En gradvis förändring : En förändring av yrkesofficersprofessionen genom införandet av 15 månaders värnpliktigaEkroth, Anders, Holkko, Jonathan January 2021 (has links)
Sedan början av 2000-talet har Försvarsmakten genomfört en mängd förändringar med sin organisation och personal. Nedskärningarna av förband tillsammans med ett ökat fokus på internationella insatser i början av 00-talet har under slutet av 10-talet förändrats till en tillväxt av förband samt en återgång till ett nationellt fokus. Yrkesofficerarnas profession har förändrats genom införandet av ett tvåbefälssystem under slutet av 00-talet från ett enbefälssystem, likväl som att värnplikten lades vilande 2010 och anställda soldater introducerades i organisationen. Sedan 2018 är värnplikten återinförd med utbildning av soldater och gruppbefäl, 9 respektive 11 månader. Från och med sommaren 2021 återinförs 15 månaders värnpliktiga, som övertar befattningar i krigsorganisationen som tidigare bemannats av yrkesofficerare. Studien utforskar vad detta införande innebär för yrkesofficersprofessionen, vilka konsekvenser som uppstår likväl som hur införandet bör implementeras. Genom intervjuer av åtta respondenter från Trängregementet i Skövde utforskas införandet ur yrkesofficerarnas perspektiv. Studien tar hjälp av Bolman och Deal’s fyra perspektiv på organisation och ledarskap samt Runsten och Werr’s modell för kunskapsintegration för att förstå och tolka organisationsförändringen. Införandet av 15 månaders värnpliktiga omfattar yrkesofficerarnas förväntningar på förändringen, som baseras från tidigare erfarenheter men innehåller även farhågor och positiva förväntningar. Erfarenheten att utbilda dessa värnpliktiga saknas idag på grundutbildningskompanierna, denna kunskap återfinns hos äldre yrkesofficerare i högre nivåer - varvid ett utbyte av gamla erfarenheter i dagens kontext är en framgångsfaktor. Införandet påverkar även utbildning och övningar för förbanden, då värnplikten sker under en längre tid samt att de värnpliktiga ställer ett ökat ansvarstagande hos plutonchefer. Professionen för främst specialistofficerare förändras, genom att värnpliktiga innehar samma grad som specialistofficerare likväl som att expertisen för specialistofficerare kommer ta längre tid att uppnå. En maktförskjutning sker från yrkesofficerare till värnpliktiga, vilket främst påverkar unga specialistofficerare. Studien rekommenderar Försvarsmakten att överse nuvarande styrdokument och uppdatera dessa, samt vidare utveckla yrkesofficersprofessionen. Studien rekommenderar Försvarsmakten att med nuvarande indelning i trebefälssystemet att sergeantsgraden är lämplig för de värnpliktiga och att en förstegsutbildning är bäst lämpad för att utbilda och öva sig till ställföreträdande plutonchef. Om Försvarsmakten inför värnpliktiga plutonchefer i framtiden bör detta föregås av en analys utifrån den militära professionen och trebefälssystemet. / Since the early 2000’s the Swedish Armed Forces has conducted several changes concerning its organization and personnel. The downsizings of units as well as an increased focus on international operations in the early 2000’s have changed to a growth of units and a return to a national focus. The professions of professional officers have changed with the transformation from a single-command system to a two-officer system in the late 00s, as well as the pause of national conscript service in 2010 and introduction of professional soldiers within the organization. The national conscript service was reintroduced in 2018, for soldiers and squad leaders between 9 and 11 months. During the summer of 2021, 15 months conscript service will be reintroduced. These new conscripts will take over the positions previously manned by professional officers in the wartime organization. The study explores the reintroduction’s affects for professional officers, what consequences that occur as well as how the reintroduction should be implemented. Through interviews with eight respondents from the Logistics regiment in Skövde the reintroduction is explored through the professional officers’ view. The study seeks guidance from Bolman and Deal’s four perspectives on organization and leadership and also Runsten and Werr’s model for integration of knowledge, to be able to understand and interpret the organizational change. The reintroduction of 15 months conscripts includes professional officers’ expectations of the change, which is based from earlier experiences but also includes concerns and hopes. There is a lack of experience to train this new category of conscripts today at company level, the ability to do so is found in older officers in higher echelons – therefore an exchange of old experiences in the context of today is a criterion for success. The reintroduction also affects the training and the field exercises, because the conscript service is prolonged and the conscripts require an increased responsibility from the platoon leader. The profession for non-commissioned officers (NCO) changes - through the use of the same rank by conscripts and NCO’s. It will also take longer time for NCO’s to achieve expertise within their profession. A shift of power occurs from professional officers to conscripts, which mostly affects junior NCO’s. The study recommends the Swedish Armed Forces to overlook its current steering documents and to update these, and also to further develop its military profession for all officers. The study recommends the Armed Forces that with the current officer system, the rank of sergeant is well suited for these conscripts and the conscripts service should be based upon a pre-training concept to be able to succeed as deputy platoon leader. If the Armed Forces introduce conscripts as platoon leaders in the future, an analysis should be conducted prior to the change, concerning the military profession and the three-officer system.

