Os trabalhadores de enfermagem são expostos a riscos biológicos que podem causar-lhes adoecimento e/ou acidente de trabalho. Diante dessa realidade em vários países, e considerando que a adesão de muitos profissionais às condutas pós-exposição a material biológico, potencialmente contaminado, ainda não é satisfatória, buscou-se, na literatura nacional e internacional, instrumentos validados que quantificassem as variáveis psicossociais envolvidas no comportamento em saúde e, em especial, a adesão às condutas pós-exposição ocupacional a material biológico, internacionalmente recomendadas, necessárias à prevenção das infecções advindas dessa exposição ocupacional. Diante da inexistência de instrumentos brasileiros, validados, que abordassem as condutas pós- exposição a material biológico, selecionamos um instrumento chinês, estruturado no referencial da Teoria do Comportamento Planejado, para traduzi-lo e adaptá-lo para uso em nosso país. Assim, este estudo metodológico, quantitativo teve como objetivo traduzir, adaptar culturalmente e validar para Brasil o instrumento Comply with post-exposure management among health care workers, que avalia a intenção de cumprir as condutas pós- exposição ocupacional a material biológico. Trata-se de um instrumento autoaplicável, composto por questões de caracterização e dimensões relacionadas aos constructos da Teoria do Comportamento Planejado, distribuídas em 61 itens com opções de resposta em escala tipo Likert, específicas para cada uma das seis subescalas (Atitude, Normas Subjetivas, Conhecimento, Autoeficácia, Recursos e Intenção). O processo de adaptação seguiu as diretrizes recomendadas pela literatura. O estudo foi aprovado quanto aos aspectos da ética em pesquisa (Protocolo no 041/12). Os dados foram coletados em seis hospitais da cidade de Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, em amostra de 137 profissionais de enfermagem expostos a material biológico, sendo 119 técnicos de enfermagem (86,9%) e 18 enfermeiros (13,1%). Foi verificada a existência dos efeitos floor e ceiling e a fidedignidade foi avaliada pela consistência interna dos itens e pela estabilidade da medida (teste-reteste). A validade de construto foi avaliada por meio da análise multitraço-multimétodo. O valor do nível de significância adotado foi de 0,05. Foram verificados efeitos ceiling nas subescalas Autoeficácia e Intenção. Em relação às propriedades psicométricas, os resultados obtidos foram: consistência interna verificada pelo coeficiente alfa de Cronbach para as subescalas Atitude, Normas Subjetivas, Autoeficácia, Recursos e Intenção, com valores variando entre 0,81 e 0,91, resultados considerados satisfatórios e para a subescala Conhecimento, avaliada pelo coeficiente de Kuder-Richarson (0,37), considerado insatisfatório. A avaliação da estabilidade da medida obteve resultados positivos em relação à significância estatística, com valores do Coeficiente de Correlação Intraclasse, entre as duas medidas, variando de 0,301 a 0,727; a validade de construto convergente e divergente foi confirmada por meio da análise multitraço-multimétodo, com exceção da subescala Atitude, que apresentou valores insatisfatórios. Assim, podemos concluir que a versão adaptada do instrumento \"Adesão às Condutas Pós-Exposição entre Trabalhadores de Saúde\", para a realidade brasileira, apresenta resultados satisfatórios de validade e fidedignidade, excluindo-se a dimensão Atitude. Assim, após a redefinição da referida subescala com os autores do instrumento original, outros estudos devem ser realizados com amostras maiores. Este estudo resultou em novos conhecimentos científicos relevantes à prevenção do adoecimento de trabalhadores, relacionado às infecções veiculadas por material biológico potencialmente contaminado. / Nursing workers are exposed to biological risks that can cause occupational illness and/or accidents. In view of this reality in different countries, and considering that many professionals\' adherence to the conducts post-exposure to potentially contaminated biological material remains unsatisfactory, a search was undertaken in Brazilian and international literature for validated instruments to quantify the psychosocial variables involved in health behavior, and particularly in the adherence to internationally recommended conducts post-occupational exposure to biological material, necessary to prevent the infections originating in this occupational exposure. In view of the lack of Brazilian validated instruments focused on conducts post-exposure to biological material, we selected a Chinese instrument, structured in the framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior, for translation and adaptation to be used in Brazil. Hence, the objective in this methodological, quantitative study was to translate, culturally adapt and validate the instrument Comply with post-exposure management among health care workers for Brazil, which assesses the intention to comply with conducts post-occupational exposure to biological material. This self-applied instrument consists of characterization questions and dimensions related to the constructs of the Theory of Planned Behavior, distributed into 61 items with specific Likert-scale response alternatives for each of the six subscales (Attitude, Subjective Standards, Knowledge, Self-Efficacy, Resources and Intention). The adaptation process followed the guidelines recommended in the literature. The study received ethical clearance (Protocol 041/12). The data were collected at six hospitals in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, in a sample of 137 nursing professionals exposed to biological material, including 119 nursing technicians (86.9%) and 18 nurses (13.1%). The existence of floor and ceiling effects was verified and the reliability was assessed through the internal consistency of the items and the stability of the measure (test-retest). The construct validity was assessed using the multitrait-multimethod analysis. Significance was set at 0.05. Ceiling effects were verified in the Self-efficacy and Intention subscales. As regards the psychometric properties, the obtained results were: internal consistency verified using Cronbach\'s alpha for the subscales Attitude, Subjective standards, Self-efficacy, Resources and Intention, ranging between 0.81 and 0.91, which are considered satisfactory, and for the Knowledge subscale, assessed using Kuder-Richarson\'s coefficient (0.37), considered unsatisfactory. The stability assessment of the measure found positive results for the statistical significance, with Intraclass Correlation Coefficients between the two measures ranging between 0.301 and 0.727; the convergent and divergent content validity was confirmed through the multitrait-multimethod analysis, except for the Attitude subscale, with unsatisfactory coefficient. Hence, it can be concluded that the adapted version of the instrument \"Adesão às Condutas Pós-Exposição entre Trabalhadores de Saúde\", for application in the Brazilian reality, presents satisfactory validity and reliability results, excluding the Attitude dimension. Hence, after redefining the subscale with the authors of the original instrument, further research is needed using larger samples. This study resulted in new scientific knowledge that is relevant to prevent occupational illness related to infections caused by potentially contaminated biological material.

