This return is due to the fact that new science, seeking its place among the other, stay away from their original object in order to adapt the methods of positive science, which eventually led to the objectivism behavior. Also due to the fact that the philosophy does not leave the task of understanding the subjectivity, especially the phenomenological tradition. Moreover, it is justified to see that the psychology, developed in the clinic, does not leave the understanding of subjectivity, since it considers as a fundamental element of the human relationship with the world. To resume the dialogue between philosophy and psychology, seeks to bring to psychology the opportunity to understand what had been its original object. To achieve this dialogue, we chose to use the work of the philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre and the psychotherapist Carl R. Rogers, with the objective of pointing between the two thinkers and distances the approximations in the treatment of the concepts of subjectivity, freedom and existence. In making the works of Sartre, it was found that the subjectivity and spirit has the freedom, which is the annihilation through which you can open a crack in its interior, including the not in his being, enabling it to support itself from the choices you make to your life. Therefore, Sartre points to the indeterminacy that is the relation of subjectivity to their being and the world, since "the existence precedes essence." In Rogers, it was found that subjectivity is fundamental to achieving the organic trend, as is the freedom that allows you to choose various ways to meet their needs and thus realize all possible organic. / Esse trabalho retoma o diálogo do século XIX entre filosofia e psicologia, quando esta última pretendeu alcançar estatuto de cientificidade e definiu seu objeto de estudo, a subjetividade. Tal retorno se deve ao fato dessa nova ciência, buscando seu lugar dentre as outras, se afastar de seu objeto inicial a fim de se adequar aos métodos das ciências positivas, que acabou conduzindo-a ao objetivismo comportamentalista. Também se deve ao fato de que a filosofia não abandonou a tarefa de compreender a subjetividade, sobretudo a tradição fenomenológica. Além disso, se justifica por verificar que a psicologia, desenvolvida na clínica, não abandona a compreensão da subjetividade, uma vez que a considera como elemento fundamental da relação do ser humano com o mundo. Ao retomar o diálogo entre filosofia e psicologia, pretende-se trazer para a psicologia a possibilidade de compreender aquilo que tinha sido seu objeto inicial. Para realizar esse diálogo, optou-se por utilizar os trabalhos desenvolvidos pelo filósofo Jean-Paul Sartre e pelo psicoterapeuta Carl R. Rogers, com o objetivo de apontar entre esses dois pensadores as aproximações e distanciamentos no tratamento dos conceitos de subjetividade, liberdade e existência. Ao tomar os trabalhos de Sartre, verificou-se que a subjetividade possui como essência a liberdade, que consiste na nadificação por meio da qual pode abrir uma fissura em seu interior, inserindo o nada em seu ser, possibilitando fundamentar-se a si mesma a partir das escolhas que realiza em sua existência. Com isso, Sartre assinala a indeterminação que consiste a relação da subjetividade com seu ser e com o mundo, uma vez que “a existência precede a essência”. Em Rogers, verificou-se que a subjetividade é fundamental para a tendência orgânica à realização, uma vez que a liberdade que a constitui permite escolher diversos maneiras de satisfazer suas necessidades e assim realizar todas as possibilidades organísmicas.

We are not dealing with a temporary situation. The unemployment is nowadays structural and its basis is linked to the position of the person in the society and the way of his/her insertion in the social network. Analysing the loss of work and the consequences for the person, mainly the suffering and imbalance caused by this changing, is one of the main points of this study. From the point of view of the psychoanalysis, this means understanding the way work and employment face the subjectivity, acording to the social network, embracing definitions such as identifications, narcissism, abandonment, concept of ego, false insignia, among others. During my research, I realised that many of the consequences of the the rupture of the employment is due to how the relations, in the contemporary capitalism, are built between the people and the organization where they work, echoing relevantly in the position they ocupy in the social network The person, in the organization, is inserted in a conflitous relationship, in which illusions of protection, love and power, desappear by the time the relation is ceased. The rupture of this relationship, with the dismission, leads to feeling of abandonment, rejection, guilty and impotence, highlighting the fear and anguish of the future, destroying the ilusions of the protection and aims for their life / O desemprego é uma das conseqüências mais perversas nesse cenário de constantes mudanças no mundo do trabalho. Não estamos mais lidando com um problema que se apresenta de forma passageira. O desemprego hoje é estrutural e sua problemática está atrelada à questão do lugar que o sujeito ocupa na sociedade e à forma de sua inserção no laço social. Investigar a perda do emprego e as conseqüências para o sujeito, alertando para o sofrimento e a desestrutura causada pela ruptura, é um dos pontos principais desta pesquisa. Do ponto de vista da psicanálise, isso implica compreender o modo pelo qual trabalho e emprego se articulam com a subjetividade, em função dos laços sociais, implicando conceitos como identificações, narcisismo, desamparo, ideal de ego, insígnias fálicas, entre outros. Durante o meu percurso, percebi que muitos dos desencadeamentos, proporcionados pela ruptura do emprego, devem-se às relações que, no capitalismo contemporâneo, se estabelecem entre os sujeitos e a organização em que trabalham, com repercussões relevantes para o modo como eles se posicionam no laço social. O sujeito, na organização, está implicado numa relação conflituosa, onde ilusões de proteção, amor e poder se desfazem no momento em que a relação é rompida. O rompimento desta relação com a demissão faz com que surjam sentimentos de desamparo, rejeição, culpa e impotência, evidenciando o medo e a angústia do futuro, destruindo as ilusões de proteção e os propósitos de vida

