Proyecto DryExpress

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo la implementación del proyecto DryExpress el cual pretende generar valor mediante la generación de ingresos extra a través del lavado de ropa. La idea que pretende el negocio es beneficiar a aquellas personas con tiempo libre que estén dispuestos a usar su lavadora para poder brindar el servicio de lavado. De esta manera se busca ayudar a aquellas personas que fueron afectadas económicamente por la pandemia del Covid-19. Asimismo, DryExpress busca solucionar el problema que las personas tienen para poder mantener su ropa limpia y lavada. Debido a diversos factores como la falta de organización, tiempo y ganas, muchos usuarios afirman que se vuelve tediosa la labor de lavar su ropa por lo que muchas de ellas tercerizan esta labor. De esta manera, se pretende dar una solución a aquellas personas que tienen problemas con esta labor. El único canal para contactar el servicio de terciarización de lavado de ropa será netamente digital ya que se espera aprovechar la creciente demanda de servicios que se piden a través de los canales alternativos. Finalmente, el proyecto tendrá una inversión inicial de S/. 15,656 para poder empezar a realizar sus operaciones de manera versátil y accesible. Dicha inversión será recuperada durante el segundo semestre del primer año de operaciones. / The present work aims to implement the DryExpress project, which aims to generate value by generating extra income through laundry. The idea that the business intends is to benefit those people with free time who are willing to use their washing machine to be able to provide the laundry service. El presente proyecto consiste en la creación de una app que nace en medio de una coyuntura mundial llamada COVID-19, la cual ha puesto a muchas empresas y a personas naturales bajo distintas condiciones incómodas, y para muchos, poco viables. Muchas organizaciones han tenido que adaptarse a estos cambios mayormente referidos a saneamiento y protocolos de inocuidad y otras han aprovechado estos tiempos de crisis para implementar nuevos proyectos que faciliten la vida de las personas en estos momentos difíciles y puedan llegar a encontrar una solución dentro de tanta incertidumbre. Por ello, se crea Doctor Wasi, una aplicación que se encarga de buscar médicos cercanos a tu domicilio, por medio del GPS del Smartphone. El mercado objetivo que se eligió fueron niños hasta los doce años y personas de la tercera edad, pues son el segmento más golpeado por el covid 19 actualmente y se quiso apoyar a esa clase de personas, no obstante, cualquier persona puede descargar la app y disfrutar de la experiencia de Doctor Wasi. Esta aplicación, tendrá tres tipos de especialistas, que son los médicos certificados, las enfermeras y los especialistas en terapia física, los cuales el paciente podrá escoger y contactar por medio de su teléfono celular. Asimismo, se estará en constante innovación de la app y de todas nuestras plataformas online con la ayuda de un experto en el rubro para que el cliente pueda llevarse la mejor experiencia cada vez que solicite el servicio de Doctor Wasi. / This project consists of the creation of an app that was born in the middle of a global situation called COVID-19, which has put many companies and individuals under different uncomfortable conditions, and for many, not very viable. Many organizations have had to adapt to these changes, mainly related to sanitation and safety protocols, and others have taken advantage of these times of crisis to implement new projects that make life easier for people in these difficult times and can find a solution within so much uncertainty. For this reason, Doctor Wasi was created, an application that is responsible for searching for doctors near your home, through the Smartphone's GPS. En este proyecto se detectó el gran problema que tienen la mayoría de mujeres que no cuentan con el tiempo y la orientación necesaria para portar una vestimenta adecuada que vaya acorde con el tipo de ocasión requerida, es decir, vestimentas para una situación formal, casual o deportiva, pero siempre considerando una buena combinación de prendas. Es por eso que se realizó una investigación para conocer las causas, motivos y el público al cual dirigirnos para poder ofrecerles una solución mediante el desarrollo de una aplicación, llamada Outfit Feed, donde se orienten a las mujeres sobre una perfecta combinación de prendas que vaya acorde con sus gustos, preferencias y características físicas. Del mismo modo, para conocer un poco más acerca del problema principal, se realizaron entrevistas directas con mujeres que se encuentren en esa situación y además, con expertos en la industria de moda, para que nos brinden sus conocimientos y nos cuenten experiencias, las cuales se pueden tomar como referencia para desarrollar un buen tema de investigación. Asimismo, se