Para tal, utilizaram-se como referência estudos com base nos seguintes teóricos: Tardif (2002), Gauthier (2006), Kishimoto (1990, 2007,2008), Kramer (1984, 2005), Formosinho (2007), Brougère (1998), Benjamim (2002), Huinziga (2005), Luckesi (2000, 2004) e outros que se dedicam ao estudo da formação do professor da Educação Infantil, da ludicidade, dos saberes pedagógicos, saber lúdico e saber sensível. A metodologia esteve centrada em um estudo de caso de abordagem qualitativa. Os procedimentos utilizados foram a observação, entrevistas, questionário e análise documental. Para a análise e a interpretação dos dados, foram utilizadas as técnicas de análise de conteúdo e análise documental. Na tentativa de responder à nossa problemática, nos valemos de três questões norteadoras: As professoras identificam os saberes que mobilizam no desenvolvimento da sua prática pedagógica? Dentre esses saberes quais os mais acionados na sua prática docente? Existe espaço para o saber lúdico na prática cotidiana no contexto do CMEI? Foram sujeitos pesquisados as professoras que atuam no CMEI – Lírio do Vale, da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Salvador – BA. Entre os resultados, destaca-se: a ludicidade e o saber lúdico estão presentes na ação pedagógica das professoras, porém muito mais como um artefato pedagógico do que como uma experiência de plenitude interna do sujeito, e/ou um saber profissional; e que o saber lúdico e saber sensível são os que elas mais identificam como os principais à sua ação docente, bem como sinalizam serem o mais mobilizados; e que o saber sensível ocorre em atitudes onde a sensibilidade e a escuta sensível se fazem presentes nas suas ações pedagógicas com o intuito de suprir as necessidades físicas e afetivas das crianças, mesmo quando são feitas de forma apenas operacional. Esses resultados também sinalizam para a necessidade de buscar-se uma formação em que as lacunas e o distanciamento entre o pensar, o sentir e o fazer das professoras e suas práticas pedagógicas possam ser transformados em ações e práticas que reverberem na criação de espaços educativos de forma eficaz, prazerosa e lúdica, levando-se em consideração tanto as características das crianças, quanto as mudanças rápidas e profundas que ocorrem nessa faixa etária. Espera-se que as discussões feitas neste trabalho possam contribuir para o entendimento de que investigar o que as educadoras da pequena infância fazem e a forma como justificam o que fazem pode possibilitar a identificação de quais saberes são necessários e quais devem nortear as ações pedagógicas dessas profissionais. / A BSTRACT This research aimed to identify the pedagogic knowledge mobilized / activated by the kindergarten teachers in CMEI (Centro Municipal de Educação Infantil) in the city of Salvador, Bahia, and of these, how the recreational knowledge fits into their teaching. To this was used as reference studies based on the following theoretician: T ardif (200 2 ), Gauthier (2006), Kishimoto ( 1990, 2007.2008), Kramer ( 1984, 2005), Formosinho (2007), Brougère (1998 ), Benjamin (2002 ), Huinziga (200 5 ), Luckesi (2000, 200 4 ) and others who are dedicated to the study of kindergarten’s teacher making, recreation , pedagogic knowledge, recreational knowledge and sensitive knowledge. As to the subject discussed, it was a case study of qualitative approach, and the methodology was: observation, interviews, questionnaires and document analysis. For analysis and data i nterpretation were used the content and document analysis techniques. In an attempt to respond to our problem, we make use of three guiding questions: Can the teachers identify the knowledge by them mobilized when of the development of their teaching pract ice? How to mobilize this knowledge of pedagogic nature? There is space for recreational knowledge in everyday practice considering the CMEI’s context? The research subjects were teachers who work in CMEI - Lily of the Valley, a Municipal School of Salvado r - BA. Among the results, the highlights are: the recreation is present in the pedagogic action of the teachers, but more as a teaching device than as a subject’s interior fullness experience; sensitivity and sensitive listening are present in the pedagog ic actions with slant to supply children’s physical and emotional needs, even when they are done in a merely operational way. These results also indicate a need to seek a training where the gaps and distance between teacher’s thoughts, feelings and actions and their teaching practices can be transformed into actions and practices that reverberate in creating educational spaces in an efficient, joyful and playful way, taking into account both the children’s characteristics and the fast and deep changes that occur in this age group. It is hoped that the discussions made in this study may contribute to the understanding that investigate what early childhood educators do and how they justify what they do might be able to allow the identification of what knowledg e is needed, guiding the pedagogic actions of these professionals

