Esta dissertação pretende, a partir de uma revisão de literatura e da análise dos dados coletados pelos alunos da disciplina de Metodologia do Ensino de Língua Portuguesa da Universidade de São Paulo, colocar em pauta algumas questões relativas ao trabalho de leitura na escola e ao papel da biblioteca escolar na formação do leitor literário nos dias de hoje. Procede-se a uma análise dos documentos oficiais que norteiam a ação das escolas para perceber como são debatidos os assuntos objeto de nossa pesquisa. Busca-se compreender como a biblioteca escolar está inserida na escola, e levantar pontos relativos à formação inicial e continuada do professor no que tange à formação do leitor na escola e à biblioteca escolar. Em seguida, busca-se resgatar exemplos de sucesso de planos educacionais de outros países, a saber, Portugal e França, e suas políticas públicas direcionadas para esse espaço pedagógico. Procura-se identificar qual o conceito atual de biblioteca escolar e como é a formação do professor responsável pela biblioteca no ensino básico. Ao compreender essa relação biblioteca escolar-leitura-professor-alunos, pretendemos levantar questões pertinentes aos temas norteadores dessa pesquisa tanto na formação inicial quanto na continuada dos professores que trabalham com leitura na escola. / This dissertation aims at raising some discussions related to the work done in schools today when it comes to reading and the role of the library in the formation of the students as readers nowadays. In order to do that, we aim at reviewing the actual literature and analyze the data collected by the under-graduate students of Metodologia do Ensino de Língua Portuguesa at the Universidade de São Paulo. The starting point is the analysis of the official documents that regulate schools in order to understand the way the topic presented here is discussed today. We seek to understand how the library is part of the school and raise topics related to the initial and continuous formation of the teacher in relation to the formation of the student-reader and the school library. Following this, we intend to present successful examples and educations plans, such as Portugal and France and their public policies on libraries as public spaces. It is intended to identify the concept of the library in schools and the background of the responsible teacher for the library. By understanding this relation library-reading-teacher-students, we aim at raising pertinent questions to the topics of this research not only for the teachers in the initial moments of their formation, but also for the teachers in continuous formation that work with reading in schools.

Dermatofitoses são comumente causadas por fungos que parasitam pele e unha de humanos, cuja propagação depende do contato entre os hospedeiros infectados e não infectados. Muitos fatores contribuem para a patogenicidade dos dermatófitos, dentre eles, a capacidade de se instalar no ambiente ácido da pele se reveste de importância. Sendo assim, para ser bem sucedido, o dermatófito precisa ter capacidade aderente, germinação e penetração rápida das hifas e, portanto, dispor de uma maquinaria metabólica que atue de forma eficiente em pH ácido. A fim de identificar genes supostamente expressos nos passos iniciais da infecção, submetemos a linhagem H6 do dermatófito T. rubrum ao pH ácido por 30 minutos e 1 hora e isolamos dessas condições experimentais os transcritos com elevada expressão, empregando a metodologia de Biblioteca Subtrativa Supressiva (SSH). Obtivemos um total de 234 unigenes cujos transcritos revelaram ampla diversidade funcional. Esses transcritos estão envolvidos em 13 processos celulares diferentes, tais como, metabolismo, defesa e virulência, síntese de proteínas e transporte celular. Desses, confirmamos por Northern blotting, os genes que expressam as proteínas carboxipeptidase S1, acetoamidase, aconitase, dessaturase, a proteína TINA, transportador de aminoácidos, fator de alongamento alfa 1, proteína ribossomal L10, e uma proteína hipotética. Nesses experimentos também foi utilizada a linhagem de T. rubrum pacC-1, que tem o seu gene pacC rompido, com o objetivo de verificar se estes genes isolados seriam regulados pela proteína PacC. O gene pacC codifica uma proteína homóloga ao regulador transcricional PacC/Rim101p da conservada via de sinalização do pH. Verificamos que o gene pacC se expressa preferencialmente em pH 8.0 e que embora o padrão de processamento da proteína PacC seja dependente do pH a forma íntegra da proteína PacC foi identificada tanto em pH ácido como alcalino. Por outro lado, o mutante pacC-1 apresentou diminuida capacidade infectiva em fragmentos de unha humana quando comparado com a linhagem selvagem. Além disto, a atividade queratínolitica do mutante também se mostrou diminuída quando comparada ao controle, confirmando o papel da proteína PacC na capacidade infectiva do T. rubrum. / Dermatophytosis is commonly caused by fungi that parasite human skin and nail, whose propagation depends on the contact between infected and noninfected hosts. Many factors contribute to the pathogenicity of the dermatophytes. Among them, the capacity to install in the skin´s acid ambient bears great importance. Thus, in order to be successful, the dermatophyte needs to have adhering capacity, fast germination and penetration of hyphae and, therefore, needs to afford a metabolic machinery which acts efficiently in acid pH. In order to identify genes supposedly expressed in the initial steps of infection, we submitted the strain H6 of the dermatophyte T. rubrum to the acid pH for 30 minutes and 1 hour and isolated, from this experimental conditions, the transcripts with high expression, employing the suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH). We obtained a total of 234 unigenes whose transcripts revealed a wide functional diversity. These transcripts are involved in 13 different cell processes, such as metabolism, defense and virulence, protein synthesis and cell transport. Among these, we confirmed through Northern blotting the genes which express the proteins carboxipeptidase S1, acetamidase, aconitase, fatty acid desaturase, NIMA interactive protein (TINA), amino acid permease, elongation factor 1-alpha, 60S ribosomal protein L10 and a hypothetical protein. In these experiments, we also used the T. rubrum pacC- 1 strain, which has its pacC gene disrupted, aiming at verifying whether these isolated genes would be regulated by the PacC protein. The pacC gene encodes a protein homologous to the PacC/Rim101p transcriptional regulator of the conserved route of pH signaling. We verified that the pacC gene is expressed preferentially in both pH, and that although the processing pattern of the PacC protein is dependent on the pH, the full form of the PacC was identified as alkaline. On the other hand, the pacC-1 mutant presented diminished infecting capacity in human nail fragments when compared to the wild strain. Moreover, the keratinolytic activity of the mutant also seemed diminished when compared to the control, confirming the role of the PacC protein in the infecting capacity of T. rubrum.

