Isto est? associado a avalia??es das atividades antioxidante e hepatoprotetora j? realizado em estudos pr?vios do grupo de pesquisa usando o extrato bruto do Spondias mombin?S. tuberosa e Turnera ulmifolia Linn. var. elegans, que indicaram um efeito terap?utico positivo, al?m da da import?ncia de uma avalia??o toxicol?gica, outras atividades farmacol?gicas e a elucida??o dos compostos majorit?rios presentes nos extratos brutos e fra??es de Licania tomentosa Benth. Fritsch, C. impressa Prance, L. rigida Benth., S. mombim?S. tuberosa e T. ulmifolia Linn. var. elegans. Assim, os extratos das folhas e suas fra??es referentes ?s esp?cies supracitadas foram caracterizados quanto a composi??o qu?mica, atividades farmacol?gicas atrav?s de ensaios in vitro e ex vivo, al?m da avalia??o in vivo de sua toxicidade. A composi??o qu?mica dos extratos brutos e suas fra??es foram avaliadas por um m?todo cromatogr?fico validado e por t?cnicas espectrofotom?tricas, que possibilitam a identifica??o e/ou caracteriza??o de compostos majorit?rios. Esta an?lise indicou que os extratos e suas fra??es s?o uma fonte de compostos fen?licos, principalmente flavon?is e seus glicos?deos, tais como flavon?is-3-O-glicosilados. Em rela??o ? atividade antioxidante, apenas o extrato metan?lico das folhas de S. mombim?S. tuberosa e a FRF apresentaram uma acentuada capacidade de sequestro do radical livre DPPH?, enquanto que FRP foi ?nico capaz de proteger a integridade celular dos eritr?citos ao prevenir a hem?lise, inibindo a lipoperoxida??o l?pica e mantendo os n?veis de GSH. Os outros extratos induziram hem?lise. Este efeito antioxidante est? associado ? composi??o qu?mica presente em todos os extratos e fra??es. A avalia??o da atividade antimicrobiana s? apresentou um moderado efeito bactericida com o extrato de S. mombim?S. tuberosa e a FRF. A avalia??o toxicologica de todos os extratos em modelo murino, utilizando-se a dose ?nica do extrato na concentra??o de 2000 mg/kg, n?o mostrou qualquer efeito t?xico. Portanto, os resultados aqui descritos promovem um conhecimento cient?fico complementar, viabilizando o uso das folhas dessas esp?cies vegetais como recurso terap?utico, permitir o aproveitamento racional das mesmas, e um controle do extrativismo indiscriminado devido a usos medicinais n?o validados cientificamente, c? no Nordeste do Brasil e no mundo. / This study combines one ethnopharmacological approach within the traditional use of species such as screening, in association with phylogenetic aspects, considering the scientific evidences regarding the chemical composition and pharmacological activities in other species within the same genus. This is associated with assessments of antioxidant and hepatoprotective activities already performed in previous studies from the research group using the crude extract of Spondias mombim?S. tuberosa and Turnera ulmifolia Linn. var. elegans, which indicated a positive therapeutic effect, as well as the importance of a toxicological evaluation, other pharmacological activities and the elucidation of the major compounds present in crude extracts and fractions of Licania tomentosa Benth. Fritsch, C. impressa Prance, L. rigida Benth., S. mombim?S. tuberosa and Turnera ulmifolia Linn. var. elegans. Thus, leaf extracts and their fractions relating to the above mentioned species were characterized for chemical composition, pharmacological activities by in vitro and ex vivo assays, as well as the in vivo evaluation of toxicity. The chemical composition of crude extracts and fractions were evaluated by a validated chromatographic procedure and spectrometric techniques, which enabled the identification and/or characterization of compound majority. This analysis pointed that extracts and their fractions are a source of phenolic compounds, especially flavonoids and their glycosides such as flavonls-3-O-glicosilates. In the leaf extract of S. mombim?S. tuberosa and its rich in flavonoids fraction, called FRF, was isolated and characterized rutin as major compound of this species. Regarding the antioxidant activity, only the methanol S. mombim?S. tuberosa leaf extract and its FRF showed a marked DPPH free radical scavenging capacity, while FRP was only one able to protect the erythrocyte integrity by preventing its hemolysis by inhibiting lipid lipoperoxidation and maintaining the GSH levels. The other extracts induced hemolysis. This antioxidant effect is associated to chemical composition in all extracts and fractions. The antimicrobial activity assessment showed just a moderate bactericidal effect in the presence of the S. mombim?S. tuberosa extract and its FRP. The toxicological assessment of all extracts in a murine model, using a single dose of the extract at a concentration of 2000 mg / kg, showed no toxic effect. Therefore, the results described herein promote a complementary scientific knowledge, enabling the use of these plant species leaves as a therapeutic resource, allowing the rational use of the same, and control the indiscriminate extraction due to medical uses no scientifically validated, here in Northeastern Brazil and worldwide.

