Reflexões provocativas já foram produzidas na intersecção dos estudos de gênero e sexualidade (na perspectiva pós-estruturalista) com o campo da educação e estudos culturais, que ajudam a mostrar o caráter aprendido dos modos de ser homem e mulher em nossa sociedade. Utilizamos nesta pesquisa a categoria pedagogias de gênero e sexualidade, proposta por Guacira Louro, para analisarmos de que forma diferentes artefatos culturais ensinam e reiteram determinadas normas referentes ao feminino e masculino e como estes mesmos artefatos possibilitam mudanças e possibilidades de subversão das normas. Propomos a análise de entrevistas concedida por Laerte, cartunista que tem ganhado notoriedade e visibilidade midiática por suas experimentações éticas, estéticas e políticas em relação a gênero e sexualidade, discutindo que questionamentos das normas se abrem ou se reproduzem a partir disto por meio da problematização e multiplicação destes conceitos e fragmentação das dicotomias. Tomamos este “caso” como um artefato cultural – Laerte na mídia – e, portanto, como um local privilegiado para lançarmos um olhar a respeito da sociedade brasileira em relação às questões que envolvem gênero, sexualidade e corpo na medida em que isso gera repercussão e muito interesse por parte da imprensa. Também porque se debruça sobre um modo de vida considerado “estranho”, inusitado ou “anormal”. Sendo assim, acreditamos que ao lançarmos nosso olhar para as margens, muito compreendemos sobre o centro e também a respeito da constituição destas fronteiras e dos seus possíveis atravessamentos, ou seja, das possibilidades de transgressão e subversão das normas que constituem o sistema heteronormativo vigente. / Provocative reflections have already been produced in the intersection of gender and sexuality studies (according to post-structuralism perspective) with the education and cultural studies field, which help show the learned character of the ways to be a man and a woman in our society. Gender pedagogies purposed by Guacira Louro were used in this research in order to analyze how different cultural artifacts teach and reiterate particular norms referred to the feminine and the masculine and also how these very artifacts make possible changes and possibilities of norms subversion. Interview analyzes conceived by Laerte, cartoonist who has been gaining media notoriety and visibility due to his ethical, esthetical and political experiences related to gender and sexuality, are purposed, discussing which norm questionings open or reproduce themselves from it through problematisation and multiplication of such concepts as well as the dichotomies fragmentations. This “case” is assumed to be a cultural artifact – Laerte on media – and, therefore, as a privileged place to launch a look about the Brazilian society related to the issues which involve gender, sexuality and body in the media in such extension which generates repercussion and a great interest from the press. It is also because it focuses on a way of life considered “strange”, unusual or even “abnormal”. Thus, it is believed that, once launching our look to the margins, much will be understood about the center and also about the constitution of these boarders and its possible crossings, that is to say, of the transgression and subversion possibilities of the norms which constitute the heteronormative active system.

Esta dissertação procura analisar a evolução dos setores com maior potencial de inovações intersetoriais na economia brasileira a partir dos anos 2000. Nesse sentido, estabelecemos o referencial teórico estruturalista como ponto de partida para a compreensão da dinâmica de acumulação de capital em economias periféricas. Com isso, buscamos argumentar que a abordagem ainda tem relevância para a compreensão das leis de movimento das economias subdesenvolvidas. Esse referencial é complementado com os aportes neoschumpeterianos com o intuito de ponderar a importância dos setores com inovações horizontais para contornar as restrições estruturais ao crescimento das estruturas periféricas. A partir desse referencial teórico, analisamos dados sobre a estrutura desses setores. A Relação Anual de Informações Sociais apresenta dados sobre a evolução do emprego e características do mercado de trabalho. A Pesquisa Industrial Anual fornece informações sobre estrutura financeira e alguns indicadores de produtividade, ao passo que a base de dados do Aliceweb fornece informações sobre os fluxos de comércio exterior. Dessa forma, é possível avaliar o desempenho desses setores e sua significância na matriz produtiva nacional. / This dissertation analyzes the evolution of the sectors with bigger potential to generate intersectoral innovations in the Brazilian economy in the 2000’s. The theoretical approach is based in the structuralist contributions to the understanding of the dynamics of capital accumulation in peripheral economies. In this sense we argument that this approach still has relevance to comprehend the essential laws of motion in underdeveloped economies. It is complemented by the neoschumpeterian contributions to incorporate the importance of the sectors with horizontal innovations to overcome the structural restrictions inherent to peripheral economies. Based on this theoretical perspective, we analyze data about the performance of these sectors. The Relação Annual de Informações Sociais’ database presents information about the evolution of employment e characteristics of the labor market. The Pesquisa Industrial Anual has data about the financial structure and productivity indicators while the Aliceweb database provides information about the commercial relations. In this way, it is possible to evaluate the performance of these sectors and their significance in the national productive matrix.