As bibliotecas universitárias brasileiras procuram oferecer o acesso de livros eletrônicos (e-books) aos usuários, contudo, o uso de e-books está aquém do esperado em bibliotecas, esta situação nos leva ao problema de pesquisa: haveria problemas na produção do serviço de disponibilização de e-books na biblioteca universitária que afetem o uso de e-books nas bibliotecas? Que tipos de problemas podem estar relacionados? Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a gestão de e-books em bibliotecas universitárias, com o propósito de compreender melhor o uso de e-books na biblioteca e detectar possíveis problemas na produção do serviço. A partir de um estudo de caso de uma rede de bibliotecas de uma universidade pública brasileira e de revisão de literatura, constatou-se que há quatro principais tipos de problemas na gestão de e-books: comerciais, institucionais, organizacionais e conceituais, os quais estão diretamente relacionados com o baixo uso de e-books nas bibliotecas universitárias. A base teórica em gestão de serviços permitiu identificar a relação entre a necessidade de revisão do conceito de serviço de biblioteca acadêmica em conjunto com a solução de questões pontuais de gestão, avançando no entendimento do problema. / Academic brazilian libraries seek to provide access to electronic books (e-books), however, the use of e-books are less than expected in libraries, which brings us to the research problem: there would be problems in the production of service of availability of e-books in the academic library that affect the use of e-books in libraries? What types of problems may be related? This research aims to analyze the management of e-books in academic libraries, in order to better understand the use of e-books in the library and identify potential problems in the production of the service. From a case study of academic libraries of a public brazilian university and literature review, it was found that there are four main types of problems in e-book management: commercial, institutional, organizational and conceptual, which are directly related to the low use of e-books in academic libraries. The theoretical basis of management services identified the relationship between the need to revise the concept of academic library service together with the solution of specific management issues, advancing the understanding of the problem.

