Gibt es ein Patentrezept für erfolgreiche IT-Projekte?

Katzenbach, Alfred 07 September 2021 (has links)

Vargas Enciso, Jhilber Alijhossep, Ramos Carhuapoma, Jaime Javier, Victoria Torres, Luis Rafael, Sánchez Raygada, Luis Alberto 07 February 2022 (has links)
The goal of this research is to make a proposal for a BIM implementation plan that can be used by a micro size construction company which has experience in plumbing works. To do this, we had to find the characteristics that these kinds of Peruvian companies have in common. We also had to investigate the development of BIM in Peru, and its usage that construction companies currently give it. This plan was prepared with the participation of some subcontractor's work team members, who have been interviewed and thus providing us with company information such as statements, organization chart, status reports and workflows. After that, we used all of this to identify opportunities to improve company processes due to BIM. With this research, the most appropriate BIM uses for the company were found, which has also allowed us to estimate the profit that the company would have due to these. Likewise, we have made a list of the elements that BIM models must have for all of the above work well, we have also suggested changes for the company, we have also prepared a training and start-up plan for BIM, and we have prepared a brief collaboration procedure and success criteria list to reach the planned goals. Finally, we have done the cost-benefit analysis for using BIM in this company, calculating the return on investment in two different situations, and with the results obtained we have been able to make a favorable conclusion. / Trabajo de investigación

Kaur, Kirandip, Soltaniha, Tina January 2022 (has links)
The year 2020 the truck manufacturer Scania CV AB established a goal of reducing its energy consumption by 25% by 2025, with the year 2020 as its starting point. Reduction of energy consumption is necessary for the truck manufacturer in order to continue to conduct both sustainable as well as responsible business. This study is performed at the production unit DI (driveline-injector), the unit manufactures fuel injection systems for the company Cummins-Scania XPI Manufacturing. The purpose of the report is to identify energy saving activities, and additionally propose energy saving actions to be able to support the production unit DI in achieving the energy reduction target of 25%. A supplementary implementation plan is formulated in order to display the timeline for the presented activities. The method applied to formulate the activities is mainly literature studies from digital scientific publishing systems. Furthermore, are empirical studies performed in order to provide information from the facility. Calculations are performed to identify and present the results of the current energy consumption as well as the energy calculations after the proposed activities. The measures the field study presents for the production unit to reduce its energy consumption result in the following: • Introduce weekend and evening shutdowns on machines• Introduce standby mode on machines• Replace lighting with LEDs• Lower the temperature as a result of implemented LEDs• Switch to filters with lower pressure drop• Implement preventative maintenance in order to reduce compressed air leakage The implementation of the following measures results in a total energy saving of 228.8 MWh per year.

Genomförandeplan i teori och praktik : En studie i hur självbestämmande förverkligas genom arbete med genomförandeplan inom LSS-verksamhet / Implementation plan in theory and practice : A study in how self-determination is realized through work with an implementation plan within LSS agencys

Bragsjö, Erin, Carlsdotter Öjeklint, Karin January 2024 (has links)
The aim in this study was to create an understanding of how staff within agencys connected to The Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS) work to realize the individual's self-determination through work with implementation plans. In order to enable a deeper understanding of how self-determination is realized, we used the theory of empowerment, with a focus on the transfer of power from staff to the individual. The above was done through a qualitative study where we interviewed eight staff who work in daily activities or residential arrangements with special service. The findings indicatesthat staff are positive about working with implementation plans and can see how these can ensure the individual's self-determination. Other findings were that staffexperience communication as something that both limits and enables selfdetermination. Some of the conclusions that were drawn are that flexibility in formulations of goals enables the individual to maintain power even after the implementation plan has been established, and that the staff's approach shows how much and what power they want to transfer to users in both the work with implementation plans and in general.

