Kolektyvinės religinės muzikos veiklos poveikis paauglių muzikinei kultūrai / Influence of Collective Religious Musical Activities upon Teenagers’ Musical Culture

Minkevičiūtė, Jūratė 16 August 2007 (has links)
2. Parengti tyrimo instrumentą, padėsiantį suprasti religinės muzikos įtaką jaunimo muzikinei kultūrai. 3. Atlikti konstatuojamąjį tyrimą. 4. Atlikti tyrimo rezultatų analizę. 5. Parengti mokslines išvadas. Tyrimo metodai : teorinė literatūros šaltinių analizė, mokinių anketinė apklausa raštu; konstatuojamasis tyrimas, aprašomoji statistika. Išvados:... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / It was predetermined by the pragmatic attitude of the society towards music, getting deeper and deeper. Jämlikt deltagande - Om ensamkommande och nyanlända tjejers väg in i föreningsliv genom separatism

Rundström, Beatrice January 2018 (has links)
This study examines unaccompanied and newly arrived refugee girls’ possibilities to join collective activities. A lot of organizations in Sweden struggle to include unaccompanied and newly arrived refugee girls in activities such as sports and culture. Some of the causes to this problem derive from excluding mechanisms within the organizations, but also from the girls’ families or relatives who have certain rules regarding participation in activities. To increase the number of female participants, a number of organizations working with the target group are now developing projects using separatism as a method for inclusion. Separatism increases participation amongst girls, but it can be used as an alibi to compensate for inequalities within organizations. In order to receive good results from separatist work, the ideas from which separatism has evolved, such as feminism and equality, must be implemented throughout the entire work of the organizations using separatism as a method.

Towards Institutional Stabilization and Development? : A Study of Inter-Organizational Cooperation in the Tajik Cotton Industry

Spånning, Anna C. January 2009 (has links)
Close to two decades after the break-up of the Soviet Union, there is still a marked difference in developmental paths, including institutional as well as economic development and performance among the states emerging from the ruins of the vast empire. Turning attention to the least successful post-Soviet region, Central Asia, and Tajikistan in particular, this thesis provides a contribution to the discussion of how to institutionalize social power and build the foundations for political community in post-colonial societies. It is argued here that increased institutional stability may be achieved through inter-organizational cooperation among main actors within an institutional setting. Through the dispersion of intra- and inter-organizational effects of cooperation beyond the action situations where they are produced, several goals may be achieved. These are increased predictability, transparency and durability in governance, a more equitable distribution of wealth, and (in relation to the kinship-foundation of Tajik society) the embracing of kin-divisions in society. The study examines how and why organizations decide to get involved in cooperative collective activities within the Tajik cotton industry, an industry infamous for its unscrupulous financing schemes to which local investors tie farmers; schemes lacking business ethics and the interconnection of the social and economic with political relations. The study, through an embedded case study of one project (the Farmers’ Ownership Model), also examines the institutional implications of inter-organizational collective activities. The study’s empirical base is a combination of data derived from literature, reports, reviews of official documents, as well as from interviews and an expert survey conducted among organizational representatives with expert knowledge on the Tajik cotton industry.                The results suggest that it is possible to divide the forms of cooperation into three broad categories; business based cooperation, development and support-based cooperation and unilateral cooperative activity. The latter category contains interactions based on helping as well as on coercion. The motives for cooperating follow the same divisions, with profit and position-related motives dominating business-based cooperation. Development and support-based cooperation are primarily motivated by non-profit factors, such as community-(re)building and knowledge enhancement, as well as position-related motives. Within the group of unilateral interactions, the same divisions valid for business-based cooperation (unilateral cooperative activity based on coercion) and development and support-based cooperation (unilateral cooperative activity based on helping) are found. The actors approached for this study confirm that the institutional setting is “difficult” and that the social and political climate is not supportive of inter-organizational cooperative collective activities. Despite this, the actors agree that the time is right for cooperative efforts. The implications of inter-organizational cooperative collective activities within the frameworks of the examined Farmers’ Ownership Model project are many and important from a stabilizing perspective. Numerous strategic effects have been identified, among which is the creation of the first open farmer-owned joint stock company in the country, providing crop financing, high quality input, and technical assistance to the farmers in the northern Sugd region.  This is the most tangible effect, as is legislative change related to the marketing of cotton. The learning and knowledge-creation effects as a result of inter-organizational interactions within the project are also substantial. Client as well as non-client farmers have, through the technical assistance provided through the project company, managed to improve awareness in terms of their legal status. In addition, the technical assistance component of the project has served to improve productivity and the quality of the cotton grown. Despite indications of attitudinal changes within the action situations examined, there is no clear-cut evidence of trust effects at the institutional level. The results of empirical examination of the Tajik cotton industry to a large extent support the central thesis of the study.

