Previous issue date: 2006-07-04 / Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Cient?fico e Tecnol?gico / Precarization of work, process situated historically after the third Industrial Revolution, express itself as one of the faces of changes in production modus and working conditions. The present study aims to identify the process of work precarization in supermarket sector in Natal municipality. The choice for this sector and professional category is based on low investment in studies on the commercial sector and on technological and administrative transformations that supermarkets have implemented. After a bibliographical review, ten indicators of precarization were chosen which permitted to set up a schedule to interviews and its application to employees of two supermarkets (local companies) in Natal area. The following working functions were chosen to participate in the survey: cashier, display assistant (shelf-stacker) and attendants (N=6). From the interviews we developed an analysis of categorical contents in order to identify the presence of precarization indicators. Categorizations allowed us to identify five major themes: work categorization; work meaning: its attributes; work meaning: work centrality; comments on the employment of apprentices or trainees; and transversal work contents. Such themes contents express or not the presence of precarization process at supermarket sector in Natal area. O presente estudo tem por objetivo identificar o processo de precariza??o do trabalho no setor de supermercados da cidade de Natal. A escolha por este setor e categoria profissional decorre do pouco investimento em estudos no setor de com?rcio e das transforma??es tecnol?gicas e administrativas que os supermercados vem executando. Ap?s a revis?o de literatura nos foi poss?vel elencar dez indicadores da precariza??o que permitiram a estrutura??o de um roteiro de entrevista e aplica??o do mesmo junto aos empregados de dois supermercados (empresas locais) da cidade de Natal. Foram escolhidos seis trabalhadores de diferentes fun??es para participarem da pesquisa: operador de caixa, repositor de mercadorias e atendente enquanto participantes da pesquisa. A partir das entrevistas transcritas desenvolveu-se uma an?lise de conte?do categ?rica a fim de identificar a presen?a ou n?o dos indicadores da precariza??o. A categoriza??o nos permitiu identificar cinco grandes temas: caracteriza??o do emprego; significado do trabalho: seus atributo; significado do trabalho: centralidade do trabalho; coment?rios sobre a contrata??o de aprendizes ou estagi?rios e conte?dos transversais ao trabalho. Os conte?dos de tais temas expressam a presen?a ou n?o do processo de precariza??o no setor de supermercados de Natal. Previous issue date: 2017-08-28 / Este trabalho debru?a-se sobre a condi??o de trabalhadora assalariada a que est?o submetidas as Assistentes Sociais que atuam na fun??o de Agente Fiscal nos Conselhos Regionais de Servi?o Social (CRESS) da Regi?o Nordeste, com o objetivo de analisar as condi??es objetivas de trabalho das Agentes Fiscais nos referidos CRESS. Utilizamos um referencial cr?tico dial?tico, fundamentado na tradi??o marxista, afirmando a centralidade da categoria trabalho. Partimos do pressuposto de que enquanto trabalhadores/as assalariados/as, ainda que inseridos/as em organiza??es como os CRESS, os/as Agentes Fiscais n?o se encontram isentos/as das rela??es de trabalho inerentes ? sociedade capitalista na atualidade, cujas express?es contempor?neas v?m atingindo fortemente a classe trabalhadora, especialmente a sobrecarga e a intensifica??o do trabalho, a exig?ncia da polival?ncia de fun??es, os baixos sal?rios e as prec?rias condi??es objetivas de trabalho. Constituiu-se em um estudo quali-quantitativo atrav?s de pesquisa documental e a aplica??o de question?rios online com a participa??o de 12 Agentes Fiscais em exerc?cio nos 08 (oito) CRESS da Regi?o Nordeste e de 04 (quatro) membros das gest?es do tri?nio 2014-2017 desses Regionais. Os dados foram tratados com base na an?lise de conte?do e analisados ? luz do referencial te?rico adotado. Constatou-se que a quantidade atual de Agentes Fiscais na maioria dos CRESS pesquisados se apresenta insuficiente para o atendimento das demandas que chegam ? Comiss?o de Orienta??o e Fiscaliza??o (COFI), em virtude do grande aumento do n?mero de profissionais inscritos/as nos ?ltimos anos; a alta taxa de inadimpl?ncia na maioria desses regionais impede a contrata??o de mais profissionais; alguns Regionais necessitam adequar as condi??es ?ticas e t?cnicas de trabalho para as Agentes Fiscais ?s disposi??es da Resolu??o CFESS n? 493/06; necessitam de investimentos em educa??o permanente para as Agentes Fiscais em raz?o da peculiaridade do cargo; e a import?ncia do Plano de Cargos, Carreiras e Sal?rios (PCCS) para a constru??o de uma s?lida e atrativa carreira profissional para o/a Agente Fiscal no ?mbito dos CRESS, visando a continuidade do trabalho desenvolvido de execu??o da Pol?tica Nacional de Fiscaliza??o (PNF) e, consequentemente, do fortalecimento do projeto ?tico-pol?tico da profiss?o de Servi?o Social. / This paper deals with the condition of employed person to the Social Workers who act as Fiscal Agent in the Regional Councils of Social Work (CRESS) of the Northeast Region, with the objective of analyzing the objective conditions of work of the Fiscal Agents in the mentioned CRESS. We used a critical dialectical referential, based on the Marxist tradition, affirming the centrality of the work category. We start from the assumption that as employees, even if they are inserted in organizations