In this scenario, investors seek to organize themselves through Investment Funds, require the definition of policies and regulations, and hire experienced Managers who can achieve a better performance for their equity. Given the criticality of this Management, whether due to its effect on investors' equity or through the propagation of mistaken analyzes about the economy, it implies the need to understand better how the decision-making of these Managers is, in fact, structured in real contexts. From this perspective, the objective of this work is to characterize the decisionmaking of the Managers of Investment Funds in Variable Income in the perspective of the naturalistic decision. This research presents a qualitative study with 13 Managers of Investment Funds in Variable Income that manage 31 Investment Funds. In addition to exploratory interviews and analysis of documents of approximation with the field of study, the RPD (recognition-primed decision) model was used based on episodic interviews through the CDM (critical decision method) protocol to elicit knowledge about manager?s critical decision activities, which are the allocation and management of the portfolio. The results suggest that the management of the Investment Fund does not obey the order of the choices and the Manager's expertise and intuition plays a decisive role in the construction of investment strategies. The data also show that there are significant differences between novice managers and experts who impact on performance, being the expert defined by the repertoires of acquired standards and their model of mental simulations practiced. It was also explored that self-regulation and self-efficacy constructs may explain differences in performance over time. Finally, research contributions and limitations are presented. / As decis?es de investimento financeiro s?o din?micas e complexas pois s?o orientadas por uma s?rie de fatores, tais como, o contexto macroecon?mico, a volatilidade dos mercados e o risco potencial de perda financeira, que impactam o valor dos ativos. Nesse cen?rio, os investidores buscam se organizar atrav?s de Fundos de Investimento, exigem a defini??o de pol?ticas e regulamentos, e contratam Gestores experientes que consigam obter um melhor desempenho para seu patrim?nio. Tendo em vista a criticidade dessa Gest?o, quer seja por seu efeito sobre o patrim?nio dos investidores, quer seja pela propaga??o de an?lises equivocadas sobre a economia, implica na necessidade de se compreender melhor como a tomada de decis?o desses Gestores ?, de fato, estruturada em contextos reais. Sob essa ?tica, o objetivo desse trabalho ? caracterizar a tomada de decis?o dos Gestores de Fundos de Investimento em Renda Vari?vel na perspectiva da decis?o natural?stica. Esta pesquisa apresenta um estudo qualitativo com 13 Gestores de Fundos de Investimento em Renda Vari?vel que administram 31 Fundos de Investimento. Al?m de entrevistas explorat?rias e an?lise de documentos de aproxima??o com o campo de estudo, foi utilizado o modelo RPD (recognition-primed decision) com base em entrevistas epis?dicas atrav?s do protocolo CDM (critical decision method) para elicitar conhecimento sobre as atividades cr?ticas de decis?o dos Gestores que s?o a aloca??o e a gest?o do portfolio. Os resultados sugerem que a gest?o de Fundo de Investimento n?o obedece a ordem das escolhas e a expertise e a intui??o do Gestor possui um papel determinante na constru??o de estrat?gias de investimento. Data analyzed for the study was collected via the distribution of a questionnaire to former Program participants, which elicited twenty responses, and through in-depth interviews conducted with four undergraduate students from Rio Grande do Sul. This study, in particular, sought to draw a correlation between academic mobility and the development of global citizenship. The experiences of the students were diverse: with participants detailing both insights gained about China and its people as a result of the Program, as well as a variety of personal developments. Whilst students identified some flaws with the Science without Borders Program, they emphasized a number of key practical benefits, including an improved proficiency in their chosen language and an enhanced understanding of their recipient country. Students also more generally noted a deepened understanding of and respect for cultural diversity and cultural differences, a broadened world view, and an elevated sense of independence and self-confidence. Above all, research revealed a strong correlation between the experience of academic mobility and the students? development of global citizenship. / Esta disserta??o buscou analisar os processos formadores que estudantes do Rio Grande do Sul viveram ao participarem do Programa Ci?ncia sem Fronteiras num pa?s como a China. Com base nos dados coletados por meio de um question?rio (vinte respostas) e de quatro entrevistas com estudantes do Rio Grande do Sul que realizaram o interc?mbio na China, a presente pesquisa analisou as experi?ncias desses participantes ga?chos em suas estadas na China via Programa CsF e revelou certas correla??es entre a mobilidade acad?mica com a forma??o da cidadania global para esses