Para tal, realiza a leitura de oito contos a partir dos quais analisa a trajetória dos personagens no espaço e no tempo. Os conceitos de temporalidade em Heidegger e de nomadismo em Deleuze e Guattari são mobilizados no intuito de compreender a possibilidade de comunicação autêntica entre os seres rawetianos. A incomunicabilidade entre eles, argumento normalmente defendido pela critica à obra do escritor, pôde ser reavaliada nesta pesquisa. O narrador que apresenta estes personagens é apresentado e analisado juntamente com o acontecimento, visto aqui no momento pretérito, como aquele que influencia a temporalidade dos personagens no presente. Abre-se na tese o espaço de uma aproximação ao outro que quebra o isolamento. A tese conclui com a possibilidade de um contato autêntico entre os personagens por meio do compartilhamento de uma linguagem que rejeita o lugar comum e se realiza plenamente numa comunicação sem palavras. _________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This work explores the possibility of the contact with the other in the work of Samuel Rawet. Beginning with a reading of the short stories, we want to analyze the temporality and the space of the characters. In contact with ideas like the nomads of Deleuze and Guattari, and the temporality of Heidegger, we want to characterize this contact with the other as a moment of closeness that reveals a true communication. In this way the isolation of the characters is reevaluated in the moment when we characterize a communication without words.

Apresento como peça central do estudo o currículo cultural de Educação Física, uma proposta alinhada às preocupações do Multiculturalismo Crítico e dos Estudos Culturais com inspirações pós-estruturalistas e que se arranja numa sociedade pós-moderna e pós-colonizada. Enquanto artefatos culturais, as danças, lutas, esportes, brincadeiras e ginásticas transmitem certos significados e representações de mundo, sujeitos e sociedade, sendo então, função social da Educação Física nesta perspectiva, a tematização destas práticas corporais de modo que os estudantes possam travar contato com as representações que veiculam, a fim de ampliar, aprofundar e ressignificar seus saberes sobre esta parcela da cultura. Sem pretender finalizar a questão, muito menos estruturar ou gerar modelos para um currículo artistado, investigamos o modo como os professores constroem seus currículos a partir do conceito de escrita-currículo. Para isso, mapeamos os elementos, componentes, linhas de força e intensidades da escrita curricular registrada por professores parceiros, buscando a relação entre os enunciados pedagógicos sobre procedimentos didáticos (mapeamento, ressignificação, aprofundamento, ampliação, registro e avaliação) e princípios (reconhecimento da cultura corporal da comunidade, justiça curricular, evitar o daltonismo cultural, descolonizar o currículo e ancoragem social dos conhecimentos). Como forma de produção de dados, empregamos o Diário de Bordo Digital, o Grupo de Discussão e recolhemos relatos de experiência. A forma de análise baseou-se na teoria pós-estruturalista deleuze-guattariana, a partir da geofilosofia e do roubo de conceitos. De modo geral, a quantidade de elementos que se aproximaram nas escritas curriculares dos professores parceiros foi maior do que os elementos que se diferenciaram, a ponto de suspeitarmos de que a escrita curricular estivesse se tornando uma fórmula. Entendemos que, se isso está acontecendo, pode ser por desatenção aos agenciamentos maquínicos uma vez que estes são os grandes responsáveis pelas diferenciações. Sobre o papel do professor na elaboração da escrita-currículo, percebemos que ele não é um mero aplicador de um conjunto de enunciados