In the definition of the counties that would participate in the research, there was an effort to include initially 5 counties of different population densities, in accordance with the classification through the size of the population by the Nacional Politic of Social Assistance (BRASIL, 2004). In this sense, an endeavor was made in the search of information on the counties management, with the objective to verify if the social participation, mainly through the Conferences of Social Assistance, can exercise influence in the process of planning this public politic, as an expression of the public will and the forums of deliberation and social participation. To attain the objectives of this study, the critical dialectical method was chosen. The data was analyzed through the categories of the method: historicity, contradiction and totality. Also used as explanatory categories of the reality: Social Participation, the Social Assistance Politic, the Unified System of Social Assistance (SUAS), the Public Conferences, the Counties Plan of Social Assistance and the Access to Information. The study is descriptive and of qualitative nature. For the research procedures the used technique was documentary analysis. However, in the investigation process, there was a great difficulty of access of the documents to be researched, in this case, the Counties Plan of Social Assistance (PMAS), which demonstrated a fragility in the social control of the researched counties, as well as difficulties in dealing with the transparency of public data, by the counties management of the Social Assistance Politic. In this way, there were already preliminary difficulties to the exercise of social participation through the citizens, and yet, an evident incoherence as regards to the transparency of public information of this politic, taking into account the recommendations of SUAS and the Federal Law n? 12.527, of November 18, 2011 ? Law of Information Access (LAI) (BRASIL, 2011), which regulates the constitutional access of information, to be observed by the public agencies of direct and indirect management of all powers of the Union, the States, the DF and the Counties. In this manner, a debate is necessary to be made about how the social participation is being outlined and materialized as a main instrument of local planning of the Social Assistance Politic, as well as the public transparency of information inherent to it, considering that this issues are in a determinate and undeniable moment of construction and fortification in Brazil. / O estudo a seguir apresentado demonstra os resultados da pesquisa desenvolvida durante a realiza??o do Mestrado em Servi?o Social no Programa de P?s-Gradua??o da Escola de Humanidades da PUCRS, que teve por escopo principal identificar como, e, se, a participa??o social, principalmente por meio das Confer?ncias de Assist?ncia Social, consegue se materializar e exercer influ?ncias na gest?o e execu??o da Pol?tica de Assist?ncia Social, especialmente, enquanto par?metro na elabora??o do principal instrumento de planejamento dessa pol?tica p?blica, qual seja o Plano de Assist?ncia Social. Na defini??o dos munic?pios para a pesquisa, buscou-se contemplar inicialmente 05 munic?pios de portes diferentes, conforme a classifica??o segundo o n?mero total de habitantes, constante na Pol?tica Nacional de Assist?ncia Social (BRASIL, 2004). Nesse sentido, foram investidos esfor?os na busca de informa??es nas gest?es municipais no intuito de verificar se a participa??o social, principalmente por meio das Confer?ncias de Assist?ncia Social, consegue exercer influ?ncia no processo de planejamento dessa pol?tica p?blica, enquanto express?o da vontade popular e dos f?runs m?ximos de delibera??o e participa??o social. Para a consecu??o dos objetivos desse estudo optou-se pelo m?todo dial?tico cr?tico. Os dados foram analisados a partir das categorias do m?todo: historicidade, contradi??o e totalidade. Tamb?m foram observadas como categorias explicativas da realidade: Participa??o Social, a Pol?tica de Assist?ncia Social, o Sistema ?nico de Assist?ncia Social (SUAS), as Confer?ncias P?blicas, os Planos de Assist?ncia Social e o Acesso ? Informa??o.O estudo ? do tipo descritivo e de natureza qualitativa. Quanto ao procedimento de pesquisa utilizou-se a t?cnica de an?lise documental. Contudo, no processo de investiga??o, foi constatada uma grande dificuldade de acesso aos documentos a serem pesquisados, no caso, os Planos Municipais de Assist?ncia Social (PMAS), o que demonstrou uma fragilidade do controle social dos munic?pios pesquisados, bem como dificuldades no trato com a transpar?ncia dos dados p?blicos, por parte das gest?es municipais da Pol?tica de Assist?ncia Social. Dessa forma, j? foram evidenciadas