Propomo-nos a analisar a figura do estrangeiro sob a perspectiva da tradução intersemiótica e cultural, tendo como objeto a representação desse sujeito no filme quebequense Le Survenant (2005), inspirado no romance, cuja primeira edição data de 1945, escrito por Germaine Guèvremont. Nesse sentido, os estudos desconstrutivistas nos fornecem reflexões importantes para a compreensão do discurso do Outro. Partilhamos aqui nosso pensamento de que a estrangeiridade pode ser traduzida através da leitura do Outro, sempre levando em conta que este Outro é apenas uma representação enraizada no imaginário coletivo. Essa é uma leitura de que o Outro ameaça as verdades estabelecidas numa comunidade, em que o estrangeiro é esse Outro que provoca conflitos entre pensamentos que se chocam. A partir da interpretação de que os discursos se organizam em função de uma identidade predeterminada, observa-se que as identidades se constroem por meio da alteridade. Assim, sendo o discurso uma linguagem, ele sofre todas as implicações que as identidades dos sujeitos desses discursos representam. Neste âmbito, uma reflexão sobre o papel da alteridade na tradução torna-se necessária. / Ce travail a le but de présenter une nouvelle approche de l’image de l’étranger en tant qu’une représentation de l’Autre. Nous nous proposons d’analyser la figure de l’étranger sous la perspective de la traduction intersémiotique et culturelle, ayant comme objet la représentation de ce sujet dans le film québécois Le Survenant (2005) inspiré du roman, dont la première parution date de 1945, écrit par Germaine Guèvremont. Dans ce sens-là, les études déconstrutivistes nous fournissent des réfléxions importantes pour la compréhension du discours de l’Autre. Nous partageons ici notre pensée que l’étrangeté peut être traduite à travers la lecture de l’Autre, tout en tenant compte que cet Autre-ci n’est qu’une représentation enracinée dans l’imaginaire colective. C’est une lecture qui considère l’Autre menace les verités établises dans une communauté, où l’étranger est cet Autre qui engendre les conflits entre des pensées qui se heurtent. À partir de l’interprétation que les discours s’organisent en fonction d’une identité prédéterminée, on observe que les identités se construisent par le biais de l’altérité. Ainsi, étant le discours un langage, il subira toutes les contraintes que les identités des sujets de ces discours représentent. Dans ce domaine, une réfléxion sur le rôle de l’altérité dans la traduction devient nécessaire.

Such question has been discussed in light of Interactionism in Language Acquisition, Language Clinics and Psychoanalysis. This work aims at proposing a discussion on the role of the other/Other in the first contact of infants with language, since this process may result in directions and deviations in the child‟s language construction. Interactionism states that the other (language instance built) is in the core of the understanding of speculation, which introduces the other as a (decisive) participant in the process which enables the contact with the language: the child speaks, because he/she speaks from the other‟s speech – in relation to the first position. The Other (la langue) is a third-party in the relationship child-other, that causes this separation, as, at that time, the child demonstrates resistance against adults‟ corrections, the existence of errors that characterize the second position. The third position is marked by a dominance of the relationship between the subject and their own speech marks– there are reformulations and self-corrections. The use of Language Clinics is justified by the fact that such clinics respond to “deviations” in the journey of language structuration, i.e., to language pathologies. In this sense, the Language Clinics responds to the “double demand” (ARAÚJO, 2006) imposed by their clinic, be it, (1) to the commitment to symptomatic speech in children and adults and (2) to a theory on language. With Psychoanalysis, I propose a discussion on the construction of the subject, with purposes to favor deeper reflections about the child, the other and their effects upon the process of acquisition and subjective structuration / A questão que move esta pesquisa diz respeito à incidência do outro/Outro na estruturação da linguagem e do sujeito. A