The quality of car accessories is more and more important in recent year and consumer awareness of product quality also has been significant. This study bases on the factor s of quality management and mass customization capability to car accessories industry and weather is there any different between them to do our study. This article not only explores industrial dynamics and related literature but also with questionnaire and statistical methods to analyses collected data. The results showed small group problem and Customer focus.

Bakalauro darbo tikslas – suprojektuoti moterišką rankinę. Darbo pradžioje aptariama baigiamojo darbo techninė užduotis, reikalavimai projektuojamam gaminiui. Pateikiama mados analizė, kurioje dėmesys skiriamas moteriškam aksesuarui – rankinei. Aprašomas projektuojamo modelio eskizas, pateikiamas jo spalvinis variantas. Darbe pateikiama medžiaga ir furnitūra, atliekamas gaminio modeliavimas ir nubraižomi lekalai. Naudojant kompiuterinę programą COMTENSE sudaromos gaminio išklotinės, apskaičiuojamos medžiagos sąnaudos. Analizuojama kokybės kontrolės svarba projektavimo etapuose. Pateikiamos siūlių charakteristikos, bei gaminio apdorojimo technologinis nuoseklumas. Sudaroma darbo srauto padala. Darbo pabaigoje parašomos išvados. Nurodoma naudota literatūra. Prieduose pateikiami du rankinės analogai su aprašymais, išklotinės, technologinio proceso schema, lekalai, gaminio modelinė konstrukcija, pjūviai ir siuvimo srauto planas. / Objective of bachelor‘s paper for sewing design and technology is to design a female handbag. At the beginning of the paper the technical tasks were discussed, requirements for project were defined. Also the fashion analysis was given witch was intended for one of the most important female accessories – handbag. The sketch of a model project was set and the colorofic variant was presented. In this paper all the materials and accessories were included, also modelling was made, templets drawed. With the help of automated COMTENSE design programme the evolvent of the product was made, also outlays were calculated. The importance of quality control was analyzed in all stages during modelling. The characteristic of threads and a technological sequance of the product was given in this paper, together with the partition of work flow. At the end of bachelor‘s paper the summary is written. Used literature is refered. Two analogs of the handbags with descriptions are given. Also the templets, the scheme of technological process, the construction of product, layers and the manufactory plan is provided.

Drabužių ir odos aksesuarų kolekciją sudaro 18 modelių iš kurių atrinkti 5 modeliai - įgyvendinti. Kolekcija siekiama perteikti laumių charakterio savybes, mistišką prigimtį, gyvenimo būdą ir visa tai susieti su šiuolaikine mada. Suknelėse dominuojančia siluetų ir konstrukcijų asimetrija, banguojančiomis linijomis norima suteikti laisvumo įspūdį. Odiniuose aksesuaruose, naudojant ažūrą, faktūrinių ir lygių paviršių derinius, modulinius žvynelius, siekiama atkartoti gamtos motyvus. Kuriamiems ansambliams rinktasi natūralūs šilti žemės tonai. Spalvos varijuoja tarp rudos, žalsvai rusvos, kreminės, švelniai rausvos, pilkos. / The clothing and accessories collection I Am Laume Today is composed of 18 models and 5 models selected out of them were executed. The collection aims to convey the features of pixie character, mystical nature, life style and to link all this with modern fashion. The asymmetry of silhouettes and constructions prevailing in dress design and billowy lines are aimed to create the effect of easiness. It is pursued to repeat nature motives with tracery, combinations of patterned and smooth surfaces, modular flakes used in leather accessories. Natural, warm earth tones were chosen for created ensembles. Colours vary between brown, greenish-brown, cream, soft reddish and grey.