dificuldades preliminares para o exerc?cio da participa??o social por parte dos cidad?os e cidad?s, e ainda, uma evidente incoer?ncia, no que se refere ? transpar?ncia das informa??es p?blicas dessa pol?tica, com as recomenda??es do SUAS e da Lei Federal n? 12.527, de 18 de novembro de 2011- Lei de Acesso ? The research that has an explanatory and qualitative nature, is based on the critical dialectical method and is conducted in the Prison System, bounded by the 4th Penitentiary Region of Rio Grande do Sul/Brazil. As a data source for the conduction of the study, an empirical research was made through interviews with social workers and psychologists from the prison system , in which the duty is aimed to the processes of evaluation, interviews with subjects in deprivation of liberty evaluated in 2014 and a documentary research through the evaluations made by the professionals about the same interviewed subjects in deprivation of liberty. The data analysis was done through the content analysis technique, based on Laurence Bardin?s theoretical framework. The obtained results reveal critical positioning by the professionals and by the subjects in deprivation of liberty, who were interviewed especially because such processes indicate historical characteristics relative to the prison system that guides the way the evaluations are made. Besides revealing the precarious working conditions to carry out such professional duty, the results also point to the moralizing and to the social adaptation perspective still intrinsic in the context, which is analyzed taking into consideration the contradictions of the system, as well as the reflections made by the professional categories involved in the issue. This way,it is observed that the evaluations for granting benefits to subjects in deprivation of liberty may contribute to the guarantee of rights as well as they may corroborate to the reproduction of processes that place the subjects as objects of a system socially excluding, reiterating practices of domination and discrimination once it also joins the professional practices carried out in such place. It is possible to verify through the research the professional critical understanding about that, however it is also possible to see the difficulty in translating the critique in the context of the evaluations, which shows that facing the reproduction of the violence in this object is still incipient, thus, demanding strengthening to consolidate practices less hierarchical - from the professionals to the penal system, and from the subjects in deprivation of liberty to the professionals and to the system ? through new strategies to carry out the evaluation processes. In this sense emerges the thesis that the evaluations for granting benefits to individuals in deprivation of liberty imposed the questioning about the dynamics of the place that they occupy historically defining the professional assignments related to the theme. The professional assignments determined institutionally as well as the necessary conditions for the development of this work in the light of current legislation portray and are portrayed by the prison context setting up maintenance strategy and reproduction of the contradictions of institutional and social order that was historically constructed. / estudo em evid?ncia possui como objeto central as avalia??es para concess?o de benef?cios a sujeitos em priva??o de liberdade, cujo objetivo configurou-se em investigar sobre como as avalia??es na 4? Regi?o Penitenci?ria do Rio Grande do Sul contribuem para a efetiva??o de direitos. A pesquisa, de cunho explicativo, qualitativo com base no m?todo dial?tico cr?tico, tem por lugar o Sistema Prisional, delimitado atrav?s da 4? Regi?o Penitenci?ria do Rio Grande do Sul/Brasil. Como fonte de dados para a produ??o do estudo realizou-se pesquisa emp?rica atrav?s de entrevistas com assistentes sociais e psic?logos do sistema prisional, cuja atribui??o est? direcionada aos processos de avalia??o, entrevistas com sujeitos em priva??o de liberdade avaliados no per?odo de 2014 e pesquisa documental atrav?s das avalia??es constru?das pelos profissionais acerca dos mesmos sujeitos privados de liberdade entrevistados. A an?lise de dados foi constru?da a partir da t?cnica de an?lise de conte?do, com base no referencial te?rico de Laurence Bardin. Os resultados obtidos revelam posicionamentos cr?ticos por parte dos profissionais e sujeitos em priva??o de liberdade entrevistados especialmente porque tais processos denotam caracter?sticas hist?ricas relativas ao sistema prisional que direciona o modo como as avalia??es s?o constru?das. Al?m de revelarem as parcas condi??es de trabalho para a realiza??o desta atribui??o profissional, os resultados apontam para a perspectiva