Assim, este estudo teve comoobjetivo apresentar uma proposta de interven??o pedag?gica na disciplina Educa??oF?sica para o Ensino M?dio com o conte?do Esporte, elaborada, planejada eexecutada com base numa abordagem cr?tica de ensino, bem como analisar erefletir o impacto na aprendizagem e percep??o dos alunos a cerca deste conte?doconsiderando as dimens?es conceituais, procedimentais e atitudinais, de forma quepossibilite aos indiv?duos envolvidos' neste estudo uma maior criticidade nacompreens?o e apreens?o a respeito do fen?meno esportivo contempor?neo. Asa??es desenvolvidas foram norteadas a partir de 3 blocos tem?ticos: Elementoshist?ricos, conceituais e culturais do esporte; Politicas p?blicas do esporte; eCaracter?sticas individuais, grupais e ambientais. A metodologia deste trabalho sefundamentou na pesquisa qualitativa, por meio do m?todo da pesquisa-a??o. Otrabalho se concretizou dentro IFRN (Instituto de Educa??o, Ci?ncia e Tecnologia doRio Grande do Norte), na cidade Pau dos Ferros, com uma turma de 2? ano doEnsino M?dio, do curso t?cnico de Inform?tica. Participaram da pesquisa 37 alunos,oriundos de 11 cidades diferentes. Como instrumentos de coleta de dados foramutilizados um Question?rio e o Di?rio de Pesquisa. A partir da interven??opedag?gica se comprovou por parte dos sujeitos da pesquisa uma evolu??o eamplia??o nos aspectos conceituais a cerca do esporte, saindo de uma mera pr?ticacorporal regrada e competitiva, passando a compreend?-Io como um fen?menos?cio-cultural, com entrela?amentos pol?ticos e ideol?gicos com interfer?nciashist?ricas. Outro aspecto, ? a percep??o do esporte como um direito do cidad?o ecomo tal merece pol?ticas p?blicas que o atendam satisfatoriamente. Oentendimento que o esporte se manifesta sobremaneira nos h?bitos ecomportamentos das pessoas permitiu identificar sua influencia na qualidade de vidada popula??o das cidades de origem dos alunos. Com isso, evidencia-se anecessidade de um trato pedag?gico do conte?do esporte por parte da Educa??oFisica Escolar mais preocupado com a forma??o e instrumentaliza??o de sujeitoscr?ticos e reflexivos com condi??es de exercer com plenitude sua cidadania. / Researchers have analyzed how sport is being taught in the classroom as a regular subject and how it is accepted as a pedagogical action at school. This study aims to suggest some pedagogic proposal on the Physical Education subject to High School System which would be planned, formulated, and applied based on some critical approach on teaching, as well as analyzing and thinking over its impact on the students' learning, taking in consideration some conceptual, procedural and attitudinal dimensions to make possible for the students to become more critical so that they will understand how this subject works in contemporary time. .We had three specific blocs to develop our research: Historic, conceptual and cultural elements about sport; Public policies to sport; Individual, group and environmental characteristics. The method of this work was based on qualitative research through some research action. The study was made actually at IFRN (Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte state), in the city of Pau dos Ferros. Students from the second year of the computing course in high school were the participants in the research, there were 37 students from eleven different cities near Pau dos Ferros. They answered some questionares and a Research Diary. From the pedagogical intervention we could prove the students have improved their knowledge about the concept on sport itself, leaving the old idea about sport only as a physical practice such as an activity with rules or as competition, we could prove they have sport as a social-cultural event, involving policies, ideologies as well as historical interferences. Another aspect they mentioned was that sport is the citizens' right and as such there must be public policies pro sports. Understanding that sport transpires on peoples' habits as well as their behavior allowed us to identify its influence on our students' quality of life back in their home towns. Therewith, it is clear the necessity of a pedagogical focus on the content of Physical Education at school to make this subject more meaningful, so that the students will become more critical and reflexive about life and will be able be real citizens

