O cotidiano das interaÃÃes humano-lixo no assentamento Boa EsperanÃa-lagoa da Manga em AracatiaÃu, Sobral-Cearà / The everyday interactions of human-trash in the Settlement boa EsperanÃa-lagoa da Manga in AracatiaÃu, Sobral-CearÃAdriana Melo de Farias 12 August 2010 (has links)
colonializantes, tÃpicas do sistema capitalista. / This dissertation had as main objective to reveal the daily life of human interactions trash in the settlement Boa EsperanÃa - Lagoa da Manga, in order to understand the historical, emotional, social, cultural and training that are embedded in the daily practices of care that settlers lay with the public space and "trash." For this, we opted for a qualitative research, inspired by ethnography, that by observing the spot, listening to the other, describing the habits and customs and at the same time, the interpretation of the multiple aspects involved in practices, three discourse markers of place, with the trash home. Came to a view that the settlers expressed a feeling of intrinsic loveliness by the place where he lives and the people with whom they live, as revealed through the enhancement of historic struggles and achievements of its people, as well as the feeling of belonging and umbilicus buried the land. Also, consider just dirt (feces and uneaten food) as garbage, unlike the concept of junk to the academic realm. The feces and food scraps are reused, respectively, for compost earth food supplementation and domestic animals. This is the representational matrix that organizes socio-cultural influences and the daily practices of the settlers as the actual garbage produced, even the junk such as sacks and bags, paper, bottles etc. not servive at the time, or are put in the pantry, or reused in daily activities of the field, which shows a management junk in your own home, the woman is the manager of it and responsible for the cleanliness of public spaces through the practice of sweeping that is passed from mothers to daughters and starts at home, going to the yard and extends to public spaces, becoming a space-socio-cultural affective informal education. However, this area of teaching cultural traditions of care and environmental cleanup against the "garbage" is being threatened because women are moving away gradually sweeping activities, considering that the time available for this practice is being reduced and replaced by employment in the cooperative brown, newly installed in the settlement. Therefore, it is necessary at this time a do-teaching environment that promotes the knowledge and practices historical, socio-cultural and training of the settlers against the "garbage" lined on affection for the place, in order to mitigate the lifestyles subalternizantes seeking to make the rural man a mere player colonializantes practices, typical of the capitalist system.

Item's OAI Record identifier: oai:bdtd.ufpa.br:143 / SEDUC/PA - Secretaria de Estado de Educação / This work aims at researching the countryside education in Brazil. The outcome of this work comes from the political and professional involvement with the education. This work also aims at the comprehension and participation in social movements for operational making for the basic education (doebec), its based on the content analysis regarding the policy on focus and also regarding the resolutions of the
National Conference for a basic education in the countryside. And in order to accomplish that, we considered two highlighting questions which brought up other specific points. The questions on focus are: what is the social contribution of the movements based on the national articulation for the education in the countryside (COUNTRYSIDE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT) based on the approved resolutions by the 1st National Conference for the basic education in the countryside? What are the outstanding principles which focus on the elimination/reduction of the social differences and for the improvement of the life quality, as well as for a better education for individuals in the countryside? The documental research is methodologically based on the technical analyses of the content. This project is
based on two main documents: the doebec(educational department) and the resolutions of the 1st National Conference for the basic education in the countryside.
The theoretical basis which has been chosen for analysis comes from a plenty of authors, such as: Boa Ventura de Sousa Santos. This analysis has been made on
three stages: the identification of the analysis of the main points and the qualifying indicators which brought up categories of analysis. We drew the conclusion that the
categories mentioned above are interrelated, being active and practical which are very significant for the implementation of the educational system in the rural areas. It has also been proposed in accordance with the conception of the national articulation for the countryside education. It truly has favored the elaboration of the doebec, in the field of the management democratization, the specifications acknowledgement of
the schools in the countryside, as well as the necessity of a political pedagogical proposal in a project. However, this work has been incomplete due to the institutions circumstances linked to the current educational legislation marked by the neo-liberal, and more broadly due to the economical and social structure of the capitalism in the Brazilian society, since the concrete conditions for the making of the education in the countryside are somewhat beyond the competence of the doebc.

Condições de funcionamento de escolas do campo: em busca de indicadores de custo-aluno-qualidade / Conditions of functioning of schools of the field: in search of cost-pupil-quality pointersPEREIRA, Ana Cláudia da Silva 02 May 2008 (has links)