aos quais se submete e replica, pois, atua dentro dos agenciamentos, como mais uma, dentre outras forças lá atuantes. No tocante as linhas de força, vimos que a escrita-currículo não pode ser constituída apenas de linhas de fuga, muito menos, somente por linhas duras. Ela é produzida no entrecruzar de infinitas linhas, algumas molares (duras), tais como: as leis educacionais, as regras e normas do regimento escolar, o Projeto Político Pedagógico, a concepção cultural e seus procedimentos didáticos; outras moleculares (flexíveis): a cultura dos alunos, seus desejos, atitudes, falas, as disposições espaciais, temporais e os princípios pedagógicos; e por fim, por linhas de fuga, que por tão efêmeras não se territorializam em enunciados pedagógicos, passam pela escrita-currículo como acontecimentos e agenciamentos inesperados, desrruptivos e criadores. / I present as a central part of the study of the cultural curriculum of Physical Education, a proposal in line with the concerns of Critical Multiculturalism and Cultural Studies with post-structuralism inspiration and that is arranged in a post-modern society and post-colonized. While cultural artefacts, the dances, fights, sports, playing and gymnastics transmits certain meanings and representations of the world, subject and society, being so, social function of Physical Education in this perspective, the theme of these embodied practices so that students can lock up contactwith the representations that convey, in order to broaden your knowledge, deepen and resign over this portion of culture. Without wishing to end the matter, much less structure or generating templates for a curriculum \"artistado\", we investigated how teachers build their curriculum from the concept of \"writing-curriculum\". For this, we map the elements, components, power lines and intensities of the curriculum written recorded by partner teachers, seeking the relationship between educational statements about teaching procedures (mapping, reinterpretation, deepening, expansion, registration and evaluation) and principles (recognition of body culture of the community, curricular justice, avoid cultural blindness, decolonizing the curriculum and social anchoring of knowledge). As a way of data production, we used the Digital Diary, the focus group and collect experience reports. The shape analysis was based on deleuze-guattarian poststructuralist theory, from geophilosophy and theft concepts. In general, the amount of items that came in the curriculum written partner teachers was higher than the elements that differed as to suspect that the writing-curriculum was becoming a formula. We understand that if this is happening, it may be inattention to machinic assemblages since these are largely responsible for the differences. About the teacher\'s role in developing the \"writing-curriculum\" we realized that he is not a mere applier of a set of statements to which subjects and replicates therefore acts within the assemblages, as another, among other forces there acting. Regarding the power lines, which saw the \"writing-curriculum\" can not consist only of lines of flight, much less, only by hardliners. It is produced in endless lines intersect, some molars (hard), such as: educational laws, rules and regulations of the school regulations, the Pedagogical Political Project, cultural design and its teaching procedures; other molecular (flexible): the culture of the students, their desires, attitudes, speech, spatial arrangements, timing and pedagogical principles; and finally, by lines of flight, which as ephemeral not territorializam in pedagogical statements, pass through \"writing-curriculum\" as unexpected events and assemblages, disruptive and creators.