Bakalauro darbą sudaro: • Kūrybinė dalis: trys konceptualios ir funkcionalios rankinės-krepšiai jaunimui; • Projektinė dalis: 2 planšetai pristatantys kolekcijos idėją, aiškinamieji brėžiniai; • Teorinis aprašas: pateikiama netradicinius aksesuarus kuriančių dizainerių ir aksesuarų tendencijų analizė bei prieduose - verslo planas susietas su gaminių realizavimu. Pagrindinė kūrybinio darbo idėja – remiantis fiziologinėmis gyvūnų kūnų savybėmis, sukurti netradicinių rankinių-krepšių kolekciją, kuri padėtų suformuoti liberalesnį požiūrį į kasdienius aksesuarus ir praplėsti jų pasirinkimą. Originalaus dizaino, konceptualių idėjų trūkumas jaunimo rankinėse, įkvėpė sukurti netradicines rankines-krepšius laisvalaikiui, turinčius funkciją. Kuriant, prototipais prinkti trys gyvosios gamtos žinduoliai – kengūra, skujuotis ir šikšnosparnis. Jų kūnų funkciniai ypatumai interpretuoti krepšių dizaine: kengūros sterblė – kuprinė priekyje, skujuočio kūną dengiantis šarvas – kuprinės ir gobtuvo sintezė ir šikšnosparnio sparnas – krepšys tvirtinamas prie klubo ir rankos riešo. Kolekcijos pavadinimas „Urbe animalis“ (lot. miesto gyvūnai), atspindi pamatinę kolekcijos idėją – žmonių atsigręžimą į savo ištakas, į gyvają gamtą, o gaminiai skirti sąmoningam, šiuolaikiniam miesto jaunimui. Krepšių spalvinis sprendimas parinktas atsižvelgiant į žmogaus ir faunos aplinkoms būdingas spalvas – žalią, mėlyną ir pilką. / Thesis consists of: • Creative part: three conceptual and functional bags-baskets for youth; • Project part: 2 planchets, which represents idea of collection and explaining schemas; • Theoretical part: presented analysis of designers who are making non-traditional accessories and their tendencies as well enclose business plan related with realization of products. Main idea of creative work – referencing to physiological animal bodies’ characteristics, create non-traditional collection of bags-baskets, which would help to shape more liberal attitude to casual accessories and extend a choise of their. Lack of original design, conceptual ideas in bags for youth, had inspired to create non-traditional bags-baskets for leisure, containing functionality. Three mammalian animals were selected from nature as prototypes – kangaroo, pangolin and bat. Their body singularity and functionality are interpreted in bags design: pouch of kangaroo – bag on a front; shell, covering back of pangolin – synthesis of backpack and hood; wing of a bat – bag, which is attached between hip and wrist. Collection named “Urbe animalis” (lat. city animals), reflects the main idea of collection – human redounding to it’s origins, living nature and designated to conscious, contemporary city’s youth. Solution of colours were chosen considering to inherent human’s and fauna’s surroundings – green, blue and gray.

Bakalauro darbą sudaro teorinis aprašas ir kūrybinė dalis: du aksesuarų komplektai vyriškam ir moteriškam dviračiams, projektinė dalis bei verslo planas.
Teoriniame darbe pateikama susisteminta medžiaga nuo pirmojo dviračio eskizo, vystymosi raidos, aksesuarų klasifikacijos iki šiuolaikinių dizainerių darbų. Miesto dviračių odinių aksesuarų kolekcija „Eime pasivažinėti“ simbolizuoja patogią kelionę šia transporto priemone ir ragina mus visus naudotis dviračiais. Aksesuarai skirti jaunam, veržliam šių dienų žmogui, kuris nori kuo labiau palengvinti savo keliones į darbą ar susitikimus su draugais. Krepšiai yra lengvai nusegami nuo dviračio ir papildomų rankenėlių pagalba gali būti nešiojami kaip kasdieninės rankinės. Į odinius krepšius telpa nešiojamasis kompiuteris, dokumentai, o į smulkesniuosius – mobilūs, piniginės ir kt. / Bachelor thesis is divided into 2 parts: theoretical and practical. The latter consists of 2 accessories sets for male and female bicycles, project part and a business plan. Systematized material from first bicycle sketch, later progress, accessories classification to nowadays-designers works is given in the theoretical part. Leather accessories collection for city bicycles “Let’s go for a ride” symbolizes a comfortable trip and encourages all of us to use this mean of transportation. The accessories are for impetuous nowadays people who want to make their trip to work or gatherings with friends easier. Bags are easily detachable and with the help of extra straps can be worn as ordinary bags. Bigger bags will fit a laptop, files in whereas smaller ones are suitable for mobiles phones or wallets.