Este trabalho apresenta uma reflexão acerca da natureza da entoação e de seu papel no funcionamento e no uso da linguagem, numa perspectiva interdisciplinar que traz para a discussão as contribuições de outras áreas do conhecimento que de uma maneira ou de outra se relacionam com a expressão na fala, seja por seus aspectos físicos, acústicos, seja por seus aspectos funcionais. Apresentamos evidências e argumentos que colocam a entoação como um fator primário na comunicação linguística que tem um papel fundamental na organização e transferência da informação de um sujeito a outro, tanto do ponto de vista da produção como da recepção. A tese aqui defendida é a de que a intenção comunicativa do falante o modo como este usa a linguagem enquanto ação junto a outros seres humanos é que determina a configuração melódica, precedendo a seleção e combinação dos constituintes do enunciado. Partimos da consideração da situação atual dos estudos prosódicos com respeito à entoação que encontramos descrita em Ladd (1996), Hirst e DiCristo (1998) e Fox (2000), entre outros, e apontamos alguns dos seus principais impasses e as questões epistemológicas relacionadas. Em seguida apresentamos as perspectivas de outras áreas de fora da linguística que direta ou indiretamente se reportam à entoação, seja como intenção, como é o caso da filosofia da linguagem, a sociologia, e a teoria literária, seja como melodia nas fronteiras do fazer teatral e da prática musical. Encontramos aí aproximações significativas entre as noções de estilo e gênero do discurso e a noção de intenção comunicativa que questionam a possibilidade de uma separação estanque entre o uso prático e o uso poético, musical, artístico da linguagem. Essa constatação nos levou a considerar uma grande categoria da atividade humana que denominamos práxis vocal que inclui, além da fala e do canto mais convencionais, formas intermediárias tais como narrativas orais, chamados, pregões, discursos políticos, declamações artísticas e religiosas como o recitativo e o salmodiar, entre outras. Estas formas empregam a modulação da frequência fundamental da voz de maneiras muito particulares e podem ser situadas na fronteira entre a linguagem e a música. Empreendemos, por isso, uma investigação acerca das relações, semelhanças e diferenças entre música e linguagem. Desta aproximação surgiu uma das ideias centrais desta tese, que é a relação entre estilo melódico e gênero de discurso nas manifestações orais. Percebemos que a realização de uma intenção comunicativa, seja numa fala espontânea, num discurso ou numa canção, começa com a escolha do gênero mais adequado à expressão do conteúdo desejado, e a partir dessa escolha é que fica determinado o estilo, que corresponde às regras de elaboração do discurso (linguístico, musical ou híbrido). A violação dessas regras que observamos quando há inconsistências melódicas na fala decorada, por exemplo, são decorrentes da necessidade de se criar uma melodia a partir de um texto já dado, fato que não acontece na fala espontânea. / This work presents a reflection about the nature of intonation, and about its role in how language works and it is used, within a interdisciplinary perspective that brings contributions from other areas that, in a way or another, relate to the issue of expression in speech, whether by its physical, acoustic features or by its functional aspects. We present evidences that show intonation as a primary factor in linguistic communication, having a fundamental role in organising and transferring information from one subject to another, from the point of view of production as well as perception. The main reasoning is that the communicative intention of the speaker - the way he uses languages as an action toward other human beings - determines the melodic configuration, that preceding selection and combination of the utterance contituents. Considering the recent development of investigation of prosody as it is described in Ladd (1996), Hirst e DiCristo (1998) and Fox (2000), among others, we show some of its hindrances and the epistemological issues related to them. Following that, we present perspectives brought from other areas outside linguistics that in a direct or indirect manner relate to the issues around intonation, whether as the speaker\'s intention, as we see in the field of philosophy of language, sociology and literary theory, or as a melodic elaboration in theater and musical practices. Within these new perspectives we found out striking similarities between the concepts of style and speech genre and the idea of communicative intention, that dispute a clear distinction of the practical use of language from its poetic, musical, artistic use. This remark have led us to consider a grand category of human activity that we named vocal praxis, including, besides ordinary speech and song, intermediate forms as those found in oral narratives, callings, auctioneering, political discourses and artistic declamation such as the recitative and chant. These forms employ the modulation of the fundamental frequency of the voice in very peculiar ways, and they may be situated close to the boundaries of speech and song. For that reason we endeavoured an inquiry on relationships, similarities and differences between music and language, This approximation produced one of the central ideas of this thesis, i.e. the connection of melodic style and speech genre along the continuum of vocal (oral) manifestations. We realized that the actualization of a communicative intention, whether in spontaneous speech, in a political discourse or in a song, begins with the choice of the adequate genre to the desired expression of the content; after this choice the style is determined, leading to the rules of elaboration of the particular discourse (linguistic, musical or hybrid). The violation of these rules, that we observe as melodic incoherences when someone speaks something by heart or reading aloud, are the consequence of an artificial situation that demands creating a new melody to a given text, which doesn\'t happen in spontaneous speech.