O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar o comportamento dos níveis plasmáticos de grelina, em relação aos fatores de risco cardiometabólico, em uma população multiétnica de eutróficos e de obesos..A grelina é um peptídeo produzido predominantemente pelas células oxínticas gástricas, que desempenha importante papel na homeostase energética, promovendo estímulo do apetite e aumento do peso corporal, além de participar do controle do metabolismo lipídico e glicídico, interagindo diretamente com os fatores de risco cardiometabólico. Este é um estudo transversal. Duzentos indivíduos entre 18 e 60 anos com diferentes graus de índice de massa corporal (IMC) compuseram a amostra, assim dividida: cem eutróficos (IMC < 25 kg/m2) e 100 obesos (IMC &#8805; 30 kg/m2). Todos foram avaliados para parâmetros antropométricos, determinação da pressão arterial (aferida por método oscilométrico através de monitor automático) e variáveis metabólicas (métodos usuais certificados). A grelina acilada foi mensurada pela técnica de sanduíche ELISA; a leptina, pelo método Milliplex MAP. O marcador inflamatório proteína C reativa ultrassensível(PCRUS)foi estimado por nefelometria ultrassensível. A insulina foi determinada por quimioluminescência e o HOMA-IR calculado pelo produto insulinemia (U/ml) X níveis de glicemia de jejum (mmol/L) / 22.5. Foram excluídos do estudo aqueles com história de comorbidades crônicas, doenças inflamatórias agudas, dependência de drogas e em uso de medicação nos dez dias anteriores à entrada no estudo. As concentrações de grelina acilada mostraram tendência de redução ao longo dos graus de adiposidade (P<0,001); a leptina se comportou de maneira oposta (P<0,001). Os níveis de grelina se correlacionaram negativamente com IMC (r = -.36; P<0,001), circunferência da cintura (CC) (r=-.34; P<0,001), relação cintura/quadril (RCQ) (r=-.22; P=0,001), diâmetro abdominal sagital (DAS) (r=-.28; P<0,001), pressão arterial sistólica (PAS) (r=-.21; P=0,001), insulina (r=-.27; P<0,001), HOMA-IR (r=-.24; P=0,001) e PCRUS (r=-.29; P<0,001); e positivamente com o HDL-colesterol (r=.30; P<0,001).A PCRUS acompanhou o grau de resistência insulínica e os níveis de grelina também mostraram tendência de redução ao longo dos tercis de resistência insulínica (P=0,001). Em modelo de regressão linear múltipla as principais associações independentes da grelina acilada foram sexo feminino (P=0,005) e HDL-colesterol (P=0,008), ambos com associação positiva e IMC (P<0,001) (associação negativa). Esses achados apontam para uma associação da grelina acilada com melhor perfil metabólico, já que seus níveis se correlacionaram positivamente com HDL-colesterol e negativamente com indicadores de resistência insulínica e atividade inflamatória. / The aim of this study was to analyze the behaviour of ghrelin levels in relation to cardiometabolic risk factors, in a multiethnic population of lean and obese subjects. Ghrelin is a peptide produced mainly by oxyntic gastric cells. It has an important role in energetic balance, stimulating appetite and weight gain, with a role in lipid and carbohydrate metabolism. It interacts directly with the cardiometabolic risk factors. This is a cross-sectional study. Two hundred individuals between 18 and 60 years with varying degrees of body mass index (BMI) comprised the sample, divided as follows: one hundred eutrophic (BMI < 25 kg/m2), 50 men and 50 women and 100 obese (BMI &#8805; 30 kg/m2), 50 men and 50 women. All were evaluated by anthropometric parameters, blood pressure determination (measured by the oscilometric method using an automatic monitor) and metabolic variables (usual methods certificates). The acylated ghrelin was measured by sandwich ELISA technique; leptin by Milliplex MAP method. The inflammatory marker sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) was estimated by ultrasensitive nephelometry. Insulin was determined by quimioluminescency and HOMA-IR calculated as the product of insulin (U/ml) X fasting glucose levels (mmol/L) / 22.5. Those subjects with a history of chronic comorbidities, acute inflammatory diseases, drug addiction and on medication in the ten days prior to study entry were withdrawn from the study. There was a trend of decreasing acylated ghrelin (P<0,001) and increasing leptin levels (P<0,001), respectively, along increasing degrees of adiposity. Acylated ghrelin levels were negatively correlated with BMI (r = -.36; P<0,001), waist circumference (r=-.34; P<0,001), waist-to-hip ratio (r=-.22; P=0,001), sagittal abdominal diameter (r=-.28; P<0,001) , systolic blood pressure (r=-.21; P=0,001) , insulin (r=-.27; P<0,001), HOMA-IR (-.24; P=0,001) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) (r=-.29; P<0,001); the correlation of acylated ghrelin with HDL-cholesterol was positive (r=.30; P<0,001).The hsCRP followed insulin resistance degree and acyated ghrelin levels also showed decreasing linear trend along increasing HOMA-IR tertiles (P=0,001). In a linear multiple regression model the independent positive correlates of ghrelin were female sex (P=0,005) and HDL-cholesterol (P=0,008), while BMI associated negatively and independently with ghrelin levels (P<0,001). These findings suggest an association of ghrelin with a better metabolic profile, since its levels were positively correlated with HDL-cholesterol and negatively associated with insulin resistance and inflammatory activity indicators.

