The thesis deals with the processing of exploratory work according to valid methodology in the cadastral area of Přídolí. It provides a list of all the information that is needed for further processing of land consolidation. In addition to the basic characteristics of natural and economic conditions in the area, major emphasis is put on the data acquisition and processing in the field of transport system, soil degradation, locations and state of all elements for control of soil erosion and territorial system of ecological stability, water supply conditions and landscape value. The processing of the obtained documents, field survey and territory analysis should be used to optimize the land consolidation process, especially common facilities planning.

The goal of this thesis is to draft a project documentation of the new field road reflecting water retention and accumulation within the complex land consolidation. Territory, suitable for the construction of this new field road, is located in the foothills of the Novohradské hory, about 12 km southeast of the village Trhové Sviny. The chosen location with local names "U hrušky" and "Na 22 hektarech" is located in the eastern part of the cadastral area Dlouhá Stropnice. Proposed practical solution of project documentation of side field road design category P4,0/30 completed with a suitable alternative drainage is based on the theoretical summary of the literature review in this thesis. Other objects - fall culverts and landscaping the surrounding areas are included in the conception of project proposal. An integral part and basis for making the draft was field survey and subsequent analysis of the current status of the affected area.

The aim of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the documentation proposal land adjustments in the chosen locality. The chosen locality for this work is the cadastral area of Brloh pod Kletí. The first part of the thesis consists of literary research, which deals with the topic of work in general. Further, the basic characteristics of the territory are described, the land improvement scheme is determined. Based on a field survey of this territory, the problems that were addressed with the analysis were analyzed of the draft measure in the plan of common facilities. The main part of the work was to draw up a list of claims for three selected owners. These claims form the basis for designing a new land arrangements.

This diploma thesis deals with a draft processing of a complex land adjustment within a chosen cadastral municipality. The chosen locality is Okrouhlá Radouň, which is lying in South Bohemian Region, in a former district Jindřichův Hradec. The literary research is focused on a land adjustment, especially on the explanation of the the basic terms and the necessary information on the land adjustment. A local survey, an assessment of land adjustment area and the solution of measures within a plan of common facilities were carried out in the research itself. The last operation was to make a list of demands of three chosen owners and subsequently to create a draft of a new land arrangement.

Inställda förrättningar : Orsaker till inställande i Gävleborg, Dalarna och Jämtlands län 2013-2017

Sometimes obstacles arise in cadastral procedures that make it impossible to carry out the party's claim. An obstacle may be that property formation does not meet the conditions in chapter 3. or 5 chap. property formation (SFS 1970: 988). According to a press release issued by the Government Chancellor on January 19, 2017 (Regeringskansliet, 2017), the average processing time for an cadastral procedures is approximately 47.1 weeks at the Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority (based on the last five years). The Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority was commissioned to work towards shorten cases queues. By detecting obstacles in cadastral proceedings earlier, those cases that are not possible to be implemented can be removed from the case queue and help shorten the processing time. By examin cases that have been canceled due to a material barrier, a basis has been provided for reasons of resignation. During the period from 1 January to 31 december 2017, 74 cadastral procedurs were canceled in Gävleborg, Dalarna and Jämtland on due to material barriers. In view of the outcome of Klang (Klang, 2010) and the result of this work it can be concluded that the section of the law that most often cause barriers to cadastral procedurs are found in chapter 3 of the Property Formation Act. An examination of the property formation at an earlier stage would facilitate the work of the establishment. If obvious defects of appropriateness and conditions that are significantly contrary to the applicable land rules are discovered and can be resolved already at the first examination of the application, it could help reduce the processing time for that case. If not, the case would even be considered impracticable already there. However, in order to be able to make such an assessment at first examination, there is a certain kind of competence that is already lacking today. / Ibland uppkommer hinder i förrättningar som omöjliggör ett genomförande av sakägarens yrkande. Ett hinder kan vara att fastighetsbildningen inte uppfyller villkoren i 3 kap. eller 5 kap. fastighetsbildningslagen (SFS 1970:988). Enligt ett pressmeddelande från Regeringskansliet den 19 januari 2017 (Regeringskansliet, 2017) är den genomsnittliga handläggningstiden för ett förrättningsärende ca 47,1 veckor hos det Statliga Lantmäteriet (baserat på de senaste fem åren). Lantmäteriet fick i uppdrag att jobba för att korta ner ärendekön. Genom att upptäcka hinder i förrättningsärenden tidigare kan dessa ärenden som inte är möjliga att genomföra tas ur ärendekön och bidra till att korta handläggningstiden. Genom att kvalitativt granska förrättningar som har blivit inställda på grund av ett materiellt hinder har ett underlag tagits fram för orsaker till inställande. Under tidsperioden 2013-01-01 till 2017-12-31 inställdes 74 stycken förrättningar i Gävleborg, Dalarna och Jämtlands län på grund av materiella hinder. Med tanke på resultatet som Klang (Klang, 2010) fick fram gällande förrättningar enligt fastighetsbildningslagen och resultatet i detta arbete kan slutsatsen dras att de lagrum som oftast orsakar hinder för att genomföra förrättningar finns i fastighetsbildningslagens 3 kapitel. En prövning av fastighetsbildningslagen i ett tidigare skede skulle underlätta arbetet med förrättningen. Om uppenbara lämplighetsbrister och förhållanden som påtagligt strider emot gällande markbestämmelser upptäckts och kan åtgärdas redan vid första granskning av ansökan skulle det kunna bidra till att handläggningstiden för det ärendet kortades ned. Om inte ärendet till och med skulle anses vara ogenomförbart redan där. För att kunna göra en sådan bedömning vid första granskning krävs det dock en viss typ av kompetens som det idag redan är brist på.