desarrolló el value proposition canvas, que permitió establecer detalladamente el perfil del cliente, los cuales son mujeres que cuentan con estilos de vida sofisticados y modernos, se encuentran en un rango de edad entre 18 y 30 años y pertenecen al nivel socioeconómico A, B y C, también, tienen inclinación por la vida laboral y algunas de ella son estudiantes universitarias, Luego de ello, se estableció un mapa de valor y se cuadró un encaje entre problema y mercado para luego elaborar el business model canvas del giro del negocio, lo que posibilitó conocer cada cuadrante y lograr reconocer nuestra ventaja competitiva que nos diferencie de la competencia. Posterior a ello, se comenzó a validar la solución que se encontró frente a nuestro problema principal mediante la elaboración de dos experimentos para la validación de la técnica de solución y dos más para la experiencia de usuario. En las cuales, se obtuvo, grandes hallazgos, aprendizajes y finalmente una interpretación de resultados. Asimismo, se validó el modelo del negocio, es decir, se desarrolló un experimento por cada cuadrante de nuestro business model canvas y de la misma forma se obtuvo hallazgos, aprendizajes, interpretación de resultados y los sustentos de cada experimento. Luego de ello, al identificar las cosas por mejorar, se desarrolló la validación de interés de compra, mediante la elaboración de un plan Concierge, que nos asegure que el usuario cierre el proceso de compra y descargue nuestra aplicación Outfit Feed para satisfacer su necesidad. Es por este motivo que se realizaron 4 experimentos de compra que nos permitió entender al consumidor, entablar una relación y comunicación más cercana y personalizada y además, seguimiento al usuario con respecto a sus preferencias de vestimenta. Finalmente, se elaboró el plan financiero, lo cual es indispensable tomar en cuenta para la implementación de un negocio de manera virtual, en el cual se consideró una proyección de ventas por 3 años, la elaboración de un presupuesto, los futuros ingresos y egresos, el flujo de caja y por último, los indicadores financieros que permitirán evaluar el rumbo del negocio. / In this project we detected the great problem that most women have that they do not have the time and the necessary orientation to wear a suitable outfit that goes according to the type of occasion required, that is, clothes for a formal, casual or sporty situation, but always considering a good combination of garments. That is why we conducted an investigation to know the causes, reasons and the public to offer a solution through the development of an application, called Outfit Feed, where women are guided on a perfect combination of clothes that goes according to their tastes, preferences and physical characteristics. Similarly, to learn more about the main problem, direct interviews were conducted with women who are in that situation and also with experts in the fashion industry, to provide us with their knowledge and experiences, which can be taken as a reference to develop a good research topic. Also, the value proposition canvas was developed, which allowed us to establish in detail the customer profile, which are women who have sophisticated and modern lifestyles, are in an age range between 18 and 30 years and belong to the socioeconomic level A, B and C, also, After that, a value map was established and a fit between the problem and the market was established in order to elaborate the business model canvas of the business line, which made it possible to know each quadrant and recognize our competitive advantage that differentiates us from the competition. After that, we began to validate the solution found to our main problem through the development of two experiments for the validation of the solution technique and two more for the user experience. In these experiments, we obtained major findings, lessons learned and finally an interpretation of the results. Likewise, the business model was validated, that is to say, an experiment was developed for each quadrant of our business model canvas and in the same way we obtained findings, learnings, interpretation of results and the support of each experiment. After that, after identifying the things to improve, we developed the validation of purchase interest, through the development of a Concierge plan, which ensures that the user closes the purchase process and downloads our Outfit Feed application to satisfy his need. For this reason, 4 purchase experiments were carried out, which allowed us to understand the consumer, establish a closer and more personalized relationship and communication, and also to follow up with the user regarding their clothing preferences. Según diversos estudios a nivel nacional e internacional tras la aparición de la pandemia Covid-19, el comercio electrónico ha incrementado considerablemente su potencial, puesto que la