moralizadora e de adapta??o social ainda intr?nseca ao contexto, o que passa a ser analisado considerando-se as contradi??es do sistema, bem como, as reflex?es realizadas pelas categorias profissionais envolvidas acerca do tema em quest?o. Desse modo, observa-se que as avalia??es para concess?o de benef?cios aos sujeitos em priva??o de liberdade podem contribuir para a garantia de direitos, como tamb?m podem corroborar com a reprodu??o de processos que colocam os sujeitos como objetos de um sistema socialmente excludente, reiterando pr?ticas de domina??o e discrimina??o j? que este enla?a, inclusive, as pr?ticas profissionais desenvolvidas nesse espa?o. Atrav?s da pesquisa ? poss?vel verificar a compreens?o cr?tica profissional a respeito, por?m tamb?m ? vis?vel a dificuldade em traduzir a cr?tica no contexto das avalia??es, o que mostra o enfrentamento ? reprodu??o da viol?ncia nesse objeto como ainda incipiente, necessitando de fortalecimento para que se consolidem pr?ticas menos hierarquizadas - dos profissionais ao sistema penal, e dos sujeitos em priva??o de liberdade aos profissionais e ao sistema ? atrav?s de novas estrat?gias de realiza??o dos processos avaliativos. Nesse sentido, emerge a tese de que as avalia??es para concess?o de benef?cios para sujeitos em priva??o de liberdade imp?em a problematiza??o acerca da din?mica do lugar que historicamente elas ocupam definindo as atribui??es profissionais relativas ao tema. As atribui??es profissionais determinadas institucionalmente, bem como as condi??es necess?rias para o desenvolvimento desse trabalho ? luz das legisla??es vigentes retratam e s?o retratadas pelo contexto prisional, configurando-se em estrat?gia de manuten??o e reprodu??o das contradi??es de uma ordem institucional e social que foi historicamente constru?da.

Since 2009, the program has settled 20,000 families in housing units in the range of 0 to 10 minimum wages, in the categories of resettlement and lottery. This work seeks to investigate the process of deterritorialization of dwellers, made effective by the City of Rio de Janeiro, from Favela de Acari, a squatter community, to a new housing complex financed by PMCMV and built in the neighborhood of Cosmos, after the torrential rains of 2009 that dislodged the population from the margins of Acari River. The main objective is to investigate the resettlement process, since the removal of the families from risk areas, independently from its will or choice. The resettlement occurs within a rational of real state expansion by the Federal Bank Caixa, main operator of the Program that finances developers and builders that select under valued land in order to reduce the budget and maximize profit. From the empirical experience in the social groups? deterritorialization and reterritorialization process from Acari to Cosmos, and the use of those concepts, as well as appropriation and belongingness, this research will reflect on the housing policies conduction, not only as a means of the national housing deficit reduction, but also on the building of the conditions for effective and comprehensive appropriation and sense of belonging of dwellers in their new places, focusing on the people?s needs and improvement of their quality of live. / O desenvolvimento econ?mico do Brasil est? diretamente ligado ? solu??o dos seus problemas sociais, dentre os quais o d?ficit habitacional que vem sendo combatido com a implementa??o do Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida (PMCMV). Desde 2009, o programa j? disponibilizou 20.000 unidades habitacionais para usu?rios das faixas de 0 a 10 sal?rios m?nimos, nas categorias de reassentamento e sorteio.. O objetivo principal ? investigar o processo de desterritorializa??o, desde a retirada das fam?lias das ?reas de risco ou de ?reas de interven??es urban?sticas e reassentadas em outras ?reas, independentemente de sua vontade ou escolha. O reassentamento se d? a partir de uma l?gica de expans?o imobili?ria financiada pela Caixa Econ?mica Federal (CEF) que ? a gestora operacional do Programa e financia as empresas construtoras que selecionam lugares menos valorizados de modo a reduzir o or?amento e maximizar os lucros. Aiming ?analyze how it has been giving the professional training of social worker in Higher Education Institutions of mesoregions state of Rio Grande do Sul to understanding the process and peculiarities that conform it? this production sought to demonstrate how it has been professional training of the Social Workers gauchos in times advancement of neoliberalism whose impacts on the Higher Education Policy contribute to non-characterization of the university as a social institution. In this context, the university becomes a social organization which aims to meet the