Analyzing the courses offered by the French philosopher in the early 80s, Du gouvernement des vivants; Mal faire, dire vrai; Subjectivité et vérité presents here the subjective process found in confession mechanisms and self-examination in primitive Christianity. The disciplinary procedures of discursive production, according to what we try to show here, are a verbalization of their own interiority, fundamental to the formation of the subject of desire. More than that, to establish the relationship between the sexual morality from the early centuries of our era and the emergence of Christian flesh. The aim is also to point out how the meat became verb and at the same time, the set of disciplinary and institutional practices, showing how it relates to the theme of the pastorate and power, from the perspective of moral displacement from ethics to desire. In this sense, it is expected to corroborate Foucault studies from the perspective of a critical history of thought, based on sexuality and its relationship to the truth / A presente tese aborda a confissão cristã e sua relação com a constituição da sexualidade, a partir da abordagem de Michel Foucault. Analisando os cursos ministrados pelo filósofo francês no início dos anos 80, Du gouvernement des vivants, Mal faire, dire vrai, Subjectivité et vérité, apresenta-se aqui o processo de subjetivação encontrado nos mecanismos de confissão e de exame de consciência no cristianismo primitivo. Os procedimentos disciplinares de produção discursiva, segundo o que se tenta mostrar aqui, constituem uma verbalização da própria interioridade, fundamentais para a formação do sujeito de desejo. Mais do que isso, estabelecer as relações entre a moral sexual dos primeiros séculos de nossa era e o surgimento da carne cristã. Apontar como a carne se fez verbo e, ao mesmo tempo, no conjunto das práticas disciplinares e institucionais, mostrar como ela se relaciona com o tema do pastorado e do poder, na perspectiva do deslocamento moral da ética ao desejo. Nesse sentido, espera-se corroborar aos estudos foucaultianos na perspectiva de uma história crítica do pensamento, tomando por base a sexualidade e sua relação com a verdade

Every age produces a type of body that synthesizes the beauty ideals and values of a society. Recognizing that the supporters of such practices have a body of divergent patterns found in Western society, we tried to reflect not only on the effects of these practices in these individuals, but also about their consequences in society. Sought to identify also the main spreaders of such vehicles as they practice and the socialization of these individuals. For this purpose, presented the main theories about the cultural and symbolic body, identity and subjectivity in the news, as well as a historical background of the rise of the movement of body modification and its specificities. Besides, presented the main aspects on ethnographic research with supporters of these practices in Goiânia. Based on the premise presented by Ortega (2008), that contemporary identities are represented in the body, this movement is valued by the author as a new form of subjectivity and identity, which seeks to find herself in their body image and in its trappings, finding in radical media (DOWNING, 2001) its main propagator. / O presente trabalho procurou investigar, à luz da concepção das identidades somáticas (ORTEGA, 2008), a constituição da subjetividade dos adeptos das práticas de modificação corporal extrema, tais como: tatuagem, piercing, escarificação, suspensão corporal, entre outras, concernentes ao movimento da Body Modification. Cada época produz um tipo de corpo que sintetiza os ideais de beleza e valores de uma sociedade. Reconhecendo que os adeptos de tais práticas possuem um corpo divergente dos padrões presentes na sociedade ocidental, procurou-se refletir não apenas sobre os efeitos destas práticas nestes indivíduos, mas também a respeito de suas consequências na vida em sociedade. Procurou-se identificar, também, os principais veículos disseminadores de tais práticas e como acontece a socialização destes indivíduos. Para tanto, apresentou-se as principais teorias sobre o corpo cultural e simbólico, a identidade e a subjetividade na atualidade, bem como uma contextualização histórica do surgimento do movimento da body modification e suas especificidades. Além disso, foram apresentados os principais aspectos encontrados na pesquisa etnográfica com os adeptos destas práticas em Goiânia. Tendo por base a premissa apresentada por Ortega (2008), de que as identidades contemporâneas são representadas no corpo, este movimento é valorizado pela autora como uma nova forma de subjetivação e identidade, que busca encontrar-se a si mesma na sua imagem corporal e nos seus adornos, encontrando nas mídias radicais (DOWNING, 2001) sua principal propagadora.
