Strategic plan of the program Generación +1Cárdenas, Bryan, Morón, Gustavo 23 August 2019 (has links)
sociedad. / Generación +1 is a program which is part of the company Libélula. The scope of this
strategic plan is for five years (2015 to 2020). The plan was developed using the strategic
process theory proposed in D'Alessio (2013). Through the use of the plan, a vision was
developed with the purpose of bringing Generación +1—a program that seeks to educate the
youth about the impacts of climate change—a strategy to become more sustainable. They are
in a unique position within the popular global climate change industry, and needs to seize the
growing opportunities available. Nowadays, Generación +1 is focused on the development of
a free educational program for students, funded by scholarships.
Currently the organization has two employees and three to four non-permanent
participants during the implementation of both the Ambassadors +1 program and the Talento
+1 program as for the support and the necessary coordination. These participants not only
donate their time, but are committed to the successful completion of knowledge transfers.
The program has not yet been able to cope with the lack of involvement and
participation of young people in the political agenda, nor the impact that climate change is
creating due to the lack of awareness and care of natural resources.
As a result, this strategic plan developed four long-term goals to improve financial
sustainability through relationships with other organizations, to improve the workforce, and
increase public awareness and knowledge creating development projects that reduce the
carbon footprint impacts.
The long-term goals will be achieved by implementing five key strategies proposed
for the organization. Also, the implementation of Balanced Score Card to monitor
achievement and measure the results of short-term goals, helping the company achieve its
long term goals and vision and make corresponding improvements in the proposed objectives that are not being achieve. The realization of all the objectives and strategies proposed will be
a joint effort between all members of the organization that are interested in created a change.

Strategic plan for ProsaRudolph, Paula 10 September 2019 (has links)
This paper is based on the development of a strategic plan for the Program to Support
the Self-Help of people living with HIV Positive conditions (PROSA) from 2015 to 2022.
The plan was developed using the strategic process proposed by Dr. Fernando D’Alessio.
Through the use of the plan, a vision was developed with the purpose of changing PROSA
from a struggling non-governmental organization (NGO) to one that is driven, financially
sustainable and internationally competitive. In the past, PROSA has been successful in
influencing legislations that promoted the well-being of the HIV/AIDS infected section of the
Peruvian population. Unfortunately, the company has not been as influential in recent years
and furthermore, it was realized that a significant proportion of those currently infected with
HIV/AIDS in Peru have little, irregular or, in some cases, no access to antiretroviral
treatments, as well there still exist high levels of stigma and discrimination, among other
problems. The organization has not been able to tackle these issues as a result of inadequate
funding and staffing inefficiencies, as well as other sources of internal ineffectiveness.
As a result, the present strategic plan has developed six long-term objectives that
propose to improve financial sustainability, enhance the workforce, increase the
organization’s projects and recognition, ensure the availability of treatments for HIV/AIDS
and related diseases, increase public knowledge and awareness of sexual health, and
significantly reduce discrimination against those infected with HIV/AIDS. These long-term
objectives will be reached by implementing six key strategies proposed for the organization.
It is also proposed that the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard will monitor the
attainment and measure the results of the short-term objectives, who will help reach the
organization’s long-term objectives and vision. The realization of all of the proposed
objectives and strategies will be a joint effort between all members of the organization and
will ultimately benefit the society.
financieramente sostenible y competitiva a nivel internacional.

Strategic plan for Hogar San CamiloCalmet Gutierrez, Maria Angela, Solis Sánchez, Carlos Daniel 28 August 2019 (has links)
The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV/AIDS) is a harmful virus that affects the
lives of people and their families around the world. In 2014 approximately 1.2 million people
in the world died due to HIV-related causes. However, the number of people living with the
HIV/AIDS virus in Peru is declining due to increased education, a more stable economy and
government support.
Hogar San Camilo is a small religious NGO that is dedicated to help people in Peru
living with HIV/AIDS and also in poverty. Hogar San Camilo provides holistic wellbeing
support to people affected with HIV/AIDS and their families, allowing them the opportunity
to live a dignified, happy and healthy life. Nonetheless, the organization is in need of a clear
direction, strategy and objectives for the future in order to secure more funding from national
and international donors.
The present strategic plan was developed following the strategic process and was
adapted in order to be applied to an NGO. The plan suggests four strategies to enable Hogar
San Camilo to be recognized by 2020 as a reference in Peru and Latin America regarding
holistic wellbeing support to people affected with HIV/AIDS. These strategies included: (a)
an internal process management strategy by developing a strategic vision that will enable the
organization to have a better decision process to receive more funding from donors; (b) a
horizontal integration by merging the Hogar San Camilos from Lima, Arequipa and
Huancayo; (c) a market penetration by targeting specific Peruvian companies that presently
donate to Hogar San Camilo by requesting funds for specific programs; and (d) a
retrenchment strategy concerning the present programs and activities offered in order to keep
the best programs, eliminate or merge the programs.