An organization in change : about sports associations in rural areas and their challenges in a post-modern society

Sandberg, Per January 2012 (has links)
In this thesis, a study of how Swedish sports associations in rural areas are affected by the societal changes which the advent of the post-modern society has brought is declared. The studied data has been collected through qualitative interviews and thenceforth analyzed through the research method grounded theory. The informants who have participated in the study are all active in sports clubs in small villages themselves, and this thesis provides an insight in their experiences which hopefully can contribute to an increased knowledge about how Swedish sports associations in rural areas may develop in the next few years. The results reveal that the studied sports clubs experience severe problems in the recruitment of new members as well as voluntary trainers and members of the board. Moreover, the study proves an ongoing conflict between urban and rural areas which in particular concerns allocation of resources and political priority.

My culture and your culture" : A qualitative study about how to reach a multicultural and including society

Axelsson, Linnea, Engström, Emilia, Göransson Blomberg, Hilda January 2018 (has links)

This is a qualitative, descriptive and analytical study, based on the case study of a CAPS in Rio Grande do Sul, which comes from CAPSUL research that is a study of Evaluations Fourth Generation. Data were collected from interviews with 27 professionals in accordance with the hermeneutics dialectical, using 390h of observations of 03 researchers and their field notes, including the validation workshop and recycling of data. The analysis was carried out in accordance with hermeneutics dialectic, historical context, descriptions of the service, data consolidation through collective activities, and systematization according to three categories: diversity of actors; horizontal relationship; problematization and resolutivity. The study confirms that many of collective activities carried out in a CAPS can be recognized as EPS, since their characteristics be organized based on participation, inclusion and enhancement of various actors, co-management, health education, planning, assessment practices, and troubleshooting. Many of these activities are literacy workshops and collective mental health, team meetings with discussions of cases, knowledge circles, assemblies and community mobilization actions. Although this study do not allow to state that permanent education actions can be found in any labor process, whereas EPS activities are determined by how they are operated, this research contributes to point out the characteristics of effective technologies in health care that might be developed in various public health care services.

Ergonomie et design dans une démarche de conception de produits centrée sur les besoins des personnes / Ergonomics and design in a product design approach centered on the needs of persons

Charrier, Marjorie 21 November 2016 (has links)
Lifestyles change led to the development of the needs and wishes of people who are looking for "experience", "wellbeing"and "pleasure" through the products they use. Companies must now satisfy and seduce these people whoare increasingly exigent, by being a source of innovation and new ideas. Thus, companies are more and moreinterested in their product design process, in order to better take into account, the human factor. It requires aspecific approach to make people have positive and quality experiences. In this approach, people are at the heart ofthe concerns of the product design actors. In this context, the design process requires the intervention of differentdisciplines rightly sensitive to human factor. In our research, we focused on ergonomics and design, two disciplinessensitive to people who are moving towards new practices: design for "needs" and the prospective ergonomics. Ourresearch is focus on the practices of these two disciplines that converge on a common vision, which is a prospectiveand "humanist" one, of the product design for a better integration of people. The main scientific challenge of ourwork is to better understand ergonomics and design current practices in a product design context. This, to suggestto these actors an approach (IDLifeS) and tools (Knowledge Guides), interdisciplinary, which correspond to thedevelopment of their practices and offer them to co-design products and life situations which correspond to theneeds, wishes and characteristics of people.