A oferta de bens e serviços para atendimento da demanda dos consumidores atuais tem uma forte base na personalização, ou seja, na busca da satisfação individual dos clientes. Essa tem sido a forma que as empresas tem encontrado para se diferenciar. Para tanto, as organizações necessitam de modelos de negócios que permitam ajustar seus processos com as freqüentes necessidades de mudanças. A metodologia utilizada foi a observação de estudo de casos com projetos de Inovação Tecnológica, que possuem altos índices na característica de mudança dos requisitos. A proposta deste trabalho é permitir que essa volatilidade seja identificada na fase de eliciação de requisitos, com base nas intenções de cada envolvido no processo de engenharia de requisitos, e que tais solicitações possam ser melhor compreendidas através da prototipação baseada nas perspectivas dos participantes: de negócio, operacional, de design e gerencial. Como resultado foi definido o volaRE, que permite se conhecer a volatilidade de um requisito, com base nas características definidas do mesmo, ainda na fase de eliciação. / Current consumers have demanded a special attention in the production and distribution of goods and services which have turned organizations to mass customization, looking for an individual satisfaction of their customers. This has been the form that companies have found to differentiate themselves. Therefore, the integration of business and productive processes must be adaptable to the frequent changes in the company\'s environment. The used methodology was the observation of cases study with of Technological Innovation projects, which have high rates of requirements changes. The proposal of this work is that this volatility could be identified in the requirements elicitation phase, based on the intent of each involved in the process of requirements engineering, and that such requests can be better understood through perspectives prototyping based of those participants: business, operational, design and management. As result volaRE was defined, that lets to know the requirement\'s volatility, based on defined characteristics, yet at elicitation phase.

