material about their area of research and if they considered the service relevant to the institution. In regards to the results, the research revealed that the majority of the professors felt some difficulty in finding the articles as well as the essays and/or thesis and they classify the designing of the service as extremely relevant to UFRN. Thus, this action research permitted the engaging construction of three beginning steps of the fundamental service in Souto (2010), which were: the achievement of the proposed diagnosis in the information dissemination in the UFRN scope, the politics definition of service and the achievement of organization planning in the SIGAA service

For testing and validating the theoretical construct, an empirical investigation is performed through interviews involving professionals working for organization units, the end-activities of which are directly related to the production and dissemination of information. The architecture of the model is based on the metaphor of the road maps that guide the individual to the sources of information and knowledge, previously mapped in the organization. In terms of technology, the model takes into account the strong support of information and communications technologies (ICTs), particularly those related to the recovery and presentation of information on environment network Intranet, making it comprehensive and easily accessible not only by specialists, but mostly by individuals with little or neither ability to use computers. Although the strong point of the proposed model is the present stage of ICTs, its main focus isn t the technology but the people who will interact with the model and take advantage of its features. Faced applicable, it is recognized the importance of motivation, both for individuals seeking information to satisfy their needs cognitive, as for the information of professionals responsible for the processes of management of information and knowledge in organizations, as critical factor for success of the proposed model. For theoretical validate of the model proposed in this study, looking up in the Information Science, Administration and Computer Science, important concepts on the management of information and knowledge, business organization and information technologies. This work is concluded presenting a theoretical and conceptual model for access to information and knowledge, supported by technology Intranet network. / O presente estudo prop?e um modelo conceitual e te?rico para acesso ? informa??o e conhecimento, com ?nfase na apropria??o e acesso ao conhecimento t?cito, em organiza??es produtivas. A arquitetura do modelo esta baseada na met?fora dos mapas rodovi?rios, que guiar? o indiv?duo at? as fontes de informa??o e conhecimento, previamente mapeadas na organiza??o. Em termos de tecnologias, o modelo leva em considera??o o forte apoio das tecnologias de informa??o e comunica??o (TICs), principalmente aquelas relacionadas com a recupera??o e apresenta??o da informa??o, em ambiente de rede Intranet, tornando-o abrangente e de f?cil acesso n?o somente por especialistas, mas principalmente por indiv?duos com pouca ou nenhuma habilidade de uso de computadores. Embora o ponto forte do modelo proposto seja o est?gio atual das TICs, seu foco principal n?o s?o as tecnologias, mas as pessoas que ir?o interagir com o modelo e se beneficiar das suas funcionalidades. Diante disso, reconhece-se a import?ncia da motiva??o, tanto dos indiv?duos que buscam informa??es para satisfazer suas necessidades cognitivas, quanto dos profissionais da informa??o respons?veis pelos processos de gest?o da informa??o e do conhecimento nas organiza??es, como sendo fator cr?tico de sucesso do modelo proposto. Para fundamenta??o te?rica do modelo proposto neste trabalho, buscam-se nas Ci?ncias da Informa??o, Administra??o e Computa??o, os conceitos importantes sobre gest?o da informa??o e do conhecimento, organiza??o empresarial e tecnologias da informa??o. Conclui-se este trabalho apresentando um modelo te?rico e conceitual para acesso ? informa??o e conhecimento, apoiado por tecnologias de rede Intranet.