such as the CRESS, Fiscal Agents are not exempt from the labor relations inherent in the capitalist society today, whose contemporary expressions has been strongly hitting the working class, particularly the overburdening and the intensification of work, the demand for polyvalence of functions, low wages and the precarious objective conditions of work. It consisted of a qualitative and quantitative study through documentary research and the application of online questionnaires with the participation of 12 Fiscal Agents in exercise in the 08 (eight) CRESS of the Northeast Region and 04 (four) members of the administrations of the triennium 2014-2017 of these Regionals. The data were treated based on content analysis and analyzed in the light of the adopted theoretical referential. It was found that the current number of Fiscal Agents in most of the surveyed CRESS is insufficient to answer the demands that come to the Orientation and Supervision Commission (COFI), due to the large increase in the number of professionals enrolled in the recent years; the high default rate in most of these regional banks hinders the hiring of more professionals; some Regionals need to adjust the ethical and technical working conditions for Fiscal Agents to the provisions of CFESS Resolution n. 493/06; they need investments in permanent education for Fiscal Agents due to the peculiarity of the position; and the importance of the Career, Salary and Wages Plan (PCCS) for the construction of a solid and attractive professional career for the Fiscal Agent within the scope of the CRESS, aiming at the continuity of the work carried out in the implementation of the National Supervision Policy (PNF) and, consequently, the strengthening of the ethical-political project of the Social Work profession.

Assim, a avalia??o das condi??es de trabalho e sa?de torna-se importante instrumento de an?lise com possibilidades de interven??o em busca de melhoria da qualidade de vida dos trabalhadores. Objetivou-se, assim, conhecer a condi??o de sa?de e de trabalho dos profissionais da aten??o b?sica dos quinze munic?pios que comp?em a Regi?o de Sa?de de Diamantina/MG, atrav?s de um estudo transversal com base em um question?rio semiestruturado e com an?lises antropom?tricas. A Organiza??o Mundial da Sa?de proclama os trabalhadores de sa?de como seu mais valioso recurso, assim, como profissional da aten??o b?sica ? necess?rio que esse desperte para a pr?pria condi??o de sa?de, reconhecendo e analisando situa??es que possam influenciar e determinar a qualidade de vida. Participaram da pesquisa 290 profissionais da Estrat?gia Sa?de da Fam?lia, 42,4% atuam na aten??o b?sica por contrato tempor?rio; 84% com dedica??o exclusiva; 94,8% referem realizar carga hor?ria de 40 horas semanais. A taxa de absente?smo no servi?o nos 12 meses anterior ? pesquisa foi de 40,7% com destaque para as doen?as osteomusculares, a preval?ncia de morbidade foi relatada por 34,8% dos profissionais. Entre os participantes, 55,2% afirmam que o trabalho interfere na condi??o de sa?de. Destaca-se que 54% dos trabalhadores encontram-se acima do peso adequado e que 28,7% das mulheres e 8,6% dos homens apresentam risco aumentado para desenvolver doen?as cardiovasculares. O acidente de trabalho foi relatado por 15,5% dos participantes. A automedica??o foi relatada por 60,7% e a participa??o em atividades de promo??o ? sa?de por 24,8%. Working conditions, organization, conception and the environment to which basic health care professionals are subjected to while working in the Single Health System (Sistema ?nico de Sa?de ? SUS) can have a great effect on their health conditions, due to the complexity of the service. Thus, an assessment of health and working conditions is an essential instrument of analysis, with the possibility of interventions, in the search for improvements in the quality of life of workers. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to assess the health and working conditions of basic healthcare professionals in the fifteen (15) districts that make up Health Region of Diamantina/MG (Brazil). This was a cross-sectional study based on a semi-structured questionnaire and anthropometric analysis. The World Health Organization has stated that healthcare workers are its most valuable resource. Thus, the welfare of basic healthcare professionals needs to be recognized and situations that can affect and determine their quality of life must be analyzed. In total, 290 Family Health Strategy professionals participated in the present study: 42.4% were involved in basic healthcare on temporary contracts; 84% were exclusively dedicated to basic healthcare; 94.8% reported a weekly workload of 40 hours. The rate of absenteeism in the area during the 12 months prior to the study was reported as 40.7%, with a significant number of osteomuscular diseases cited. Morbidity was reported by 34.8% of the professionals. Among the participants, 55.2% stated that their job affected their health. It is notable that 54% of these workers were overweight, with 28.7% of women and 8.6% of men in the high risk category for the development of cardiovascular diseases. Accidents in the workplace were reported by 15.5% of the participants. Self-medication was reported by 60.7%, whereas participation in health-promoting activities was reported by 24.8%. Therefore, it was possible to determine the health and working conditions of basic healthcare professionals. The results of the present study could subsidize the decision making process so that health actions for workers are consolidated and valued in the environment of health management.