Vad får personal att stanna? : Betydelsen av psykosociala arbetsmiljöfaktorer bland olika åldersgrupper / What makes employees stay? : The importance of psychosocial work environment factors among different age groups

Personalomsättning kan vara kostsamt för organisationer och därför är det önskvärt att behålla den kompetenta personalen. Psykosociala arbetsmiljöfaktorer har visats ha betydelse för medarbetares intention att stanna i organisationen men det finns begränsad forskning om det varierar beroende på ålder. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka betydelsen av olika psykosociala arbetsmiljöfaktorer för intentionen att stanna bland olika åldersgrupper. Enkätdata från 242 tjänstemän delades upp i tre åldersgrupper och analyserades med tre hierarkiska multipla regressionsanalyser. Resultatet visade att socialt stöd från chef bland medelålders hängde samman med högre intention att stanna och att konflikter bland medelålders och otydliga mål bland äldre hängde samman med lägre intention att stanna. Genom att ta hänsyn till att olika arbetsmiljöfaktorer kan ha olikartad betydelse för olika åldersgrupper kan organisationer få personalen att stanna.

Skadefrekvens och skadeförebyggande beteenden bland elitidrottsutövare inom idrotterna golf och volleyboll / Injury frequency and injury preventative behaviors among elite athletes practicing golf and volleyball

Syftet med studien var att undersöka skadefrekvens hos elitidrottsutövare, samt att undersöka om autonomistöd, autonom motivation, och intention mot skadeförebyggande beteenden, och utförda skadeförebyggande beteenden har ett samband med skadefrekvens. I studien undersöks hur skadeförebyggande beteenden påverkar skadefrekvens med utgång i Bahr och Krosshaugs modell (2005). Bahr och Krosshaug (2005) menar att för att kunna förebygga skador är det viktigt att förstå varför skadan uppstår. Studien undersöker även i vilken utsträckning autonomistöd (Williams et al., 1996), autonom motivation (Chan & Hagger, 2012b) och intention (Chan & Hagger, 2012a) påverkar utförandet av skadeförebyggande beteenden samt skadefrekvens. Insamlingen av data gjordes genom ett icke-slumpmässigt bekvämlighetsurval. Studien var en kvantitativ longitudinal design. I studien deltog 69 elitidrottsutövande golf- och volleybollspelare, med åldrarna 15 år till 30 år (M= 21.06 SD=3.88). Studien visade en hög skadefrekvens bland de deltagande elitidrottsutövarna. 61% av deltagarna registrerade symptom på överträning och 54% registrerade symptom som klassas som allvarlig överträningsproblematik vid minst ett svarstillfälle under de fem veckor studien genomfördes. Inget signifikant samband visades i flernivåanalysen mellan skadefrekvens och de skadeförebyggande beteenden eller mellan skadefrekvens och variablerna autonomistöd, autonom motivation och intention mot skadeförebyggande beteenden. Utifrån studiens resultat rekommenderas det en mer detaljerad undersökning av skadeförebyggande beteenden.

Från eWOM till köpintention : En studie om hur valens och argumentkvalitet i en recension påverkar konsumentens köpintention