Inscrit dans le champ des ambiances architecturales et urbaines, cette thèse interroge la constitution de l'expérience sensible dans les cheminements urbains à partir d'une méthode de parcours commenté « en aveugle ». Une enquête a été menée à Grenoble auprès de 34 personnes constituées en deux groupes d'âge, leur faisant parcourir, les yeux bandés, un espace de la ville où ils n'étaient jamais allés. À partir d'analyses détaillées des commentaires recueillis lors des parcours, nous montrons comment s'opère la mobilisation des sens dans la marche. En effet, des sens aux contextes de sens en passant par les objets d'expérience, nous explorons différentes perspectives pour rendre intelligible l'expérience sensible. Une réflexion particulière est alors menée sur l'impact du protocole d'enquête et la relation chercheur/participant en intégrant pleinement ces derniers aux analyses et à l'objet de recherche. Nous proposons enfin de nous saisir de la notion de « surgissement » pour révéler les aspects dynamiques de l'expérience sensible des espaces publics et cherchons à faire de cette notion un levier de discussion théorique ainsi qu'un outil de définition dans l'aménagement des espaces publics urbains, tant du point de vue physique et spatial que dans le cadre d'une politique du sensible confrontée à la standardisation ou à des effets de normalisation. S'appuyant sur des approches phénoménologiques et pragmatistes et soucieux des effets des modalités d'aménagement contemporain, ce travail contribue ainsi à la problématique des ambiances urbaines. / From the field of urban and architectural ambiances, this thesis focuses on the constitution of sensitive experience in the context of walking in the city from a method of commented walks without eyesight. We have conducted an inquiry in Grenoble (a french city) with 34 people belonging to two age groups. These people made a sensewalk blindfolded in the same place unknown to them. We show how senses are implicated in walking from specific analyses. Indeed, from senses to meaningful context through object of experience, we adopt different ways in order to understand sensitive experience. A methodological reflection relies both on the impact of survey protocol and on the relationship between researcher and the interviewed people. We suggest to consider the notion of « sudden appearance » in order to reveal dynamic caracteristics of sensitive experience in public spaces. In addition, a theoritical discussion emerges from this notion and we assume that « sudden appearance » could be a way of thinking in urban planning. Facing the standardization and normalization of public spaces, « sudden appearance » is a way to resist and to be politically engaged. Based on phenomenological and pragmatical approaches and being concerned with urban planning, our work contributes to the investigation of urban ambiances.