estudantes. As experi?ncias foram diversas e com muitos descobrimentos sobre o pa?s oriental e seu povo. O crescimento pessoal dos pr?prios participantes brasileiros foi um forte destaque encontrado nos relatos. Embora o CsF tenha sido criticado, de acordo com os relatos desses participantes entrevistados, a realiza??o desse interc?mbio aprimorou a sua compet?ncia lingu?stica, auxiliou o entendimento e respeito ? diversidade e ? diferen?a cultural. O conhecimento sobre o pa?s destinat?rio, ampliou a vis?o do mundo, fortaleceu a independ?ncia e aumentou a autoconfian?a para vencer seus medos. The present study had the objective to comprehend the living experience of pleasure as a duty and its psychological consequences trough the experiences of young people. This investigation characterizes as qualitative. It was realized an interview no directive active with four university students and in a posterior moment the depositions were analyzed by the phenomenological method. This analysis permited us to obtain a subjectivity of living experience. The duty of pleasure is present in the experiences of the young people as a strong feeling of receiving to attain the sexual standards established by society, that are especially divulged by the midia. The pleasure s imperative makes difficult an autentical and free living experience and the principals psychological consequences of that in the young s life are a feeling of affliction, confusion, anxiety and empty. / Acredita-se haver atualmente, um imperativo social que emprega diversos padr?es e regras na viv?ncia da sexualidade, transformando o prazer num dever. O presente estudo teve como objetivo compreender a viv?ncia do dever do prazer e seus desdobramentos psicol?gicos, a partir da experi?ncia de jovens, caracterizando-se assim, como uma pesquisa qualitativa. Foi realizada uma entrevista n?o diretiva-ativa, com 4 estudantes universit?rios e os depoimentos foram posteriormente analisados sob o enfoque fenomenol?gico, que nos possibilitou chegar numa viv?ncia mais subjetiva, atrav?s da experi?ncia apresentada nos depoimentos. O dever do prazer est? presente na experi?ncia dos jovens, sob a forma de um forte sentimento de cobran?a para atingir padr?es sexuais estabelecidos pela sociedade, divulgados principalmente pela m?dia. It does not seek to define religious behaviour but how the meanings of such behaviour take place inside the psychological structure. Psychologically speaking, religion can either trigger or block human development. For a science that seeks to understand man as a whole, to exclude the religious dimension of the human being from the psychological thinking is not to evaluate and understand the real influence of the religious development in mental functioning, in health and in psychological treatment. In this aspect, the aim of this study was to analyse phenomenologically the religious experience of Catholics in their relationship with personal development. For this, a qualitative approach was used, and, through statements collected in non-directive active interviews, phenomological analyses were made. Four people over 18 were interviewed. They were indicated by religious leaders and considered by them practicing Catholics . The result of the study showed that the participants religious experience is related to personal development. Such a relationship occurs in subjective and specific changes that resulted into the change of the behaviour of the subjects, who reported an improvement in life quality. Thus, we can understand that the religious experience gave these subjects a personal development. / A tarefa da Psicologia da Religi?o no ?mbito das ci?ncias humanas ? estudar os aspectos psicol?gicos relacionados ? experi?ncia religiosa humana Ela n?o procura definir o que ? a conduta religiosa, mas sim como os significados desta conduta se d?o no interior da estrutura psicol?gica. Psicologicamente, a religi?o pode ser uma mola propulsora ou bloqueadora do desenvolvimento humano. Para uma ci?ncia que procura entender o homem na sua totalidade, excluir do pensar psicol?gico a dimens?o religiosa do ser humano, ? deixar de avaliar e entender a real influ?ncia do desenvolvimento religioso no funcionamento mental, na sa?de e no tratamento psicol?gico. Neste sentido, o objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar, fenomenologicamente, a experi?ncia religiosa de cat?licos em sua rela??o com o desenvolvimento pessoal. Para isso, foi utilizada uma abordagem qualitativa e, atrav?s de depoimentos colhidos em entrevistas n?o diretivas ativas, realizou-se an?lises fenomenol?gicas. Foram entrevistadas quatro pessoas, maiores de 18 anos, indicadas por l?deres religiosos e consideradas, por estes l?deres, cat?licas praticantes envolvidas . O resultado deste estudo mostrou que a experi?ncia religiosa dos participantes est? relacionada com o desenvolvimento pessoal. Esta rela??o ocorre num sentido de mudan?as subjetivas, particulares e singulares que trouxeram como conseq??ncia, mudan?as no comportamento dos entrevistados, os quais relataram sentir uma melhora na qualidade de vida. Dessa maneira, podemos entender que a experi?ncia religiosa proporcionou, para estes sujeitos, crescimento pessoal.