coyuntura actual conlleva a evitar las aglomeraciones en la mayor medida posible, y el comercio electrónico es la perfecta alternativa para evitar riesgos. Ante este escenario, diversas compañías, en especial PYMES, se han visto en la obligación de reforzar su sistema de ventas online, ya sea mediante una página web o redes sociales. De este modo, la idea de negocio escogida busca implementar una aplicación, la cual tenga como finalidad principal facilitar el proceso de comunicación entre transportistas, personas naturales y empresas que requieran hacer cualquier envió de carga. Por ello, mediante la aplicación denominada “U-Transfer” se busca generar un mayor clima de confianza entre las personas y/o empresas que deseen realizar envíos y transportista que quieran ampliar su cartera de clientes, puesto que antes de la aparición del Covid-19 la primera opción de compras o entrega de envíos era de forma presencial. Por ende, las herramientas que brinda la idea de negocio buscan crear lazos de confianza entre ambas partes mediante servicios de geolocalización, subasta de envíos, comunicación en tiempo real, entre otros. Asimismo, se busca que esta herramienta sirva para impulsar el servicio de comercio electrónico y poder contribuir a evitar las aglomeraciones y cumplir con las medidas sanitarias impuestas por el estado. / According to various studies at a national and international level after the appearance of the Covid-19 pandemic, electronic commerce has considerably increased its potential, since the current situation leads to avoiding crowds as much as possible, and electronic commerce is the perfect alternative to avoid risks. Faced with this scenario, various companies, especially SMEs, have been forced to reinforce their online sales system, either through a website or social networks. In this way, the chosen business idea seeks to implement an application, whose main purpose is to facilitate the communication process between carriers, natural persons and companies that need to make any shipment of cargo. For this reason, through the application called “U-Transfer” it is sought to generate a greater climate of trust between people and/or companies who wish to make shipments and carriers who want to expand their client portfolio, since before the appearance of Covid- 19 the first option to purchase or deliver shipments was in person. En síntesis, consideramos que realizar un proyecto adecuándonos a los requerimientos y necesidades en tiempos de pandemia, conlleva a proyectos innovadores, el cual representará ingresos económicos para sus creadores. Es importante que al momento de lanzar un proyecto se tenga una meta o una visión clara de lo que se quiere realizar, para poder buscar y encontrar los requerimientos necesarios para su funcionamiento. Meet & Chef Perú es un proyecto que busca realizarse con la colaboración de cinco estudiantes de la Facultad de Negocios de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Este proyecto consiste en brindar servicios de clases online de cocina a cargo de chefs reconocidos a nivel nacional con especialidades que requieran nuestros clientes. Asimismo, se les brindará kits de cocina a los clientes y al chef para que puedan recibir una experiencia más amena con nuestra marca, en donde podrán encontrar los ingredientes que se requieran para la preparación de las comidas. En el transcurso de haber realizado y experimentando nuestro proyecto nos hemos dado cuenta de que siempre debemos de adaptarnos y estar en constante innovación, puesto que sabemos que el consumidor cada día es más exigente a sus necesidades. El haber realizado este proyecto nos emocionó mucho, puesto que pusimos en práctica nuestros conocimientos previos de la universidad, realizamos y aplicamos estrategias de marketing, flujos de caja, estrategias de negociación y otros conocimientos que nos ayudaron a concretar nuestra idea de negocio. / In synthesis, we consider that making a project adapting to the requirements and needs in times of pandemic, leads to innovative projects, which will represent economic income for its creators. Also, cooking kits will be provided to customers and the chef so that they can receive a more enjoyable experience with our brand, where they can find the ingredients required for the preparation of meals. In the course of having carried out and experimented our project we have realized that we must always adapt and be in constant innovation, since we know that the consumer is more demanding every day to their needs. Many dynamic power management architectures have been proposed in the literature, but they are not integrated with the underlying OS power manager. In this work, we proposed a software framework for user-level power management, with a flexible architecture to be adapted to different policies and integrated with OS power managers and validated its feasibility with a case study.