A forma??o de habilidades, entre elas, a de explicar, vem sendo estudada por autores como: (N??EZ, 2012; JORBA et al, 2000; SANMART? e IZQUIERDO, 2000). Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral: estudar os processos da forma??o da habilidade de explicar Revolu??o Social nas aulas de Hist?ria no Ensino M?dio, segundo a opini?o dos professores e conforme o conte?do dessa tem?tica nos livros did?ticos de Hist?ria, a fim de subsidiar a forma??o continuada de professores de Hist?ria no Ensino M?dio. A pesquisa de natureza qualitativa privilegiou como instrumentos de coleta de dados o protocolo para an?lise dos livros, elaborado para esse estudo, e a entrevista com os professores. Para isso, foram utilizadas as t?cnicas de an?lise de conte?do e do discurso referenciadas, respectivamente, em Bardin e Orlandi. No primeiro momento, os instrumentos para a coleta de dados foram elaborados e validados, enquanto no segundo, os dados foram coletados, organizados e analisados. A partir das respostas ?s quest?es de estudo os resultados apontam que: a) quanto aos livros analisados - n?o expressam o trabalho com a defini??o do conceito de Revolu??o Social, considerando os processos para a forma??o dessa defini??o; o tipo de explica??o predominante tem caracter?sticas da multicausalidade; as propostas para o ensino se caracterizam como ecl?ticas; b) quanto ao discurso dos professores - ? importante os alunos saberem a defini??o do conceito de Revolu??o Social; a habilidade de explicar est? mais ligada ? explica??o did?tica na sala de aula do que ? explica??o no sentido epistemol?gico. Estes resultados sinalizam que a forma??o da habilidade de explicar Revolu??o Social com base no enfoque Hist?rico-Cultural, n?o est? expressa nos livros analisados, mas que eles podem servir como importante recurso did?tico para este fim. O discurso dos professores apresenta um potencial que sinaliza para a possibilidade da organiza??o do processo de ensino e aprendizagem, pautado na forma??o ou atualiza??o da habilidade de explicar a partir da teoria de forma??o das a??es mentais e dos conceitos de P.Ya. Galperin. Com esse prop?sito, a pesquisa se constitui numa contribui??o para subsidiar a forma??o continuada de professores de Hist?ria no Ensino M?dio. / The discussion about explanation in knowledge has been made for decades. Through this course, we present different ways of understanding about what is to explain the history: the primitive ethnographic description, the chronicler, the positivist construction of a historical science and historiography of the second half of twentieth century. Nowadays this discussion needs to be continued both in the general framework of scientific practice as within educational institutions as cognitive - linguistic ability. The focus of our research is by the second approach, which is the explanation as cognitive - linguistic ability. The formation of skills, among them, the explaining one, has been studied by the authors as: (N??EZ 2012; JORBA et al, 2000; SANMART? and IZQUIERDO 2000). This research had as general purpose: to study the processes of formation of the ability to explain social revolution in history classes in high school, by teachers opinion and by content as this theme among history books, in order to support the continuing education of history teachers for high school. Th e qualitative based research used instruments of data collection and analysis protocol for the books prepared for this study, and interviews with teachers. For this, the techniques of content analysis and discourse referenced in Bardin and Orlandi , respec tively were used. At first, the instruments for data collection were developed and validated, while in the second, the data were collected, organized and analyzed. From the answers to the questions of the study results shows that: a) in the analyzed books - do not express the work with the definition of Social Revolution, considering the processes for the formation of this definition, the predominant type of explanation has characteristics of multicausality; proposals for teaching are characterized as eclec tic; b) while teachers speech - it is important the students know the definition of Social Revolution, the ability to explain is more linked to didactic explanation in the classroom than the explanation through epistemological sense. These results indicate that the formation of the ability to explain Social Revolution based in Cultural History approach, are not expressed in the analyzed books, but they can serve as an important resource for this purpose. The discourse of teachers has a potential pointing to the possibility of teaching organization and learning process, based on training or upgrading the explanation skill from the theory of stepwise formation of mental actions and concepts by P.Ya. Galperin. For this purpose, the research constitutes a contri bution to support the continued education of history teachers in high school.