working conditions and healthy, in the welfare perspective, by the Policil?nica Zona
Oeste?s healthy professionals. Were used like theoretical bases the categories of
working conditions of Borges et al. (2013): working conditions and contractual legal;
physical working conditions and materials; working conditions and characteristics of
the work processes and working conditions and social management. For the analise
of personal wellness in the job, were used the categories of Dessen and Paz (2010):
friendship relations, relationship with the organization, growth opportunity, relations
with customers , valuation and realization. For this, this research use the descriptive
statistic and Bardin (1977) ?s content analysis besides the help of Manyeyes
software, using the word clouds and trees words. Was possible identify that the
working conditions have strong relations with the health of the health professionals of
Policl?nica, mainly about the physical and materials conditions that are precarious
and influences the other dimensions of working conditions and conditions health.

Previous issue date: 2013-12-09 / Na contemporaneidade, em virtude da implanta??o do projeto neoliberal no qual se verifica a retra??o do Estado no tocante ao desenvolvimento das pol?ticas sociais, observa-se uma nova forma de responder as express?es multifacetadas da quest?o social, qual seja o surgimento e expans?o de um suposto ?terceiro setor? na sociedade. Destarte, o processo de reestrutura??o produtiva tem provocado a precariza??o das rela??es de trabalho, bem como uma super explora??o da for?a humana de trabalho, desencadeando tamb?m o desemprego estrutural. Estando pautado em interesses classistas, o surgimento do ?terceiro setor? traz aspectos contradit?rios para a sociedade, sendo um desses o pr?prio conceito de ?terceiro setor?, mais ideol?gico do que real. Por buscar responder as express?es da quest?o social, demanda a interven??o de assistentes sociais nas institui??es que o ?comp?em?. Dessa forma, surge o interesse em pesquisar quais s?o as atuais condi??es e rela??es de trabalho dos(as) assistente sociais que trabalham nas institui??es do ?terceiro setor? em Mossor?-RN. Sendo assim, esse estudo constitui-se em uma pesquisa para a conclus?o do curso de mestrado em Servi?o Social, na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Para tanto, elencou-se como objetivo geral da pesquisa identificar e analisar as condi??es e rela??es de trabalho das(os) assistentes sociais inseridas(os) nas institui??es do ?terceiro setor? em Mossor?-RN. E por objetivos espec?ficos: mapear as institui??es que fazem parte do ?terceiro setor? na cidade de Mossor?, que possuem assistentes sociais em seu quadro profissional, a fim de tra?ar o perfil das mesmas; e, analisar os principais desafios apresentados ao trabalho das(os) assistentes sociais nessas institui??es. Utilizamos a pesquisa bibliogr?fica e documental a fim de iluminar o conhecimento da tem?tica abordada e o desenvolvimento da pesquisa de campo, sendo que para a an?lise dos dados obtidos, por meio da pesquisa de campo, utilizou-se a abordagem quanti-qualitativa. Os resultados da pesquisa comprovaram que a metade das institui??es se identificou como filantr?picas, e a maioria delas s?o financiadas pelo Governo federal e que tais organiza??es desenvolvem atividades nas diversas ?reas, com destaque para sa?de e assist?ncia. No tocante as condi??es e rela??es de trabalho, teve destaque o fato de metade das profissionais se inserirem nas institui??es por meio de indica??o; com rela??o ao sal?rio, 57,1% das profissionais recebem entre 3 e 4 sal?rios m?nimos, o que ? considerado relativamente baixo. Foi satisfat?ria a an?lise relacionada aos direitos trabalhistas, pois quase todas disp?em de carteira assinada, o que garante, em boa medida, a efetiva??o de tais direitos. J? com rela??o ? carga hor?ria, 5 das 6 institui??es efetivaram a Lei N? 12.317/2010 garantindo 30 horas semanais para as assistentes sociais. Por?m, foram muitos os desafios citados relacionando a realidade do ?terceiro setor? ?s condi??es e rela??es de trabalho, dentre eles destaca-se: o atraso do sal?rio e o n?o reajuste salarial; a realiza??o de atividades que n?o se relacionam com as compet?ncias e atribui??es profissionais; o desenvolvimento de muitas atividades por uma s? profissional. Dois dados importantes s?o o n?o incentivo ? p?s-gradua??o e a cobran?a do cumprimento das metas para a produtividade profissional. Aqui, cabe refletir que, embora esse estudo apresente elementos que proporcionam identificar alguns aspectos das condi??es e rela??es de trabalho de assistentes sociais no ?terceiro setor? em Mossor?-RN, bem como alguns desafios que perpassam esse espa?o de inser??o profissional, entende-se que h? muito para ser desvelado, e outros estudos podem posteriormente, faz?-lo na tentativa de uma melhor compreens?o da complexidade dos processos que permeiam o ?terceiro setor?. / In the contemporaneity, due to the implementation of the neoliberal project in which one
verifies the withdrawal of the State in regard to the development of social policies, it is
observed a new way of responding to the multifaceted expressions of the social issue, which
is the emergence and expansion of a supposed "third sector" in society. Thus, the productive
restructuring process has led to the deterioration of labor relations, as well as a super
exploration of human labor power, also triggering structural unemployment. By being
delineated in classist interests, the emergence of the "third sector" brings contradictory aspects
to the society, one of these being the very concept of "third sector", more ideological than