The aim of this research was to support new mothers in groups, so that they can function optimally as educators. During the research mothers with babies up to three months of age were used by means of a support group. This research project was done after it became evident from a literature study that new mothers suffered with unique problems during this adaption phase.
In the empirical survey the researcher gave attention to the new mothers' specific needs and problems during this trimester. The researcher aimed to explore the experiences of the new mother as educator through weekly group sessions. From the results it was clear that there was a need of support from other mothers that is going through the same experiences. In this way new mothers could receive emotional support and obtain knowledge regarding relevant issues experienced during this unique life phase. / Educational Studies / M. Ed. De nos jours, le père est de plus en plus présent dans le quotidien de son enfant. Par son implication et son engagement, le père dans le développement de l’enfant a un rôle important et unique. Sa contribution se ferait entre autre par rapport à l’ouverture au monde en encourageant l’enfant à prendre des risques. Comme être mère, être père c’est de faire face à un ensemble de situations nouvelles quotidiennes, de vivre des déséquilibres et de l’imprévisibilité et de ne pas toujours être en contrôle des évènements qui se produisent. Ainsi, exercer ce rôle peut entraîner un certain niveau de stress qui peut influencer le développement de l’enfant. La présente étude vise à examiner l’existence d’un lien entre le stress parental du père et la relation d’activation chez les enfants âgés entre 12 et 18 mois ainsi que l’attachement père-enfant. Des données ont été recueillies auprès de 58 pères et leur enfant âgé entre 12 et 18 mois. Les résultats montrent que le stress parental n’est pas significativement lié à la relation d’activation ni à l’attachement père-enfant. De plus, le sexe de l’enfant ne modère pas ce lien. On note que le sexe de l’enfant est corrélé à la relation d’activation, c’est-à-dire que les garçons sont plus activés positivement que les filles. / Nowadays, the father is increasingly present in everyday life of his child. By his commitment and involvement, the father has an important and unique role in the child’s development. His contribution would be related to the child openness to the outside world and in encouragements to take risks. As with being a mother, being a father involve coping with a lot of new situations every day, living with imbalances and unpredictability and not being always in control of many given situations. So, exercising this role can cause a certain level of stress which can influence the development of the child. The aim of the present study is to examine the existence of a link between fathers’ parental stress and activation relationship of their 12 to 18 months-old children, as well as the father-child attachment relationship. Data were collected among 58 father-child dyads. The results show that parental stress is neither significantly associated to activation relationship nor to attachment relationship. Moreover, the child’s gender does not act as a moderator in this relationship. However, it appears that the child’s gender is correlated with activation relationship. The results show that boys are activated more positively than girls.

L’une des questions primordiales dans l’étude de l’Antiquité tardive concerne le passage de l’ancienne religion polythéiste au christianisme. Or, les découvertes archéologiques faites dans la partie orientale du Bassin méditerranéen ont révélé de nombreux pavements chrétiens (ou juifs) tardifs décorés de riches mosaïques polychromes réutilisant des figures issues de la tradition iconographique grecque, parmi lesquelles des personnifications d’éléments cosmologiques. On rencontre ainsi des éléments du temps, comme les quatre Saisons (Tropai) ou les Mois (Ménès), la Terre (Gê) parfois accompagnée de ses Fruits (Karpoi), certains astres comme le Soleil (Hélios), la Lune (Séléné), parfois accompagnés du Zodiaque, l’Élément marin féminin (Thalassa) ou masculin (Okéanos, Abyssos) et les quatre Fleuves du Paradis (Géon, Phison, Tigre et Euphrate). Cette présente thèse se propose d’étudier chacune de ces personnifications, leur iconographie et leur symbolique, en contexte religieux, mais aussi profane, dans une analyse stylistique et comparative. Cette étude a ainsi pour but de mettre en relief la spécificité de cette partie orientale de l’Empire romain, entre le IVe et le VIe siècle, et d’insister sur la pérennité de la culture grecque et de ses traditions iconographiques, malgré un changement de religion officielle. / One of the primordial questions in the study of Late Antiquity concerns the transition from the ancient polytheistic religion to Christianity. The archaeological discoveries that have been made in the Eastern part of the Mediterranean Basin have revealed a number of late Christian (or Jewish) pavements decorated with rich polychrome mosaics that reuse figures stemming from the Greek iconographic tradition, which include personifications of cosmological elements. In this manner elements of time can be encountered, such as the Four Seasons (Tropai) or the Months (Menes), the Earth (Ge) sometimes surrounded by her Fruits (Karpoi), specific celestial bodies such as the Sun (Helios), the Moon (Selene), sometimes accompanied by the Zodiac, the female marine Element (Thalassa) or the male (Okeanos, Abyssos) and the four Rivers of Paradise (Geon, Phison, Tiger and Euphrates). This thesis makes a stylistic and comparative analysis of each of these personifications, their iconography and their symbolism, in a religious context, but also in a secular one. The object of this study is to emphasise the specificity of the Eastern part of the Roman Empire between the Fourth and the Sixth centuries. And also to insist in particular on the longevity of the Greek culture and its iconographic traditions, despite an official change in religion.

da defesa sanitária e inspeção agropecuária entre 1996 e 2014 se relacionam com
as configurações identitárias do Idaf manifestadas por gestores nesse contexto.
Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa que descreve os processos identitários da
organização por um olhar interpretativista, pelo entendimento das relações
simbólicas que permeiam essa organização, observados em discursos dos sujeitos.
Para coleta dos dados foram utilizadas pesquisa documental e entrevistas
semiestruturadas individuais. As entrevistas foram realizadas com cinco sujeitos da
organização nos meses de setembro e outubro de 2014. O método de análise foi a
Análise de Conteúdo (KRIPPENDORFF, 1990) que busca investigar dados textuais
através de técnicas que permitam compreendê-los com seus significados,
referências, valorações e intenções. Pretendeu-se contribuir, com esse estudo, para
a compreensão da identidade organizacional, em uma organização pública, no
contexto da defesa sanitária e inspeção agropecuária. Os resultados permitiram
identificar o Idaf como único e distinto de outras organizações e como essa
identificação está relacionada às transformações do contexto agropecuário.