Este aumento est? relacionado ao descarte de efluentes contendo teores desses elementos acima do valor m?ximo permitido por lei. M?todos como troca i?nica, filtra??o por membranas e precipita??o qu?mica vem sendo estudados como meios de tratamentos de efluentes contaminados por esses metais. A precipita??o de metais utilizando tensoativos ani?nicos obtidos a partir de ?cidos carbox?licos surgiu como uma alternativa para a remo??o de metais de efluentes industriais. A rea??o entre ?ons bivalentes dos metais e esses tipos de tensoativos em solu??o aquosa leva a forma??o de carboxilatos de metais, que podem precipitar na forma de flocos e serem removidos, posteriormente, por um processo de decanta??o dos flocos formados ou por uma filtra??o simples. Neste trabalho, a extra??o de metais ? realizada por meio da utiliza??o do tensoativo hexadecanoato de s?dio como agente extrator. O objetivo principal ? estudar o efeito da varia??o da temperatura do meio, pH da solu??o de metal e concentra??o do tensoativo no processo de remo??o do metal. A modelagem estat?stica do estudo mostrou que o processo ? diretamente dependente das varia??es de pH e concentra??o do tensoativo, por?m inversamente proporcional e pouco dependente da varia??o de temperatura, sendo esse ?ltimo efeito considerado desprez?vel na maioria dos casos. O estudo individual do efeito da temperatura apresenta uma forte depend?ncia do processo ? temperatura de Kraft, tanto do tensoativo utilizado como agente extrator como do tensoativo obtido ap?s a rea??o desse tensoativo com o metal. A partir dos dados de temperaturas e concentra??es do tensoativo foi poss?vel o c?lculo da constante de equil?brio para a rea??o entre o hexadecanoato de s?dio e ?ons cobre. Posteriormente, foram determinados par?metros termodin?micos, comprovando que o processo ? exot?rmico e espont?neo. / Industrial activities like mining, electroplating and the oil extraction process, are increasing the levels of heavy metals such as Cu, Fe, Mg and Cd in aquatic ecosystems. This increase is related to the discharge of effluents containing trace of this elements above the maximum allowed by law. Methods such as ion exchange, membrane filtration and chemical precipitation have been studied as a means of treatment of these metals contamination. The precipitation of metals using anionic surfactants derived from carboxylic acids emerged as an alternative for the removal of metals from industrial effluents. The reaction between bivalent ions and these types of surfactants in aqueous solution leads to the formation of metal carboxylates, which can precipitate in the form of flakes and are subsequently removed by a process of decantation or simple filtration. In this work the metals extraction is performed by using the surfactant sodium hexadecanoate as extracting agent. The main purpose was to study the effect of temperature, solution pH, and concentration of surfactant in the metal removal process. The statistical design of the process showed that the process is directly dependent to changes in pH and concentration of surfactant, but inversely proportional and somewhat dependent to temperature variation, with the latter effect being considered negligible in most cases. The individual study of the effect of temperature showed a strong dependence of the process with the Kraft point, both for the surfactant used as extracting agent, as for the surfactant obtained after the reaction of this surfactant with the metal. From data of temperatures and concentrations of the surfactant was possible to calculate the equilibrium constant for the reaction between sodium hexadecanoate and copper ions. Later, thermodynamic parameters were determined, showing that the process is exothermic and spontaneous.

