Aim of the Marter's Thesis is to evaluate the level of CSR reporting in the company Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. according to evaluation model "Národní cena ČR za CSR", i.e. by methodology KORP, and to determine company's strengths and weaknesses. After this analysis the Thesis provides recommendations and suggestions for improvement which could be helpful not only for the opportunity of participating and gaining "Národní cena ČR za CSR" award. The whole Thesis aims to provide the company a new and independent evaluation of its Corporate Social Responsibility according to another CSR evaluation methodology than currently used by Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. to open up new possibilities for future.

The subject of this thesis is corporate social responsibility in selected enterprises and its evaluation method KORP. The theoretical part is the definition of corporate social responsibility, social, environmental and economic sphere of CSR. Listed below are the benefits and concepts related to CSR. They are then discussed the various CSR activities and CSR evaluation methods. The last chapter contains an overview of the criteria and sub-criteria, which the author evaluates the method KORP. In the practical part, the author analyzes three international companies operating in different sectors. In the analysis, the author derives mainly from CSR reports of individual companies. According to the result of evaluation are suggested recommendations and are classified strengths and weaknesses.

Kritik har riktats mot att grundsärskolan har ett för stort omsorgsfokus i förhållande till kunskapsutveckling i undervisningen. Tidigare forskning har belyst en kunskapslucka i hur undervisningen utformas i grundsärskolan inriktning ämnesområden. Studiens syfte var därför att bidra med kunskap hur lärare upplever att de skapade möjligheter för lärande i förhållande till kunskaps och omsorgsuppdraget. Upplevelser från åtta lärare har belysts med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Genom att använda en tematisk innehållsanalys identifierades tre teman utifrån lärarnas upplevelser: lärande, kommunikation och delaktighet var betydande delar för att möjliggöra lärsituationer. Studiens resultat visade att kunskapsuppdraget inte gick att särskilja från omsorgsuppdraget då de förutsätter varandra. Det handlade om lärarens syn på kunskap och förmågan: att ta vara på kunskapsutvecklingen i omsorgen och omsorgen i kunskapsutvecklingen. Det visade även vikten av samverkan inom arbetslaget. Avslutningsvis diskuterades förhållandet mellan elevens lärande och delaktighet, relationer, kommunikation och vikten av samverkan i förhållande till kunskaps- och omsorgsuppdraget. Intressant vidare forskning kan vara att undersöka hur lärare inom grundsärskolans ämnesområden konstruerar gemensamma lärsituationer där hänsyn tas både gentemot individens såväl som gruppens behov. Där forskaren använder en datainsamlingsmetod bestående av både intervjuer och observationer.

Förväntat kunskapsbidrag Detta arbete försöker synliggöra hur processen med en pedagogisk utredning ser ut, vilka insatser som föreslås på de olika nivåerna och vilket mandat specialpedagoger upplever sig ha från rektor. Den visar också hur elever beskrivs i pedagogiska utredningar.  Syfte och frågeställningar Syftet med studien är att synliggöra hur processen går till när specialpedagogen får i uppdrag av rektor att påbörja arbetet med att skriva en pedagogisk utredning. Om de upplever sig ha mandat från rektor att skriva det de ser, vilka åtgärder som föreslås på individ-, grupp- och skolnivå och hur olika svårigheter beskrivs i skriven text. • Hur ser processen ut när pedagoger skriver en pedagogisk utredning? • Vilka insatser föreslås på de olika nivåerna (individ, grupp och skola)?  • Hur beskrivs elever i de pedagogiska utredningarna? Teori Den teori som ligger till grund för detta arbete är stämplingsteorin och specialpedagogiska perspektiv så som relationellt och kategoriskt perspektiv, dilemmaperspektivet och KoRP. Metod Den vetenskapliga metod som har använts är en induktiv, kvalitativ ansats där hermeneutik utgör grunden. Studiens empiri består av 15 granskade pedagogiska utredningar och 4 semistrukturerade intervjuer. Resultat Specialpedagogen får ofta det övergripande ansvaret för de pedagogiska utredningarna. Under utredningens gång så sker samarbete med undervisande lärare, elev, föräldrar och det förekommer att andra professioner tillfrågas. Kollegor kan ibland vara bollplank. Texten som skrivs samman ska vara subjektivt skrivet, värderingsfritt och återberätta det som lärare, 4föräldrar och elev sagt och det ska inte upplevas som kränkande av eleven. Själva processen att ta sig an arbetet skiljer sig åt och det gör också sättet att skriva på. Specialpedagogerna skriver rekommendationer främst på grupp- och individnivå men det saknas rekommendationer helt på skolnivå, även fast specialpedagogerna upplever att de har mandat av rektor att skriva det de ser. Vidare upplever de att det är få som läser utredningen när den är färdig. Specialpedagogiska implikationer Rektor ger ofta ansvaret för pedagogiska utredningar till specialpedagogen. Det är ett arbete som skyndsamt ska utföras. Det som ska utredas är hur skolans lärmiljö ska anpassa sig efter de elever som skolan har och hur eleven ska nå kunskapskraven. Arbetet bör utföras noggrant och objektivt där elevens historia berättas. I bedömningsdelen skriver specialpedagoger rekommendationer på individ- och gruppnivå men det saknas rekommendationer helt på skolnivå trots att de upplever att de har mandat från rektor. Något som tillkommit på senare tid är att föräldrar kan höra av sig till skolan i syfte att få en neuropsykiatrisk diagnos. För att barn- och ungdomspsykiatrin vill att en pedagogisk utredning är gjord innan barnet blir mottagen för en utredning. Specialpedagogerna i detta arbete berättade att de upplever att ingen eller att det sällan är någon läser det de skrivit.