questão foi discutida à luz das teorias do Interacionismo em Aquisição da Linguagem, Clínica de Linguagem e Psicanálise. O objetivo deste trabalho é propiciar uma discussão a respeito do papel do outro/Outro na entrada do infante na linguagem, uma vez que este processo pode culminar em caminhos e descaminhos na trajetória de constituição da criança na e pela linguagem. No Interacionismo o outro (instância da língua constituída) está no cerne da noção de especularidade que introduz o outro como participante (decisivo) do processo que propicia a entrada na linguagem: a criança fala porque fala a partir da fala do outro – referente à primeira posição. O Outro (la langue) é um terceiro na relação criança-outro que propicia esta separação, de modo que neste momento a criança demonstra resistência às correções do adulto, há presença de erros que caracterizam a segunda posição. A terceira posição é marcada pela dominância da relação do sujeito com sua própria fala – há reformulações e autocorreções. A entrada na Clínica de Linguagem se justifica por esta clínica responder pelos “descaminhos” na trajetória de estruturação da linguagem, ou melhor, pelas patologias de linguagem. Nesse aspecto a Clínica de Linguagem responde à “dupla exigência” (ARAÚJO, 2006) imposta por sua clínica, qual seja, (1) ao compromisso com a fala sintomática de crianças e adultos e (2) com uma teorização sobre a linguagem. Com a entrada na Psicanálise levanto uma discussão a respeito da constituição do sujeito, com objetivo de favorecer o aprofundamento de reflexões sobre a criança, o outro e seus efeitos no processo de aquisição e de estruturação subjetiva

In addition, this study also investigates how this teacher perceives her own affectivity and its influence on her pedagogical practice. The paper also presents my perception as a researcher and as a teacher who works in the same school system, same cycle and same region as the participating teacher. In order to complete all the phases of this research, criteria from qualitative research were used. Thus, the guiding assumptions of the present study are grounded in the case study and some aspects of interpretative research. The data analysis is based on theoretical principles arising from Vygotsky’s (2004, 2007, 2008), Bakhtin’s (1993, 1997, 2006), Voli’s (2002) and Arnold and Brown’s (2005) thoughts. The authors address the construction of the subject, considering above all the role of language, the participation of the Other, of the social aspects and of each individual’s uniqueness, as well as the importance of considering affectivity as a relevant aspect of the subject. The analysis carried out from the data and from the relationship among them, along with the theoretical framework used, shows that the participation of an English teacher’s affectivity is so obvious that the participant herself can perceive the influence of this affectivity in the methodology adopted by her, in the kind of activities used, in her way to explain the content and to call students’ attention, in the way she interacts with each of them and with the group. The results from the data discussion also make it possible to affirm that the English teacher’s affectivity not only has influence over the environment, but also arises from oneself through the interactions with the unique individuals present in it, which occur through language. These findings lead to the perception of the uniqueness of the EFL teacher and of one’s affectivity, as well as the need to admit that emotions permeate the pedagogical work. By recognizing the significant influence of affectivity on the construction of the subject and of one’s actions, we will be able to research more and better about the matter at issue, which in turn will help us to cope better with teachers’ affectivity, thus bringing about positive results for the EFL classroom. / Esta dissertação discute elementos da afetividade de uma professora de inglês como LE da rede municipal de ensino de Goiânia, mais precisamente do ciclo II de uma escola da região noroeste da cidade. Além disso, este estudo também investiga como essa professora percebe sua própria afetividade e a influência dela em sua prática pedagógica. O trabalho também apresenta minha percepção de pesquisadora e de professora atuante na mesma rede