Os diagramas de fases, obtidos a partir do c?lculo da energia livre por spin, exibem diversas topologias em fun??o do par?metro que mede o grau de desordem. / In the presente work we investigate the ferromagnetic Blume-Capel (BC) model, for spin 1 and infinite-ranged interactions, under the influence of local quenched disorder. The model is exactly solved within the canonical ensemble. The obtained free energy density lead us to mean-field results. In the first part we study the BC model under the influence of a random crystal-field anisotropy, but otherwise without a magnetic field. In the second part we consider the BC model under a bimodal random magnetic field and a uniform crystal-field anisotropy term. This model was previously studied by Kaufman and Kanner. We give special attention to anisotropy versus temperature phase diagrams which may present reentrant phenomena. Finally, in the third part we consider a generalized version where both local fields - magnetic and crystal-field anisotropy - are diluted and, in the present case, modeled by discrete probability distribution. The phase diagram obtained and presented in this work exhibit a rich variety of multicritical behavior, presenting both continuous and first-order transition lines. Also, for some specific cases there is room for the existence of reentrant effects. This seems to be a characteristic of the Blume-Capel model under the presence of randomness.

For this, we used questions taken from the Exame Nacional do Ensino M?edio (ENEM) [National Examination of High School] and from the Olimp??ada Brasileira de Matem?atica das Escolas P?ublicas (OBMEP) [Brazilian Mathematics Olympiad of Public Schools], in addition to present some contents of mathematics that are defined by recursion. In this dissertation, we also showed some activities that involved the recursive reasoning and were applied in a 3rd grade class of high school in a public school in Natal / RN.

Levanta-se a hip?tese de que a crise pela qual atravessam as empresas jornal?sticas pode justificar a falta de investimento na reportagem radiof?nica. O estudo de caso (YIN, 2005) partiu de pesquisa bibliogr?fica, visando a constru??o de um modelo te?rico de refer?ncia sobre o formato estudado, a partir do que prop?em Prado (1989), Bespalhok (2006), Meditsch (2007), Lopes (2013) e Ferraretto (2014). A metodologia tamb?m incluiu escuta de conte?do veiculado durante uma semana nos quatro radiojornais analisados, observa??o participante e entrevistas em profundidade com profissionais que produzem os referidos programas. Verificaram-se oito ocorr?ncias com caracter?sticas similares ?s da radiorreportagem, todas veiculadas em apenas um dos programas analisados. Segundo os entrevistados, o formato ? pouco utilizado porque geraria custos altos ?s empresas, que n?o t?m condi??es de arcar com essa despesa. A pesquisa inferiu ainda que, al?m da falta de vis?o empresarial, h? acomoda??o dos profissionais que poderiam produzir radiorreportagens mesmo com a pouca estrutura dispon?vel. Por fim, esta disserta??o aponta a necessidade de se investir mais no radiojornalismo local com vistas a melhorar a qualidade das informa??es veiculadas nas emissoras comerciais de Natal-RN e na capacita??o dos estudantes de Jornalismo para utilizarem as potencialidades do r?dio com m?ximo aproveitamento. / This thesis aims to investigate the space of radio reporting and production conditions in radio newscasts in commercial stations operating in modulated frequency (FM) in the city of Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. Through preliminary empirical observation, it was observed that this journalistic style (radio reportage) is hardly present in the schedule of local commercial radio stations, with a lack of in-depth news coverage. The research is based on the content broadcast in four daily radio news programs transmitted by commercial stations. It raises the hypothesis that the crisis that cuts across journalistic companies could be justified by the lack of financial funding in in-depth news reporting. The starting point for the case study (Yin, 2005) was a bibliographical research, for building a theoretical model of reference for the studied style, based on Prado (1989), Bespalhok (2006), Meditsch (2007), Lopes (2013) and Ferraretto (2014). The methodology also included listening to content broadcast during a week in the four analyzed news programs, participant observation and interviews with professionals who produce these programs. There were eight events with similar characteristics to radio reporting, all broadcast in just one of the analyzed programs. According to the interviewees, the format is rarely used because it would generate high businesses costs, which are prohibitively high for the stations. The research also inferred that besides the lack of entrepreneurial vision, there is accommodation of the professionals who could produce news stories even with little structure available. Finally, this work points out the need to invest more on local radio journalism to improve the quality of the information provided on commercial broadcasters in Natal and the training of journalism students to use radio's potential to maximum use.

