[pt] Pretende-se, neste estudo, demonstrar a coerência interna do percurso filosófico de Michel Foucault, quando considerado desde o ponto de vista utilizado pelo filósofo, ao definir toda a sua obra como uma problematização da questão do sujeito. A fim de demonstrar essa coerência interna do percurso foucaultiano, dividiu-se, este estudo, em duas partes. Na primeira parte, estuda-se a objetivação do sujeito pelo que se chama aqui de “práticas epistêmicas”, isto é, pelas práticas objetivantes das ciências humanas. Analisa-se, então, a objetivação do sujeito por práticas epistêmicas em História da loucura, em O nascimento da clínica e em As palavras e as coisas. Nesta primeira parte da tese, estuda-se também o modo como Foucault critica a a-historicidade do sujeito constituinte, analisando-se duas obras, onde essa crítica se faz presente: As palavras e as coisas e A arqueologia do saber. Na segunda parte da tese, estuda-se a objetivação do sujeito por práticas disciplinares, confessionais e normalizadoras, analisando-se Vigiar e punir e o primeiro volume da História da sexualidade, A vontade de saber. Ainda nessa segunda parte, em que se trata de estudar a questão do sujeito na genealogia do presente de Michel Foucault, estuda-se, por fim, concluindo a demonstração da hipótese acerca da coerência interna do percurso filosófico de Foucault, a subjetivação do sujeito por práticas de si e a dimensão ética conferida por Foucault às suas pesquisas, analisando-se os dois últimos volumes da História da sexualidade, O uso dos prazeres e O cuidado de si e o curso de 1982, no Collège de France, A hermenêutica do sujeito. / [fr] Cette étude a pour objet la démonstration de la cohérence interne du parcours philosophique de Michel Foucault, ici considéré, dans son ensemble, comme une problématisation de la notion de sujet. Pour ce faire, la recherche est divisée en deux parties: dans la prémière est etudiée l`objectivation du sujet par les “pratiques épistémiques”, c`est à dire, par les pratiques objectivantes des sciences humaines, analisées dans L`histoire de la folie, La naissance de la clinique et Les mots et les choses. Il suit, encore dans cette prémière partie, l`analise de la manière par laquelle l`auteur critique l`anhistoricité du sujet dans Les mots et les choses et L`archéologie du savoir. Dans la deuxième est étudiée l`objectivation du sujet par les pratiques disciplinaires, confessionelles et normalisatrices, mises en évidence dans Surveiller et punir et La volonté de savoir. Encore dans cette partie est analisée la subjectivation du sujet dans les pratiques de soi, bien comme la dimension éthique des recherches de l`auteur, presentes dans L`usage des plaisirs, Le souci de soi, et dans son cours du Collège de France, L`herméneutique du sujet.

This thesis describes the design and implementation of an application for interactive family-tree making. The application supports importing and exporting data in GEDCOM format, further editing of the data, visualizing the data in family charts and their export. The design of the program is modular. It is implemented using C++ and Qt. The program was released for testing amongst the group of Czech and Slovak genealogists and their opinions on the program were obtained and analysed.

The aim of the thesis is to introduce genetic genealogy (the genealogical DNA test analyzes samples of genetic material for genealogy purposes, mostly does not serve as a tool for health diagnostics, or it does not detect genetic predisposition or disorder) and to analyze the online communities around it. The thesis answers the question of the extent to which these groups differ from groups of supporters of the traditional approach (whose main focus lies mainly in archival research). On the example of several specific communities, the author tries to show what aspects are dominant in this new kind of online activities and critically evaluate them.

As we think about sound and its many competing meanings and uses for musicians over the past hundred years, it is worth keeping in mind that defining sound was also a contentious problem in earlier times. Indeed, since the ancient Greeks first invoked the term psophos as a general concept for sound, there has been a persistent question of how to draw boundaries between musical sounds (covered by such sub-terms as phthongos and phoné) and more general notions of noise (klázō). The Latin term sonus was perhaps even more confusing in this regard, with a numbing variety of meanings and applications that cannot be easily reconciled. Still, one persistent demarcation that we can find in the history of the term’s usage is that between sound as an acoustical (»external«) object, and sound as a perceptible (»internal«) phenomenon. Each of these usages implies a distinctly differing aesthetic stance towards sound that has telling resonance for compositional and analytical issues that are still very much alive today. Indeed, an acoustical turn in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries prompted music theorists to confront the perception of musical sounds more thoroughly than before as exemplified by Johann Mattheson’s little known treatise Versuch einer systematischen Klang-Lehre (1748).