de ensino, mesmo ciclo e mesma região que a da professora participante. Para a concretização de todas as etapas desta pesquisa foram utilizados critérios advindos da abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa. Assim, os pressupostos norteadores da presente investigação fundamentam-se no estudo de caso e em alguns aspectos da pesquisa interpretativa. A análise dos dados coletados baseia-se nos princípios teóricos advindos do pensamento de Vygotsky (2004, 2007, 2008), Bakhtin (1993, 1997, 2006) e dos estudos de Voli (2002), Arnold e Brown (2005), os quais tratam da construção do sujeito, considerando acima de tudo o papel da lingua(gem), a participação do outro, do social e da unicidade de cada um, bem como da importância de considerarmos a afetividade como um aspecto relevante do sujeito. A análise realizada a partir dos dados e de sua relação com o suporte teórico adotado mostra que a participação da afetividade de uma professora de inglês é tão evidente que a própria participante consegue perceber a influência dessa afetividade na metodologia que adota, nos tipos de atividades elaboradas, na maneira de explicar e de chamar a atenção dos alunos, na maneira de se relacionar com cada um deles e com a turma. Os resultados provenientes da discussão dos dados também permitem afirmar que a afetividade do professor de inglês não somente tem influências no meio, mas também surge dele por intermédio das interações com os sujeitos únicos presentes nele, as quais ocorrem por meio da língua(gem). Tais conclusões nos levam a perceber a unicidade do professor de inglês como LE e de sua afetividade, bem como a necessidade de admitirmos que as emoções perpassam o trabalho pedagógico, pois, ao reconhecermos a influência significativa da afetividade na construção do sujeito e de suas ações, estaremos aptos a pesquisar mais e melhor o assunto, o que, consequentemente, nos ajudará a lidar melhor com a afetividade docente, trazendo, assim, resultados positivos para a sala de aula de inglês como LE.

Nessa via de repaginação, o ficcionista adota como procedimento de escrita a inserção de elementos que têm significação extratextual na composição da trama romanesca. A partir dessa moldura enunciativa, este estudo investiga como se estabelece a relação de hipertextualidade entre o romance e o texto historiográfico da carta de Luiz de Froes de 1562. Com base na hipótese de que a narrativa em O outro pé da sereia constitui-se nos princípios da hipertextualidade, o foco da tese volta-se para a análise das conexões entre a construção estrutural da obra e o esquema de ação presente no texto historiográfico. O percurso investigativo adotado desenvolve-se com a análise dos recursos mobilizados para a configuração de tempos, espaços e personagens que estruturam o romance. O conceito de hipertextualidade, estruturado por Gérard Genette como o objeto de palimpsesto, será utilizado como aporte teórico para fundamentar o processo de derivação textual que se instaura entre os textos. / The structure of the novel The Mermaid's Other Foot (2006), by Mozambican writer Mia Couto, reveals a proposal for revisiting the distant or recent past. This is achieved through a symbiotic writing in which poetry and criticism harmonically set the tone of the dialogue established by fiction with events that marked the history of Mozambique. In this redesigning way, the fiction writer adopts as a writing procedure the insertion of elements which have extra-textual significance in the composition of plot. Based on this expository frame, in this study we investigate how the hypertextual relationship between the novel and Luiz de Froes´s 1562 historiographical text is established. Based on the assumption that the narrative The Mermaid´s Other Foot is constituted on the principles the hyper-textuality, our thesis focuses on the connections between the structural construction of the work and the present action scheme in the historiographical text. Our investigative route is developed with the analysis of the resources mobilized for the time, space and characters setting which shape the novel. The concept of hyper-textuality, structured by Gerard Genette as palimpsest object will be used as theoretical basis to support the process of textual derivation which is established between the texts.

