Corporate storytelling is a recognized marketing strategy, however the usage of it is regarded to be unclear from a theoretical perspective. Further, the internal usage of storytelling among organizations is more common than the external use. Hence, this research was aimed towards storytelling for external stakeholders.

Research Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to identify the socio-cultural barriers that self-employed immigrant entrepreneur’s face and the overcoming factors that help them to survive. Research Questions: 1. What are the socio-cultural barriers that immigrant entrepreneurs face in the context of self- employment? 2. What are the factors that help immigrant entrepreneurs to overcome the socio-cultural barriers? Methodology: This study is followed by qualitative research and explorative approach. The data collection was done by semi-structured interviews. Ten immigrant entrepreneurs are the convenience sample of our study. Findings: Language, legislation and lack of trust are the most unfavorable socio-cultural barriers that self-employed immigrant entrepreneurs face in the host country. Result shows that knowing the right information is important for immigrant entrepreneurs. For technology, immigrant entrepreneurs are now learning more about it by themselves. Besides, technology helps them to learn the language faster as it is more convenient than in school. Their previous experience and transnational identity are their biggest strength that helped them to break the socio-cultural wall. Immigrant entrepreneurs are often influenced by the native people in a positive way and that influences drive them to learn new things to overcome those barriers. The co-ethnic networks do not always play a positive role rather this study found that these networks actually play a dual role. Research Limitations: All of our sample are collected from Sweden, but for language and laws, the result might vary from person to person from different corners of the wall. This study was concerned with the self-employed entrepreneurs; not with the large level of enterprises.

The purpose of this phenomenological multi-case study and three-person interview, was to discover what select prominent African-American scientists perceived were obstacles to overcome to be successful leaders in their professional lives, and the opportunities that aided in their professional growth. Through the addition of the threeperson interview, the researcher discovered commonalities between the perceived obstacles and opportunities of current science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) professionals and the perceptions of selected historically prominent scientists. This study examined documents of the period and relics of prominent African- Americans who were in STEM fields and lived from 1860 to 1968. A description of the setting that influenced how the scientists perceived the phenomenon was written with the approach being anchored in the social constructivist tradition. Commonalities emerged through coding experiences of the individuals, which yielded patterns to help explain the phenomenon. By investigating their perceptions, insight was gained into understanding the attributes, tools and skills, and tailored experiences that encouraged Thomas Burton, Kelly Miller, George Carver, Daniel Williams, Matthew Henson, Ernest Just, Charles Drew, Percy Julian, William Cobb, and Benjamin Peery to achieve success in STEM fields between 1860 and 1968. The significance of the study is multifaceted: understanding the obstacles that African-American scientists had to overcome in their professional lives can result in the development of science educators who are better informed regarding the appropriate types of assistance that can be provided to aid their students in overcoming obstacles. This can hopefully increase their opportunities to succeed within the science field. This perception should avoid the evils of the so called staggered or zigzag jurisprudence , a fact that has always troubled us. To this effect, we analyze in depth the principle of legal certainty, as well as all causes of insecurity. Among those, the legal one consists exactly in this change of jurisprudence. Furthermore, we made a thorough analysis of the theory of judicial precedents, covering all its nuances, both in common and in civil law. We thus concluded that in cases of overcoming judicial precedents, the rule should be the prospective effect except in cases of granting greater protection to fundamental rights / O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a questão da superação do precedente judicial frente ao princípio da segurança jurídica, ou seja, o foco desta dissertação consiste em saber qual deve ser o efeito conferido aos casos em que o tribunal muda o seu posicionamento até então consolidado, evitando com isso os males da chamada jurisprudência cambaleante ou ziguezague, fato este que sempre nos perturbou. Para tanto, analisamos a fundo o princípio da segurança jurídica, bem como todas as causas de insegurança, sendo que uma delas (jurídica) consiste exatamente nesta modificação de jurisprudência. To this end, we deem necessary to deal with, since a broad approach, what he meant by life as will to power and body for better positioning its criticism of the tradition of Western thought, and collect what is the counterpoint that art provides. In turn, the notion of intoxication expresses the differential of art to establish themselves as "pre-physiological condition" just as soon as a pre-condition of its own overcoming. As we shall see, the "overcoming of metaphysics" advocated in the art does not represent a reversal, but the need to consider the truths from the perspective that enabled, invalidating thus the expectation of finding an unequivocal meaning to life, demanding, finally, the assumption of the consequences of a statement / A partir daquela que consideramos ser a questão do filósofo Friedrich Nietzsche de um modo geral, a saber, diagnosticar e combater as atitudes que neguem a vida, procuramos analisar o sentido dado à arte enquanto forma de superar tal perspectiva. Para tal, julgamos necessário tratar, desde uma ampla abordagem, daquilo que ele entende por vida, enquanto vontade de poder e corpo, para melhor posicionarmos sua crítica à tradição do pensamento ocidental, e recolhermos qual seja o contraponto que a arte estabelece. Por sua vez, a noção de embriaguez manifesta o diferencial da arte ao estabelecer-se como pré-condição fisiológica da mesma, logo, como pré-condição da própria superação. Como veremos, a superação da metafísica defendida na arte não representa a inversão, mas a necessidade de considerar as verdades desde a perspectiva que as possibilitou, invalidando, assim, a expectativa de encontrar um sentido unívoco para a vida, demandando, finalmente, a assunção das conseqüências de uma afirmação

nÃo hà / O propÃsito deste trabalho à investigar filosoficamente como a psicologia de Friedrich Nietzsche pode ser entendida como o caminho que permite ao filÃsofo, atravÃs do trabalho de vivissecaÃÃo e desmascaramento das ideias e ideais modernos, diagnosticar se tratar de um perÃodo que denominou como dÃcadence, culminando na degeneraÃÃo dos impulsos vitais e, conseqÃentemente, numa vontade de nada, expressÃo do niilismo. Tendo em vista seu projeto de transvaloraÃÃo de todos os valores, adotou-se como ponto de partida a crÃtica ao projeto de fundamentaÃÃo da moral, uma vez que este se mostrou como a tentativa da filosofia moral moderna (Kant e Schopenhauer) justificar e legitimar os valores da moral vigente: a cristÃ. Assim, apresentou-se inicialmente, em carÃter meramente introdutÃrio, como tal projeto foi pensado por Immanuel Kant e Arthur Schopenhauer, jà que se considerou como fundamental para o entendimento da crÃtica a tal projeto realizada por Nietzsche, bem como para sua proposta de uma tipologia da moral em oposiÃÃo Ãquele, juntamente com indicaÃÃes para um tipo mais antitÃtico ao homem moderno possÃvel, o tipo nobre, mais forte e elevado e, por isso mesmo, senhor dos prÃprios impulsos.