Metod: Studien använder sig av en kvantitativ forskningsmetod med en webbaserad enkätundersökning som grund för det insamlade materialet. Den webbaserade enkätundersökningen samlade in totalt 157 svar från respondenter. Därefter analyserades de insamlade svaren i SPSS där deskriptiv analys, korrelationsanalys, faktoranalys, t-test och klusteranalys genomfördes. Resultat och slutsats: Resultatet av studien visar att valens har en direkt påverkan på konsumentens köpintention. Vidare visade resultatet att negativa recensioner har en större påverkan på konsumentens beteendemässiga intention än positiva recensioner, vilket styrker forskningen som påvisar att negativitetseffekten är aktuell. Studien fann också att argumentkvalitet inte har en signifikant påverkan på köpintentionen.  Uppsatsens bidrag: Uppsatsen bidrar till den befintliga forskningen genom att styrka att negativitetseffekten gäller även för restauranger, vilket belyser vikten i att behandla negativa recensioner då de kan spela en roll i restaurangens rykte och försäljning.  Förslag till vidare forskning: Vi ser gärna att framtida studier fokuserar på samma ämne, men med fler respondenter då vi inte fann något statistiskt samband mellan köpintention och argumentkvalitet. Method: This paper used a quantitative research method with a web-based survey as the basis for the collected material. The web-based survey collected a total of 157 responses from respondents. The collected answers were later analyzed in SPSS where descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, factor analysis, t-test and a cluster analyses were performed. Results and conclusion: The results show that valence has a direct impact on the consumer purchase intention. Furthermore, the results show that negative reviews have a greater effect on the consumer behavioral intention than positive reviews, which strengthens previous studies that show the relevance of the negativity effect. The study also shows that argument quality does not have a significant effect on the consumer’s purchasing intention.  Contribution: This study has contributed to previous research by demonstrating that the negativity effect is applied to restaurants as well, which shows the importance of addressing negative reviews as they can have an impact on a restaurant’s reputation and sales.    Further Research: We would like to see future studies focusing on the same subject, but with a larger number of respondents as seen as we could not find a statistical connection between purchasing intention and argument quality. Future studies should also focus on similar services since we see an overrepresentation of products as subject of examination in this field. La joyeuse confusion qui règne en matière de libéralités s'explique par l'inadaptation des règles du régime juridique, élaboré en 1804 dans un esprit de défiance. Les libéralités ne pouvaient être que suspectes dans un système reposant sur l'échange intéressé. Progressivement, l'on a admis que ces actes à titre gratuit pouvaient être intéressés et l'on a même reconnu que la transmission anticipée du patrimoine était nécessaire en raison de l'allongement de la durée de vie, de sorte que ceux-ci ne sont, non seulement, plus suspects, mais encouragés. Le décalage existant alors entre la rigueur du régime juridique et la faveur pour les libéralités conduit le législateur et la jurisprudence à recourir à de nombreuses fictions juridiques. Celles-ci leur permettent tantôt d'exclure l'application du régime, tantôt de l'appliquer pour parvenir aux solutions qui leur semblent les plus équitables. Si le procédé est évidemment louable, il engendre une décadence de la notion de libéralité et ne permet plus de la définir, sauf à répondre qu'elle dépend de la règle appliquer. Un tel dépérissement des certitudes est dangereux, tant la qualification de libéralité engendre encore des conséquences civiles et fiscales redoutables. Il conduit à repenser la notion de libéralité. Dans un contexte de libéralisation du droit des libéralités, il y a donc lieu d'adopter une notion unitaire et conceptuelle de libéralité, composée de deux éléments matériel et intentionnel cumulatifs. / The joyful confusion that reigns in terms of liberalities is explained by the inadequacy of the rules of the legal regime, developed in 1804 in a spirit of mistrust. Liberalities were necessarily suspicious in a system derived from self-­interested exchange. Gradually, it was recognized that these gratuitous acts could be interested and it was even recognized that the early transmission of assets was necessary because of the longer life span, so that they were no longer suspect but encouraged. The gap then existing between the rigour of the legal regime and the favour for liberalities led the legislator and the case law to resort to numerous legal fictions. These fictions allowed judges to sometimes apply the legal regime for liberalities and other times, exclude it, only to reach solutions that seem most equitable to them. If the process is obviously commendable, it begets decline of the notion of liberality. There is no longer a clear definition of what a liberality is, if not by saying that it depends on the rule. The characterization of liberality still has formidable civil and fiscal consequences. So, the notion of liberality needs to be redesigned. ln a context of liberalization of the law of liberalities, it is therefore necessary to adopt a unitary and conceptual notion of liberality, made of two cumulative elements : material and intentional.

I föreliggande studie har det undersökts vad som påverkat linjechefer att fullfölja sina förändrade arbetsförhållanden. Förändringarna är ett resultat efter att en större omorganisation har genomförts, en så kallad Human Resource Transformation. Studien baserades på Icek Ajzens Theory of planned behavior, vars utgångspunkt är individens intention att utföra ett tänkt beteende. Det antogs, utifrån Ajzen (1991), att de tre faktorerna, attityd, subjektiv norm och upplevd beteendekontroll var av betydelse för intentionen. Sammanlagt svarade 42 linjechefer från Skatteverket på en enkät om attityder, subjektiva normer och upplevd beteendekontroll gentemot de nya arbetsuppgifterna. En kvalitativ informantintervju genomfördes med en HR-strateg vid Skatteverket för att förtydliga syfte och orsak till organisationsförändringen samt för att tydliggöra hur linjechefernas arbete var tänk att se ut efter att HRT implementerats. Resultatet visade att subjektiv norm är den faktor som hade mest betydelse för intentionen att fullfölja HRT. Attityd mot beteendet och upplevd beteendekontroll visade sig inte ha signifikant samband med intentionen. / <p>The present study has examined what factors influence line managers intention towards changing employment. The changes are a result after a major organizational development, known as Human Resources Transformation. The study is based on Icek Ajzens Theory of planned behavior who’s main core is the individual’s intention to carry out a planned behavior. Ajzen (1991) assumes that tree factors affect the intention toward behavior. A total of 42 line managers answered on a survey based on questions about attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control related to their new work situation. A qualitative informantinterview was conducted with an HR-strategist at the Swedish tax agency to clarify the purpose and reason for the reorganization and to clarify HRTs real impact in the business. The result shows that subjective norm is the element with the most impact on the intention to proceed with HRT. The moderating effect of social media involvement and brand love on the consumer perceived values and purchasing intention of fast-fashion products