Crowd cookbooks: usando conhecimento de multidão a partir de sítios de perguntas e respostas para documentação de apis

Developers of reusable software elements, such as libraries, usually have the responsibility to provide comprehensive and high quality documentation to enable eective reuse of those elements. The eective reuse of libraries depends upon the quality of the API (Application Program Interface) documentation. Well established libraries typically have comprehensive API documentation, for example in Javadocs. However, they also typically lack examples and explanations, which may dicult the eective reuse of the library. StackOverow.com (SO) is a Question and Answer service directed to issues related to software development. In SO, a developer can post questions related to a programming topic and other members of the site can provide answers to help him/her solve the problem he/she has at hand. Despite of the increasing use of SO by the software development community, the information related to a particular library is spread along the website. Thus, SO still lacks an organization of its crowd knowledge. In this dissertation, we present a semi-automatic approach that organizes the information available on SO in order to build a kind of documentation for APIs, called cookbooks (recipe-oriented books). The cookbooks generated by the approach are called crowd cookbooks. In order to evaluate the proposed approach, cookbooks were generated for three APIs widely used by the software development community: SWT,LINQ and QT. Desired features that cookbooks must meet were identied and a study with human subjects was conducted to assess to what extent the generated cookbook meet those features. Through the study it was also possible to identify what is the perceived usefulness by the subjects in relation to the use of cookbooks in APIs learning. The results showed that the cookbooks built using the proposed strategy, in general, meet the identied features. Furthermore, most human subjects considered that cookbooks do not have an appropriate format to the learning of APIs. / Desenvolvedores de elementos reusáveis de software, como as bibliotecas, em geral têm a responsabilidade de disponibilizar documentação abrangente e de alta qualidade para permitir o reuso efetivo desses elementos. O reuso efetivo de bibliotecas depende da qualidade da documentação da API (Interface para Programação de Aplicativos). Bibliotecas bem estabelecidas tipicamente têm documentação abrangente, por exemplo em Javadocs. Porém, essa documentação geralmente carece de exemplos e explicações, o que pode dicultar o reuso efetivo da biblioteca. Stackoverow.com (SO) é um serviço de perguntas e respostas (Q&A) direcionado a questões relacionadas ao desenvolvimento de software. No SO, um desenvolvedor pode postar perguntas relacionadas a um tópico de programação e outros membros do site podem disponibilizar respostas para ajudá-lo a resolver o problema que ele tem em mãos. Apesar da utilização crescente do SO pela comunidade de desenvolvimento de software, a informação relação a um biblioteca está espalhada ao longo do site. Assim, o SO ainda carece de uma organização do crowd knowledge nele contido. Nessa dissertação, será apresentada uma abordagem semi-automatizada que organiza a informação disponível no SO para a construção de um tipo de documentação para APIs, conhecido por cookbooks (livros orientados a receitas). Os cookbooks produzidos pela abordagem proposta são chamados crowd cookbooks. Para avaliar a abordagem proposta foram gerados cookbooks para três APIs amplamente utilizadas pela comunidade de desenvolvimento de software: SWT, LINQ e QT. Foram identicadas características desejáveis de cookbooks e realizado um estudo com sujeitos humanos para entender em que grau os cookbooks construídos atendem a estas características. Por meio estudo também foi possível compreender melhor os pers de uso dos cookbooks mais apropriados em relação ao aprendizado de APIs. Os resultados mostraram que os cookbooks construídos pela estratégia proposta, em geral, atendem às características identicadas. Although many chemicals have been evaluated in humans, there have been no efforts to model these data to date. Skin sensitization is commonly evaluated using structural alerts. However, there has been a growing concern that alerts disproportionally flag too many chemicals as toxic, which questions their reliability as toxicity markers. The main goal of this thesis was to develop and apply new cheminformatics methods to predict skin sensitization of chemical compounds that lack experimental data. Methodology: It has been compiled, curated, analyzed, and compared the available human data and the murine (performed in mice) animal model data, named LLNA (local lymph node assay). Using these data, it was developed reliable computational models and applied them for virtual screening of chemical libraries to identify putative skin sensitizers. It was developed a freely accessible web-based application for the identification of potential skin sensitizers. In addition, it was demonstrated that contrary to the common