demands from the Market. Using Marx's critical social theory as a foundation, this mixed type survey has as subjects to the research seven ga?chas universities, one belonging to each mesoregion of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Therefore online questionnaires were sent to the coordinating teachers of five Social Works curses being one belonging to each mesoregion of the state with open and closed questions, having as a discussion the process of professional training in Social Work in these institutions. Furthermore, 20 questionnaires were applied with students from Social Work courses, with the aim of identifying the profile of the student attending Social Service in the state. Finally, two interviews were conducted with two course coordinators, having as criterion of choice the private course and the oldest public course in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Guided further in the documentary and bibliographic research we identified that the professional formation in Social Service in the state of Rio Grande do Sul accompanies the changes that have been taking place in the Brazilian Social Service, especially with regard to the considerable increase in Social Work courses in the distance modality and the primacy of the offer of private courses of Social Work. We also identify that, although the courses affirm dialogue with the Curriculum Guidelines of the ABEPSS in the process of building their political-pedagogical projects what is observed is a misunderstanding of the content of these Guidelines and a partial use in the construction of the curricular of these courses. Finally, it should be noted that, although most curricular observe the theoretical advances and politicians present in the Curricular Guidelines of the we still have resumes with conservative traits that predate the 1996 formulation which contributes to the weakening of professional training of social workers in Rio Grande do Sul. / A presente produ??o tem como tem?tica a forma??o profissional em Servi?o Social, especialmente, no que se refere ? sua conforma??o no estado do Rio Grande do Sul, l?cus de realiza??o desta pesquisa. Tendo por objetivo ?analisar como vem se dando a forma??o profissional dos Assistentes Sociais nas Institui??es de Ensino Superior das mesorregi?es do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul para compreender os processos e peculiaridades que a conformam? esta produ??o buscou evidenciar como vem se dando a forma??o profissional dos assistentes sociais ga?chos em tempos de avan?o do neoliberalismo cujos impactos na Pol?tica de Educa??o Superior contribuem para descaracterizar a Universidade enquanto espa?o de forma??o integral. Neste contexto, a Universidade torna-se uma Organiza??o Social que restringe-se as demandas do mercado. Utilizando como fundamento a teoria social cr?tica de Marx, esta pesquisa, de tipo misto, teve como sujeitos da pesquisa sete Universidades ga?chas, sendo uma pertencente a cada mesorregi?o do estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Para tanto foram enviados question?rios online para os professores coordenadores de 5 cursos de Servi?o Social, nas diferentes mesorregi?es do estado com perguntas abertas e fechadas, tendo como discuss?o o processo de forma??o profissional em Servi?o Social nestas institui??es. Para al?m disso, foram aplicados 20 question?rios com alunos de dois cursos de Servi?o Social, com vistas a identificar qual o perfil do aluno que cursa Servi?o Social nestas institui??es. Por fim, foram realizadas entrevistas com os professores coordenadores de dois cursos, tendo como crit?rio de escolha o curso privado e o curso p?blico mais antigos do estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Pautado ainda nas pesquisas documental e bibliogr?fica identificou-se que a forma??o profissional em Servi?o Social no estado do Rio Grande do Sul acompanha as transforma??es que vem ocorrendo no Servi?o Social brasileiro, especialmente no que se refere ao aumento consider?vel dos cursos de Servi?o Social na modalidade ? dist?ncia e a primazia da oferta de cursos privados de Servi?o Social. Identificou-se tamb?m que, embora os cursos afirmem dialogar com as Diretrizes Curriculares no processo de constru??o de seus projetos pol?tico-pedag?gicos o que se observa ? uma incompreens?o do conte?do destas Diretrizes e uma utiliza??o parcial na constru??o das grades curriculares destes cursos. Por fim, cabe destacar que, embora a maioria dos curr?culos observem os avan?os te?ricos e pol?ticos presentes nas Diretrizes Curriculares da ABEPSS, ainda se tem curr?culos com tra?os conservadores que s?o anteriores ? formula??o de 1996 o que contribui para a fragiliza??o da forma??o profissional dos assistentes sociais ga?chos.