Examensarbetet har utförts på ELE Engineering AB i Borlänge. Rapportens syfte är att utreda och sammanfatta de krav som ställs för att kunna CE-märka lyftredskap inom EU. Rapporten förklarar kraven som ställs enligt maskindirektivet på lyftredskap. Dessa har sedan arbetats ihop till en metod som kan användas av ELE för att säkerställa att ett lyftredskap uppfyller alla grundläggande krav. Genom att ta upp kraven för dokumentation, dimensionering, funktion, säkerhet och testning så skapades en struktur med 8st punkter i. Dessa punkter gicks igenom med hjälp av PDSA-cykeln för att kunna utnyttja ELE:s nuvarande arbetssätt. För att ELE ska kunna arbeta på ett standardiserat sätt med lyftredskap skapades mallar för kravspecifikationen, lyftprotokoll och bruksanvisning. Genom att metoden som skapades säkerställer att alla krav som ställs på lyftredskap är tillgodosedda kan ELE CE-märka alla lyftredskap som följer metoden. / This thesis has been performed on ELE Engineering AB in Borlänge. The purpose of this report is to investigate and sum the requirements that is necessary for CE-marking of lifting accessories in EU. The report clarifies the requirements that is specified in the machinery directive. The requirements have been combined into a method of construction that ELE can use to ensure that a lifting accessory fulfills all essential requirements. Through the requirements of documentation, design, function and safety was a structure with 8 fragments made. The fragments were worked over by the PDSA-cycle to make use of ELE´s current design method. For ELE to work in a standardized manner with lifting accessories, templates were created for the requirement specification, lifting protocol and operating instructions. By following the method that was formed, ensuring that all requirements for lifting accessories are met, ELE can CE-mark every lifting accessory that is designed.

As peças fundidas sob pressão com Zamac Z5 no formato de peças técnicas com galvanoplastia em Cromo, rejeitadas durante o processo são encaminhadas para beneficiamento, como sucata, na empresa fornecedora de Zamac. No entanto, durante o beneficiamento, somente 35% do material enviado retorna para empresa, assim 65% do peso deste material é perdido. A matéria-prima é um dos principais custos da empresa, apresentando assim uma grande oportunidade de economia no processo de fabricação. O objetivo desse trabalho é verificar a viabilidade de fundição das peças técnicas rejeitadas, como matéria-prima para a fabricação de peças de moda. As sucatas foram analisadas quanto a sua composição química, microestrutura e análise térmica. Com esta sucata foram fundidas sob pressão peças de moda usadas em calçados e acessórios, fivelas e enfeites, com estes foram realizadas análises de microestrutura e ensaios de corrosão, propriedades mecânicas e ainda testes de desempenho pertinentes as suas aplicações. As amostras fundidas com 100% de sucata responderam de forma satisfatória a todos os ensaios, em alguns casos de maneira superior às peças de controle fundidas com matéria-prima virgem. Evidenciou-se que a sucata, oriunda de peças técnicas com galvanoplastia em Cromo, pode ser usada como matéria-prima para confecção de peças de moda, fivelas e enfeites, apresentando assim uma redução de 30% no custo de fabricação das mesmas. / In the production of Zamac Z5 metal parts by ppressure casting, which are normally chrome electroplated, some of those end up being rejected and, as a consequence, returned as scrap to the Zamac supplier companies. However, from the supplier after reprocessing, only 35% of the material returns to be used in the manufacturing. So, 65% of this material weight is lost. The raw material is one of the main costs of the company, presenting a great opportunity for savings in the manufacturing process. The objective of this research is to check the viability of feeding the casting process with rejected parts, reusing them as raw material for fashionable accessories manufacturing. The scraps have been analyzed for verification of the chemical composition, microstructure and submmited to thermal analysis. These scraps were used as basis to die casted parts which were used in the manufacturing process of footwear, accessories, buckles and frills. Microstructure, mechanical testing, relevant performance and corrosion tests were carried out according with the parts applications. The samples manufactured with 100% scrap have had satisfactory results to all the tests, in some cases in a superior manner in comparison to controled parts manufactured with Virgin raw material. There are evidences which prove that the scraps, when coming from technical parts with chrome electroplating, can be used as raw material for production of parts of sets, buckles and frills, showing a 30% reduction in the costs of their manufacturing .