The data shared can be sensitive, revealing private content that deserves protection in sharing, for example financial personal information. In many computing services a lot of sensitive data does not have any mechanism that guarantees the owner s privacy. This work shows a mechanism that guarantees the privacy of the person who has the data accessed, the data owner, and the privacy of the person who accesses the data. It was developed a cloud monitoring mechanism for data whose access needs to be monitored with intrusion detection scenario available for the data owner. The propose feasibility was evaluated by response time test of a monitored page access, server overload and the server resource consumption through the prism of an application using the mechanism. Such mechanism has been a viable solution due to its minimal impact in computational resources and a solution that assists in sensitive data access monitoring. / A garantia de privacidade de um dado de uma pessoa é entendida como a capacidade desta pessoa gerenciar, armazenar, alterar, restringir ou divulgar para um grupo de indivíduos de sua escolha. O dado compartilhado pode ser sensível revelando algo de teor privado que merece uma proteção no seu compartilhamento, por exemplo a informação financeira pessoal. Nos diversos serviços de computação há muitos dados sensíveis sem qualquer mecanismo que garanta a privacidade de seus proprietários. Este trabalho apresenta um mecanismo que garante a privacidade da pessoa que tem os dados acessados, o proprietário do dado, e da pessoa que acessa o dado. Foi desenvolvido um mecanismo em nuvem de monitoramento a dados que precisam ter o acesso monitorado com cenários de detecção de intrusão disponível para o proprietário do dado. A viabilidade da proposta foi avaliada por testes de tempo de resposta do acesso à página monitorada, sobrecarga do servidor e consumo de recursos do servidor sob o prisma de uma aplicação usando o mecanismo. Tal mecanismo apresenta ser uma solução viável por ter um impacto mínimo nos recursos computacionais e uma solução que auxilia no monitoramento de acesso a dados sensíveis.

That event which is expressed in bodies and images from devices and cinematographic apparatuses used and, mainly, from the sensitive listening of the filmmaker, who prefers to impose a spontaneous, direct and intimate dialogue. What matters in that style is a represented truth, a ephemeral truth that is in the meeting between filmmaker and character, storied from the Eduardo Coutinho s interventions on the characters speech. Is visualized, therefore, how the respondents present the poetic universes and the fable in expressions and gestures, in a discourse of the body represented. Thus, the objective of this work is to analyze how the sensitive listening of the director drives the performance in Jogo de Cena (2007) and how the respondents participating in the creative construction process proposed by the filmmaker in question. / Desde Santo Forte (1999), os filmes de Eduardo Coutinho apresentam um ponto em comum: a ideia de promover, através do encontro entre diretor e personagem, um acontecimento fílmico. Evento esse que se exprime nos corpos e nas imagens a partir dos dispositivos e aparatos cinematográficos utilizados e, sobretudo, da escuta sensível do cineasta, que prefere impor um diálogo espontâneo, direto e íntimo. O que importa nesse estilo é uma verdade performatizada, uma verdade efêmera que se faz no encontro entre cineasta e personagem, fabulada a partir das intervenções de Eduardo Coutinho sobre a fala dos personagens. Percebe-se, portanto, de que forma os entrevistados apresentam os universos poéticos e a fábula presente em expressões e gestos, num discurso do corpo encenado. Deste modo, o objetivo deste trabalho é analisar como a escuta sensível do diretor aciona a performance em Jogo de Cena (2007) e como as entrevistadas participam do processo de construção criativa proposto pelo documentarista em questão.

The argumentation highlights the sensitive dimension present in these itineraries, as a possibility to operate the emergency of knowing inscribed in the body, bringing a kind of rationality that links the fragments, that allows the knowing to break through the barriers of disciplinary isolation, that abandons the certainties and goes through the ways of creation and that gives the body new space and time, featuring epistemological elements, ethical and esthetical, that can permit a sensitive education. All along the way, we comprehend by sensitive education, a education that considers the relinking of logical, analogical, symbolic and artistic knowledge and therefore reconsiders the own act of knowing as a continuous and inconcluded process. That sensitive education is also understood as retaking the body experience, its sensitive nature, as well as being meaningful to reading the world. It includes the body memory, its history and creativity, opening it to innovation, change, sense amplification and dialogue with other bodies and world, because it is within them. It is about an investigation of phenomenologic nature, that dialogues philosophy and art, pointing breakdowns of this reflection foe the body and education studies. We find it necessary to notice the body language, that allows one to think through movements, articulate a thought that is risen from articulations, guts and all the body. This incarnated reason starts the expressive body action, that makes us move to mean, communicate, inaugurate senses. Among these senses, we present a possibility of approach of the elements of