It was realized through literature the need and the lack of studies on anarchy and project management. This master thesis aims to investigate how the concepts of anarchy - mutual support, collectivism and self-management - are related to the project management processes, based on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), present in the day-to-day professional project. Thus, we conducted a literature review and a survey to achieve this goal. The survey asked professionals working in project management area, in software organizations and information technology services. Therefore, the study was developed in an exploratory way, since there was little accumulated and systematized knowledge about this topic. The analysis of the data collected in the survey concludes that both the literature and the survey confirm that there is a significant relationship between anarchy and the studied processes for project management. One hopes that this study can serve as a prospective element to further research in the project management area, fostering the realization of scientific works and publications. Finally, the work proposes to contribute to the area, creating new literature with information related to the topic.

Abstract: Within the context of labor's world transformations, this research addresses two experiences of associated work under the analytical perspective of gender. Two people's cooperative that select solid waste, in Campinas-SP, were analyzed, focusing on the production process, the sexual division of labor, the enterprise management and incubation. We also tried to look at these experiences in terms of the precarious place they occupy in the productive chain of recycling, a condition that limits their possibility of selfmanagement. In these cooperatives, the number of women exceeds that of men and there is a clear sexual division of labor. This study examined the consequences and the possibilities For changing this setting. Moreover, the research sought to understand the meaning of associated work for men and women through the occupational trajectories of 15 interviewed workers. Among the women interviewed it was possible to observe a contradictory sense of associated work, meaning on one hand a better possibility of articulation between the productive and reproductive activities and on the other, this flexibility combined with an greater level of exploitation. / Mestrado / Ciencias Sociais na Educação / Mestre em Educação

Pré-fabricação por ajuda mútua: conhecer, ensinar e aprender / Pré-fabrication for mutual help: know, teach, learn

Alexander Syoei Yamaguti 08 December 2006 (has links)
This work presents industrialized building techiques processes, where the emphasis is the self-help building houses in Vila Nova Cachoeirinha. Specifically the introduction of a plant developed by the housing association is the central argument in this work. It was possible because there was a technical team supporting the association and a financial support by São Paulo City Hall. The unusual techniques were developed to get good results, even to dialoging with the association or to make the technical team be well understood. As results we have a qualifying of labors, know-how application from great plants in the housing construction and the progress of the housing association. After 15 years from the first moment with this association the changes it has passed are clearly illustrated with the testimony of the leadership, once in 1991 and another in 2006.

The educational self-management in SEGPA, a way for self-learning

Ducrot, Thierry 12 December 2013 (has links)
Mots-clés / In 1791, Condorcet set the self-directed learning at the heart of his education project. He wishes to give every citizen, and in particular to those who are not lucky enough to be born in wealthy families, the means to educate by oneself. For Condorcet, self-directed learning has a triple aim: compensatory, emancipatory and empowering. The school must teach to learn how to educate oneself throughout life. Self-directed learning requires a learning process and the schoolmaster has to be a guide to this process. Unfortunately, his project does not succeed. Some two centuries later, the self-directed learning is being brought up to date and cited as a need to constantly adapt to contemporary society in which knowledge has become an important socio-economic issue as well as a need to respond to the crisis of educational institutions. This thesis is the outcome of an educational experiment that has been conducted for six years in Evire middle school, Haute-Savoie. It will explore the effects of self-education to promote self-taught posture among pupils who are struggling and whose counselling is targeted to secondary school SEGPA classes. Self-directed learning is conceived as an educational device embodying the guidance of Condorcet. The study of self-directed learning in schools has helped to highlight the richness and limitations of such a pedagogy depending on established or establishing plans and ways of supporting them.

Prof. Ayres de Moura - 1984 a 1994 / A self-management experience among teachers and students at E.E.S.G. Prof. Ayres de Moura between 1984 and 1994

Carlos Eduardo Riqueti 04 April 2008 (has links)
Atualmente, a E.E.S.G. / In the beginning of the 1908s, amidst a roaring social-political national environment, a group of professors and students of the E.E.S.G. Professor Ayres de Moura (located in Vila Jaguara, Lapa, west of Sao Paulo) initiated a movement which had its height with the deposition of their Headmaster. The schooling community then took possession of that space allowing for the appropriate teaching practices to be applied between 1984 and 1994. This work aims at analyzing the extension of such practices and their limits which exist and claim for themselves the right to memory leaving as a mark an alternative example in the education field which took place in the 1980s decade, questioning the alleged correlation between state schools vs. poor quality. The analysis of the self management process adopted by that school looks to reflect over the direct and effective participation within the school space on the meaning of political participation, democracy and citizenship, as well as of the relationships of the existing power of daily life. Specifically on the teaching methodology questions, it looks to understand how the real curriculum was worked during the school creation process undertaken by the community. In other words, the existing dynamics between the pedagogical and political spheres. To that end, interviews with ex-teachers, ex-students and newspaper clippings and documents produced by the school were used. Currently, E.E.S.G. Professor Ayres de Moura does not differ from the average nearby state schools in the outskirts of Sao Paulo, with little resemblance of what was until the mid 1990s. This way, there was also the need to understand the reasons which led to comprehend such experience to come to an end.

Determinants for the acceptance and use of mobile health applications: Diabetic patients in the Western Cape, South Africa

Petersen, Fazlyn January 2019 (has links)
Philosophiae Doctor - PhD / The increased pervasiveness of information communication and technology and increasing internet access creates anticipation for how contemporary technologies can address critical developmental problems. Non-communicable diseases are the leading cause of death globally, even though more than 40% of the deaths are premature and avoidable. Diabetes is such a disease that causes 80% of non-communicable disease deaths in low and middle-income countries. Diabetes is also the leading cause of death in the Western Cape province of South Africa. Diabetes thus constitutes a challenge to achieve Sustainable Development Goal 3 that focuses on health and well-being for all people, at all ages. The potential of technology, such as the use of m-health applications, is recognised as a means to advance the Sustainable Development Goals through supporting health systems in all countries.