real. By seeking to answer the expressions of the social issue, demands the intervention of
social workers in the institutions that "composes it". This way, arises the interest in
researching what are the current conditions and labor relations of the social workers who
work in the institutions of the "third sector" in Mossor?-RN. Therefore, this study is
constituted by a survey for the conclusion of a Master's degree in Social Service at the
Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Therefore, it was listed out as general
objective to identify and analyze the conditions and labor relations of the social workers
entered in the institutions of the "third sector" in Mossor?-RN. And by specific objectives: to
map the institutions that are part of the "third sector" in the city of Mossor?, which have
social workers on its professional staff, in order to profile the same; and, analyze the main
challenges presented to the work of the social worker in these institutions. We used the
bibliographic and documental research to enlighten the knowledge of the topic approached
and the development of the field research, in which for the analysis of the data obtained,
through field research, it was used the quantitative and qualitative approach. The search
results confirmed that half of the institutions was identified as philanthropics, and most of
them are funded by the federal government and that such organizations develop activities in
several areas, particularly health and welfare. Concerning the conditions and labor relations,
was highlighted the fact that half of the professionals insert themselves within the institutions
by appointment; regarding the salary, 57.1% of employees receive between 3 and 4 minimum
wages, which is considered relatively low. Was satisfactory the analysis related to the labor
rights, because almost all offer a formal contract, which ensures, in great measure, the
effectuation of such rights. Now with regard to the workload, 5 of 6 institutions implemented
the Law N?. 12.317/2010 ensuring 30 hours a week for social workers. However, it were cited
many challenges relating the reality of the "third sector" to the conditions and labor relations,
among them stands out: the delay of salary and non-salary adjustment; the realization of
activities that do not relate to professionals, functions and duties; the development of many
activities by a single professional. Two important data are the not incentive to a postgraduate
and the charging of the fulfillment of the goals for the professional productivity. Here, it is
worth to reflect that, although this study presents elements that provide to identify some
aspects of labor relations and conditions of social workers in the "third sector" in Mossor?-
RN, as well as some challenges that permeate this space of professional insertion, is meant
that there is much to be unveiled, and other studies can later do so in an attempt to a better

Previous issue date: 2016 / O presente trabalho prop?s um estudo de caso, cujo objetivo principal foi investigar as condi??es objetivas de trabalho dos servidores t?cnico-administrativos de uma Divis?o Acad?mica da Universidade Federal de S?o Jo?o del-Rei (UFSJ) e a influ?ncia dessas condi??es na satisfa??o e desempenho deles. Para tanto, partiu-se da problem?tica na qual as universidades federais brasileiras, sendo autarquias integrantes da Administra??o Indireta do Poder Executivo, vinculadas ao Minist?rio da Educa??o (MEC) e respons?veis pelas atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extens?o, passaram por um recente processo de expans?o denominado Plano de Reestrutura??o e Expans?o das Universidades Federais (REUNI). O estudo foi desenvolvido com 29 servidores da Divis?o de Acompanhamento e Controle Acad?mico (DICON) da Pr?-Reitoria de Ensino de Gradua??o (PROEN) de todos os campi da UFSJ, universidade situada no interior mineiro. Para tanto, foram utilizadas ferramentas de gest?o empresarial (an?lise de organogramas parciais, confec??o do quadro de distribui??o de trabalho e estudo do Layout), an?lise documental de avalia??es de desempenho e aplica??o de question?rio de satisfa??o e insatisfa??o no trabalho entre os servidores investigados. Os dados foram coletados no m?s de junho de 2016 ap?s aprova??o do Comit? de ?tica da Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri (UFVJM). Posteriormente, foram tratados qualitativa e quantitativamente mediante an?lise das porcentagens das respostas das avalia??es de desempenho e do question?rio de satisfa??o e insatisfa??o no trabalho, al?m da an?lise qualitativa das ferramentas gerenciais, a fim de correlacionar o desempenho e a satisfa??o dos servidores com suas condi??es objetivas de trabalho. Concluiu-se que ? poss?vel que as condi??es objetivas de trabalho estejam influenciando a satisfa??o dos servidores para a maioria dos aspectos investigados, mas que n?o exerce influ?ncia sobre o desempenho deles apesar de terem relatado algumas dificuldades no ambiente de trabalho. / Disserta??o (Mestrado Profissional) ? Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2016. / The present study proposed a case study, whose main objective was to investigate the objective working conditions of the technical-administrative staff of an Academic Division of the Federal University of S?o Jo?o del-Rei (UFSJ) and the influence of these conditions on their satisfaction and performance. In order to do so, it started from the problem in which Brazilian federal universities, which are members of the Indirect Administration of the Executive Branch, linked to the Ministry of Education (MEC) and responsible for teaching, research and extension activities underwent a recent process of Expansion called Federal University Restructuring and Expansion Plan (REUNI). The study was developed with 29 servers of the Division of Academic Monitoring and Control (DICON) of the Pro-Rectory of Undergraduate Education (PROEN) of all UFSJ campuses, a university located in the interior of Minas Gerais. In order to do so, we used business management tools (analysis of partial organization charts, preparation of the work distribution table and study of the layout), documentary analysis of performance evaluations and questionnaire application of job satisfaction and dissatisfaction among the servers investigated. The data were collected in June 2016 after approval by the Ethics Committee of the Federal University of the Jequitinhonha and Mucuri Valleys (UFVJM). Subsequently, they were treated qualitatively and quantitatively by analyzing the percentages of the performance evaluations and the satisfaction and dissatisfaction questionnaire responses, as well as the qualitative analysis of the management tools, in order to correlate the performance and satisfaction of the employees with their objective conditions of work. It was concluded that it is possible that objective work conditions are influencing server satisfaction for most of the aspects investigated, but that it does not influence their performance despite having reported some difficulties in the work environment.

analysis of the education and work conditions of the teachers in the municipal schools of
Natal, placing them within the scenario of the public policies outlined for Basic Education
(2005-2010). The thesis is based on the perspective that the educational reforms implemented
by the Brazilian government in an attempt to answer to the new contextual demands
originated from the world of work and globalization, demanding increasingly higher levels of
qualification and constant extension of the teaching functions in school from the teachers,
have been configured withal as a strategy for intensifying the teacher s work. The empirical
field of study was constituded by thirteen municipal schools that offer basic education. Four
hundred and seventeen teacher subjects that work in the municipal school system of Natal,
two representatives of the Secretaria Municipal de Educa??o de Natal (SME)1 that work in
the pedagogical team and one representative of the Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em
Educa??o do Rio Grande do Norte2 took part in the study. The procedures/instruments used
in the research were: bibliographic review, document research, questionnaires and recording
of information in a field journal. The study confirmed that the majority of the teachers that
work in the municipal school system were admitted by means of public entry exams, therefore
meeting the requirements set by Law 9.394/96. Most of the teachers have the initial education
demanded to work in basic education, although with some limitations due to the fact that they
do not correspond to the needs of the educational system. The SME has a plan for continued
training of the teachers in accordance to the current ideas defended by researchers of this
field. There is, although, a disconnection between the purpose of the plan and the training
strategies, because, in truth, predominate repetitive and specific actions that do not
contemplate the training needs of the teachers, nor the demands of the system. Although the
work conditions are evaluated, by the teachers, as relatively good, limits in relation to the
physical structure of the schools are observed (dirty walls with holes in them, broken ceiling
fans, old chairs and desks, old and stained black boards, inadequate restroom installations,
poor maintenance of the computers, amongst other items). It was also verified the an increase
in the functions of the teachers and an intensification of their work, materialized through an
overburden of activities undertaken daily at school (and outside of it) and through the demand
in taking part in activities that go beyond those inherent to the teaching process, such as the
elaboration of political-pedagogical projects, participation in collegiate, registration of student
information solicited by the SME and the participation in commissions, has been happening / O estudo Trabalho e forma??o docente na rede municipal de ensino de Natal teve por

ensino de Natal, situando-as no cen?rio das pol?ticas p?blicas delineadas para a Educa??o
B?sica (2005-2010). A tese firma-se na perspectiva de que as reformas educacionais
implementadas, pelo governo brasileiro, ao buscarem responder ?s novas demandas
contextuais advindas do mundo do trabalho e da globaliza??o, exigindo dos professores
n?veis, cada vez mais, elevados de qualifica??o e constante amplia??o de suas fun??es
docentes na escola, t?m, ao mesmo tempo, se configurado como uma estrat?gia de
intensifica??o do trabalho docente. O campo emp?rico do estudo foi constitu?do por 13 escolas
da rede municipal que ofertam o ensino fundamental. Participaram do estudo 417 sujeitos
docentes pertencentes ? rede municipal de ensino de Natal, duas representantes da Secretaria
Municipal de Educa??o de Natal (SME) que atuam na equipe pedag?gica e uma representante
do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educa??o do Rio Grande do Norte. Os
procedimentos/instrumentos utilizados na pesquisa foram: revis?o bibliogr?fica, pesquisa
documental, question?rios, entrevista e registro de informa??es em di?rio de campo. O estudo