Considerando a situa??o da necessidade global por medicamentos para uso em pediatria e especificamente por este tipo de produto para o tratamento da tuberculose, cuja associa??o de ativos representa um grande desafio, esse trabalho teve como objetivo o desenvolvimento de formula??es orais contendo rifampicina, isoniazida e pirazinamida em dose fixa combinada para uso em pediatria. Iniciouse com a caracteriza??o f?sico-qu?mica dos insumos ativos (identifica??o por IV, UV e CLAE, determina??o do teor por CLAE e UV, densidade aparente e ?ngulo de repouso). Em seguida foi realizada a avalia??o da compatibilidade t?rmica dos insumos ativos com diferentes excipientes (DSC e TG); o desenvolvimento de ve?culo voltado para o emprego como carreador de f?rmacos para uso oral em pediatria com o m?nimo de componentes, em baixas concentra??es, selecionando-os dentre os insumos considerados seguros para crian?as (avaliando viscosidade, pH, palatabilidade, estabilidade f?sica e microbiol?gica). Foi desenvolvida e validada metodologia anal?tica espectrofotom?trica para uso no doseamento e perfil de dissolu??o concomitante dos tr?s f?rmacos nos produtos desenvolvidos, al?m de estudos de pr?-formula??o atrav?s da densidade aparente e ?ngulo de repouso dos f?rmacos isolados e das suas misturas com aerosil, granula??o com diferentes pol?meros e seu efeito na libera??o da rifampicina, estabilidade da rifampicina em fun??o do pH, revestimento e microencapsula??o da rifampicina com quitosana, at? finalmente o desenvolvimento das formula??es s?lidas orais sob a forma de p? para reconstitui??o e comprimido dispers?vel contendo dose fixa combinada dos f?rmacos supra-citados. Foram avaliados a viscosidade, pH, teor dos f?rmacos e estabilidade das prepara??es reconstitu?das, bem como peso m?dio, dureza, tempo de desintegra??o, perfil de dissolu??o e friabilidade dos comprimidos. O m?todo de Ozawa foi empregado em estudos cin?ticos de DSC para estimar o fator de frequ?ncia, a energia de ativa??o e a ordem das rea??es que levam ? degrada??o das formas farmac?uticas s?lidas. As duas formas farmac?uticas s?lidas quando dispersas em ?gua, resultaram em suspens?o pseudo-pl?stica f?cil de ser manuseada, medida e administrada, e que podem ser utilizadas por at? 12 horas ap?s a reconstitui??o. / The availability of pediatric formulation for treating tuberculosis is a reality for the countries of Asia and Africa, but not in other countries that have considerable incidence of this disease. Considering the situation of the global need for medicines for pediatric use and specifically for this type of product for the treatment of tuberculosis, whose drugs association represents a major challenge, this study aimed to develop oral formulations containing rifampicin, isoniazid and pyrazinamide in fixed-dose combination for pediatric use. It began with the physico-chemical characterization of active ingredients (identification by IR, UV and HPLC, determination of content by HPLC and UV, bulk density and angle of repose). It then carried the evaluation of thermal compatibility of active ingredients with different excipients (DSC and TG); the vehicle development for use as a carrier of oral drugs in children with minimal components, at low concentrations, selecting them from the inputs considered safe for children (evaluating viscosity, pH, palatability, physical and microbiological stability). It was developed and validated spectrophotometric analytical methodology for use in the assay and dissolution profile of three drugs in the developed products, in addition to pre-formulation studies by apparent density and angle of repose of the individual drugs and their mixtures with aerosil, granulation with different polymers and their effect on the release of rifampicin, rifampicin stability in function of pH, coating and microencapsulation of rifampicin with chitosan, and finally the development of solid oral formulations in the form of powder for reconstitution and dispersible tablet containing a fixed-dose combination of rifampicin, isoniazid and pyrazinamide. We evaluated the viscosity, pH, content of drug and stability of the reconstituted preparations, as well as average weight, hardness, disintegration time, dissolution profile and friability of the tablets. The Ozawa method was used for DSC studies kinetic to estimate the frequency factor, the activation energy and the order of reactions that lead to degradation of solid dosage forms. The two solid dosage forms when dispersed in water, resulting in pseudo-plastic suspension easy to be handled, measured and administered, and can be used for up to 12 hours after reconstitution.