The idea of \'management control\' regards stability within the organisational environment, in the sense of directing the behaviour of employees towards some set of \'organisational\' objectives. More than a collection of managerial artefacts, however, this signifier labels a specific set of objects and practices, which typify a regime of practices \'management control\' at the same time that they are driven, enabled and constrained by it. In this sense, diverse \'organisation\'-like social and political logics are materialised through these objects and practices and through the crystallised regime of practices, then being recognised as \'management control\'-like constitutive logics. Throughout the exercise of such logics - political institutions of social logics - a \'management control\'-like organisational discourse is constituted, hence constituting the \'management control\'-like \'organisation\', then being experienced as a typical \'management control\' organisation. The organisation - and the \'management control\'-like organisation - does not happen as a random phenomenon, but it happens out of the constitution of \'management control\'-like organisational discourse. The present thesis develops the arguments towards this essential description, working on post-structuralist discourse theory and following a retroductive circle of problematisation, theory construction and persuasion/intervention for research in social sciences, willing to answer the research question regarding the dynamic whereby \'management control\' logics are articulated and thus constitute contextually-specific organisational discourses. A case study has been developed at the Enterprise, a family-owned metallurgic business, and five theoretical contributions are then proposed, regarding the dynamic process of constituting the organisation, the conceptual difference between discourse theory and institutional theory, the powerful role of political actors for instituting, de-instituting and re-instituting social logics, the relevance of using management accounting artefacts as tools for materialising \'management control\' social logics, and the materialisation of \'management control\'-like hegemonic discourse through the feedforward process with the articulation of the regime of practices. / A ideia de \'controle gerencial\' refere-se a estabilidade no ambiente organizacional, no sentido de direcionar o comportamento dos empregados em direção a um conjunto de objetivos \'organizacionais\'. Mais do que uma coleção de artefatos gerenciais, entretanto, este significante rotula um conjunto específico de objetos e práticas, os quais tipificam um regime de práticas \'controle gerencial\' ao mesmo tempo em que são direcionados, habilitados e limitados por ele. Nesse sentido, diversas lógicas sociais e políticas tipo \'controle gerencial\' são materializadas por meio desses objetos e dessas práticas e por meio do regime de práticas cristalizado, então sendo reconhecidas como lógicas constitutivas tipo \'controle gerencial\'. Ao longo do exercício dessas lógicas - instituição política de lógicas sociais - um discurso organizacional tipo \'controle gerencial\' é constituído, então constituindo a \'organização\' tipo \'controle gerencial\', então sendo experienciada como uma típica organização de \'controle gerencial\'. A organização - e a organização tipo \'controle gerencial\' - não acontece como um fenômeno aleatório, mas acontece pela constituição de discurso organizacional tipo \'controle gerencial\'. A presente tese desenvolve os argumentos visando a essa descrição essencial, trabalhando sobre teoria pós-estruturalista do discurso e seguindo um círculo retrodutivo de problematização, construção teórica e persuasão/intervenção para pesquisa em ciências sociais. Rose... assim era denominada a primeira revista gay editada no Brasil entre fins da década de 1970 e princípios de 1980. Em suas páginas eram publicadas informações do cenário artístico-cultural da época, contos eróticos, estórias em quadrinho, cartuns, anúncios de homens interessados em corresponder-se com outros homens, artigos que versavam sobre a homossexualidade masculina. Nessas páginas havia, também, uma profusão de corpos masculinos tendendo a nudez. Entretanto, nos limites dessa dissertação a revista Rose, não foi considerada apenas como veículo de comunicação e entretenimento, mas, antes disso, tomada como fonte histórica. Enquanto portadora de um conjunto de pedagogias do gênero e da sexualidade, a revista está implicada na produção de um modelo de masculinidade homossexual normalizada. A partir do referencial teórico dos Estudos de Gênero, desde uma perspectiva feminista e pós-estruturalista, analiso o enunciado que articula a masculinidade homossexual a comportamentos efeminados. E é a abjeção a tais comportamentos que servirá de base para a construção do homem gay discreto, marcadamente masculinizado. Portanto, a discrição – enquanto signo de masculinidade – parece assegurar a inteligibilidade social desses homens, “autorizando” sua própria existência. De qualquer maneira, a revista não deve ser reduzida a problemática aqui desenvolvida, uma vez que nela estão presentes outros enunciados. / Rose... so it was named the first gay magazine edited in Brazil between late 1970s and early 1980s. On its pages, information about the cultural-artistic scene of that time, erotic stories, stories in comics, cartoons, advertisements of men interested in corresponding with other men, and articles that dealt with male homosexuality were published. On those pages there was also a profusion of male bodies tending to nudity. However, within the bounds of this dissertation, Rose magazine has not been considered only as a vehicle of communication and entertainment, above all, it has been taken as a historical source. As a carrier of a set of pedagogies of gender and sexuality, the magazine is involved in producing a normalized model of homosexual masculinity. Based on the theoretical referential of Gender Studies from a feminist and post-structuralist perspective, it was analyzed the “enunciation” that articulates the homosexual masculinity to feminine behaviors. It is the degradation of such behaviors that will serve as the basis for the construction of a discrete gay man, with a distinct male-like behavior. Therefore, discretion – as a sign of masculinity – seems to ensure the social intelligence of those men, "authorizing" their own existence. However, the magazine should not be reduced to the problematic here developed, since there are other issues presented in it.

