Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo buscar nas histórias de vida dos pantaneiros a imagem discursivamente construída do homem pantaneiro. É através do uso da língua, aliado a outros aspectos do contexto social em que vive e atua, que o homem constitui-se como sujeito que estabelece vínculos sociais com outros sujeitos e com outras culturas, construindo dessa forma, a sua história. O pantaneiro, vivendo do trabalho no Pantanal sul-mato-grossense, região com características geográficas e sócio-históricas singulares, constitui-se, histórica e socialmente, por meio da riqueza lingüística que se concretiza na convivência com outros falantes do português e com os do espanhol e do guarani, línguas presentes na interação discursiva do dia-a-dia, resultantes do convívio, em regime de fronteira aberta, com o Paraguai e a Bolívia. Dessa perspectiva, a questão que se coloca é: em que medida se constrói a imagem do pantaneiro através de seu próprio discurso? Ou, mais especificamente, em que medida é possível evidenciar as imagens do pantaneiro construídas pelo discurso oral do próprio pantaneiro? Diante dessas indagações, o desafio é estudar o discurso do homem pantaneiro, tendo como fundamento teórico a Análise do Discurso, dita de linha francesa, em particular a interdiscursividade que remete a noções como heterogeneidade discursiva, sujeito e as condições de produção do discurso. Esses aspectos teóricos são pensados a partir de três eixos que dizem respeito ao sujeito e suas ações: eixo das ações que se realizam com a linguagem, eixo das ações que se realizam sobre a linguagem e eixo das ações da linguagem. O capítulo 1 deste trabalho apresenta uma contextualização do Pantanal em seus aspectos geográfico, histórico e social. O capítulo 2 traz um breve histórico da AD e do sujeito nesse percurso. O capítulo 3 trata da AD em sua fase contemporânea, pontuando a questão do discurso, do interdiscurso, do sujeito e as condições de produção do discurso. O capítulo 4 apresenta uma breve retomada do percurso da oralidade, dos gêneros do discurso e dos gêneros histórias de vida e depoimento que compõem o título desta tese. O capítulo 5 apresenta a análise das quatro histórias de vida dos pantaneiros selecionadas para este trabalho / This research´s aim is to look for in the pantaneiros (People who live in the Pantanal region) life history, the image that was discursively built of the panateiro man. In this sense, these issues are inscribed in the materiality of language by a vocabulary that explores a specific semantic of the funk´s world, such as slang, neologisms and transgressions of the rules of standard language learned. To this end, we investigated the speech of the Funk, basing ourselves on the Discourse Analysis of the French line, using mainly Maingueneau´s studies in their new trends. The survey sample consists of about 15 lyrics of funk, of which 3 were selected for analysis and the remainder used for illustration throughout the work. In the course of the study and, especially, in the analysis, we realize that the speeches of funk lyrics to report the suburban life and the peculiar problems to that medium, which, when expressed in dances, prove to be eroticized and are mainly marked by choreography, which exhibit transgressive body of man and woman. The global semantic categories show is appropriate for the goals we set ourselves. Although we stick to the dimensions of the themes and vocabulary, this allowed us to see it as a specific social class funkeiros class devoid of prestige, but their speeches, as a ritual enunciation, exposing the harsh political reality, where socioeconomic and cultural living / Este trabalho de pesquisa tem por objetivo examinar as estratégias linguístico-discursivas e o modo de organização do discurso funk, que, geralmente, apresenta temas relacionados à sexualidade, à violência, às drogas, a questões sociais diversas. Neste sentido, tais temas estão inscritos na materialidade linguística por um vocabulário que explora um campo semântico específico do mundo funk, tais como as gírias, neologismos e transgressões das normas da língua-padrão culta. Para tanto, investigamos o discurso funk, fundamentando-nos na Análise do Discurso de linha francesa, utilizando, principalmente, os estudos de Maingueneau em suas novas tendências. A amostra da pesquisa é constituída por cerca de 15 letras de funk, das quais 3 foram selecionadas para a análise e as restantes, utilizadas para exemplificação, ao longo do trabalho. No percurso da pesquisa e, de modo especial, nas análises, pudemos perceber que os discursos de letras de funk relatam a vida suburbana e os problemas peculiares àquele meio, que, ao serem manifestados nos bailes, mostram-se erotizadas e são principalmente marcadas por coreografias, que exibem transgressivamente o corpo do homem e da mulher. As categorias da semântica global mostram-se adequadas para os objetivos a que nos propusemos. Embora nos ativemos às dimensões dos temas e do vocabulário, esse nos possibilitou vê-lo como específico da classe social funkeiros, classe desprovida de prestígio, mas cujos discursos, como um ritual enunciativo, expõem a dura realidade política, socioeconômica e cultural de onde vivem