constatou que a maioria dos docentes que atua na rede municipal de ensino ingressou por
meio de concurso p?blico, atendendo, assim, ? exig?ncia da Lei 9.394/96. Grande parte dos
docentes possui a forma??o inicial exigida para atuar na educa??o fundamental, mas com
limita??es porque n?o vem atendendo ?s necessidades do sistema de ensino. A SME possui
um plano de forma??o continuada dos docentes compat?vel com as ideias defendidas na
atualidade por pesquisadores dessa tem?tica. Existe, todavia, uma desarticula??o entre a
proposta do plano e as estrat?gias de forma??o, visto que, na pr?tica, t?m predominado a??es
pontuais e repetitivas que n?o contemplam as necessidades formativas dos docentes,
tampouco as demandas do sistema. Embora as condi??es de trabalho sejam avaliadas, pelos
sujeitos docentes, como relativamente boas, observam-se limites com rela??o ? estrutura f?sica
das escolas (paredes sujas, com buracos, ventiladores quebrados, carteiras e cadeiras velhas,
quadros envelhecidos e manchados, banheiros inadequados, manuten??o prec?ria dos
computadores, dentre outros). Constatou-se, tamb?m, que v?m ocorrendo uma amplia??o nas
fun??es dos docentes e uma intensifica??o de seu trabalho materializado na sobrecarga de
atividades realizadas no cotidiano da escola (e fora dela) e nas exig?ncias de participa??o em

Previous issue date: 2014-02-07 / This work, named Teaching conditions: a study in municipal schools of Currais Novos RN (2009 to 2012) aims to analyze the status of teaching in schools in the municipality of Currais Novos RN in the period ranging from 2009 - 2012, considering infrastructure, initial and continued training and intensification and casualization of teaching factors in the context of the 1990s educational reformations. It, also, assumes that teaching is a constitutive part of capitalist society, and has been reconfigured with based on the new requirements demanded by the labor market. In order to conduct this study the considered data included the survey research Teaching Work in Basic Education in Brazil (2009 to 2010) , held in seven Brazilian states being: Par?, Rio Grande do Norte, Minas Gerais, Goi?s, Paran?, Santa Catarina and Esp?rito Santo. Specifically selected for deepening of the study, there were schools in the municipality of Currais Novos in which semi-structured interviews were performed with teachers of the said municipality. This research is constituted of a qualitative and quantitative approach whose survey instruments adopted were, namely: documental research, literature review, interviews and surveys. The obtained data analysis allows us to infer that the teaching work performed by teachers in the states which participated in the survey has been influenced the changes in the labor market and educational reformations and has been taking on characteristics such as flexibility, tendency to precariousness and intensification; and this trend is also present in schools that were surveyed in the municipality of Currais Novos. As pertaining to the teachers conditions in classroom, these signs are more evident, considering that they had their duties and responsibilities extended beyond the classroom environment. The data also show that in general working conditions of teachers in national, state and local levels are unprofitable and heterogeneous, increasingly deepening the gap between school units and education networks. Therefore, the implantation of public policies that enhance the teaching work and improve their working conditions in all dimensions that directly interfere in their work are crucial / O estudo denominado As condi??es do trabalho docente: um estudo em escolas da rede municipal de Currais Novos-RN (2009 - 2012) tem como objetivo analisar a configura??o do trabalho docente em escolas da rede Municipal de Currais Novos-RN, entre os anos de 2009 2012, considerando as dimens?es da infraestrutura, da forma??o inicial e continuada e da intensifica??o e precariza??o do trabalho docente, no contexto das reformas educacionais da d?cada de 1990. Parte do pressuposto que o trabalho docente ? parte constitutiva da sociedade capitalista tendo sido redimensionado a partir das novas exig?ncias postas pelo mundo do trabalho. Para realiza??o da pesquisa foram considerado os dados da pesquisa survey denominada Trabalho Docente na Educa??o b?sica no Brasil, ( 2009 - 2010), realizada em sete estados brasileiros sendo eles: Par?, Rio Grande do Norte, Minas Gerais, Goi?s, Paran?, Santa Catarina e Esp?rito Santo. Especificamente para o aprofundamento desse estudo foram selecionadas escolas no munic?pio de Currais Novos nas quais foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com 12 professores (regentes de sala de aula) do referido munic?pio. A pesquisa se insere em uma abordagem de cunho qualitativo e quantitativo e os instrumentos de pesquisa adotados foram: pesquisa documental, revis?o bibliogr?fica, entrevistas e o question?rio. A an?lise dos dados nos permite inferir que o trabalho docente dos professores dos estados que participaram da pesquisa vem sofrendo a influ?ncia das mudan?as no mundo do trabalho e das reformas educacionais e tem assumindo caracter?sticas como a flexibiliza??o, precariza??o e intensifica??o e essa tend?ncia tamb?m est? presente nas escolas que foram pesquisadas no munic?pio de Currais Novos. No que se refere ?s condi??es dos professores de sala de aula, esses ind?cios s?o mais acentuados, tendo em vista que tiveram suas fun??es e compet?ncias ampliadas para al?m da sala de aula. Previous issue date: 2015-07-03 / O presente estudo que ora apresentamos, tem como foco de an?lise, as condi??es de trabalho dos/as assistentes sociais inseridos na pol?tica de assist?ncia social, e tem como l?cus emp?rico de investiga??o os Centros de Refer?ncia da Assist?ncia Social (CRAS), localizados no munic?pio de Mossor?