The concept of "customer perceived value" has been evolving as an essential area within the marketing discipline for decades. Knowing what shapes consumer perception towards a product or service is vital for businesses (Sweeney and Soutar, 2001), especially for fashion products whose trends are ever-changing. Nevertheless, in the technology era, fashion consumers tend to use the spectrum of media platforms to search for information, to compare prices and exchange experiences amongst a common group. According to McKinsey and Company (2014), up to 35% of fashion consumers rely on online recommendations prior to making a purchasing decision. Given the challenges in this area of business, the aim of this study is to develop the multidimensional scale to measure consumer social media involvement. The measurement scale has been tested in the conceptual models by investigating the moderating effect of social media involvement influencing the relationships of customer perceived value and purchasing intention. The proposed scale is also examined within the customer perceived value dimensions against the key consequences. Moreover, the concept of brand love is incorporated within this study. Sometimes, people purchase brand not product itself and brand love construct is recently new concept and limited studies investigated into this area. Therefore, this study focuses on the moderating effect of social media involvement and brand love towards customer perceived value and purchasing intention for fast-fashion products. A quantitative research method was undertaken to collect research data. The self administered questionnaires were completed by Thai consumers at three particular department stores located in central Bangkok. The data analysis was then performed based on the returned, completed questionnaires of 630 respondents. Both exploratory and confirmatory analysis techniques were used to validate the measurement scale of the study. Structural equation modelling was conducted to test the hypotheses of both direct and indirect relationships. The quantitative results show customer perceived value from multiple dimensions (social, emotional, price and quality) towards fast fashion products. It was found that there is a direct causal relationship between the customer perceived value and purchasing intention, influenced by the level of social media involvement and brand love. An individual who has a high level of social media involvement and brand love tends to perceive a greater consumption experience which lead to preceding the positive outcomes. Therefore, fashion retailers should consider these dimensions and maintain a favourable relationship to enhance the consumer perception experience. Moreover, utilising the advantages from social media to connect with customers should not be neglected. However, the results showed that not all dimensions were found to have a positive effect on consumer purchasing intention towards fast fashion products equally; hence, the fashion marketers should deliberately evaluate each dimension of desired customer perceived value prior to applying a particular strategic plan. Moreover, the findings of this study are of the greatest importance to consumer behaviour especially in the area of involvement by extending the further knowledge. Social media involvement measurement scale has been developed from the limitation of exising studies by incorporated multi-facet dimensions (affective, cognitive and behavioural involvement) in the way to capture the complex nature of involvement variables. Furthermore, the model framework demonstrated the motive force behind behavioural intention by investigating the moderating role of social media involvement and brand love within the fast fashion products.

Internetbaserade lösningar och tjänster kan kännas bortkopplade från den växande miljöfrågan. I verkligheten så har informations- och kommunikationsbranschen en betydligt större miljöpåverkan än vad många kan ana, och den kommer att fortsätta växa med tiden. Den största boven är streaming av video, eftersom det kräver enorma mängder energi. Konsumenterna av dessa tjänster saknar dock information och kunskap kring branschens miljöpåverkan och hållbarhetsarbete. Syftet med denna undersökning är att kartlägga förändringen i dessa konsumenters attityd till företagen samt deras intention till konsumtion av tjänsterna efter att de fått ny kunskap om företagens miljöpåverkan. För att identifiera detta har ett experiment utförts på tre fokusgrupper för att se om en förändrad kognition leder till förändrad attityd samt intention av företaget och dess tjänster, när det kommer till informations- och kommunikationsföretag. Undersökningen har visat att attityder kan förändras vid förändrad kognition men att denna attitydförändring inte leder till en förändrad intention till att konsumera information- och kommunikationsföretagens tjänster.