Aborda a biblioteca escolar, a partir de uma interface entre a Ciência da Informação, Análise do Discurso de linha francesa e Educação. Busca compreender como a historicidade e a memória discursiva sustentam sentidos sobre o que é esta unidade de informação escolar, observando o litígio entre posições-sujeito e vozes discursivas manifestas em um corpus, composto por recortes de dizeres presentes em blogs, listas de discussão e sites que discursivizam a biblioteca escolar. Objetiva, assim, analisar discursivamente os movimentos do sujeito e dos sentidos nas páginas eletrônicas sobre biblioteca escolar, observando se a rede eletrônica configura-se como o lugar da tão aclamada possibilidade de emergência do sujeito e de dizeres polissêmicos, que façam surgir sentidos além do dominante. Pretende, ainda, refletir sobre a ideologia como mecanismo de naturalização dos sentidos e produção de evidências sobre alguns discursos sobre a biblioteca escolar, e não outros, marcando o que pode ou não ser dito. Para desenvolver tais questões, inicialmente, discorre sobre alguns conceitos fundamentais da Análise do Discurso. Na etapa seguinte, percorre um (ciber)espaço instável, múltiplo e movente, investigando desde as suas condições de produção e as (im)possibilidades de navegação até a maneira como é estruturado e (re)construído, a partir do movimento de sujeitos e sentidos que se constituem ao mesmo tempo, em suas redes. Em seguida, aborda a biblioteca escolar, apresentando os sentidos circulantes em diferentes formações discursivas, a fim de investigar quais retornam, são silenciados ou, ainda, reconstruídos. Apresenta, também, algumas considerações sobre a leitura e pesquisa escolar que, por serem as atividades mais praticadas na biblioteca, tem grande importância na constituição de sentidos sobre ela. Por último, analisa alguns sites de escolas brasileiras, a fim de investigar como elas são discursivizadas, fazendo também algumas considerações sobre as bibliotecas escolares digitais, quais seriam as suas contribuições para novas práticas educativas, indagando se/como é possível sua disseminação no contexto educacional brasileiro. Finalmente, procura analisar discursivamente as representações imaginárias da biblioteca escolar no corpus selecionado. A partir das análises dispostas ao longo do trabalho, infere-se que o ciberespaço heterogêneo e interativo faz falar também o plural, permite os furos nas regiões de sentido estabilizadas pelo retorno da memória, suscitando outras maneiras de enunciar sobre essa instituição, outras margens de sentido. / It discusses the school library, from an interface between the Information Science, french Discourse Analysis and Education. It intends to understand how the historicity and discursive memory claim senses about this institution, observing the dispute between subject positions and discursive voices expressed in data, composed by clippings of discourses present in blogs, mailing lists and websites which put in discourse the school library. It aims to analyze, therefore, the movements of the subject and senses in the electronic pages on school libraries, checking if the web configures itself as the place of possibility of emergence of the subject and polysemic words, which raised meanings beyond the dominant. It aims to reflect about the ideology how a mechanism of naturalization of senses and production of evidences about some discourses on school library, and not others, marking which may or not be said. To develop such questions, first It discusses some fundamental concepts of discourse analysis. Then, It tours a (cyber) space unstable, multiple and moving, investigating from their conditions of production and the (im) possibilities of navigating to the way It is structured and (re) constructed from the movement of subjects and senses that constitute themselves in the same time on web. Then, It abroaches school library showing the senses that go around different discursive formations in order to investigate which of them returns, is silenced or rebuilt. It also presents some considerations about reading and scholar research which, being the most practiced activities in the library, they have great importance in the constitution of senses on it. Finally, It analyzes some sites of brazilian schools in order to investigate how they are put in discourse and It also makes some considerations about the digital school library, what are their contributions to educational practices, questioning if/how its possible its dissemination in the brazilian educational context. Lastly, It analyzes the imaginary representations of the school library in data. From the analysis made during this work, It\'s possible to say that the interactive and heterogeneous cyberspace allows the ruptures in the regions of sense stabilized by the return of memory, prompting other ways of stating on this institution, other margins of sense.

Para que ocorra uma resposta a essa necessidade de informação, explorou-se o estudo da análise documental de conteúdo para identificação de temas, enfocando a estratégia da exploração da estrutura textual com base no percurso gerativo de sentido em literatura infanto-juvenil, a fim de que seu conteúdo possa tornar-se acessível. O problema de pesquisa buscou soluções para uma análise documental de conteúdo adequada diante de termos implícitos e necessários para a identificação de temas. Utilizando para isto a metodologia de estudo exploratório, que considerou a interdisciplinaridade entre a Ciência da Informação, a Lingüística Textual, a Semiótica Narrativa e Discursiva, e a Semântica Discursiva, pois juntas esclarecem os métodos de identificação do conteúdo do documento, bem como elucidam a disposição e o tema dos textos de ficção. A hipótese levantada de que o percurso gerativo de sentido evidencia a estrutura textual, alertando para as partes importantes da narrativa e sua temática, foi comprovada. Verificou-se, portanto, que os objetivos de pesquisa de analisar as teorias do percurso gerativo de sentido para a identificação de temas em literatura infanto-juvenil são válidos para a proposta de que essas teorias façam parte do método para a identificação de temas. Os resultados do corpus analisado demonstram que o percurso gerativo de sentido é de grande auxílio para a identificação da estrutura textual, bem como o tema principal, junto com outros temas implícitos considerados importantes. / Abstract: The school library users request an infant-juvenile literature according to themes expressing their reading interests. To explain this need for information, the study of the documentary analysis of content was exploited for the identification of themes, focusing the strategy of textual exploitation based on the gerative sense course in infant-juvenile literature, in order to make its content accessible. The research problem investigated solutions for a suitable documentary analysis of content before implied terms which are necessary to the identification of themes. Applying, in this case, the methodology of exploratory study, which considered the interdisciplinarity among Science of Information, Textual Linguistics, Narrative and Discursive Semiotics, and Discursive Semantics, because together they elucidate the methods of identification of the document content and also explain the disposition and the theme of the fiction texts. The hypothesis saying that the gerative sense course makes the textual structure evident, alerting to the important parts of the narrative and its thematics, was verified. It was found, therefore, that the objectives of research to analyze the theories of the gerative sense course for the identification of themes in infant-juvenile literature apply to the proposal affirming that these theories are part of the method to identify the themes. The outcome of the corpus analyzed shows that the gerative sense course is very helpful to identify the textual structure, as well as the main theme, together with other implicit themes which are considered important. / Mestre