This model explains the prominence of technocrats / managers in this administration. Managers are thought by reference to the Marxist John Bernardo, working to ensure the necessary and essential strategies to the organization and progress of capitalism, through Condições Gerais de Produção (CGP). As instrument of developmental actions, the Plan covered a reorganization of the state, as the technique in which they guided the construction and the strategy of its operation as an investment program articulated the study of financial possibilities, through the process of planning-budget, selected objectives and proposing an implementation schedule. From this perspective, prioritizing CGP ensured mechanisms to maintain order and fend off political unrest as well as the installation of schools, hospitals, prisons, detention houses, sanitary units, grain warehouses, basic services sanitation and urban infrastructure such as water and sewage, electricity, roads, highways, bridges. There was an effort by Mauro Borges to leave a rational profile in order to run the public state affairs, without leaving the clientelistic practices and personal interests in the institutional routine. The management model adopted could be identified as conservative reformer, and state action a privileged place to ensure the modernization and consolidation of the political project of developmental ideological character in Goiás. / No início de seu mandato de governador pelo Partido Social Democrático (PSD), Mauro Borges Teixeira (1961-1964), lançou as bases com vistas ao desenvolvimento do estado de Goiás, por meio do Plano de Desenvolvimento Econômico, ou Plano MB, fundamentado em estudo, empreendido por técnicos da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (RJ), e estruturado com base no modelo de Fayol: Prever, Organizar, Planejar e Executar, com construção de um arcabouço institucional centrado no planejamento intervencionista. Esse modelo explica a proeminência dos tecnocratas/gestores nesta administração. Os gestores são pensados tomando como referência o marxista João Bernardo, atuando para garantir as estratégias necessárias e indispensáveis à organização geral e progresso do capitalismo, por meio das Condições Gerais de Produção (CGP). O Plano como instrumento de ações desenvolvimentistas abrangia uma reorganização do próprio estado, na medida em que à técnica que presidiu à sua construção e a estratégia do seu funcionamento como programa de investimentos articulava o estudo de disponibilidades financeiras, mediante o processo de planejamento-orçamento, selecionado os objetivos e propondo um cronograma de execução. Sob tal perspectiva, ao priorizar as CGP, garantiu mecanismos para manter a ordem e afastar as agitações políticas, bem como a instalação dos estabelecimentos de ensino, de hospitais, de instituições penais, de casas de detenção, de unidades sanitárias, de armazéns de grãos, serviços básicos de saneamento e de infra-estrutura urbana, tais como água e esgoto, energia elétrica, estradas, rodovias, pontes. Houve um esforço por parte de Mauro Borges em lançar mão de um perfil racional no modo de conduzir os negócios públicos estaduais, sem, contudo, alijar as práticas clientelistas e os interesses pessoais no cotidiano institucional. O modelo gerencial adotado por ele pode ser identificado como reformista conservador, e a ação estatal o lócus privilegiado para assegurar à modernização e a consolidação do projeto político de caráter ideológico desenvolvimentista em Goiás.

With the purpose of recuperating a part of the history of the process of linguistic instruments production in the south of Brazil, we worked with a protagonist who occupied mainly the positions of professor and grammaticist: Celso Pedro Luft. We will analyze his texts attempting to relate what they say with the production conditions to which he was directly or indirectly related: i) unfavorable public policies towards the German culture and language Luft was of German origin and had German as his mother tongue; ii) considerable diversification of the Brazilian society, due to the rising of an industrial bourgeois, the growth of an heterogeneous middleclass and the arrival of a considerable contingent of migrants add to this all the complications of internal public politics and the reflections of two great world wars; iii) diverse political, economical and social demands from educational institutions among these, the important movements related to linguistic studies about which Celso Pedro Luft had to position himself and the many attempted reforms and modernizations of the country s educational system. From the analysis of his works and their production conditions we are interested in interpreting both, work and life, as they are inseparable. Aiming at interpreting his participation in the linguistic studies as a historical development, we chose for analysis for of his publication, covering from the 1950s to the 1980s: Guia Ortográfico, Gramática Resumida, Moderna Gramática Brasileira e Língua e Liberdade. Having as a starting point the observation of all these facts, we attempted to go beyond the textual evidences, seeking to interpret and analyze the thought of Celso Pedro Luft in light of theoretical concepts from the Analysis of Discourse and from the History of Linguistic Ideas. On the other hand, we revisited the saussuriana and chomskyana base linguistics as they present the theories on which Celso Pedro Luft based his thought. Trying to synthesize in one sentence the theoretical question which