From a clinical-qualitative perspective, we centered the methodological strategies in the use of the "prose" and of "chatting" become pregnant as a slow conversation where the "cases" of the life are told laggingly, in a movement of appropriation of the culture the state of Minas Gerais Brazil. Recording of conversations were heard several time, consenting a subsequent elaboration of the "proses" under the form of narratives that could be analyzed in agreement with Campos Psychoanalytic Theory. We verified that the interviewees suffering pronounces primordialment starting from three fields live that we denominated of maternity, negation of the sexuality and premature retirement, that causes chronic emotional suffering. / Considerando que a defici?ncia adquirida na fase adulta modifica a vida pessoal radical e dramaticamente, investigamos a viv?ncia de dois portadores de paraplegia com mais de dois anos de cadeira de rodas. A partir de uma perspectiva cl?nico-qualitativa, centramos as estrat?gias metodol?gicas no uso da prosa e do prosear , concebidos como uma conversa demorada, na qual os causos da vida s?o relatados vagarosamente, num movimento de apropria??o da cultura mineira. Grava??es de conversas foram ouvidas v?rias vezes, permitindo uma elabora??o posterior das prosas sob a forma de narrativas, que puderam ser analisadas de acordo com a Teoria Psicanal?tica dos Campos. Constatamos que o sofrimento dos entrevistados articula-se primordialmente a partir de tr?s campos vivenciais, que denominamos de maternaliza??o, nega??o da sexualidade e aposentadoria precoce.

It is justified as to achieve emotional comprehension over these people can shed some light on the way particular, adverse, oppressive conditions reflect themselves over individual subjectivities. The research is organized, methodologically, as a case study by means of the psychoanalytic approaching of a Brazilian documentary entitled "Hist?rias de Daluana" (2007). Successive exposure to the movie, accompanied by the audio transcription, allowed the interpretative production of the following affective-emotional sense fields, or relative unconscious: "Personal Value", "Bride-Girl", "Business Woman" and "Disconcerting Mother". We finished this research stablishing a dialog between Winnicot s theory about deprivation and delinquency. The overall picture points that the enterviewee's emotional experience is mainly based over the feeling of humiliation, from which she tries to defend herself in various ways, using more or less conservative imaginations. Within the limits imposed by the embraced investigative proceeding, this research carries comprehensive reflections and leads to questionings that can enlighten similar situations. / O presente trabalho tem como objetivo investigar psicanaliticamente a experi?ncia emocional de mulheres que est?o em cumprimento de pena ap?s julgamentos em situa??es de estado de direito. Justifica-se na medida em que a conquista de compreens?o emocional, sobre estas pessoas, pode lan?ar luz sobre o modo como condi??es concretas desfavor?veis e opressivas se refletem sobre subjetividades individuais. A pesquisa se organiza, metodologicamente, como estudo de caso, por meio da abordagem psicanal?tica de um document?rio brasileiro, intitulado Hist?rias de Daluana (2007). A experi?ncia de profissionais da sa?de no cuidado a pacientes em ambulat?rio de quimioterapia / The experience of health professionals in the care of patients in outpatient chemotherapy

It is an exploratory qualitative research, phenomenologically inspired. Individual dialogical encounters were carried out with nine health professionals: physicians, psychologist, pharmacist, nurses, occupational therapists, social worker and nursing technician. After each encounter, narratives were written, registering what was reported by the participant well as the researcher s impressions. The construction process of the narratives included various versions in order to grasp the main elements involved in the experience of the participants. The narrative s analysis made it possible to conclude that the experience of caring in Oncology is signified by the professionals as rewarding and enriching, although it also involves certain amount of suffering due to physical and emotional fatigue. The reports of the participants highlighted also difficulties arising in the course of professional practice due to: a) academic training that didn t prepare then to deal with the approaching death of patients, either with the need to communicate information about the evolution of the disease; b) the lack of integration