But? dance teaching and physical education, as ways of sensitive education showings of body poetry / A tese apresenta a po?tica do corpo e sua inscri??o no mito e na dan?a but?. All were evaluated by anthropometric parameters, blood pressure determination (measured by the oscilometric method using an automatic monitor) and metabolic variables (usual methods certificates). The acylated ghrelin was measured by sandwich ELISA technique; leptin by Milliplex MAP method. The inflammatory marker sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) was estimated by ultrasensitive nephelometry. Insulin was determined by quimioluminescency and HOMA-IR calculated as the product of insulin (U/ml) X fasting glucose levels (mmol/L) / 22.5. Those subjects with a history of chronic comorbidities, acute inflammatory diseases, drug addiction and on medication in the ten days prior to study entry were withdrawn from the study. There was a trend of decreasing acylated ghrelin (P<0,001) and increasing leptin levels (P<0,001), respectively, along increasing degrees of adiposity. Acylated ghrelin levels were negatively correlated with BMI (r = -.36; P<0,001), waist circumference (r=-.34; P<0,001), waist-to-hip ratio (r=-.22; P=0,001), sagittal abdominal diameter (r=-.28; P<0,001) , systolic blood pressure (r=-.21; P=0,001) , insulin (r=-.27; P<0,001), HOMA-IR (-.24; P=0,001) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) (r=-.29; P<0,001); the correlation of acylated ghrelin with HDL-cholesterol was positive (r=.30; P<0,001).The hsCRP followed insulin resistance degree and acyated ghrelin levels also showed decreasing linear trend along increasing HOMA-IR tertiles (P=0,001). In a linear multiple regression model the independent positive correlates of ghrelin were female sex (P=0,005) and HDL-cholesterol (P=0,008), while BMI associated negatively and independently with ghrelin levels (P<0,001). These findings suggest an association of ghrelin with a better metabolic profile, since its levels were positively correlated with HDL-cholesterol and negatively associated with insulin resistance and inflammatory activity indicators.

Esta dissertação foca um processo de criação de imagens fotográficas a partir de manipulações químicas feitas sobre superfícies fotossensíveis, diretamente sobre o papel ou negativo, sem utilizar para isso o aparato tecnológico – a câmera. A partir dessa abordagem, a dissertação analisa os limites daquilo que conhecemos como fotografia. A pesquisa convergiu para a investigação das possibilidades fotográficas inerentes às superfícies sensíveis e fotossensíveis, às soluções fotoquímicas e para o cruzamento dessas possibilidades fotográficas com outras linguagens artísticas. O trabalho confrontou a fotografia com suas especificidades e buscou desvendar os domínios da fotograficidade, que se configurou como um lugar apropriado para vasculhar as certezas e incertezas do que é a fotografia. As reflexões teóricas foram instituídas pelo trabalho plástico. / This dissertation aims at a photographic images creation process from chemistry manipulations made over light sensitive surfaces, directly on the paper or negative, without the camera. From this point of view the dissertation analyses the limits of which we know as photograph. The research converged to an investigation of the inherent photographic possibilities to sensitive and light sensitive surfaces, to photochemical solutions and to an approaching of these photographic possibilities to other kinds of artistic languages. The creation process faced photograph and its unique features and, by dealing with them, tried to reveal the photographs unique characteristics, which showed a specific place to search the certainties and uncertainties of what photography is. The theoretic reflections were established by the artistic work.

Pragmatic Encroachment and Epistemic Value”. Some philosopherswho defend pragmatic encroachment” and sensitive invariantism” argue thatchanges in the importance of being right and signiicant increases of the costsof error in given contexts can alter the standards of knowledge. If this view werecorrect, it could explain to some extent the practical value of knowledge. Thispaper argues that the pragmatic encroachment thesis is wrong. It discusses threepossible sources of encroachment on epistemic notions: on belief, on justiication,and on knowledge, and rejects the idea that the epistemic standards change withpractical stakes. Pragmatic factors can be relevant to the formation of belief andto the context of inquiry, although they are not relevant to epistemic evaluation.Epistemic value cannot depend upon such factors. / Algunos filósofos que defienden la intrusión pragmática y el invariantismo sensible sostienen que, en ciertos contextos, los cambios en la importancia de estar en lo cierto y los aumentos significativos de los costos del error pueden alterar los estándares del conocimiento. Si esta postura fuese correcta, podría explicar, hasta cierto punto, el valor práctico del conocimiento. El presente artículo sostiene que la tesis de la intrusión pragmática es incorrecta. Discute tres fuentes posibles de intrusión en nociones epistémicas: en la creencia, en la justificación y en el conocimiento, y rechaza la idea de que los estándares epistémicos cambian según lo que se ponga en juego a nivel práctico. Los factores pragmáticos pueden ser relevantes para la formación de creencias y para el contexto de indagación, pese a que no son relevantes para la evaluación epistémica. El valor epistémico no puede depender de tales factores.