this thesis attempted to answer, we came up with: In which way linguistic public policies are determinant for a teenager of German origin to become a professor of Portuguese Language and, later, a grammaticist, contributing through his pedagogical academic production to the history of the linguistic instruments in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, with national repercussion? / Objetivando recuperar uma parte da história do processo de produção de instrumentos lingüísticos no sul do Brasil, trabalhamos com um sujeito que ocupou principalmente as posições de sujeito-professor e sujeito-gramático: Celso Pedro Luft. Vamos analisar seus textos procurando relacionar o que ali é dito com as condições de produção a que esteve direta ou indiretamente relacionado: i) sendo de família de origem alemã e conseqüentemente tendo como língua materna o alemão, sofreu conseqüências de políticas públicas desfavoráveis tanto quanto à sua cultura como quanto à língua; ii) sua convivência com as significativas diversidades ocorridas na sociedade brasileira, em virtude da ascensão de uma burguesia industrial, do crescimento de uma camada social média heterogênea, da chegada de um considerável contingente de imigrantes. Acresça-se a isso todos os percalços de uma política pública interna e dos reflexos de duas grandes guerras mundiais; iii) as diversas demandas políticas, econômicas e sociais das instituições voltadas para a veiculação de conhecimentos; iv) a contemporaneidade de importantes movimentos relativos aos estudos da linguagem sobre a língua dentre as quais Celso Pedro Luft precisou posicionar-se, e as várias tentativas de reforma e modernização do sistema educacional do país. Interessa-nos a partir da análise de suas obras e das condições de produção em que se insere interpretar ambas, vida e obra, por serem inseparáveis. Tendo por objetivo historiar sua participação nos estudos lingüísticos adotamos, para análise, como corpus, textos de quatro publicações suas, situadas historicamente dos anos 50 aos anos 80 do século XX: Guia Ortográfico, Gramática Resumida, Moderna Gramática Brasileira e Língua e Liberdade.Tendo como ponto de partida a observação de todos esses fatos, procuramos ir além das evidências dos textos procurando interpretar e analisar o discurso de Celso Pedro Luft a partir de conceitos teóricos da Análise de Discurso e da História das Idéias Lingüísticas. Por outro lado, revisitamos as lingüísticas de base saussuriana e chomskyana por apresentarem as teorias em que Celso Pedro Luft se apoiou.Da procura por sintetizar, em um parágrafo, a questão teórica para a qual esta tese procura respostas, resultou: De que maneira políticas públicas de línguas são determinantes para que um adolescente de origem alemã se torne um professor de Língua Portuguesa e, posteriormente, um gramático, contribuindo com sua produção pedagógica e acadêmica para a história de instrumentos lingüísticos no Rio Grande do Sul com repercussão nacional?

The study of the institutional Petrobrás advertising has been taken as an object of analysis, focusing the environmental social responsibility. An "inspired model" was chosen for this matter, which are the studies on production of journalistic news, known as newsmaking, considering the existence of a possible production model for the advertising, here considered as admaking. Through this, we intend to highlight the roles of the professionals working on advertising agencies and their motivations, aiming to emphasize that this logic of speech construction increases the distance between the effort of brand communication and the organizations routine / Tendo como objeto de estudo as condições de produção do discurso publicitário da responsabilidade sócio-ambiental, esta pesquisa busca analisar em que medida tais condições de produção podem interferir no produto final de emissão, para além das discrepâncias já identificadas entre o discurso e os modos de produção e consumo das organizações. Foi estabelecido como recorte desta pesquisa o estudo da propaganda institucional da Petrobrás, com foco na temática da responsabilidade social, sócio-ambiental e sustentabilidade. Trabalhou-se com um modelo inspirador para esta questão, que são os estudos sobre produção de notícias jornalísticas, conhecidos como newsmaking, considerando a existência de um possível modelo de produção da propaganda, aqui proposto como admaking. Através dele, buscamos evidenciar os papéis e interferências dos profissionais da agência de publicidade e suas motivações, visando enfatizar que esta lógica de construção de discursos acaba por acentuar a distância entre o esforço de comunicação da marca e o cotidiano das organizações