between team members; c) of the exhaustive workday; d) the lack of time to devote to themselves; e) the feeling of powerlessness when the treatment is not successful. Nevertheless, participants strive for the relationship with patients is not reduced to a purely technical-assistance dimension and demonstrated that would benefit from an intervention committed to facilitate the coming out of their experiences. / Esta pesquisa buscou apreender a experi?ncia de cuidar de pacientes oncol?gicos a partir do relato de profissionais da sa?de que atuam em um ambulat?rio de quimioterapia de um hospital universit?rio do Estado de S?o Paulo. Foi desenvolvida como uma pesquisa qualitativa, explorat?ria e de inspira??o fenomenol?gica. A pesquisadora realizou encontros dial?gicos individuais com nove profissionais da sa?de: m?dicos, psic?logo, farmac?utico, enfermeiro, terapeutas ocupacionais, assistente social e t?cnico de enfermagem. Ao t?rmino de cada encontro, foram redigidas narrativas nas quais se registrou o que foi relatado pelo participante acrescido das impress?es da pesquisadora. O processo de constru??o das narrativas incluiu diversas vers?es objetivando apreender os principais elementos envolvidos na experi?ncia dos participantes. A an?lise deste material possibilitou concluir que a experi?ncia de cuidado na ?rea de oncologia ? significada pelos profissionais como gratificante e enriquecedora, embora tamb?m envolva certa dose de sofrimento em fun??o do desgaste f?sico e emocional a que ficam expostos. Os relatos dos participantes revelaram tamb?m dificuldades no exerc?cio da pr?tica profissional decorrentes: a) de uma forma??o acad?mica que n?o os preparou para lidar com a aproxima??o da morte dos pacientes, tampouco com a necessidade de comunicar informa??es sobre a evolu??o da doen?a; b) da falta de integra??o entre os membros da equipe; c) da jornada de trabalho exaustiva; d) da falta de tempo para dedicar-se a si mesmos; e) do sentimento de impot?ncia quando o tratamento n?o ? bem-sucedido. Apesar disso, os participantes esfor?am-se para que o relacionamento com os pacientes n?o seja reduzido a uma dimens?o puramente t?cnico-assistencial e demonstraram que se beneficiariam de uma interven??o comprometida em facilitar o vir ? tona de suas experi?ncias.

We have searched which conception of education that permeates between lines of professional master in current plan. Study field was limited by the philosophy of education, more specifically, by John Dewey s pragmatism and, moreover, we also have questioned which problems involving education as a whole. It has been done a cutout of the whole, which means, the tacit educational policy in this professional master inserted in the current PNPG and, still, we have presented the challenges for its development. The method applied was bibliographic research, which was consolidated, especially, in the analysis of PNPG 2011-2020 and investigation in John Dewey s book "Experience and Education", as well as in the philosophical investigation of other important scholars and commentators of that author, by through his books and articles. Dewey s concept of education pointed out, ultimately, experience like effectiveness. / O presente estudo inseriu-se na Linha de Pesquisa Pol?ticas P?blicas em Educa??o , e a pergunta que a motivou foi: que concep??o de educa??o est? presente no mestrado profissional no contexto do PNPG (Plano Nacional de P?s-Gradua??o) 2011-2020 e quais os elos desta concep??o com o conceito de experi?ncia em John Dewey, caso existam? Buscouse qual concep??o de educa??o permeia as entre linhas do mestrado profissional no plano vigente. O campo de estudo foi delimitado pela filosofia da educa??o, mais especificamente, pelo pragmatismo de John Dewey e, ainda, se questionou os problemas que perpassam a educa??o como um todo. It tries to understand also the importance of this access. The network arrangements, for the experience and how these processes contribute to change power relationships locally, both for the farmers as for the organizations involved in this experience. After this study of case was carried out, after the interviews, with technicians and farmers, it was seen that the experience had contributed for the construction of three main routes: Land, market and public administration and that these routes are essential for the very development of the experience. The land, as the central mediator element of the social relations in the place is priority access for the survival of the farmers and for the construction of the ecological proposal. Joining an autonomous experiment of