Item's OAI Record identifier: oai:bdtd.ufpa.br:246 / CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / The study was conducted in 2 (two) schools in the municipality of Bujaru field belonging to the micro-Castanhal mesoregion in the Northeast Paraense. His goal was to identify and analyse the conditions for the functioning of schools of the field, aiming to propose indicators of cost-student-quality for this type of school. The selection of schools is guided by the following criteria: distance from the headquarters of the council; about the size; classification
in unidocente or pluridocentes; number of teachers, number of students; levels of education offered and the region in which they are embedded. To obtain information from interviews were conducted with: directors, teachers, parents / community representatives and students. In
addition to interviews, and observation forms were used in locus. The axes of analysis taken as guiding questions: the operating conditions of and their main problems and needs and what the subjects say that working and studying in / schools of the field on the indicators needed for a field of quality education? After analysing data, we find that the problems faced by teachers, students, parents and administrators who work in schools of the field are related
mainly to operations in classes multisseriadas; lack of furniture, equipment and materials; lack of school transport; precarious conditions of infrastructure and lack of teaching staff. On the issue of quality indicators, the subjects showed the following factors as key to improving the quality of teaching in these schools: appropriate infrastructure, (with securities, libraries, laboratories, equipment and educational materials); contraction of staff (teachers, serventes,
merendeiras, watchmen and secretary); qualification and upgrading of teacher; transportation and school lunch. The work presents a range of issues that can compose and explain the possible size and indicators of quality, but are not generalized to a larger pool of schools. Of course, there are regularities, and similar aspects that are common and should be considered for schools located in the field. In general it was found that the definition of a cost-studentquality
education, especially in the education field, remains a challenge, especially because this discussion brings to light the complexity, tensions and contradictions of educational
phenomenon in a country marked by inequality.

Item's OAI Record identifier: oai:bdtd.ufpa.br:354 / The purpose of the research is searching the financial public politics for education in the Para State implemented by the Brazilian Ministry of Education from 2003 to 2006, trying to make clear if this public politics offered conditions of developing in the rural area education in Para State, considering the region context. The relevance of this research is due to the fact that the federal and state governments plan the focus of the education in the rural area is a little
referred by researchers of the education and the movement for the rural area education is strengthen , however with not enough discussion about the financial plan. The researches
accomplished by the quantitative investigation, without considering the quantitative dimension were used the following instruments to collect the data: bibliographic research, documental research with emphasis in the Brazilian laws: field research with interviews in the following institutions: MEC, Secad, Seduc, Undime, INEP and organizations that compound the FPEC. The analysis show that in the space of the rural area of the Amazon of Para, this
component of the public politic the financing was and inductor axis and able to direct educational politics through public editals that incentive and make available the resources at the same time that they determinate where they must be used the resources, showing this way, the politics in the rural area education. The analysis still indicate that the government of Luis Inácio Lula da Silva gave visibility to the education of the rural area in this reality and also gave the promotion of reforms of the organization of the movements for the education through Rural Area Education Forum.

Education and social movements in artisanal fisheries: the case of Prainha do Canto Verde, in the state of Cearà coast / EducaÃÃo e movimentos sociais na pesca artesanal: caso da Prainha do Canto Verde, no litoral cearense.Josà Wilson Galdino 26 February 2010 (has links)
FundaÃÃo de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do Cearà / The traditional fishing communities in Cearà coast are promoters of social movements, characteristic
of Artisanal Fisheries, which are made from certain social problems (fishing, housing,
health, education, etc.). En-fronts in their group, they usually only is overcome by the
struggles of these movements, the citizenship rights of their residents, producing a pedagogy
inherent in this action. This reality gave rise to the development of such research, which
aimed to study the educational process of the social movement in the community of Prainha
do Canto Verde, Cearà coast in, trying to understand their role in organizing this community,
with the aim of contributing to the social actors and institutional engaged in this activity for
the development of public policies that effectively allow the exercise of social rights of these
populations. To this end, we follow the steps of qualitative research instruments based on the
following design: a case study descriptive qualitative explanatory concepts with ethnographic
and action research, as researched and studied a unique community that has a value in itself
for a period of five years. We also use the phenomenological approach that aimed to capture
and understand the essence of the phenomenon sought, without, however, want a universality
of analysis. The primary data were obtained from a non-random sample, intentional, by
quotas. The collection of these was conducted from interviews (thirty-one) structured, semistructured
and informal, individual, which were applied mainly with local leaders. We also
borrowed to aid participant observation and the use of elements of the critical-dialectical
methodology, to help us in meeting the interconnections and contradictions that make up the
existing social fabric. Tool of the "field journal", where we recorded our impressions about the
relationship between the main actors and subjects of research. To organize these data, we
seek help of computers, by using a software QSR NUD * IST, as a support tool to analyze
the transcripts of our interviews. Data analysis showed that the existing character education
in the social movement of Prainha has as a cornerstone the process of mobilization and
community organization, based on the grounds of liberating pedagogy of Paulo Freire, incorporated
through the practice used by deep-ers of the movement which took into account the
political nature of education through an authentic dialogic relationship. This process is responsible
for the high degree of conscious-tion, politics and citizenship to that reached the
main subject of this research. The result of this work is the strength of the social movement
of Prainha in their activity and consequently, community organization, a trait evident in their
identity and relevant factors in the social role of this movement, which appears as a model
for other traditional fishing communities coast. Similarly, the collective actions of the group of
fishermen in this community began to pass around our coast, linking, a move to strengthen
local-level state that expands in union with the MONAPE. This research also gave us the
opportunity to identify and present to the academic world, two contributions to the formaÃÃo/
constituiÃÃo theory on social movements in the field.

sujeitos desta pesquisa.
tradicionais.