It aims to identify demands, work conditions as well as current challenges related to this profession. It considers the specificities of breast cancer and relates it to political decisions in the health sector considering the concept of contemporary capitalism. The study analyzes professional action and the demands presented by breast cancer patients who are currently in treatment in Hospital Dr. Luiz Ant?nio em Natal-Rio Grande do Norte-Brazil. The methodological procedures considered of documental analysis, semi-structured interviews (with two social workers that work with fifteen breast cancer patients) as well as participant observation; which was done counting with my own professional practice in the oncology area. Thus, the research also discusses the breast cancer issue in the life of the users considering their social-economical, cultural and political determinants. Factors such as age in which the diagnosis was known, the relation user/social workers, number of children, rights of the oncology patient, place where he/she lives, education, civil status, (re)insertion of the professional in the work field, perception of self-esteem and bio-psycho-social representation of breast cancer in the lives of these women, all of which were dealt with in this research / O presente estudo trata de uma an?lise sobre o cotidiano do(a) assistente social na ?rea da oncologia e tem como objetivo identificar as demandas, condi??es de trabalho e os desafios contempor?neos postos ? profiss?o, considerando as particularidades do c?ncer de mama ? luz das determina??es da pol?tica de sa?de no contexto do capitalismo contempor?neo. The set of socio-historical transformations, as a results of the dynamic capitalist, is a process of new configurations in relation to state and society that interfere directly in relation to working conditions, social rights historically won by workers. In this context, the operator of health plans arises as a possibilities to provide services in health, through the logic of the market, in which the subjects of law, become consumers contributing to the displacement of the responsibilities of the State. Obligating workers to lessen the burden with the reproduction of their workforce. This involves changing societal context for social service, since it is one of the professions that are active in terms of the immediate social issue, and come as part of the collective worker. From qualitative research based on a theoretical and methodological perspective and critical dialectics, it was possible to unveil some features and trends of the exercise of(a) social operators in private health care plans. The survey results indicated that : a) the demands and duties for certain social service, are associated with the redevelopment of the capital, whose requirements and responsibilities professionals have with their needs, particularly the guarantee of profit, services rendered; b) in the conditions of work there is a trend of insecurity uncertainty and dismantling of professionals; c) the answers professionals suffer the limits and contradictions present in the daily training, mainly depending one the characteristics of management and operation of the operators, which has professional relative autonomy / O presente estudo trata do exerc?cio profissional do(a) assistente social nas operadoras de planos privados de assist?ncia ? sa?de registradas no Conselho Regional de Medicina CRM/RN, no munic?pio de Natal/RN, no que se refere ?s demandas/atribui??es, ?s condi??es de trabalho e ?s respostas profissionais, diante da conjuntura de reestrutura??o do capital. O conjunto de transforma??es s?cio-hist?ricas, resultado da din?mica capitalista, constitui um processo de novas configura??es na rela??o Estado e sociedade que interferem diretamente nas rela??es e condi??es de trabalho, desconstruindo direitos sociais conquistados historicamente pelos trabalhadores. Nesse contexto, as operadoras de planos de sa?de se colocam como possibilidade de presta??o de servi?os em sa?de, atrav?s da l?gica de mercado, na qual os sujeitos de direito passam a ser consumidores da mercadoria sa?de, contribuindo para o deslocamento das responsabilidades do Estado que obriga os trabalhadores a arcarem com o ?nus da reprodu??o de sua for?a de trabalho. Esse contexto societ?rio implica em mudan?as para o servi?o social, uma vez que ? uma das profiss?es que atuam nas express?es imediatas da quest?o social e se inserem como parte do trabalhador coletivo. A partir de uma pesquisa qualitativa fundamentada numa perspectiva te?rico-metodol?gica cr?tica e dial?tica, foi poss?vel desvendar algumas particularidades e tend?ncias do exerc?cio profissional do(a) assistente social em operadoras de planos privados de sa?de. Os resultados da pesquisa indicaram que: a) as demandas e atribui??es determinadas para o servi?o social est?o associadas ao reordenamento do capital, cujas exig?ncias e responsabilidades profissionais t?m sintonia com suas necessidades, especialmente a garantia de lucro nos servi?os prestados; b) nas condi??es de trabalho, h? uma tend?ncia de precariza??o, inseguran?a e desarticula??o dos profissionais; c) as respostas profissionais sofrem os limites e as contradi??es presentes no cotidiano profissional, principalmente em fun??o das caracter?sticas de gest?o e funcionamento das operadoras, que compromete a relativa autonomia profissional