An alternative to further enhance data rate is to apply cognitive radio concepts, where a system is able to exploit unused spectrum on existing licensed bands by sensing the spectrum and opportunistically access unused portions. Techniques like Automatic Modulation Classification (AMC) could help or be vital for such scenarios. Usually, AMC implementations rely on some form of signal pre-processing, which may introduce a high computational cost or make assumptions about the received signal which may not hold (e.g. Gaussianity of noise). This work proposes a new method to perform AMC which uses a similarity measure from the Information Theoretic Learning (ITL) framework, known as correntropy coefficient. It is capable of extracting similarity measurements over a pair of random processes using higher order statistics, yielding in better similarity estimations than by using e.g. correlation coefficient. Experiments carried out by means of computer simulation show that the technique proposed in this paper presents a high rate success in classification of digital modulation, even in the presence of additive white gaussian noise (AWGN) / Os modernos sistemas de comunica??o sem fio empregam, frequentemente, t?cnicas adaptativas para proporcionar uma alta taxa de transmiss?o, enquanto asseguram qualidade de servi?o (QoS) e abrang?ncia de cobertura. This process can be very productive if executed with an interdisciplinary group, once interdisciplinarity enables sharing different disciplines and also different personal stories. This study aimed to build a continuing graduation opportunity with an interdisciplinary group of teachers to Natural Sciences area, in a private school in the city of Natal - RN. This opportunity was build using as a tool the elaboration of interdisciplinary class called dialog-lesson. The methodology was in accordance with the principles of the qualitative approach of search-action, and the methodological way consisted of three stages that sought to meet the specific objectives: the definition of multidisciplinarity and interdisciplinarity, which had teachers in the Natural Sciences area; present a proposal that emerged from group discussions, identifying some elements of the limits and possibilities of the activity developed by the group of teachers from the Natural Sciences area. The results showed a studies lack on the subject by teachers and induced the reading and studing the Education legal documents (LDB, PCNEM and OCNEM). The planning of lessons led to the need for meetings that established the process of continuing graduation in exercising at the school. The interdisciplinary practice enable many gains, for example, the cohesion of the teachers, the perception need to constantly update and use of teaching units for planning. But it was also possible to observe limits, such as the difficulty of working with large classes and the danger of the content become superficial. The experience has shown that continuing graduation at school is possible and can be beneficial the use of interdisciplinary groups for this purpose, because it allows the exchange of experiences and pratice reflection of teaching in the itself exercise of this teaching / A escola ? um local privilegiado de reflex?o pedag?gica e, portanto, pode e deve ser o melhor lugar para o processo de forma??o continuada de professores. Esse processo pode ser muito produtivo se for executado com um grupo interdisciplinar, uma vez que a interdisciplinaridade permite o partilhar n?o s? de diferentes disciplinas, mas tamb?m de diferentes hist?rias pessoais. Esse trabalho teve como objetivo a constru??o de um espa?o de forma??o continuada permanente com um grupo interdisciplinar de professores a ?rea das Ci?ncias da Natureza, em uma escola privada da cidade do Natal RN. We see an inclusion of the listener in the construction of programs, is exposing their life stories, commenting on facts, answering questions, choosing subjects and participating in some form of radio programming. This insertion of the listener in radio programs is generally thought of as a constituent element of the message. This study aims to analyze the participation of the listener and the forms of interaction in the " Debates of the People" that thirty- past two years is the schedule for CBN Fortaleza. The investigation was conducted through observation in studio, interview, transcription, content analysis and association analysis. This is a qualitative and quantitative research while. We found that the listeners of the program had no acceptance of interactive tools such as the Internet and social networks to make their holdings. In clipping analyzed, we noted that the participation of the listener was selected according to their relationship and proximity to the topic discussed. Also detected that the opinion is superior to the listener questions on the topic. The presenter has the function to put the questions in the listener program. Among the public comments are questions and opinions on the subject and speaks of the debaters.