Prop?e-se a implementa??o de um Programa de Forma??o e Atualiza??o Pedag?gica de Docentes, como pol?tica interna de forma??o continuada em servi?o, visando contribuir para fortalecer a identidade docente e o novo perfil dos Institutos Federais. / This study deals with teachers? training and the didactical-pedagogical work of bachelor teachers in the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN). By bachelor teachers here it is meant graduates or post-graduates in specific areas, who take teaching duties without teachers? training and with no experience in teaching. With Law n. 11,892 from 2008, the Federal Institutes took on a new institutional framework and they expanded their social function as multi-curricular and multi-campus institutions for basic, vocational, and higher education and as members of the Federal Network for Vocational and Technological Education (EPT). This new context requires teachers to teach different types of courses at different levels. It is questioned, therefore: to what extent does the specific training of bachelor teachers respond to the knowledge needed for their teaching duties? What are the teachers? training needs for bachelor teachers? How does the lack of teacher training imply teaching practices? How does teaching receive special regulation on the EPT? Its objective is to analyze how bachelor teachers view the professional dimension of teaching and the interfaces between their specific training and their teaching practice. It is based on studies by Freire (1996); Machado (2008); Frigotto, Ciavatta and Ramos (2005); N?voa (2009); Flowers and Viana (2007); Day (2001; 2007); Ramalho and Nu?ez (2014); Tardif (2002); Garcia (1999, 2009); Pacheco and Morgado (2002); Star and Caetano (2012); Esteves (2014); Shulman (2005); Pinar (2006); Oliveira (2014); Moreira (2008); Fullan and Hargreaves (2001), among others. It starts with the premise that teacher training requires knowledge inherent to teaching as a profession. These skills, experiences and knowledge are involved in the construction of teachers? identity and in their professional development. This is a case study in the IFRN, carried out through a qualitative and quantitative research approach. Teachers and managers acted as informants committed to reflection and the search for alternatives to the addressed problem. It used document analysis, inquiries, interviews and focus groups. The study reveals that teachers and managers have very heterogeneous academic training and high level titles, a typical university teaching profile. Most recognize the need for teachers? training to better understanding, mastery and expertise in the teaching activities. It is revealed, however, a certain exceptionality in regard to a breach of law, which we think corresponds to the transition in changing the profile of the institution. This may be a possible understanding retrieved from the reading of regulatory frameworks (laws, opinions and resolutions) which underpin the teaching in the Federal Institutes. It proposes to implement a Teachers? Training and Updating as domestic policy for continuous in-service training in order to contribute to strengthen teacher?s identity and the new profile of the Federal Institutes.