Úvod do právní úpravy československých filmových koprodukcí v letech 1945-1970 / Introduction to the legal regulation of Czechoslovak film co-productions between 1945-1970

Bednář, Leoš January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis focuses on the co-production of films in Czechoslovakia from 1945 to 1970. This neglected institute is described and partially analysed on the principle of the three levels of the legal regulation. The first stage are interstate cultural agreements and agreements of cultural cooperation. The most important is the co-production agreement and agreement of cooperation in the area of cinematography with France and Italy concluded in 1968. The second stage consists of the implementation plans and the framework conventions, which extend the provisions of interstate agreements. It is very difficult to trace these plans and conventions in unprocessed archive funds. So the enlisted information are rather fragmentary. The next stage is created by the specific co-production agreements. These agreements are basis for the co-production projects. The last section of the thesis contains several unrealised co-production projects that have not been created because of some political, economic and other disputes.

The role of management control on service delivery in local government : a case study of a South African municipality

Nkadimeng, Mmathume Norman 02 1900 (has links)
The management control systems package has been the subject of recent studies but no study was found that examined the role of management control on service delivery in local government. The Victor Khanye Local Municipality in South Africa has experienced repeated service delivery protests attributed to a deficiency in the delivery of basic municipal services. An in-depth analysis was conducted on selected planning and budgeting aspects of the management control systems package and their role in the delivery of basic municipal services. This qualitative case study, carried out with semi-structured interviews, found that the Integrated Development Plan (IDP), the Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) and the budget were used to improve the delivery of basic municipal services. Further research may be conducted on factors inhibiting 100% alignment between the IDP, the SDBIP and the budget, and to determine the role of a quarterly review system for low ranking employees on service delivery / Management Accounting / M. Improving the product development process with additive manufacturing

Philip, Ragnartz, Staffanson, Axel January 2018 (has links)
The following report consists of a master thesis (30 credits) within product development. The thesis is written by Philip Ragnartz and Axel Staffanson, both studying mechanical engineering at Mälardalens University. Developing new components for a production line is costly and time consuming as they must be made from manual measurements and must go through all the conventional manufacturing (CM) steps. Eventual design mistakes will be discovered after the component have been manufactured and tested. To fix the design a completely new component must be designed and therefore double the overall lead time. The purpose of this thesis is to establish how additive manufacturing (AM) can best be used to minimize the cost and lead time in the development of new components. The study was performed by looking at the current product development process in the automotive industry at a large company, here by referred to as company A. 56 components already manufactured at company A´s own tools department was examined and compared to different AM methods. The aim of this was to get a larger pool of data to get an average on production time and cost and see how this differ to the different AM methods. Additionally, two work holders were more closely examined in a case study. Work holder one is a component in the production line that occasionally must be remanufactured. It was examined if this problem could be solved with a desktop plastic printer to hold up for a production batch. Work holder two was the development of a new component, this was to examine the use of printing the component in an early stage impact the development process. The findings from this study is that AM can today not be used in a cost efficient way in manufacturing or development of simple components. This is due to the cost of a metal 3D-printer is still very high, and the building material even higher. This results in components that gets very expensive to make compared to producing them with CM. For design evaluation to be cost efficient there will have to be a design fault in over 12 % of the newly design components for it to be cost effective to print the design for validation before sending it to be manufactured. There are however a lot bigger potential savings in the lead time. Producing the end product with a metal 3D-printer can cut down the lead time up to 85 %. This is thanks to the fact that the printer will produce the component all in one step and therefore not get stuck in between different manufacturing processes. The same goes for design evaluation with printing the component in plastic to confirm the design and not risk having to wait for the component to be manufactured twice. Despite the facts that it is not cost efficient to use AM there are other factors that play an important role. To know that the designed components will work will create a certainty and allow the development process to continue. In some cases it will also allow the designer to improve the design to function better even if the first design would have worked. As AM is expanding machines and build materials will become cheaper. Eventually it will become cheaper to 3D-print even simple components compared to CM. When this occurs, a company cannot simply buy a 3D-printer and make it profitable. There is a learning curve with AM that will take time for the designers to adapt to. Therefore, it is good to start implementing it as soon as possible as it allows for more intricate designs and require experience to do so.