humano e do mundo?
[en] Suffering and evil always raise a series of recurring
questions. In dealing with man and woman, in the context of
modern mentality, there arises an inquiry: how can we
harmonize the affirmation of an All-Mighty God with the
reality of suffering and evil, safeguarding the autonomy of
the human being and the world? In dialogue with three
contemporary theologians, Andrés Torres Queiruga, Jürgen
Moltmann and Jon Sobrino, we try to deal with this
questioning, emphasizing their contributions, detecting
lacunas, and discerning the critiques in order to
complement, enrich and deepen their considerations. Our
study departs from a pastoral question, analyzed in a
systematic-theological way, in order to establish a
coherent Christian praxis which seeks to erradicate, ease
and/or integrate the suffering and evil.

Jonathan Edwards: sein Verständnis von Sündenerkenntnis, eine theologiegeschichtliche Einordnung / Jonathan Edwards: his understanding of conviction of sin, a historical theological classificationSchmidtke, Karsten 01 1900 (has links)
Great Awakening“ beschränkt (Diachronischer Vergleich).
The thesis tries to answer the question, how Jonathan Edwards understood the term “conviction of
sin”. The intention is to find out the significance of his understanding of this term for the revivalmovement
of his time. While numerous studies have been done on his theology and philosophy, this
aspect has not been thoroughly examined yet.
Based on a chronological assessment of his works Jonathan Edwardsʼ understanding of conviction
of sin is established from his major works (qualitative content analysis). This reveals a development
in his thought-system.
In a second part Jonathan Edwardsʼ understanding of conviction of sin is compared with the
theology of his predecessors, contemporaries and opponents. This examination is limited to the time
of the Puritans, the “Great Awakening” and the “Second Great Awakening” (diachronic comparative
analysis).
In a third part Jonathan Edwardsʼ understanding of conviction of sin is assessed in a systematictheological
way and classified historically. The author intends to make another German contribution
to international Jonathan Edwards Studies.
This research is historically focused, because of the fact, that the term “conviction of sin” is
analysed by means of the biography of Edwards and a chronological classification of his works to
compare it with meanings of different historical epoches and classify it in its theological historical
context by that approach. / Christian Spirituality, Church History and Missiology / D. Th. (Church history)

The purpose of this research was to investigate and describe the experience of lesbian parents and their adolescents regarding the adolescents’ development of a sense of self in the lesbian home, in order to compile guidelines that can provide help to these parents. The subject was investigated from both a pastoral base theory (normative perspective) and a Gestalt theoretical perspective (paradigmatic perspective). A qualitative approach was followed for the purpose of this study, with semi-structured interviewing with the adolescents and their parents respectively. Adolescents were also requested to make collages that served as an additional data gathering method. The sample group consisted of five adolescent boys and four adolescent girls, some of who were siblings, from six lesbian families respectively. Seven of the twelve parents were biological mothers from previous heterosexual marriages, and the remaining five women had no children of their own.
From the literature review and the empirical results of this study, it appears that there are certain positive as well as negative aspects of a lesbian home that influence an adolescents sense of self. In lesbian homes where both parents are involved with the adolescents, share household duties equally and have a quality relationship with each other as well as with the adolescents, the adolescents are generally well-adapted, happy and able to handle challenges in order to develop a healthy sense of self. The positive influence that Christian religious certainty has on the overall development of the adolescents and on the sense of self, was confirmed through this study.
On the other hand, adolescents experience the following aspects as challenging and impeding in their development of a healthy sense of self: Conflict and criticism from the companion parents are humiliating and destructive for the adolescents. Stigmatising, teasing and rejection from the hetero-normative society, as a result of their parents’ sexual orientation, appear to be the largest obstacle in their psychosocial development, which also influences their sense of self directly, because they react in a shy, negative and evasive way to the stigmatisation and withdraw themselves from situations that can be painful and humiliating. From the research findings, it appears that the absence of a father figure and financial tension in lesbian families are impeding to the adolescents’ healthy development of a sense of self.
Due to the complexity of the aspects that can have a negative influence or impede on an adolescent’s healthy development of a sense of self within the lesbian parent relationship, the researcher realised that professional help, support and guidance might be necessary for some of the lesbian parents and adolescents in order to promote the adolescents’ development of a sense of self and the establishment of a unique identity. At the end of this study, the researcher was able to compile guidelines for lesbian parents as well as pastoral counsellors to help and guide them in their support to adolescents in order to enable them develop a healthy sense of self. / PhD (Pastoral Studies), North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus, 2014