The intention of this case study is to contribute to the general body of special education needs (SEN) knowledge with the results from SEN provision practice for children diagnosed with dyslexia in one particular school. The aim of the study is to get a deeper understanding for how educators (headmaster, teachers and SEN teachers) and parents of children diagnosed with dyslexia experience their collaboration in meeting the needs of these children in the inclusive mainstream classroom. Questions addressed are: how communication of expectations for the remedial measures takes place, how the process of remedial measures is communicated, how educators and parents experience their cooperation and, what impact does the school policy have on the collaboration between teachers and parents. The theoretical framework is based on a communication, relations-based perspective (KoRP). The hybrid nature of this perspective covers the different aspects of the schools organisation and practice with the focus on relation between individuals and their environment. Participation of pupils with dyslexia in the learning process is observed in the classrooms as well as through the eyes of their educators and parents. Relations of all sides involved in the SEN: teachers and parents, teachers and pupils with dyslexia, parents and their children are studied. Formal and informal communication and collaboration, seen as participation in SEN activities, are analysed. The methods used are: observations of two lessons, school document analysis and seven interviews. Four educators and three parents are interviewed. The empirical findings confirm the vital role of good relations for learning of children with dyslexia. Good relations can be established and maintained by securing the clear routines in school with the special accent paid on the sensitivity of the initial contact between school and parents. Swift action in recognizing the difficulties, introducing a SEN toolkit and contacting parents is appreciated by all sides involved. The parents’ relief from the guilty feeling of inadequacy follows. Good relations require meetings in person. Collaboration is established by good relations and it enhances the participation in learning activities of children with dyslexia. School policy documents have a positive effect in giving clear guidance in securing routines of SEN. They provide enough maneuvering space before the action plans of provision (APP) are introduced. Educators see action plans of provision (APP) as necessary documentation while parents show indifference to them. Much about SEN routines in the years 1-3 remains to be done. In conclusion, the effects of clear routines as defined by Skolverket (2014) leave space for building good relations on all levels: organisational, group and individual and have a positive outcome in this case study. The implications of this study are directed mainly to broadening the mandatory rights of the SEN educators in organising a closer collaboration with the parents of children diagnosed with dyslexia and spreading SEN knowledge to the early stage of the school. Although the results of this case study cannot be generalized they cast the light on questions that need yet to be answered by all schools: how SEN educators can best be involved in the early intervention (years 1-3) and what more they can do to improve the collaboration between school and parents from the position of KoRP.

Den här är en korpusbaserad studie över sammansättningar med efterledet -bubbla under 2000–2014. Följande ord har studerats ingående: bostadsbubbla, lånebubbla, finansbubbla, aktiebubbla, småbolagsbubbla, husbubbla, lönebubbla och hyresbubbla. Studien har funnit att sammansättningarna är etablerade, att metaforiken bubbla är konventionaliserad att sammansättningarna används i en ekonomisk diskurs och mer allmänt. Studien för även en vidare diskussion kring nyord och metaforik och föreslår en offentlig konversation med ekonomijournalister och språkforskare. / This is a corpus-based study of compound words with the modifier -bubble in texts from 2000 to 2014. The following compound words were studied closely: housing bubble, credit bubble, the financial bubble, the stock bubble, small cap bubble, real estate bubble, salary bubble and the rental bubble. Results indicate that these compound words are established, that the metaphor bubble is conventionalized, and that the compound words are used both in economic discourse and more generally. Further, new words and metaphors are discussed. A public conversation with financial journalists and linguists is suggested.

Thesis is focused on the Corporate Social Responsibility. The main objective of this work is to create an Interim Report on CSR T-Mobile and evaluate it using the method KORP. The theoretical part provides the necessary conceptual apparatus regarding CSR, the National Price for CSR and the principle of the methodology KORP. The practical part describes the brief characteristics of T-Mobile. Contains created Interim Report on CSR with the point evaluation. It also states the strengths and opportunities for the organization of T-Mobile. Conclusion summarizes the importance of CSR and the result of the practical part.

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the application of corporate social responsibility concept in Czech Republic. The main aim is to make an analysis of the impact of activities from social pillar of CSR to enhance employee loyalty. The theoretical part provides an interpretation of the corporate social responsibility concept and also a description of the evaluation methodology KORP. During the solution social pillars of corporate social responsibility are evaluated by KORP and by using description method in three selected Czech companies. The results are compared by using comparative analysis with the results of a questionnaire survey among employees of selected companies. The conclusion of the thesis provides further opportunities for improvement in CSR application in order to strengthen employee loayalty to his company.

This diploma thesis deals with a corporate social responsibility. The aim of the thesis is evaluation of CSR activities of two chosen companies. Theoretical part begins with the subject of corporate social responsibility, historical evolution of the term and modern definitions. Following that there is a description of the main three pillars of CSR, standards and methods, how is the CSR evaluated. Practical part is divided into 5 main chapters. The first one is a methodology of exploration, then evaluation of CSR activities of company ŠKODA AUTO, a.s. incl. questionnaire for employees. Evaluation of CSR activities of company Toyota Peugeot Citroen Automobile Czech s.r.o. is in the third chapter of the practical part. Following that there is a final evaluation of CSR activities for both companies for the three main pillars of CSR, evaluation of the questionnaire and recommendations from the author. Summary of the thesis is in conclusion of this work.