In Book 1 of the Argonautica, Apollonios Rhodios counts out the names of 55 heroes who set off to win the Golden Fleece. All the heroes are given genealogical details that often contribute to their characterisation. Only Admetus’ γενεή is passed over in silence by the catalogue. This was noted already by H. Fränkel, who suspected a lacuna in the text. However, there is another solution to the problem. The distinctive relationship of Admetus to his parents is detailed nowhere more clearly and drastically than in Euripides’ Alcestis. In what is perhaps the most bitter agon in Greek tragedy, the father and son quarrel so severely that Admetus throws his parents out of the house and from then on wishes not to be regarded as their son. Apollonios assumes a knowledge of this famous quarrel among his readers or hearers, and he shows the sad consequences of this unreconciled generational conflict by breaking the convention of filiation and silently calling to mind the unresolved problems of the Alcestis.

[pt] Esta Dissertação propõe uma leitura do trabalho de Michel Foucault na perspectiva de um projeto filosófico. Para empreender esta tarefa privilegiamos os textos em que ele demarca o espaço que torna possível as suas pesquisas, responde a questões direcionadas à sua investigação histórico-filosófica, analisa, em retrospectiva, o seu próprio trabalho. Essa opção de abordagem nos possibilitou elucidar a especificidade da descrição arqueológica e sua articulação com a filosofia e com outras dimensões do seu trabalho e nos colocou diante de uma constante problematização das relações que o sujeito estabelece com a verdade. Assim, deixamos em suspenso as interpretações já consolidadas em torno de sua obra, que em geral a classificam como: textos arqueológicos que têm por tema o saber (década de 60), textos genealógicos que tematizam o poder (década de 70) e, por fim, nos últimos anos de sua vida textos preocupados com a questão do sujeito. Fazemos esse recuo por pensarmos que a leitura, acima descrita, enfraquece seu projeto pois impossibilita visualizar as relações que se estabelecem entre o discurso e as demais práticas não discursivas. As nossas conclusões apontam, ainda, para a definição do seu projeto como uma tarefa e não como um sistema. Um exercício filosófico, de forte inspiração na filosofia crítica de Kant, que pode ser resumido na questão de saber como e até onde seria possível pensar de outro modo; desprender-se de si. / [fr] Cette dissertation est une lecture du travail de Michel Foucault dans la perspective d un projet philosophique. Pour faire cet tâche nous avons privilégié les textes dans il marque l espace que faire possible ses recherches, répondre des questions à propos de l investigation historique-philosophique, analyse en retrospective son travail même. A partir de cet abordage il a été possible d élucider le propre de la discrition archèologique et s articulation avec la philosophie et des outres dimensions de son travail et nous avons posé en face d une constant problematization des rapports entre le sujet et la verité. Alors, nous avon suspendu l interpretation dèjá consolidés à propos de l´ouvre de Michel foucault, que d une façon général classifie son travail comme : textes archéologiques lesquels à propos du savoir (annés 1960), textes généalogiques lesquels à propos du pouvoir (annés 70) et enfin, dans le dernier moment de sa vie les textes qui s occupent de la question du sujet. Nous faisons ce recul à cause de la lecture plus fréquent, affaiblit son projet à mesure que ne permet pas de voir des rapports entre le discours et d outres pratiques non-discoursives. Notre conclusion indique, encore, par une définicion de son projet comme une tâche e nom comme um système. Un exercice philosophique, de fort inspiration dans la philosophie critique de Kant, que peut se résumer dans la question de savoir Comment et jusqu où il serait possible de penser autrement? ; se déprendre de soi- même.

The study analyzes genealogy and coevolutionary relationships between the bloodsucking louse Polyplax serrata (Anoplura) and its host of the genus Apodemus (Rodentia). It uses the tools of molecular biology and phylogenetics for interpretation of the parasite distribution in respect to the georaphy and host specificity
