O olhar atento e solidário de Freud encontra a razão do sofrimento delas: o cerceamento de seus desejos. A psicanálise revoluciona o tratamento das histerias, mas na proposição do conceito de feminino se enclausura numa lógica fálica. Assim, a conselho do mestre, fomos olhar a política, a sociedade de Viena, a literatura de Schnitzler e a pintura de Klimt para poder entender o porquê da insistência fálica do criador da psicanálise / Abstract: In the nineteenth century Vienna watch a genuine social revolution, political and cultural. It appears the psychoanalysis that found at this moment and this place privileged conditions for its birth. Freud constructed a unique theory with concepts like unconscious, instinct and a method which included the listening, the free association and the transference. Hysterics were the protagonists of this creation. The intent and solidary look of Freud finds the reason of the suffering of them: the restriction of their desires. Psychoanalysis has revolutionized the treatment of hysteria but in proposing the concept of feminine encloses a phallic logic. O objetivo do presente trabalho foi identificar serotonina, gastrina, enteroglucagon e motilina em esôfago, estômago e duodeno de K.scorpioides por meio da técnica de imunohistoquímica. Os resultados mostraram que as células imunorreativas à serotonina estavam presentes no epitélio na região caudal do esôfago, nas glândulas gástricas das regiões cárdica, fúndica e pilórica. As células produtoras de gastrina foram identificadas em grande quantidade entre as células da região pilórica e no epitélio de revestimento do duodeno, e em número reduzido na região cárdica. O enteroglucagon foi identificado na superfície dos cílios, no epitélio de revestimento da mucosa esofágica, nas fibras nervosas da lâmina própria e submucosa; no estômago estava localizado entre as células das glândulas cárdicas e fúndicas em número moderado, e aparentemente em maior quantidade nas pilóricas. No duodeno, o enteroglucagon foi identificado na superfície dos microvilos, no epitélio de revestimento, nas fibras nervosas da lâmina própria e submucosa. A motilina foi identificada apenas entre as fibras nervosas dos órgãos estudados. Em conclusão, as células imunorreativas à serotonina, gastrina, enteroglucagon e motilina foram identificadas em todos os órgãos estudados. Entretanto, nos diferentes segmentos houve diferença quanto à distribuição e frequência dessas células / Abstract: Kinosternon scorpioides is a freshwater turtle known as "jurará". The aim of this work was to identify peptides serotonin, enteroglucagon, gastrin and motilin in esophagus, stomach and duodenum by immunohistochemical techniques. The results showed that immunoreactive cells for serotonin were presented in the epthitelium of distal region of the esophagus, in glands of cardiac, fundic and pyloric region of the stomach and in the surface of duodenum epithelium. These cells were classified as open and closed type. The cells immunoreactive for gastrin were abundant in pyloric region and duodenum epitheliun, few numerous in cardiac region and absent in the esophagus. Cells rich in enteroglugagon were identified in the cilia surface, in the epithelium of esophagus, among nervous fibers of lamina propria and submucosa; in the stomach, these cells were observed in small number cardiac and fundic glands, however in pyloric region they were abundant. In duodenum, they were observed in microvillus surface, epithelium and nervous fibers of both lamina propria and submucosa. On the other hand, cells that produce motilin were observed just among lamina propia and submucosa. In conclusion, cells rich in serotonin, gastrin, enteroglugagon and motilin were found in all studied organs. Resumo: Foram realizados 3 experimentos com o objetivo de avaliar as características físicas e químicas, sensoriais e microbiológicas de ovos de casca branca e vermelha, higienizados ou não, e armazenados em diferentes condições de embalagens sob temperatura ambiente. 1.800 ovos de casca branca e 1.800 de casca vermelha foram embalados em três condições de embalagens (filme PVC, vácuo parcial e vácuo parcial com sachês sequestrantes de O2) e armazenados durante quatro períodos (7, 14, 21 e 28 dias). Exceto para as análises microbiológicas de quantificação de bolores e leveduras na casca dos ovos, foi utilizado um delineamento inteiramente casualizado em esquema fatorial 3x2x4+1 (condições de embalagem, higienização ou não, e períodos de armazenamento + testemunha - ovos frescos), com 4 repetições. As médias obtidas foram comparadas pelo teste de Tukey a 5 % de significância. Concluiuse que a qualidade interna dos ovos decresce com o tempo de estocagem de forma mais acentuada nos ovos embalados em filme plástico, já que a condição de vácuo preservou algumas características dos mesmos. E com a higienização, as condições de armazenamento dos ovos em filme de PVC devem ser melhoradas, pois a queda da qualidade interna destes foi a mais afetada. Na análise sensorial, os ovos embalados em filme de PVC foram os que mostraram melhores aceitações em todos os atributos avaliados, independente de terem sido higienizados ou não. Ovos embalados em condição de vácuo com sachê sequestrante de gás oxigênio em relação à contaminação microbiana de suas cascas foram semelhantes aos ovos embalados em filme plástico, que é a forma comercialmente empregada / Abstract: Three studies were conducted with the aim of evaluating the physical and chemical characteristics, sensory and microbiological of white and redshelled eggs, sanitized or not, stored under different packaging conditions at room temperature. 