Previous issue date: 2017-06-02 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / This research had as object of investigation the rescue of the history of the Education of
the Municipality of Enéas Marques between 1960 and 1992. From this object I raise the
following problem: 1) How did the process of constitution and closure of the School
Institutions of the municipality of Enéas Marques in the years of 1960-1992? 2) What is
the social function of these institutions? The goal of this research was to analyze the
historical, political, social, local, regional, and national context of educational history,
aiming at identifying schools that were in the past, who were the mentors or organizers,
how they were structured and organized, who were teachers, students attended, as well
as which institutions are still in operation. The object was delimited as early 1960 as in
1961 the year in which Vila Jaracatiá was elevated to the category of Administrative
District of Francisco Beltrão and in 1964 emancipated being constituted in the
municipality of Enéas Marques, dismembered of the territory of Francisco Beltrão. The
final cut was the year of 1992 for the emancipation of the municipality of Nova
Esperança of the Southwest and the intensification of the process of municipalization of
education until the 4th grade and the progress of the process of closing the rural schools
with the intensification of the nuclearization process.
The intention was to rescue the history of the schools in the municipality, many of them
nonexistent and that were closed definitively without taking into account the essentially
rural reality of the municipality. We use historical-dialectical materialism as a support
to understand the historical process of school creation, organization and closure,
through the analysis of documentary sources, oral testimonies, magazines, photos, and
bibliographies on the subject. The research made possible the collection of general data
of the education of the Municipality of Enéas Marques from 1960 to 1992, aspects of
organization of the municipality and a panorama on the rural education that was the
form of education until the 1990s.
The municipality still remains essentially agricultural. Due to the policies adopted and
by idioms or cost-saving discourses, it was decided to close almost all rural schools.
A partir desse objeto levanto a
a função social dessas instituições?
histórica educacional a partir do contexto histórico, político, social, local, regional e

Previous issue date: 2013-05-07 / This case study aimed to answer the following research question: how are the relations between the curriculum proposed by the Crist?v?o Colombo School and the sociocultural contexts of their students from the perspective of Rural Education? So, considering these relations as dense, complex, opaque and adversarial, we chose a qualitative approach, referenced in Ethno Critical research that enabled us to understand the ways of the people to make sense and submit their everyday issues, from the social place which they speak . In this perspective of the social place, in the data analysis we were inspired in some assumptions of Discourse Analysis (ORLANDI, 2003, 2006, 2012). Our locus of research, so, was a Municipal Public school of Tucano / Ba and the collaborator subjects were seven teachers, the educational coordinator and the head mistress of the institution and nineteen students. To form the corpus of this work, we conducted interviews, focus groups, document analysis, observations and photographs that enabled us, in open-ended considerations, to understand that the relationship between the curriculum proposed by the Crist?v?o Colombo School and the sociocultural contexts of their students are configured, mainly, through pedagogical projects as well as the dialogue between the knowledge contained in textbooks and the reference contexts of the students, but almost always spontaneously, without registration and without intentionality.

Time is a historical construction, that is to say, it is a construction fruit of the moderni-zation of the society, that was being shaped along the development of the modes of production and incorporating elements of these in its definition. The notions of time vary culturally and historically and for class reasons. In the society of capital, for the bourgeois class time takes on proportions linked to productivism and profit-making. For the working class, time is closely related to the presupposition of all human exist-ence, its first historical act, the production of means for the satisfaction of the neces-sities of its material life. In this same society, Time considered Free, as it has been characterized today, is also closely linked to the process of constitution of the capital-ist system, in this way, it assumes the premise of being that time left over after com-pleting the work day. This research aims to analyze the use of Free Time of young students of the School of the Field, starting from the identification and categorization of the activities developed by young people in their daily lives. A field survey was car-ried out with 27 young people, of whom 16 were male and 11 were female. As a data collection instrument, a questionnaire and interviews with community leaders were used. As Analysis methodology, Content Analysis was used. The first results to which we have arrived through show the need for more scientific research, mainly at the national level, on Free Time and Youth, as Free Time is reflected in most studies, That is, only as a space to think about the practices of physical activities, without a look at the totality of facts and the historical understanding of Time. Other results that we have obtained through the field research highlight differences by gender in the occupation of residual time, that is, the young women spend their time with domestic activities and the young men end up performing other leisure activities more fre-quently. We also noticed that young people are mostly developing leisure-time activi-ties such as "watching television", "accessing the internet" and "using the cell phone", which are also influenced by technological advances and lack of spaces and oppor-tunities in the community. We also conclude that the young people in the João Batis-ta II Settlement have not yet overcome in their Free Time the mere reproduction of activities carried out by the media (such as playing football and using social net-works), both for lack of choice (since the public power Municipal social policies of sport and leisure), as well as for the lack of understanding of the possibilities of emancipation arising from residual time.