-RN. A realidade da materializa??o do trabalho dos/as assistentes sociais que percebemos no contexto de crise do capital, trouxe inflex?es ao trabalho profissional na medida em que este ? permeado por determina??es dentro da sociabilidade no sistema capitalista. Vivemos em uma conjuntura de crise estrutural desde os anos de 1970, em que observamos os processos de precariza??o da classe trabalhadora, donde os/as assistentes sociais n?o est?o isentos. No Brasil, essa conjuntura de crise, sob os ditames dos organismos internacionais, tem provocado o advento do ide?rio neoliberal e os processos de reformas estatal, rebatendo diretamente o quadro dos sistemas de prote??o social, expressos principalmente pela mercadoriza??o e privatiza??o das pol?ticas sociais. Ademais, observamos o processo de expans?o da assist?ncia social no Brasil ancorado nas rela??es sociais constru?das na particularidade desta pol?tica, reflexo de uma forma??o social baseada na cultura do favor e clientelismo, com diretas implica??es na garantia dos direitos socialmente conquistados pela classe trabalhadora. Nesses termos, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo geral: Analisar as condi??es de trabalho dos/as assistentes sociais inseridos nos CRAS de Mossor?/RN frente ? expans?o da pol?tica de assist?ncia social no Brasil contempor?neo e, tem como objetivos espec?ficos: Apreender as condi??es com as quais se materializa o trabalho do/a assistente social (?ticas, t?cnicas, f?sicas, humanas) nos CRAS de Mossor?/RN; analisar a concep??o dos/as assistentes sociais sobre as suas condi??es e rela??es de trabalho na pol?tica de assist?ncia social; identificar os desafios e possibilidades do exerc?cio profissional no processo de expans?o da pol?tica de assist?ncia social. Para alcan?armos os objetivos propostos desta pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, o percurso metodol?gico para a apreens?o do objeto de estudo elucidado e para a an?lise dos dados coletados envolveu: a pesquisa bibliogr?fica e documental; a realiza??o de 06 (seis) entrevistas semiestruturadas com assistentes sociais de 06 (seis) CRAS, localizados nas quatro zonas do munic?pio; a utiliza??o da t?cnica de observa??o sistem?tica, como forma de apreens?o de elementos do cotidiano profissional (sistematizados atrav?s de um roteiro previamente elaborado) assim como, o emprego da t?cnica do registro de imagens das condi??es f?sicas e estruturais das institui??es as quais est?o inseridos os/as assistentes sociais entrevistados/as. Pretendemos atrav?s deste estudo, diante do n?o-esgotamento da discuss?o apresentada, aliar ? outras pesquisas e contribuir para dar maior visibilidade ?s condi??es em que se efetiva o exerc?cio profissional dos/as assistentes sociais nos CRAS, bem como instigar aos sujeitos dessa pesquisa, aos discentes, e leitores em geral, a refletir e propor a??es estrat?gicas de enfrentamento/embate ? precariza??o do trabalho no SUAS. / This study presented here, focuses on analysis of working conditions / social workers placed in foster care policy, and its locus empirical research Reference Centers of Social Assistance (CRAS), located in the municipality Mossoro-RN. The reality of materialization of the work / social workers we perceive in the capital crisis context, brought inflections professional work to the extent that this is permeated by determinations within the sociability in the capitalist system. We live in a situation of structural crisis since the 1970s, we observe the precarious process of the working class, where the / social workers are not exempt. In Brazil, this situation of crisis, under the dictates of international bodies, has resulted in the advent of neoliberal ideas and processes of state reforms, directly rebutting the framework of social protection systems, particularly expressed by the commodification and privatization of social policies. In addition, we observe the process of expanding social assistance in Brazil anchored in social relations built in feature of this policy, a reflection of a social formation based on the favor of culture and patronage, with direct implications in ensuring the rights socially conquered by the working class. In these terms, this research has the general objective: To analyze the working conditions / social workers entered in CRAS Mossor? / RN forward to the expansion of social assistance policy in contemporary Brazil, and has the following objectives: To understand the conditions with which materializes the work of the / a social worker (ethical, technical, physical and human) in CRAS Mossor? / RN; analyze the design of / social workers about their conditions and labor relations in social welfare policy; identify the challenges and possibilities of professional practice in the process of expansion of social welfare policy. To achieve the proposed objectives of this qualitative research, the methodological approach to the seizure of elucidated object of study and the data analysis involved: the bibliographic and documentary research; the completion of six (06) semi-structured interviews with social workers of 06 (six) CRAS, located in the four county areas; the use of systematic observation technique as a way to seize elements of daily work (systematized through a previously prepared script) as well as the use of image registration technique of the physical and structural conditions of the institutions which are part of the / social workers interviewed / as.