This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current state of common facilities and the following draft of comprehensive land consolidation in the cadastral territory of Dolní and Prostřední Svince. In the scope of the common facilities, the survey focused on the network of roads/paths and subsequently its elaboration in the form of a digital map. After the survey of the followed territories in the terrain the current state was processed which showed the individual advantages and disadvantages. By means of the evaluating criteria the effectiveness of the common facilities within comprehensive land consolidation for zones of interest was tested. The target of the performed evaluation and the draft of measures is the total improvement and strengthening of effectiveness of individual common facilities within comprehensive land consolidation.

Fastighetsbestämning och särskild gränsutmärkning i Sverige

The purpose of this thesis is to describe property definition and special boundary demarcation and to analyze the differences between the two cadastral procedures. Property boundaries, especially unlawfully determined boundaries created through unofficial parcelling, can create conflicts between landowners and make it diffi-cult to know which land that a property contains of. It is possible to clarify the boundary conditions through a property definition or through a special boundary demarcation re-establish boundary marks. The methods used are: (1) A literature review to collect background information, (2) A case study to summarize court cases and (3) A questionnaire study to collect opinions from cadastral surveyors. The result is summarized in two comparisons. Firstly between restoration of landmark and special boundary demarcation (which replaced restoration of landmark in a legislative change in 2010), which demonstrated that the change in the law is considered positive because special boundary demarcation gives a legal effect on the boundaries. Secondly between property definition and special boundary demarcation which demonstrated that the two procedures are similar to each other. One difference between the procedures is that special boundary demarcation only can be used when there are no uncertainties concerning the boundary. It also demonstrated that the cadastral procedure costs only can be distributed during property definition. The legal effect on the boundaries contributes with a certainty for the property owners and is also considered positive for the community development. No exact definition of what a legal uncertainty is, was found using the three methods. A definition should make it easier to know which cadastral procedure that should be used. A question to examine in future studies is the possibilities to distribute cadastral procedure costs even during special boundary demarcation. / Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva fastighetsbestämning och särskild gräns-utmärkning samt att analysera skillnaderna mellan de olika förrättningsåtgärderna. Fastighetsgränser, speciellt olagligen bestämda gränser som tillkommit genom exempelvis sämjedelning, kan skapa konflikter mellan markägare. Det kan exem-pelvis vara svårt att veta vilken mark som hör till vilken fastighet. För att klargöra gränsförhållanden finns det möjlighet att avgöra fastighetsgränsers sträckning med fastighetsbestämning eller återutsätta gränsmärken med särskild gränsutmärkning. Metoderna som använts för att kunna uppfylla syftet är: (1) En litteraturstudie där bakgrundsinformation samlats in, (2) en fallstudie där rättsfall sammanfattats och (3) en enkätstudie där tio frågor besvarats av förrättningslantmätare. Resultatet av metoderna sammanfattas i två jämförelser. En mellan återställande av gränsmärke och särskild gränsutmärkning (som ersatte återställande av gräns-märke vid en lagändring år 2010) som bland annat visar att lagändringen anses vara positiv eftersom gränser nu får rättskraft. Den andra jämförelsen, mellan fastighetsbestämning och särskild gränsutmärkning visar att åtgärderna till stor del liknar varandra, men att särskild gränsutmärkning endast får ske när en gräns är juridiskt klar. Den visar också att fördelning av förrättningskostnader endast är möjlig vid fastighetsbestämning. Att gränser får rättskraft innebär en säkerhet för markägare och anses även vara bra exempelvis ur samhällsutvecklingssynpunkt. Med studien har det inte gått att hitta någon exakt definition av vad en juridisk oklarhet är, vilket borde finnas för att undvika svårigheter att välja förrättningsåtgärd. Att endast den sökande måste svara för kostnaden vid särskild gränsutmärkning anses vara orättvisst, eftersom motparten kan ha orsakat behovet av åtgärden. Möjlighet att förändra detta skulle kunna vara en intressant fråga att undersöka i framtida studier.

This diploma thesis describes the procedure of renewal of the cadastre documentation by remaking original maps. Redesigned location is Lomnice u Tišnova, more precisely its urban area. For this area is still valid map in the scale of 1:2880. Digitalization of analogue maps is one of the most important tasks in the cadastre department. On the basis of these facts, this diploma thesis was created in this cadastre territory and the official renewal of these territory maps has been set on the 2015. The external area of the territory is already a digital cadastre map. Renewal of the cadastre documentation was guided by the cadastre documentation renewal guide with the latest changes. The result of this diploma thesis is a project of digital form of the cadastre map, created in MicroGEOS Nautil software.

The area of interest is built-up area because rural area was revised by complex land consolidation. The analogue map is revised to digital map based on the Instruction for renewal of the cadastre documentation and the conversion as amended. The result of this master’s thesis is a design of the digital form of the cadastral map created in MicroGEOS Nautil and comparison of the parcel area shown on owner's folio with the parcel area determined from the graphical file.

This diploma thesis solves a new residential house in Litovel in the cadastral area town Litovel (685909) on plot 725/9. The building is situated in the outskirts of built-up. Plan view of the object is I-shaped with dimensions of 43.01 x 26.26 m. The building consists of four floors and cellar floor. In the cellar floor there are collective garage, cellar, boiler room, club room, toilet and access corridor following the staircase space. On the first floor of the multifunctional part building there are two shops and a hairdresser´s, which have individual entrances. The main entrance to the living part of the house is consists by storm lobby. On the leeward continues vestibule and staircase space with a lift shaft. The main corridor following to individual apartments in each floor lead on the staircase space. The building is based on a reinforced concrete base. Vertical construction and horizontal construction are made from the system HELUZ. Roof construction are flat and have a gradient of 3%.