Os embates em torno das opressões de gênero e as questões relativas à dignidade humana de lésbicas, gays, bissexuais, travestis e [homens e mulheres] transexuais (LGBT) têm redefinido os comportamentos e os diálogos sociais no contemporâneo. Nas últimas décadas, narrativas jornalísticas captam com maior intensidade o caráter humano, público e político das questões de diversidade sexual e de gênero. Todavia, é perceptível a dificuldade que jornalistas encontram para tecer relações com pessoas LGBT em virtude do aparato cultural de gênero que carregam, mas não só. Nesse contexto é que esta dissertação ensaia uma compreensão em torno do papel do jornalista (o mediador social) em tecer caminhos de compreensão, de solidariedade e de reconhecimento para com o Outro, em especial com a população LGBT. Desenvolve-se uma análise cultural da narrativa de três livros-reportagem escritos por jornalistas brasileiras: O Nascimento de Joicy, de Fabiana Moraes; Muito Prazer - Vozes da Diversidade, de Karla Lima e Entre a Cruz e o Arco-íris, de Marília de Camargo César. No eixo teórico-metodológico, inclui-se um diálogo com autoras e autores de gênero e sexualidade, principalmente com as ideias da Teoria Queer. Atravessa-se ainda contribuições da complexidade, da sensibilidade e do afeto em Cremilda Medina e outras pensadoras e pensadores da Comunicação. Por fim, ouve-se as jornalistas-autoras e elabora-se noções de alteridade, que podem vir a ser um caminho possível de encantamento, de descoberta, de curiosidade e, acima de tudo, de respeito com o Outro. / Conflicts around gender oppression and the human dignity of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people (LGBT) have redefined contemporary behavior and social dialogue. In the last decades, journalistic narratives capture with greater intensity the human, public and political character of issues of sexual and gender diversity. However, the difficulty that journalists encounter in working out relationships with LGBT people because of the cultural construction of gender they have is remarkable, but not only that. It is in this context that this dissertation rehearses a knowledge about the role of the journalist (the social mediator) in creating paths of understanding, solidarity and recognition for others, especially, with the LGBT community. It was developed a cultural analysis of the narrative of three book reports written by brazilian women: O Nascimento de Joicy, by Fabiana Moraes; Muito Prazer - Vozes da Diversidade, by Karla Lima and Entre a Cruz e o Arco-íris, by Marília de Camargo César. The theoretical and methodological course includes a dialogue with thinkers of gender and sexuality studies, mostly with the ideas of the Queer Theory. There are also contributions of complexity, sensitivity and affection in Cremilda Medina and other communication theorists. Finally, the author-journalists are heard, and notions of alterity are made, which can be a possible path of enchantment, discovery, curiosity and, above all, respect for the Other.

These different angles imply the relationship between subject-other, thus referring to the aspect of responsibility essentially ethical. To understand this study, it is necessary to decipher the different perspectives that the philosopher himself will travel, thus demonstrating a constructa formed by four distinctive axis, namely - the problem of being that occurs in Heidegger's Dasein and the purpose of the unveiling of the existential experience; the historical question and the hermeneutics of itself in Ricoeur; the problem of subjectivity and the transcendence in Levinas; and the political-economic questions in the reading of historical and dialectical materialism of Marx - whose only intention is the liberation of the victim / O presente estudo dissertativo propõe analisar os problemas presentes na Filosofia da Libertação de Enrique Dussel, a partir de questões essenciais: as variações constitutivas da estrutura do pensar dusseliano, quanto à origem e originalidade; o problema da passagem da liberdade à libertação, cujas definições em Dussel permanecem num processo em aberto e elaborativo; a pretensão argumentativa de uma ética anti-hegemônica que se traduz como o utopismo de uma macro-ética e seus problemas hermenêuticos; e o amadurecimento do pensar dusseliano a partir da arquitetônica da política da libertação. Estes diferentes ângulos implicam na relação sujeito-outrem, remetendo-se assim, ao aspecto da responsabilidade essencialmente ética. Esta dissertação versa sobre a incomunicabilidade humana. A pergunta problematizadora que temos como objetivo aprofundar é: o ser humano é, ontologicamente, um ser capaz de se comunicar? ou de outra forma: é possível a existência da comunicação? A hermenêutica imanente dos textos de natureza filosófica, seguida da reflexão analítica, nos aproxima da problemática sobre a incomunicabilidade humana, iluminando os enfoques chave do estado instaurado de incomunicação radical e generalizada, por outro lado a possibilidade do ser de relacionar-se e abrir a comunicação para sua existência. A possibilidade do ser humano de relacionar-se é mínima no sistema planetário de comunicação, o que nos faz concluir que vivemos na era da incomunicabilidade humana, por primeiro da incomunicabilidade entre eu e o outro. / This dissertation deals with human incommunicability. We intend to further study the following problematizing issue: Ontologically speaking, is the human being capable of communicating? In other words: can communication exist? The immanent hermeneutics of philosophical texts, followed by analytical reflection, leads us to the problem of human incommunicability, throws light on key approaches to the state of radical and generalized incommunication, and, on the other hand, the possibility for human beings to establish relationships and open lines of communication for their survival. The planets communication system allows for minimal possibilities of human beings establishing relationships; we have, therefore, to conclude that we live in an era of human incommunicability, starting with the incommunicability between the self and others.

