The goal of this study was the search for an understanding of the process of penetration and acting that manga does in society and how they are problematizadas different dimensions and social practices, as well as the subject, their collisions and clashes that permeate the narratives and social roles that these represent these. The choice of this manga as source search gave for its uniqueness and richness as a narrative, offering a infinity of possibilities for historical study. Extends the basic comics, this research was to identify and highlight social practices, collisions, aspirations, values and sensitivities that are present in the worldview of Koike and Kojima, while historical subjects who experience their experiences, inserted within the social fabricin a dialogicidade relationship with his own time and everyday life. Contrasting with the font used, the analysis was conducted using various documents, and can thus capture stays, ruptures and resistance that were present in Japanese society of post-World War II, characterized by large-scale process of capitalist development / Este trabalho tem como objeto de análise o mangá revista em quadrinhos japonesa intitulado Kozure Ookami, em sua tradução literal, O Lobo Acompanhado de seu Filhote, de autoria de Kazuo Koike e Goseki Kojima, criado e publicado no Japão, de 1970 a 1976. O objetivo deste estudo foi a busca por um entendimento sobre o processo de penetração e atuação que o mangá realiza na sociedade e como são problematizadas as diferentes dimensões e práticas sociais presentes, assim como os sujeitos, seus embates e os enfrentamentos que permeiam as narrativas e os papéis sociais que estes representam nestas. A escolha deste mangá como fonte de pesquisa se deu por sua singularidade e riqueza como veículo narrativo, oferecendo uma infinidade de possibilidades para o estudo histórico. Partindo dos quadrinhos base desta pesquisa, foi possível identificar e evidenciar práticas sociais diversas, embates, anseios, valores e sensibilidades que estão presentes na visão de mundo de Koike e Kojima, enquanto sujeitos históricos que vivenciam suas experiências, inseridos dentro do tecido social, numa relação de dialogicidade com sua própria época e cotidiano. Contrapondo com a fonte utilizada, a análise foi realizada utilizando documentos diversos, sendo possível assim, captar permanências, rupturas e resistências que estavam presentes na sociedade japonesa do pós-Segunda Guerra Mundial, caracterizada pelo processo em larga escala de desenvolvimento capitalista

Le thème central de cette thèse est l'étude et le rôle des<br />trajectoires anormales en théorie du contrôle optimal.<br /><br />Après avoir rappelé quelques résultats fondamentaux en contrôle<br />optimal, on étudie l'optimalité des<br />anormales pour des systèmes affines mono-entrée avec contrainte<br />sur le contrôle, d'abord pour le problème du temps optimal, puis<br />pour un coût quelconque à temps final fixé ou non.<br />On étend cette théorie aux<br />systèmes sous-Riemanniens de rang 2, montrant qu'on se ramène<br />à un système affine du type précédent.<br />Ces résultats montrent que,<br />sous des conditions générales, une trajectoire anormale est<br />\it{isolée} parmi toutes les solutions du système ayant les mêmes<br />conditions aux limites, et donc \it{localement optimale}, jusqu'à<br />un premier point dit \it{conjugué} que l'on peut caractériser.<br /><br />On s'intéresse ensuite<br />au comportement asymptotique et à la<br />régularité de la fonction valeur associée à un système affine<br />analytique avec un coût quadratique. On montre que, en<br />l'absence de trajectoire<br />anormale minimisante, la fonction valeur est<br />\it{sous-analytique et continue}. S'il existe une anormale<br />minimisante, on sort de la catégorie sous-analytique en général,<br />notamment en géométrie sous-Riemannienne. La présence d'une<br />anormale minimisante est responsable de la \it{non-propreté} de<br />l'application exponentielle, ce qui provoque un phénomène de<br />\it{tangence} des ensembles de niveaux de la fonction valeur par<br />rapport à la direction anormale. Dans le cas affine mono-entrée<br />ou sous-Riemannien de rang 2, on décrit précisément ce<br />contact, et on en déduit une partition de la<br />sphère sous-Riemannienne au voisinage de l'anormale<br />en deux secteurs appelés \it{secteur<br />$L^\infty$} et \it{secteur $L^2$}.\\ <br />La question de transcendance est étudiée dans le cas<br />sous-Riemannien de Martinet où la distribution est<br />$\Delta=\rm{Ker }(dz-\f{y^2}{2}dx)$. On montre que<br />pour une métrique générale graduée d'ordre $0$~:<br />$g=(1+\alpha y)^2dx^2+(1+\beta x+\gamma y)^2dy^2$,<br />les sphères de petit rayon<br />\it{ne sont pas sous-analytiques}. In the modern era there exist applications that require very high resources and generate a tremendous amount of traffic so they require considerable amount of bandwidth and QOS to operate and perform correctly. MPLS is a new and a fast technology that offers much remuneration both in terms of providing trouble-free and efficient security together with the high speed of switching. MPLS not only guarantees quality of service of IP networks but in addition to provides scope for traffic engineering it offers many enhanced features of IP networks as it does not replace IP routing, but works along with existing and future routing technologies to provide high-speed data forwarding between label-switched routers (LSRs) together with QOS. Many network carriers are facing the problem of how to accommodate such ever-growing demands for bandwidth. And the static nature of current routing algorithms, such as OSPF or IS-IS, the situation is going even worse since the traffic is concentrated on the &quot;least cost&quot; paths which causes the congestion for some links while leaving other links lightly loaded. Therefore, MPLS traffic engineering is proposed and by taking advantage of MPLS, traffic engineering can route the packets through explicit paths to optimize network resource utilization and traffic performance. MPLS provides a robust quality of service control feature in the internet. MPLS class of service feature can work in accordance with other quality of service architectures for IP networks.