1.800 white shelled and 1.800 red shelled eggs were packed in three conditions of packaging (PVC film, partial vacuum and partial vacuum with gas sachets O2 absorbers) and stored for four periods (7, 14, 21 and 28 days). Except for microbiologically analysis of quantification of yeasts and molds in eggshell, it was used a completely randomized experimental design in a 3x2x4+1 factorial arrangement (three packaging conditions, sanitized or not, storage period, and control - fresh eggs), with four repetitions. The averages were compared by Tukey test at 5% significance level. It can be concluded that the internal egg quality decreases with storage time sharper in the eggs packed in PVC film, because vacuum has preserved some features of them. With sanitation, the storage conditions of eggs in PVC film should be improved because its internal quality decrease was the most affected. At sensory analyzes the eggs packed in PVC film showed the best acceptances in all attributes, be sanitized or not. Para tanto, verifica a concepção de homem em Homero, buscando mostrar o homem como unidade capaz de realizar ações e analisa a concepção divina associada às ideias de vontade de Zeus e de Destino, que afetariam a noção de responsabilidade na ação humana. Portanto, desejamos mostrar que as decisões próprias do homem não alteram o curso dos acontecimentos, uma vez que, na Ilíada, deparamos com a mentalidade mítica na qual divindade e homem se completam através de oposições / Abstract: This study analyzes the relationship between the human and the divine in the context of the actions carried out by men, and the responsibility that they would have on them or not, in the Iliad. Resumo: O presente trabalho estudou a influência da energia do pulso de soldagem, no caso processo laser de Nd:YAG operando no modo pulsado, na soldagem de duas lâminas finas com 100 μm de Hastelloy C-276, utilizado no revestimento de sensores que trabalham em ambiente corrosivo da indústria sucroalcooleira, química petroquímica e alimentícia. Utilizou-se energia de pulso de 1,0 Joule a 2,25 Joules, com incremento de 0,25 Joules com a velocidade de soldagem de (ν) taxa de repetição (Rr) fixas de 525mm/min e 39Hz respectivamente e largura temporal de 4 ms. As soldas foram realizadas com proteção gasosa de argônio. Foram realizadas análises macrográficas e micrográficas das juntas soldadas, através de secções transversais das mesmas e ensaios de microdureza Vickers e ensaio de tração. Os resultados obtidos mostraram que o controle da energia do pulso, em processo de soldagem por laser de lâminas finas é de fundamental importância para a geração de juntas soldadas livres de descontinuidades. Os parâmetros geométricos da junta soldada, tais como largura do cordão, largura de união e profundidade do cordão, aumentaram em função do aumento da energia do pulso. O processo mostrou-se muito sensível à formação de porosidade e à presença de gap entre as lâminas / Abstract: This work measured experimental investigations were carried out using a pulsed neodymium: yttrium aluminum garnet laser welding to examine the influence of the pulse energy in two thin foil welding with 100 μm thickness, employed to cover sensors that work in corrosive environment of the sugar and alcohol industry,chemical petrochemistry and nourishing. The pulse energy was varied from 1,0 to 2,25 J at an increment of 0.25 J and an increment of 0.25 Joules with a welding speed and(ν) repetition rate (Rr) fixed 525mm/min and 39Hz respectively and 4 ms pulse duration. The specimens were laser-welded in an argon atmosphere. The welds were analyzed by macroscopic and microscopic observations using optical microscopy and micro hardness and tensile test. The results indicated that pulse energy control, in laser welding of thin foils, is of considerable importance for weld quality since it can generate discontinuities free weld joints. The geometric parameters of the welded joints like bead width, connection width and bead depth increased with the pulse energy increasing. O boscalida complementa a ação desses fungicidas, seja aplicado alternadamente, seja aplicado em conjunto. E, assim como as estrobilurinas, é um fungicida sistêmico que funciona preventivamente inibindo a germinação de esporos, e possui pouco efeito curativo; portanto, a aplicação preventiva desses produtos traz como benefícios, além de proteger a planta, o de incrementar a produção através de seus benefícios fisiológicos. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar o efeito da aplicação de piraclostrobina, azoxistrobina e boscalida em pepino japonês (Cucumis sativus L.) enxertado e não enxertado, em condições de ambiente protegido, visando a seus efeitos fisiológicos no metabolismo e desenvolvimento da planta, bem como no aumento da produção e qualidade dos frutos. O experimento foi conduzido em área experimental da Faculdade de Ciências Agronômicas da Universidade Estadual Paulista, Campus de Botucatu-SP em ambiente protegido. O delineamento experimental foi inteiramente casualisado, fatorial 2 x 5, sendo plantas de pepino enxertadas e plantas não enxertadas e 5 tratamentos com fungicidas: testemunha, azoxistrobina 60g ha-1, boscalid 50g ha-1, piraclostrobina 50 g ha-1, boscalid (100g ha-1) + piraclostrobina (50 g ha-1), aplicados 18 dias após o transplante a intervalos de 7 dias, via foliar. O efeito dos tratamentos foi avaliado através das observações das seguintes características: produção de frutos e massa média do fruto, trocas gasosas, índice de clorofila nas folhas e atividade das enzimas peroxidase, superóxido dismutase, catalase e nitrato redutase. Em função dos resultados obtidos, conclui-se que os fungicidas testados apresentam efeitos fisiológicos positivos nas plantas... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Strobilurins are fungicides of positive physiological effects on crop yield due to increased net photosynthesis and improved hormone balance. Boscalid complements the action of these fungicides, applied alternately or together. And, as the strobilurins, is a systemic fungicide that works preemptively inhibiting germination of spores, and has little curative effect; therefore the preventive application of these products protect the plant and increases production through its physiological benefits. This experiment aimed to evaluate the effect of applying pyraclostrobin, azoxystrobin and boscalid in japanese cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) grafted and non-grafted, in greenhouse conditions, aiming to their physiological effects on metabolism and plant development, as well as increased production and fruit quality. The study was conducted in an experimental area which belongs to the School of Agronomical Sciences (FCA), São Paulo State University (UNESP), Campus Botucatu, in greenhouse conditions. Experimental design was completely randomized, 2 x 5 factorial arrangement, including grafted cucumber plants and non-grafted plants and 5 fungicide treatments: control, azoxystrobin 60g ha-1, boscalid 50g ha-1, pyraclostrobin 50 g ha-1, boscalid (100g ha-1) + pyraclostrobin (50 g ha-1), sprayed 18 days after transplant (DAT) at 7-day intervals into leaves. The effect of the treatments was evaluated through observations of the following: fruit production and fruit weight, gas exchanges, leaf chlorophyll content and activity of peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, catalase and nitrate reductase. Based on these results, we conclude that the tested fungicides have positive physiological effects on Japanese cucumber plants grafted and non-grafted, and these effects were more evident in grafted plants, in which all fungicides increased yield, nitrate reductase activity (in early development) also antioxidative... A consolidação da Educação como prática deu origem a escola na forma de instituição, e neste momento tornou-se mais vulnerável a implantação dos discursos socioculturais dominantes. Esta prática foi recorrente no mundo inteiro, mormente nos momentos de crise quando se recorria a escola para formar as próximas gerações e estender para o futuro o aparato oficialmente aceito de sustentação da sociedade. Atualmente a Educação parece estar em um momento delicado, onde carrega o ônus de antigas permanências que não se adaptaram totalmente ao século XXI e por outro lado também se abre a perspectivas de inovação. O momento propicia a troca de pontos de vista e impressões de educadores de visão tradicional assim como também de vanguarda. Os novos caminhos da Educação trazem desafios e estes causam desconforto, contudo, parte deste caminho já foi trilhado conforme as experiências citadas ao longo deste trabalho. Aliás, esta pesquisa visa justamente refletir sobre o reconhecimento dos problemas os quais enfrenta a Educação atualmente, e com isso abrir possibilidades de diálogo. Embora possa se reconhecer os méritos dos sistemas educacionais do passado, no século XXI deve-se projetar para o futuro, onde mesmo sem as balizas epistemológicas que dão a segurança teórica é preciso criar novos modelos calcados na realidade, e a partir de experiências válidas no contexto em que foram aplicadas. O grande projeto educacional para o século XXI talvez seja construído no dia a dia, sem a segurança confortável de saber que tudo já está pronto... Instead of it, we will discuss its main aspects, because in the course of time the history of education has been intimately interwoven with different discourses that have set norms, rules and standards that make no