the farmers of Araponga for the access to land - named by them land conquest with the agroecological proposal, a resignification of the land and of the resources offered by it is seen, and also that the access that becomes more than the possession. With this initiative, changes have been observed in the relationships of power, mainly in the aspect of production, but also related to market relations and politics demanding more specific actions in these areas from those involved in the experiment. Thus, new initiatives to conquer better access to the market, as the creation, in the city, of the market of the Family Farmers of Araponga Association or the strategy for organic coffee commercialization have been started. On the regard of the access to local public government, the agents involved in the experiment create actions to influence the project and the creation of public policies, both in the city and in other areas of the public government. From these relations, changes in the power relationships come, both for the farmers (mainly in the production area) as for the other agents involved in the experiment. However, this improvement brings new conflicts that need the development of the farmers capacity to be tackled and more intervention by the mediators. In all this process, the links built by this agroecological network and the micro nets that point the local social relationships play an important role giving support and agility to the development of the strategies adopted in the experiment. One of the strong points of this experiment is related to the link among different practices and strategies that foster distribution and management of resources, the organization process and the initiative as a whole. / Este trabalho centra-se na an?lise da experi?ncia agroecol?gica de Araponga, munic?pio da zona da Mata de Minas Gerais e, a partir do resgate de sua trajet?ria, procura entender em que medida esta experi?ncia influencia a constru??o de acessos dos agricultores a diferentes recursos, materiais e n?o materiais. Procura tamb?m entender a import?ncia destes acessos, dos arranjos em rede para a experi?ncia e como tais processos contribuem para mudar rela??es de poder no ?mbito local, tanto para os agricultores como para as organiza??es envolvidas nesta experi?ncia. Da realiza??o deste estudo de caso, das entrevistas com t?cnicos e agricultores, constatou-se que a experi?ncia tem contribu?do para a constru??o de tr?s acessos principais: terra, mercado e poder p?blico e que tais acessos s?o essenciais para o pr?prio desenvolvimento da experi?ncia. A terra, como elemento mediador central das rela??es sociais no local ? acesso priorit?rio para a sobreviv?ncia dos agricultores e para a implementa??o da proposta agroecol?gica. Da jun??o de uma experi?ncia aut?noma dos agricultores de Araponga para acesso ? terra denominada por eles de conquista de terras com a proposta agroecol?gica, observa-se uma resignifica??o da terra e dos recursos que ela oferece, bem como do pr?prio acesso que passa a ser mais do que a posse. A partir desta iniciativa, observam-se mudan?as nas rela??es de poder, sobretudo no espa?o da produ??o, mas tamb?m no ?mbito das rela??es de mercado e da pol?tica, demandando tamb?m daqueles que est?o envolvidos na experi?ncia a??es mais espec?ficas nestas ?reas. Assim, surgem iniciativas para conquistar melhor acesso ao mercado, tais como a cria??o, no munic?pio, do mercado da Associa??o dos Agricultores Familiares de Araponga ou estrat?gia para comercializa??o de caf? org?nico. Em rela??o ao acesso ao poder p?blico local, os atores envolvidos na experi?ncia desenvolvem a??es com vistas a influenciar a elabora??o e a implementa??o de pol?ticas p?blicas, tanto no munic?pio como em outras inst?ncias do poder p?blico. De tais articula??es surgem mudan?as nas rela??es de poder, tanto para agricultores (sobretudo no espa?o da produ??o) quanto para os demais atores envolvidos na experi?ncia. No entanto, estes ganhos desencadeiam novos conflitos que, para serem enfrentados, demandam o desenvolvimento de mais capacidades dos agricultores e maior interven??o dos mediadores. Em todo este processo, os v?nculos constru?dos por meio da rede agroecol?gica e das microrredes que marcam as rela??es sociais no local desempenham papel importante dando apoio e agilidade para o desenvolvimento das estrat?gias adotadas na experi?ncia. Um dos pontos fortes desta experi?ncia est? relacionado ? integra??o entre as diferentes pr?ticas e estrat?gias que potencializam a aplica??o e a gest?o de recursos, o processo de organiza??o e a iniciativa como um todo.