Le présent travail se consacre à une étude génétique de l’œuvre de Jean Eustache (1938-1981), saisie dans ses accomplissements comme dans ses projets et esquisses inachevés. En se fondant sur des archives jusqu’alors inexploitées (Cinémathèque française, Inathèque, IMEC et collections personnelles), en recueillant des témoignages inédits (producteurs, chefs opérateurs, assistants, acteurs, collaborateurs, amis et famille du cinéaste), en analysant aussi bien des scénarios, notes d’intention ou dossiers de production que les films eux-mêmes, notre recherche restitue l’ensemble du parcours créatif de Jean Eustache, dans ses tours et détours. Analyse de création, la méthode consiste à retracer de la façon la plus documentée possible la démarche qui a permis l’éclosion d’une œuvre. Comment s’articulent constance de l’entreprise autobiographique et diversité des conditions de production ? Qui amène le cinéaste à réaliser le manifeste inédit Numéro zéro (1971) ? Comment La Maman et la putain (1973) et Mes petites amoureuses (1974) sont-ils presque simultanément élaborés ? Comment l’idée des essais expérimentaux, Une sale histoire (1977) ou Les Photos d’Alix (1980), est-elle née ? Comment créer de façon aussi personnelle dans le cadre du cinéma d’auteur et dans celui de la Télévision publique ? Telles sont quelques-unes des questions factuelles auxquelles ce Doctorat répond, qui permettent d’éclairer les choix esthétiques propres à Jean Eustache. / The dissertation conducts a genetic study of Jean Eustache’s work (1938-1981) as seen through his completed films as well as unfinished projects and drafts. In being based on archives, so far undeveloped (Cinémathèque française, Inathèque, IMEC and personal collections), carrying out interviews with his former producers, directors of photography, assistants, actors, collaborators, friends, or family, and in analyzing not only his movies but also his film scripts, director’s memos or production files, the dissertation reconstructs Eustache’s whole creative journey with its twists and turns. As analysis of creation, the method seeks to trace in the most documented manner possible the process that gave rise to Eustache’s œuvre. How are connected his everlasting autobiographical undertaking and the various conditions of productions? What has leaded him to produce the filmic manifesto Number Zero (1971)? How are The Mother and the Whore (1973) and My Little Loves (1974) produced almost simultaneously? How was born the idea for experimental film essays such as A Dirty Story (1977) or Alix’s Photos (1980)? How one can create originally within both the author cinema and Public Television? This doctoral study replies to these factual questions, which enable to clarify Jean Eustache’s aesthetic and cinematic specific choices.

En Algérie, depuis 2001, la notion de développement durable devient l'un des référentiels essentiel des nouvelles orientations politiques et du cadre législatif. de nombreux projets d'amélioration urbaine, d'habitat et d'équipements, ainsi que de grands projets structurants sont lancés, semblant prouver que la volonté des pouvoirs publics d'améliorer les conditions de vie des citoyens est bien réelle.cependant, la question reste posée quant à la pertinence et la cohérence des choix, particulièrement en matière d'aménagement urbain et de gestion du cadre bâti, avec la mise en pratique des objectifs du développement durable qui passe par une prise en compte non seulement de la dimension économique, mais également des dimensions environnementale et sociale.ce projet propose de mettre en lumière les conditions d'élaboration et de production des aménagements urbains en Algérie, en particulier, à travers deux axes de recherche:-le premier porte sur l'harmonisation entre les milieux urbain et naturel, en analysant la ville à partir de sa situation écologique, angle de compréhension et d'étude peu exploré, pouvant offrir des possibilités d'innovation et d'amélioration en matière de développement urbain.-le second préconise la recherche de processus d'habitat et d'aménagement incluant une vision plus large de la signification du terme social, qui dépasserait le modèle standard d''habitat pour catégories sociales démunies pour s'orienter vers un concept améliorant la prise en compte des aspirations et des spécificités sociales des populations, en promouvant des notions telles que bien-être, qualité de l'espace vécu, satisfaction résidentielle. / Since 2001, the notion of sustainable development becomes one of the essential reference table in new political orientations and legislative framework in Algeria. Many urban improvement projects, housing and equipments, as well as important projects are launched, seeming to prove that the will of public authorities to improve living conditions of citizens isreal. However, the question remains as to the relevance and the coherence of choices, particulary regarding urban planning and built frame management, with the objectives of sustainable development witch taking into account not only the economic dimension, but also environmental and social ones. This work proposes, based on the observation of three cities contexts representing the three major geographical areas of the country (the coast, the highlands and the Sahara) to highlight the conditions of elaboration and production of urban planning in Algeria, particularly through two research areas: - The first one concerns harmonization between urban and natural environments, by analyzing the citie from its ecological situation, angle of understanding and study not really explored, which could provide opportunities for innovation and improvement in urban development. – The second one advocates research of housing and urban planning process including broader view ofmeaning for the term social, which can overtake standard model of housing for deprived social group, and move towards a concept improving the recognition of aspirations and social specifities of populations by promoting notions such as well-being, quality of lived spaces, or residential satisfaction.