It also seizes who those adolescents are and their family members in their social aspect and as those families face their daily activities. The focus on the social matter, family, adolescent, infringement act, exclusion, inclusion formed the analysis categories which made myths and reality possible, taking into consideration the infringement act in our society. The data collection showed that those families conditions of life are of poverty. Families originated from low social classes, 62.5 % coming from the countryside and living with a daily income ranging from R$ 0,31 to R$ 8,31. Their level of education is low; there is lack of human and citizenship rights and no professional qualification whatsoever. It questions the degrading social exclusion suffered by millions of Brazilian people due to social, political and infringement economical problems. Has this favored the infringement practice? How to confirm the families lack of competence having the social vulnerability? Are the Public Political Institutions really performing the way they should? Are they really carrying out their role as they should? We have noticed that from then on, the necessity of understanding the exclusion/inclusion suffered not only in an imprecise and empty way, but understood as processes of integrative exclusion or ways of delinquency, where the excluding is not only the only one who has lack of material care but the one who is seen or recognized as a person, is not being treated as one. The effort of this paper provided an approach to our object, and the seizing of a close relation between the infringement act and the exclusion process or inclusion suffered, which are submitted to families of those adolescents who deprive of freedom / Este trabalho tem como eixo de an?lise a rela??o existente entre ato infracional e a problem?tica s?cio-econ?mica das fam?lias dos adolescentes que cumprem medida s?cio-educativa de priva??o de liberdade no CEDUC Pitimbu RN, constituindo-se um recorte na tem?tica Crian?a e Adolescente, na tentativa de desvelar como essas fam?lias se reproduzem em n?vel s?cio-econ?mico e pol?tico cultural. Busca, ainda, apreender quem s?o esses adolescentes e seus familiares em seu entorno social e como essas fam?lias enfrentam o seu cotidiano. O enfoque de Quest?o Social, Fam?lia, Adolescente, Ato Infracional, Exclus?o/Inclus?o, constitu?ram-se categorias de an?lise que possibilitaram desvelar mitos e realidade por detr?s do ato infracional em nossa sociedade. A an?lise dos dados mostrou que as condi??es objetivas de vida dessas fam?lias s?o de indig?ncia e pobreza. S?o fam?lias oriundas da classe subalternas, 62,5% vindas do interior e residindo na periferia da capital, vivendo ou sobrevivendo com renda per capita/dia de R$ 0,31 a R$ 8,31. Apresentam baixo n?vel de escolaridade, aus?ncia de direitos de cidadania e nenhuma qualifica??o profissional. Questiona at? que ponto o cruel e degradante quadro de exclus?o social ou inclus?o precarizada de milh?es de brasileiros alijados dos processos sociais, pol?ticos e econ?micos do pa?s tem favorecido a pr?tica de atos infracionais? Como afirmar a incompet?ncia das fam?lias, frente a vulnerabiliza??o social? E ainda, at? que ponto o poder p?blico n?o vem secundarizando essa problem?tica? Ser? que as pol?ticas p?blicas de atendimento ? crian?a e ao adolescente est?o de fato voltadas para o enfrentamento da problem?tica vivenciada por essas fam?lias? It constitutes an analysis from the standpoint of theoretical and methodological basis Qualiquantitative taking for granted the rights violations against children and adolescents in their social, legal and historical guide to the topic. For this we used a theoretical Marxist Behring (2009), Colman (2008), Faleiros (2205), Faria (1999, 2001), F?varo (2007, 2008), Iamamoto (1985, 1992, 2002, 2006, 2007) Yazbek, Marx (1983), Netto (1994), Nicholas (1984), Pequeno (2009), Rizinni (1997, 2008), Santos (2009), Sales (2006), Telles (1999), Tonet (2009), among others. Besides literature, empirical research conducted through semi-structured interviews using a script and written records and systematic observation / free during interviews. The subjects were 06 social workers from the area of the judiciary to act on Justice for Children and