sense at all according to the original concept of Education, which proposed the formation of freethinkers. The consolidation of Education as a practice made possible the school as an institution, whereas education had become vulnerable to the implantation of dominant sociocultural discourses. This recurrent practice took place all over the world, mainly during periods of crisis, when there were appeals for providing education for generations to come. Nowadays, education is going through a delicate moment: on the one hand, the contemporary Education carries within it a broad range of old persistences that could not adapt to the twenty first century; on the other hand, Education is moving towards perspectives on innovation. In short, this is the favorable moment to take the chance to share exchange experiences and points of view among educators. The new paths of education certainly bring challenges, but great part of this path has already been done, as we point out in this work. Therefore, this thesis intends to discuss the problems which Education must deals with. Although the merits of past educational systems, the twenty-first century Education should be projected to the future - even though there may be an absence of epitemological basis - in order to create new models based on both reality and experiences in the context in which they took place. The twenty-first century educational project may be constructed in everyday life, without the comfort of knowing that all questions have been fully answered, but with the sureness of making a safe path to emancipation. / Doutor

Resumo: Foi avaliado o efeito do extrato hidroalcoólico de própolis (0,0; 0,2; 0,5; 1,0; e 1,5 %) misturado em ração comercial (45 % Proteína Bruta), em girinos de rã-touro. Foram utilizados 1400 girinos no estágio 26 da tabela de Gosner (1960), distribuídos em 20 tanques experimentais com 70 litros de água, na densidade de um girino por litro. O arraçoamento foi realizado quatro vezes ao dia. Para análise dos dados do ganho de peso, comprimento, sobrevivência, conversão alimentar, consumo de ração e metamorfose, foi utilizado um delineamento inteiramente casualizado com cinco tratamentos e quatro repetições. No final do experimento, foi colhido sangue do vaso caudal, de cinco girinos de cada repetição. A contagem diferencial de leucócitos foi realizada em extensões coradas pelo método de Rosenfeld (1947), em microscopia de luz. Foram contadas 100 células por lâmina. Para avaliar o efeito do extrato hidroalcoólico de própolis na porcentagem de leucócitos, usou-se um delineamento inteiramente casualizado com cinco tratamentos e três repetições. Para análise histológica no final do experimento foram sacrificados três girinos de cada repetição e retirada amostras do rim, fígado e intestino para lâminas histológicas. As amostras foram fixadas em formol, desidratadas em uma série de álcool, coradas com HE, analisadas e fotomicrografadas com fotomicroscópio Axiophot- Zeiss em microscópio óptico e medido com micrometro ocular a espessura do epitélio intestinal. Para análise estatística dos dados foi usado um delineamento inteiramente casualizado com cinco tratamentos e três repetições. A sobrevivência, consumo de ração, conversão alimentar e comprimento dos girinos, não foram influenciados pelo extrato hidroalcoólico de própolis. O ganho de peso foi influenciado significativamente (P < 0,05) observando-se... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The effect of the propolis hidroalcoolic extract was evaluated (0.0; 0.2; 0.5; 1.0; and 1.5 %) mixed to the commercial ration (45 % CP) in bullfrog tadpoles. 1,400 tadpoles were used at stage 26 (Gosner ,1960), distributed in twenty experimental tanks with 70 liters of water, in the density of one tadpole per liter. The feding was four times a day. For analysis of the data of the weight gain, length, survival, feed conversion, ration consumption and metamorphosis were used a completely randomized design with five treatments and four repetitions. In the end of the experiment, it was picked the blood of the vase flow, of five tadpoles of each repetition. The differential counting of leuccytes was accomplished in red-faced extensions by the method of Rosenfeld (1947), in light microscopia. To evaluate the effect of the propolis hidroalcoolic extract in the percentage of leucocytes, were used a completely randomized design with five treatments and three repetitions. They were counted 100 cells for sheet. For histological analysis in the end of the experiment three tadpoles of each repetition were sacrificed and samples of the kidney, liver and intestine were removed for you laminate histological. The samples were fastened in formol, dehydrated in one serializes of alcohol, red-faced with HE analyzed and fotomicrographed with fotomicroscópio Axioskop-Zeiss in optical and measured microscope with ocular micrometer the espessor of the intestinal epithelium. For statistical analysis of the data were used a completely randomized design with five treatments and three repetitions. The