Desenvolve-se uma análise cultural da narrativa de três livros-reportagem escritos por jornalistas brasileiras: O Nascimento de Joicy, de Fabiana Moraes; Muito Prazer - Vozes da Diversidade, de Karla Lima e Entre a Cruz e o Arco-íris, de Marília de Camargo César. No eixo teórico-metodológico, inclui-se um diálogo com autoras e autores de gênero e sexualidade, principalmente com as ideias da Teoria Queer. Atravessa-se ainda contribuições da complexidade, da sensibilidade e do afeto em Cremilda Medina e outras pensadoras e pensadores da Comunicação. Por fim, ouve-se as jornalistas-autoras e elabora-se noções de alteridade, que podem vir a ser um caminho possível de encantamento, de descoberta, de curiosidade e, acima de tudo, de respeito com o Outro. / Conflicts around gender oppression and the human dignity of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people (LGBT) have redefined contemporary behavior and social dialogue. In the last decades, journalistic narratives capture with greater intensity the human, public and political character of issues of sexual and gender diversity. However, the difficulty that journalists encounter in working out relationships with LGBT people because of the cultural construction of gender they have is remarkable, but not only that. It is in this context that this dissertation rehearses a knowledge about the role of the journalist (the social mediator) in creating paths of understanding, solidarity and recognition for others, especially, with the LGBT community. It was developed a cultural analysis of the narrative of three book reports written by brazilian women: O Nascimento de Joicy, by Fabiana Moraes; Muito Prazer - Vozes da Diversidade, by Karla Lima and Entre a Cruz e o Arco-íris, by Marília de Camargo César. The theoretical and methodological course includes a dialogue with thinkers of gender and sexuality studies, mostly with the ideas of the Queer Theory. There are also contributions of complexity, sensitivity and affection in Cremilda Medina and other communication theorists. Finally, the author-journalists are heard, and notions of alterity are made, which can be a possible path of enchantment, discovery, curiosity and, above all, respect for the Other.

Esta dissertação versa sobre a incomunicabilidade humana. A pergunta problematizadora que temos como objetivo aprofundar é: o ser humano é, ontologicamente, um ser capaz de se comunicar? ou de outra forma: é possível a existência da comunicação? A hermenêutica imanente dos textos de natureza filosófica, seguida da reflexão analítica, nos aproxima da problemática sobre a incomunicabilidade humana, iluminando os enfoques chave do estado instaurado de incomunicação radical e generalizada, por outro lado a possibilidade do ser de relacionar-se e abrir a comunicação para sua existência. A possibilidade do ser humano de relacionar-se é mínima no sistema planetário de comunicação, o que nos faz concluir que vivemos na era da incomunicabilidade humana, por primeiro da incomunicabilidade entre eu e o outro. / This dissertation deals with human incommunicability. We intend to further study the following problematizing issue: Ontologically speaking, is the human being capable of communicating? In other words: can communication exist? The immanent hermeneutics of philosophical texts, followed by analytical reflection, leads us to the problem of human incommunicability, throws light on key approaches to the state of radical and generalized incommunication, and, on the other hand, the possibility for human beings to establish relationships and open lines of communication for their survival. The planets communication system allows for minimal possibilities of human beings establishing relationships; we have, therefore, to conclude that we live in an era of human incommunicability, starting with the incommunicability between the self and others.