Embora seu uso no Brasil não seja tão cotidiano como em outras partes do mundo, existe, na atualidade, um aumento na procura de tais acessórios de moda, e por consequência um significativo aumento da produção pelas indústrias, notadamente na região de Apucarana/PR, que conta com um núcleo de indústrias especializadas na confecção de bonés e demais coberturas de cabeça semelhantes. Apesar da pertinência destes elementos para o vestuário, para o Design e para a Moda, não são encontrados muitos registros sobre estas peças, impulsionando o interesse em realizar alguma contribuição para este ramo. O objetivo predominante deste trabalho consiste em compreender as características da concepção e processo produtivo das coberturas de cabeça, visando estabelecer orientações, baseadas em conceitos de Design e de Moda, para o seu desenvolvimento em indústrias. Inicialmente, a pesquisa conta com uma breve investigação sobre a história dos acessórios de cabeça, estabelecendo definições das funções do Design atreladas a estes elementos. Em seguida, averiguou-se os estilos de chapéus, bonés, boinas e gorros produzidos e utilizados atualmente. Doravante, há um afilamento por itens produzidos pelas indústrias de confecção, relatando suas propriedades. Aborda-se neste contexto também diretrizes projetuais de desenvolvimento de produto de Moda e acessórios em geral, além de uma metodologia de confecção do vestuário. Para atingir o conhecimento que propicia elaborar os direcionamentos pretendidos, busca-se observar empresas do ramo e realizar entrevistas com responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento do produto. Contudo, percebe-se que o processo de construção das coberturas de cabeça são adequadas, porém a concepção e elaboração do produto não possui um direcionamento específico, sendo que cada um desenvolve de uma maneira, havendo assim lacunas que obstruem o resultado final. Dessa forma, estabeleceu-se orientações a fim de conduzir os profissionais que desempenham a função de conceber e desenvolver coberturas de cabeça, embora ainda necessitem ser implementadas e aplicadas, os direcionamentos foram embasados na realidade industrial. / Head coverings such as hats, caps, berets, among others, and are accessories that have the function of protecting are items that make up a composition and value of fashion. Although its use in Brazil is not as everyday as in other parts of the world, there is, at present, an increase in demand for such fashion accessories, and consequently a significant increase in production by industries, notably in the area of Apucarana/PR, which has a core of specialized industries in the production of caps and other similar head coverings. Despite the relevance of these elements for clothing, for the Design and the Fashion, not many records are on these parts, driving the interest in making a contribution to this branch. The predominant objective of this work is to understand the characteristics of the design and production process of head coverings, to establish guidelines based on concepts of Design and Fashion, for their developing industries. Initially, the research has a brief research on the history of headwear, establishing definitions of the functions of design tied to these elements. Then examined whether the styles of hats, caps, berets and caps produced and used today. From now on, there is a thinning of industrial items, reporting their properties. Addresses in the context also projective guidelines for product development and fashion accessories in general, as well as a methodology of garment making. To attain knowledge that provides elaborate the desired directions, search observe branch companies and conduct interviews with responsible delo product development. However, it is clear that the process of construction of the head covers are quite adequate, but the design and preparation of the product does not have a specific direction, each of which develops and manner, so there gaps that hinder the final result. Thus, we established guidelines in order to drive the professionals who perform the function of designing and developing head coverings, although still need to be implemented and applied, the directions were based in industrial reality.