Youth, Family Court and NOADE in Natal / RN. The research aims to analyze the demands and challenges of Social Services and their contribution in ensuring and enforcing rights in courts nowadays. The route established between knowledge and method involves conceptual analysis on the Judiciary, Social Services, and Child and Adolescent Rights. Seize-up in this study the existing contradictions in confronting the multiple expressions of social issues in the context of the judiciary. The research allowed us to identify relevant aspects regarding the challenges and demands placed Social Service; limits on defense and expansion of their rights and contradictions within sociojur?dico. For being one of the judiciary institutions that comprise the system warranty rights, social workers also face difficulties in implementing the professional doing since the ills posed by current sociability capital focus in everyday spaces socio-occupational presented here. Os sujeitos foram 06 assistentes sociais da ?rea do judici?rio que atuam na Justi?a da Inf?ncia e Juventude, Vara de Fam?lia e NOADE em Natal/RN. A pesquisa Objetiva analisar as demandas e desafios do Servi?o Social e sua contribui??o na garantia e efetiva??o de direitos no Judici?rio na contemporaneidade. O percurso estabelecido entre conhecimento e m?todo envolve: an?lise conceitual sobre o Judici?rio, Servi?o Social, Crian?a e Adolescente e Direitos. Apreendem-se nesse estudo as contradi??es existentes no enfrentamento das m?ltiplas express?es da quest?o social no contexto do Judici?rio. No processo de interven??o, o assistente social nestas institui??es, se volta ao atendimento das condi??es materiais dos usu?rios estudantes e suas necessidades transformadas em demanda e requisi??es - via os servi?os sociais prestados por essas institui??es, ao mesmo tempo, em que interv?m na maneira de pensar e agir desses indiv?duos envolvidos no seu cotidiano profissional na perspectiva de um direcionamento ideol?gico/pol?tico mediante a??o educativa. Neste sentido, analisa-se o cotidiano profissional e seus determinantes a partir de um entendimento cr?tico, em fun??o de compreender o exerc?cio profissional no seu ambiente institucional, considerando o assistente social na condi??o de trabalhador assalariado e, a partir desta an?lise, compreender os perfis pedag?gicos dos assistentes sociais constru?dos em seu entorno. A pesquisa n?o teve a inten??o de apontar modelos de perfis pedag?gicos, mas de apreender as tend?ncias na profiss?o nesses espa?os pedag?gicos, a fim de fomentar o debate sobre a dimens?o pol?tica/ideol?gica e educativa da profiss?o e do exerc?cio profissional na educa??o em Natal/RN. Logo, foram apreendidas e analisadas via entrevista semi-aberta, que identificaram diversas tend?ncias dos perfis pedag?gicos caracterizados como de ajuda, participa??o e de emancipa??o , de acordo com as condi??es institucionais, conjunturais e do pr?prio direcionamento profissional do assistente social, como tamb?m, na materializa??o do projeto ?tico/pol?tico da profiss?o. The group of socio-historical transformations, as a result of the after-1970 dynamic capitalism, conducts a process of new configurations in the relationship between State and society that directly affect the social question nowadays, destroying social rights historically conquered for the workers. In this context, the ONGs assume a strategical social function of the social question, contributing with the change of responsibilities with the social from the State to the third sector. This social movement causes changes to the Social Work since this is one of the professions that act on the immediate expressions of the social question. After a qualitative research based on a theoricalmethodological critical and dialectical perspective, it was possible to discover some contradictions, details and tendencies of the professional exercise of the Social Worker in ONGs. Summarizing, the results of the research show that: a) it was detected a tendency of precarization, instability, insecurity, no-articulation, no-profissionalization of the professionals in the work conditions; b) demands are associated with a moment of the capital re-ordering, where new professional exigencies and responsibilities are related with capital necessities in the period of structural crisis; c) limits and contradictions are present in a professional daily work mainly in function of the characteristics of gestation and functioning of the ONGs; d) the professionals that were interviewed show significant difficulties in a articulation between the professional daily work in organizations and the totality of the social processes, limiting the capability of doing critics to the requisitions imposed by the capital / O presente estudo trata do exerc?cio profissional do(a) Assistente Social nas ONGs associadas ?