With the strong and rapid advancement of technology, new ways of conducting social and business relationships are emerging. In state-owned area appears the electronic government, a kind of management that joins public administration with Information and Communication Technology, ICT. In this field, ICT enables three new modalities of communication between the society and government without mediators: e-participation, a virtual environment that allows people to opine on the state goals; transparency, which reveals to citizens what happens within the governments; and accountability, supported by ICT, which requires governments agents to account for its management. In order to better understand these three events it would be necessary to study a case with this focus. The chosen was the Digital Cabinet program, an initiative of Rio Grande do Sul?s state government, from 2011 to 2014, focused on these three expressions of e-government. The Theory of Communicative Action, TCA, has been chosen to interpret the phenomenon, due to its critical analysis of communicative and social action. From this combination of matters arose the research question: how do electronic participation, transparency and accountability express under the foundations of the Theory of Communicative Action in the Digital Cabinet? The qualitative research was found to be the best way to answer the question's challenge.The gathering of research information was enabled through semi-structured interviews addressed to four segments: politicians, large press corporations journalists and alternative media, interested in the program and team members of Digital Cabinet. In documentary research all the news published by the program were analyzed and categorized. The results showed when e-participation, transparency and accountability, as well as other events, expressed actions directed to understanding (communicative) or to success (strategic). Based on these findings the study suggests, for programs with similar characteristics and objectives of the Digital Cabinet, the most appropriate directions to follow and possible corrections routs or ones to avoid, in order to establish a relationship between the state and society based on the understanding, truth, sincerity and legitimized by values that represent the social environment. / A democracia representativa, modelo de governo que predomina atualmente no mundo ocidental, vem apresentando sinais de desgaste e demandando novas solu??es. Com o forte e r?pido avan?o da tecnologia, emergem novas formas de condu??o das rela??es sociais e comerciais. Na ?rea estatal surge o governo eletr?nico, forma de gest?o que une a administra??o p?blica ? Tecnologia da Informa??o e Informa??o (TIC). Nesse campo, a TIC viabiliza tr?s novas modalidades de comunica??o entre a sociedade e o ente estatal, sem intermedi?rios: participa??o eletr?nica, meio virtual que permite ao cidad?o opinar nos destinos do estado; transpar?ncia, que desvenda ao tecido social o que ocorre nos governos; e accountability, que, apoiada pela transpar?ncia eletr?nica, determina que os governos, por meio de seus agentes, prestem contas por sua gest?o. De forma a entender melhor essas tr?s manifesta??es seria necess?rio estudar um caso com esse foco. O escolhido foi o programa Gabinete Digital, iniciativa do governo estadual ga?cho, de 2011 a 2014, fundada nessas tr?s modalidades de e-government. A Teoria da A??o Comunicativa, por seu car?ter cr?tico e de an?lise da a??o social comunicativa, resultou como lente de interpreta??o. Dessa combina??o surgiu a pergunta de pesquisa: de que forma a participa??o eletr?nica, a transpar?ncia e a accountability se manifestam, sob os fundamentos da Teoria da A??o Comunicativa, no Gabinete Digital? De modo a atender o desafio da quest?o, a pesquisa qualificativa mostrou ser o melhor caminho.O levantamento das informa??es ocorreu por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas dirigidas a quatro segmentos: pol?ticos, grande m?dia e m?dia alternativa, interessados no programa e membros da equipe. Em termos documentais, foram analisadas e categorizadas todas as not?cias publicadas pelo programa. Os resultados apurados demonstraram em quais momentos participa??o eletr?nica, transpar?ncia e accountability, bem como outras express?es, se manifestavam como a??es voltadas para o entendimento (comunicativas) ou para o ?xito (estrat?gicas). Com base nessas constata??es, o estudo sugere, para programas com caracter?sticas e objetivos semelhantes aos do Gabinete Digital, a dire??o mais adequada a seguir, eventuais corre??es de rota e caminhos a evitar, de forma a estabelecer um relacionamento entre estado e sociedade baseado no entendimento, verdade e sinceridade e legitimado por valores que representem o meio social.

Patent concession, technology transfer and secrecy are characterized as instruments of power and are analyzed in terms of the role they play in the Brazilian innovation system. At the present time, the growing economic importance associated with information and knowledge basically attached to the innovation technology by concepts given by Science Information framework is widely acknowledged by those who have power over their production and use, and, consequently, determine which social segments are to have access to innovation. National security and defense-related issues are equally relevant when deciding what must be protected or disseminated. The absorption or dissemination of relevant scientific information and innovation technology may be studied from the standpoint of political and economic alternatives related to the faculty of denying access to knowledge foundations. The methodology applied was based on an analysis of the instruments of power legal support and the ways of denial of acess given by the bibliographic survey. It might conclude that the legal adjustment of these instruments aimed at the intermediation of technology and technology learning and protection is necessary. / O presente estudo trata da prote??o e da dissemina??o da inova??o tecnol?gica com base na concess?o de patentes, na transfer?ncia de tecnologia e no segredo como instrumentos de poder para, em seguida, analis?