Previous issue date: 2016-09-22 / O presente estudo teve como objetivo geral analisar a rela??o entre as condi??es de trabalho e os riscos psicossociais a que s?o submetidos os funcion?rios do Restaurante Universit?rio (RU) da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Na pesquisa descritiva empreendida, optou-se, enquanto estrat?gia, por um estudo de caso do tipo multim?todos, combinando recursos variados, visando uma abordagem mais aprofundada do fen?meno investigado. Os dados foram coletados atrav?s de observa??o direta e sistem?tica e da utiliza??o de question?rios (Question?rio de Condi??es de Trabalho-QCT e Protocolo de Avalia??o dos Riscos Psicossociais no Trabalho?PROART), que buscaram analisar as condi??es de trabalho e identificar os riscos psicossociais no contexto do RU. Os resultados obtidos indicaram que os servidores do RU, em sua maioria, s?o do sexo masculino, com uma m?dia de idade de 38 anos, casados, trabalhando na unidade, em m?dia, h? pouco mais de dois anos, grande parte deles nas fun??es de auxiliar de cozinha, cozinheiro e copeiro. Com rela??o aos resultados oriundos do QCT, constatou-se que as condi??es de trabalho ofertadas aos servidores do RU s?o propiciadoras de danos f?sicos e ps?quicos, podendo acarretar agravos ? sa?de dos mesmos, principalmente em fun??o de aspectos relacionados a infraestrutura e ao ambiente sociogerencial. Os resultados oriundos do PROART corroboraram os dados obtidos com o QCT, indicando que os funcion?rios do RU est?o submetidos a riscos psicossociais de grau baixo a mediano, principalmente em fun??o das prescri??es quanto ? organiza??o do trabalho, bem como do sofrimento patog?nico derivado dos sentimentos de insatisfa??o e desgaste. Tais resultados configuram-se como um alerta para uma situa??o limite que demanda, em curto e m?dio prazo, a necessidade de interven??o por parte da gest?o, no sentido de promover a??es que minimizem os efeitos negativos e potencializem o impacto positivo do trabalho. Espera-se que os resultados obtidos propiciem uma amplia??o do conhecimento sobre o setor e forne?am aos gestores dados e informa??es que possam subsidiar a implementa??o de mudan?as voltadas para a melhoria do funcionamento organizacional e das condi??es de trabalho, trazendo como principal consequ?ncia, a redu??o de despesas p?blicas e dos agravos ? sa?de decorrentes do ambiente de trabalho. / This study aimed to analyze the relationship between working conditions and psychosocial risks that the staff of the University Restaurant (UR) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) is subjected. In undertaken descriptive research, as a strategy, we decided for a case study of multimethod type, combining various resources, seeking a broader approach to the phenomenon investigated. Data were collected through direct and systematic observation and using the questionnaires (Conditions Questionnaire work-QCT and Psychosocial Risk Assessment Protocol Work-PROART), which sought to examine working conditions and identify psychosocial risks in the context UR. The results indicated that the servers of the UR, mostly are male with an average age of 38 years old, married, working in the unit, on average, just over two years, most of them as the kitchen auxiliary function, cook and cupbearer. Regarding the QCT results, it was found that the working conditions offered to UR servers are conducive to physical and psychological damage and may cause health problems, mainly due to issues related to infrastructure and sociogerencial environment. The results from PROART corroborated the data obtained with the QCT, indicating that UR workers are subject to psychosocial risks low to medium character, mainly due to the requirements relating to the organization of work, as well as the pathogenic suffering derived from feelings of dissatisfaction and wear. These results are configured as an alert to an extreme situation that demand, in the short and medium term, the need for intervention by the management to promote actions to minimize the negative effects and leverage the positive impact of the work. It is expected that the results obtained may convey an increased knowledge of the sector and provide managers data and information that can support the implementation of changes aimed at improving the organizational functioning and working conditions, bringing as main consequence, the reduction of public expenditure and health problems arising from the work environment.