perception of QSAR models as “black boxes” they can be used to identify statistically significant chemical substructures (QSAR-based alerts) that influence toxicity. Results and discussion: The overall concordance between murine LLNA and human skin sensitization responses for a set of 135 unique chemicals was low (R = 28-43%), although several chemical classes had high concordance. We have succeeded to develop predictive QSAR models of all available human data with the external correct classification rate of 71%. A consensus model integrating concordant QSAR predictions and LLNA results afforded a higher correct classification rate of 82% but at the expense of the reduced external dataset coverage (52 %). We used the developed QSAR models for virtual screening of CosIng database and identified 1,061 putative skin sensitizers; for seventeen of these compounds, we found published evidence of their skin sensitization effects. The developed Pred-Skin web app (http://www.labmol.com.br/predskin/) is based on binary QSAR models of human (109 compounds) and LLNA (515 compounds) data with good external correct classification rate (70-81% and 72-84%, respectively). It is also included a multiclass potency model based on LLNA data (accuracy ranging between 73-76%). Conclusions: Models reported herein provide more accurate alternative to LLNA testing for human skin sensitization assessment across diverse chemical data. In addition, they can also be used to guide the structural optimization of toxic compounds to reduce their skin sensitization potential. The Pred-Skin web app is a fast, reliable, and user-friendly tool for early assessment of chemically-induced skin sensitization. A new approach that synergistically integrates structural alerts and rigorously validated QSAR models for a more transparent and accurate safety assessment of new chemicals was also proposed. / Introdução: A sensibilização cutânea é um importante parâmetro de avaliação de toxicidade humana e ambiental. Embora muitos compostos tenham sido avaliados em seres humanos, não foi reportado até o momento modelos de QSAR (do inglês, quantitative structure-activity relationships) gerados com esses dados. Comumente, a sensibilização cutânea é avaliada computacionalmente usando-se alertas estruturais. No entanto, tem havido uma preocupação crescente de que alertas sinalizam a maioria dos compostos como tóxicos, o que questiona sua confiabilidade como marcadores de toxicidade. O objetivo geral do presente trabalho foi desenvolver e aplicar novos métodos de quimioinformática para predizer a sensibilização cutânea de compostos químicos que carecem de dados experimentais. Metodologia: Foram compilados, preparados, analisados e comparados os dados de sensibilização cutânea de pele humana e do modelo animal murino (realizado em camundongos), denominado LLNA (local lymph node assay). Modelos de QSAR foram desenvolvidos utilizando esses dados e aplicados para a triagem de quimiotecas virtuais para identificar potenciais sensibilizadores. Foi desenvolvido um aplicativo gratuito para a identificação de potenciais sensibilizadores cutâneos. Além disso, foi demonstrado que modelos de QSAR podem ser usados para identificar subestruturas químicas estatisticamente significativas (alertas estruturais baseados em QSAR) que influenciam a toxicidade. Resultados e discussão: A concordância global (R) entre respostas de sensibilização cutânea humana e murina para um conjunto de 135 substâncias químicas únicas foi baixa (R = 28-43%), embora várias classes químicas apresentassem alta concordância. Foi possível desenvolver modelos de QSAR preditivos com taxa de classificação correta externa de 71%. Um modelo de consenso que integrava predições concordantes de QSAR e dados de LLNA proporcionaram uma acurácia 82%. Utilizou-se os modelos de QSAR desenvolvidos para a triagem virtual da base de dados CosIng e foram identificados 1061 potenciais sensibilizadores cutâneos. Para dezessete desses compostos, encontrou-se evidências publicadas de seus efeitos de sensibilização cutânea em seres humanos. O aplicativo desenvolvido, Pred-Skin (http://www.labmol.com.br/predskin/), baseia-se em modelos de QSAR classificatórios de dados humanos (109 compostos) e murinos (515 compostos) com boa taxa de classificação correta externa (70-81% e 72-84%, respectivamente). Esse aplicativo também possui um modelo de multiclassificatório desenvolvido com dados de LLNA (precisão que varia entre 73-76%). Conclusões: Os modelos de QSAR desenvolvidos forneceram uma alternativa mais precisa do que o modelo animal para avaliação da sensibilização cutânea humana. Além disso, a interpretação dos modelos de QSAR permitem orientar a otimização estrutural de compostos tóxicos para reduzir o potencial de toxicidade. O aplicativo Pred-Skin é uma ferramenta rápida, confiável e de fácil utilização para a avaliação da sensibilização cutânea de compostos químicos. Foi também proposta uma nova abordagem que integra sinergicamente alertas estruturais e modelos de QSAR rigorosamente validados para uma avaliação de toxicidade mais transparente e precisa de novos produtos químicos.