Esta pesquisa está situada no campo dos Estudos Culturais em Educação, desde uma perspectiva feminista e pós-estruturalista. Tomo como objeto de pesquisa o sítio de relacionamentos para homens gays www.disponivel.com. Através dele os internautas podem criar pequenas narrativas de si e apelidos para serem identificados online, bem como elaborar títulos para suas páginas pessoais, definir seus hobbies, selecionar fotografias e vídeos e publicá-los na internet. No estudo que faço, existe um conjunto de estranhamentos que me movem a pensar: por que aquelas páginas, por que motivo aqueles perfis - e não outros - são os "favoritos"? Como mapear as descrições de corpo e gênero mais "preferidas" do disponivel.com? Quais são os traços marcantes dos modos de ser homem gay postos nos perfis favoritos? Como se produzem aí as representações de corpo? Quais são as tensões presentes nas afirmações sobre identidade sexual (gay) e identidade de gênero (masculinidade)? Nos perfis analisados, os internautas aderem a um projeto mostrar-sombrear de partes específicas de seus corpos, o que produz um adensamento de significado em algumas zonas corpóreas. O pênis torna-se o rosto do corpo, subscrevendo o pertencimento ao gênero masculino e criando um modo pornográfico de ver o corpo e de dizer da sua masculinidade e sexualidade. / This research was made in the field of Cultural Studies in Education, in a feminist and post-structuralism perspective. I take as object for my research the www.disponivel.com, a website for gay men. On this website, its users can create short self-text and nicknames to be identified online, as well as create titles for their personal profiles, define their hobbies, select photographs and videos to be published on the internet. In this study there is a variety of questions I formulate: why do these profiles - and not other ones - are the favorites? How to describe the descriptions of body and gender published on the favorite profiles? What are the most impressive ways of being gay men shown on the favorite profiles? How does appear the representations of body? What are the tensions between sexual identities (gay) and gender identities (masculinities)? I take body as a cultural product of political and historical contexts. I also use a social, historical and political perspective of the gender concept, its ways of constructing among relations of power inside the culture, which institute subject-positions.

Esse estudo, desenvolvido entre os anos de 2009 e 2011, buscou conhecer de que maneira se constrói a conjugalidade entre travestis e seus maridos. Sob uma perspectiva pedagógica investigou as tensões existentes entre o modelo heteronormativo de conjugalidade e esta outra forma de união. Na perspectiva dos Estudos Culturais a pesquisa propôs-se a compreender a aliança destes casais, a produção da masculinidade dos maridos e a sociabilidade vivida pelos pares. Essa investigação foi realizada em classes populares, e é do tipo qualitativo e etnográfico. Durante dois anos conviveu-se com os três casais que participaram do estudo. Foram feitas entrevistas, observações participantes e diários de campo. Foram utilizadas, também, narrativas e observações de outras duas pesquisas anteriores que contemplaram o mesmo campo. As entrevistas foram gravadas, transcritas e posteriormente analisadas a fim de observar os tensionamentos existentes na conjugalidade das travestis com seus maridos. A partir da análise de seus depoimentos, cotejados pela bibliografia de apoio, conclui-se que o modelo de conjugalidade e masculinidade hegemônicos tangencia a aliança entre a travesti e seu marido. A forma de união dos participantes do estudo apresenta ao mesmo tempo semelhanças e rupturas com este modelo. / This study done between the years 2009 and 2011 tried to know how to build the married between transvestites and their husbands. From a pedagogical perspective, it was investigated the tensions between the heteronormative model of married in this other form of union. From the perspective of Cultural Studies this research aimed to understand the alliance of these couples, the production of husband’s masculinity and couple’s sociability. This research was done in low income classes, is a qualitative and ethnographic study. For two years the three couples were listened and they answered interview. They also were observed. Stories and comments from two previous studies whith the same people were used. The interviews were recorded, transcribed and analyzed for to observe the tensions existing in the married of the transvestites and their husbands. From the analysis of the interviews, by supporting bibliography, it is concluded that the model of hegemonic masculinity and married is tangent to these couples. This form of married presents with that model similarities and ruptures.