-los ? luz de seu papel nos sistemas de inova??o, no caso brasileiro. Therefore, phytotherapy has presented great potential for economic and social development, considering not only Brazilian plant diversity, as well as medicinal plants has closely been associated to popular culture. In the last 25 years, 77.8% of the anti-cancer agents tested becoming unquestionable their contribution to new drugs development (Nogueira et al, 2010). On the other hand, the University has been responsible for following reality and time, as well as generating knowledge and critical mass for transforming verities for the benefit of the society, training ethical and competent professionals and citizens committed to the well-being of present and future society. Need for Stricto Sensu Post Graduation course for professional generation in the quality processing, production and control from plant raw material to herbal products has been fundamental to understand the differences between the concept of phytotherapic as medicine and the use of medicinal plants in Integrative and Complementary Therapies, always observing the rational relevance of its use. Thus, this study aimed considering the UFRRJ potential by interdisciplinary and multiprofessional manner proposing the establishment of a Stricto Sensu Post Graduation course in phytotherapics and medicinal plants prioritizing the formation of human resources acting in whole productive chain from plant raw material harvested in the field and its processing to phytotherapic medicine industrial manufacture, as well as establishing criteria for the rational use of medicinal plants within the context of the Practices of Integrative and Complementary Actions of Health Ministry for health professionals besides complying with the National Policy Guidelines for Medicinal Plants and Phytotherapics. This qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research was carried out at Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) in Serop?dica municipality-RJ. Data from January to July, 2016 were collected. Open unstructured interviews of participant observations by telephone and e-mail with professionals working in related areas were the instruments used. As a result, the UFRRJ, for its tradition in Agricultural Sciences teaching and research has presented in its Institutes, Departments, Disciplines, Laboratories and Research Groups all the potential and infrastructure for organizing and complying with the implementation of Phytotherapics and Medicinal Plants Stricto sensu Post Graduation course . / Em todas as ?pocas e culturas o homem aprendeu a tirar proveito dos recursos naturais locais, incluindo-se o uso de plantas medicinais. A fitoterapia apresenta grande potencial de desenvolvimento econ?mico e social, considerando-se n?o somente a diversidade vegetal que o Brasil possui, mas tamb?m porque o uso das plantas medicinais est? intimamente ligado ? cultura popular. Nos ?ltimos 25 anos, 77,8% dos agentes anticancer?genos testados e aprovados foram derivados de produtos naturais sendo inquestion?vel a contribui??o dos mesmos no desenvolvimento de novos f?rmacos (NOGUEIRA et al., 2010). Is proposed a theoretical model that seeks to measure the phenomenon suited to the needs of public organizations that offer distance learning course with the use of virtual platforms for employees. The research was conducted from a quantitative analytical approach, via online survey in a sample of 343 employees of 2 public organizations in RN who have had e-learning experience. The strategy of data analysis used multivariate analysis techniques, including structural equation modeling (SEM), operationalized by AMOS? software. The results showed that quality, quality disconfirmation, value and value disconfirmation positively impact on satisfaction, as well as disconfirmation usability, innovativeness and optimism. Likewise, satisfaction proved to be decisive for the purpose of continuance intention use. In addition, technological readiness and performance are strongly related. Based on the structural model found by the study, public organizations can implement e-learning services for employees focusing on improving learning and improving skills practiced in the organizational environment / Este estudo busca investigar os construtos da Escala de Prontid?o Tecnol?gica (TRI) e da Teoria da Desconfirma??o da Expectativa (EDT) como determinantes da satisfa??o e da inten??o de continuidade de uso em servi?os de e-learning. ? proposto um modelo te?rico que busque mensurar o fen?meno adequado ?s necessidades das organiza??es p?blicas que oferecem cursos de capacita??o ? dist?ncia com uso de plataformas virtuais para seus funcion?rios. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida a partir de uma abordagem anal?tica quantitativa, por meio de survey online em uma amostra de 343 funcion?rios de 2 organiza??es p?blicas do RN que tiveram experi?ncia em elearning. A estrat?gia de an?lise de dados utilizou t?cnicas de an?lise multivariada, incluindo a an?lise de equa??es estruturais (AEE), operacionalizada pelo software AMOS?. Os resultados apontaram que qualidade, desconfirma??o da qualidade, valor e desconfirma??o do valor impactam positivamente na satisfa??o, assim como a desconfirma??o da usabilidade, a inovatividade e o otimismo. The survey was conducted from 2007 to 2010, and the respondents were 275 teachers, 135 of the Federal Center for Technological Education (CEFET in portuguese) in the state of Amazonas, in Manaus unit headquarters; 140 of the CEFET in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, a unit based in Natal. We adopt the concept of technological education as the top level of professional education, that is to say, the undergraduate programs of short duration called technological courses. The Federal Technological Education Network gathers hundreds of related institutions, coordinated and supervised by the Office of Vocational and Technological Education of the Ministry of Education. Although many of these institutions offer courses in technology education, no research addressing this subject from the perspective of Social Representations Theory (SRT) was found in the literature. We seek to unravel the social representation of technological education of the teachers by adopting the procedural approach of SRT. This is a qualitative approach, focusing on significant aspects of the representative activity and the formation mechanisms of the representation. Therefore, we search the socio-genesis of the representation in the articulations between discourses, social institutions and practices. We initiated the research through applying critical reading and an analytical perspective on the historical and regulatory documents of technological education in Brazil, from the early twentieth century to the present day. We adopt the Procedure for Multiple Classifications (PMC) from the Free Words Association Technique (FWAT) to access the elements of representational content. For the analysis of the data obtained with FWAT and selection of major words / phrases pertinent to the semantic field of education technology, we used Hamlet II software. For the data analysis of PMC and Free Classification (FC) we used the SPSS ? (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 17.0 and used the method of multidimensional scaling - Multidimensional scaling - (MDS). The output from the central MDS takes the form of a set of scatterplots - "perceptual maps" - of which the points are the elements of the representational content. For the FC data analysis we used the Scalogram Multidimensional Analysis (SMA) - which makes use of the original data in its raw form and allows categorical data to be interpreted in the map as measures of (di)similarity. In order to help with the understanding of the settings of the perceptual maps of FC, we used the Content Analysis of the discourse fragments of the teachers interviewed. The results confirm our initial hypothesis regarding the presence of a single plot among the socio-cognitive study subjects, which is the basis for a social representation of technological education in line with the historic assumption of the dichotomy between mental and manual labor. In spite of the three merging representational elements of the representational content, the perceptual maps compiled from the MSA statistics corroborates the dichotomy, with the exception of the map relating to the subgroup of teachers belonging to the humanities / O objetivo deste trabalho foi pesquisar a representa??o social de educa??o tecnol?gica dos docentes da Rede Federal de Educa??o Profissional e Tecnol?gica (RFEPT). Apesar de muitas destas institui??es ministrarem cursos de educa??o tecnol?gica n?o encontramos nenhuma pesquisa que abordasse tal objeto sob a ?tica da Teoria das Representa??es Sociais (TRS). Buscamos desvendar a representa??o social de educa??o tecnol?gica dos docentes adotando a abordagem processual da TRS. Tal abordagem se caracteriza por um enfoque qualitativo, centrado nos aspectos significantes da atividade representativa e nos mecanismos de forma??o da representa??o. Assim, procuramos conhecer a s?cio g?nese da representa??o, nas articula??es entre discursos, institui??es e pr?ticas sociais. Iniciamos a pesquisa atrav?s da leitura cr?tica e de uma perspectiva anal?tica sobre documentos hist?ricos e normativos da educa??o profissional e tecnol?gica brasileira, do in?cio do s?culo XX at? os dias atuais. Adotamos o Procedimento de Classifica??es M?ltiplas (PCM) a partir da T?cnica de Associa??o Livre de Palavras (TALP) para acessar os elementos do conte?do representacional. Para an?lise dos dados da TALP e sele??o das principais palavras/express?es do campo sem?ntico relativo ? educa??o tecnol?gica utilizamos o software Hamlet II. Para an?lise dos dados do PCM, Classifica??o Livre (CL) fizemos uso do SPSS? (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) vers?o 17.0 e utilizamos o m?todo de an?lise de escalonamento multidimensional - Multidimensional scaling - (MDS). A sa?da (output) do MDS central toma a forma de um conjunto de gr?ficos de dispers?o - "mapas perceptuais" -, nos quais os pontos s?o os elementos do conte?do representacional. Para an?lise dos dados da classifica??o livre utilizamos o m?todo escalonar multidimensional - MSA (Multidimensional Scalogram Analysis) - que faz uso dos dados originais em sua forma bruta e possibilita que os dados categ?ricos sejam interpretados no mapa como medidas de (di)similaridade. Para auxiliar a compreens?o das configura??es dos mapas perceptuais da CL utilizamos a An?lise de Conte?do dos fragmentos de discurso dos docentes entrevistados. Os resultados encontrados confirmam nossa hip?tese inicial quanto ? presen?a de uma mesma trama s?cio-cognitiva entre os sujeitos pesquisados, que serve de base a uma representa??o social de educa??o tecnol?gica alinhada ao hist?rico pressuposto da dicotomia entre trabalho intelectual e trabalho manual.