survival, ration consumption, feed conversion and length of the tadpoles, were not influenced by the propolis hidroalcoolic extract. Também é eficaz contra Proteus e Serratia indol-positivos, mostrando alta resistência à hidrólise por b-lactamases. Indicada no tratamento de peritonites e outras infecções intra-abdominais e intrapélvicas; sinusites, infecções ginecológicas, septicemias; endocardites; infecções do trato urinário, gonorréia não complicada, infecções do trato respiratório, ossos, articulações e pele. Apesar de este fármaco ser altamente estudado e pesquisado no que concerne à atividade antimicrobiana, farmacocinética e farmacodinâmica, há poucos estudos na literatura em relação ao desenvolvimento de metodologia analítica para esta cefalosporina. Desta forma, pesquisas envolvendo métodos analíticos são de fundamental importância e altamente relevantes para otimizar sua análise na indústria farmacêutica e farmpacia magistral de modo a garantir a qualidade do produto já comercializado. A proposta deste projeto foi desenvolver metodologias de análise para a cefoxitina sódica, fármaco comercializado no mercado médico-farmacêutico brasileiro. Foram desenvolvidos e validados métodos por CLAE com detector UV a 235 nm, com acetonitrila: água: ácido acético 5 M (22 : 78 : 1) como fase móvel e faixa de concentração de 20,0 à 30,0 μg/mL, tempo de retenção de 7,5 minutos. O coeficiente de correlação obtido foi de 0,9995 e a equação da reta y = 335,67x + 2391,9. O teste recuperação média obtido foi de 100,50%, com desvio padrão de 1,70%. O teor médio... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Sodium cefatoxin (CAS 33564-30-6), a cephalosporinic antibiotic, has a wider spectrum of activity against Gram-negative microrganisms than older cephalosporin. It is also efficient against the indol-positive Proteus and Serratia and has a high resistance to b- lactamases hydrolysis. Sodium cefatoxin is recommended for the treatment of peritonitis and other intra-abdominal and intra-pelvic infections; sinusitis, gynecological infections, septicemy, endocarditis; urinary tract infections, non-complicated gonorrhea, respiratory tract infections, bones, articulations and skin. Although this drug has been strongly studied and many researches have been developed about its antibiotics activity, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, there are few studies in the literature about the development of analytical methodology to this cephalosporin. Researches dealing with analytical methods are extremely important and highly relevant to optimize its analysis at the pharmaceutical industry and manipulation pharmacy, guaranteeing quality of the commercialized product. This project proposes the development of methodologies for analysis of sodium cefatoxin, a commercialized drug at the medical-pharmaceutical Brazilian market. Methods for CLAE with UV detector at 235nm were developed and validated with acetonitrile: water: acetic acid 5M (22: 78:1) as mobile phase and concentration range of 20.0 to 30.0 μg/mL, detention time of 7.5 minutes. Assim, a seleção lexical empreendida por um enunciador na construção de seu discurso, produz sentidos que são reafirmados ou não ao longo da história de uma sociedade. Esses sentidos dependem da visão que ele faz de si mesmo e do seu interlocutor, da imagem que constrói daquele de quem fala e das exigências sociais, ideológicas e culturais a que está exposto em sua comunidade. O presente trabalho aborda o papel do léxico no discurso do preconceito de cor nas conflituosas relações entre negros e não-negros na sociedade brasileira. Utilizando como corpus de análise os jornais A Província de S. Paulo(1875) e o caderno especial da Folha de S. Paulo, Racismo cordial, de 1995, temos como objetivo analisar de que forma as representações sociais acerca do negro, veiculadas pelos jornais, modificaram-se ou não ao longo do tempo,levando-se em conta as relações interdiscursivas. / Abstract: Involved by the social, historical and ideological context, the word characterizes as the main element inserted on the discourse, it is able to mean the conceptions of the reality constructed by a determined group. This way, the lexical selection made by the speaker, when elaborating his discourse, produces meanings which are reassured or not along the history of society. These meanings depend on the way he sees himself and his interlocutor, the image he constructs of the one who speaks and the social, ideological and cultural demands he is exposed to in his community. This paper is about the functions of the lexicon in the discourse about color prejudice on the conflictual relations between the negroes and non-negroes in the brazilian society. Making use of the newspapers A Provincia de São Paulo (1875) and the special edition from Folha de S. Paulo, Racismo Cordial, from1995, as corpus of analysis, we aim to analyse if the way the social representation about the negro propagated by the newspaper changed or not along the way, considering the interdiscursive relations. / Doutor