La Biblioteca Pública en San Juan de Lurigancho tiene como énfasis la percepción del límite (relación con la calle). Este proyecto pretende plantear una solución alternativa ante la problemática arquitectónica del límite. El problema se define como la percepción del usuario sobre el espacio público. El mismo que se muestra en el carácter esquivo de la ciudad sobre las necesidades del usuario. La tipología surge como medio de solución ante el énfasis. La biblioteca se plantea como un medio difusor de información y captación de usuarios, con el fin de brindar servicios. El carácter público tiene relación directa con el tipo de usuario que uno quiere atender. En este caso, el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho muestra cifras en cuanto a analfabetismo y pobreza importantes, que destacan sobre los otros distritos. El distrito condiciona la necesidad de esta infraestructura. La propuesta que plantea esta tesis nace al buscar una solución ante un problema real, la relación de un proyecto con la calle. Mostrando la interacción que puede suscitarse entre la arquitectura y la percepción del usuario. / The San Juan de Lurigancho Public Library has as emphasis the perception of the limits (the relation between the architecture and the streets). This project aims to give an alternative solution to the architectonical problem which is the limit. The problem is defined as the user’s perception of the public space, the one that displays the indifferent character of the city on the user’s necessities. The typology emerges as the solution to the emphasis. The library is thought as a diffusion medium of information and attraction to the people. The public character has a direct relationship with the kind of user that would be ideal for this institution as San Juan de Lurigancho has one of the highest numbers in analphabetism and poverty in the city of Lima. This is the reason why this district conditions the necessity of the proposed infrastructure. The proposal of this thesis was born while searching for a solution to a real problem, the relationship between a project and its surroundings. It shows the interaction that can happen between the architecture and the user’s perception. / Tesis

La presente tesis trata de una biblioteca pública de alcance interdistrital, respondiendo a la necesidad de Lima Norte de un espacio público que permita el intercambio sociocultural, y que al compartir e interactuar con diferentes usos como la comisaría, posta médica y nido incluidos en la propuesta, se agrega un valor cívico al proyecto y se refuerza el espacio público existente que converja diferentes tipos de usuarios invitados a hacer uso de la biblioteca pública, generando que funcione como una instrumento adicional a la educación brindando espacios y herramientas adecuadas que complementen las adquiridas en los centros educativos, y que incentiven la autoeducación de las personas. De esta manera, el proyecto de biblioteca pública + equipamiento urbano en Comas, se convierte en un espacio articulador urbano, social, educativo y cultural. / This thesis is about a public library of inter-district scope that responds to the need of Lima Norte for a public space that allows socio-cultural exchange, and that by sharing and interacting with different urban uses such as a police station, health center and kindergarten which are included in the design. This adds a civic value to the project and makes the existing public space, which converges different types of users who are invited to make use of the public library, reinforced. This generates that the public library can work as an additional instrument to education by providing adequate spaces and tools that complement those acquired in educational centers, encouraging the self-education of people. In this way, the project of a public library + urban equipment in Comas, becomes an urban, social, educational and cultural articulating space. / Tesis

El presente Proyecto de Grado “Biblioteca Virtual para niños invidentes (nivel primario)”, tiene como objetivo apoyar a los niños invidentes de primero de primaria en su educación, de manera que ésta no sea interrumpida. VIRTUALITO, es el nombre de la Biblioteca, tiene como contenido libros digitalizados y adaptados curricularmente. Fue desarrollado bajo la metodología MOOM (Metodología Orientado a Objetos para Desarrollar Software Multimedia) iterativa. El proceso de desarrollo fue el siguiente:  Inicialmente se realizó un análisis sobre las necesidades de los niños.  Se realizaron adaptaciones curriculares de los libros que son utilizados en escuelas regulares (ejemplo: Módulos de la Reforma Educativa).  Se elaboraron archivos de audio que contienen la narración de los libros.  Se elaboraron archivos de texto, los cuales fueron enlazados con los archivos de audio. De acuerdo a las pruebas realizadas, VIRTUALITO tiene un fácil manejo y comprensión, pero deberá ser sometido a prueba durante todo un año escolar. Dentro de las limitaciones de VIRTUALITO, está el hecho de que un niño sordo-ciego no podrá utilizarlo.
