A educação permanente em saúde na formação para o cuidado às famílias em saúde mental / The Permanent Healthcare Education for taking care of family members in mental health services

O cuidado às famílias das/os usuárias/os dos serviços de saúde mental é aspecto valorizado pelo modelo de atenção biopsicossocial e importante para efetivação da Reforma Psiquiátrica brasileira. Apesar disso, ainda é um desafio no cotidiano dos serviços. Para atender a esta necessidade, a literatura aponta a Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS) como um recurso para o desenvolvimento desse cuidado, junto às/aos profissionais de saúde. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo geral entender como o processo conversacional contribui para o desenvolvimento da proposta da EPS e para a formação profissional para o cuidado às famílias de usuários/as de serviços de saúde mental. Para tanto, foram realizados dois processos formativos, com base na proposta da EPS, com dois grupos de profissionais de dois serviços públicos de saúde mental de um município de médio porte do estado de São Paulo. Ao todo, 18 profissionais participaram da pesquisa. A partir desses encontros, as conversas foram gravadas, transcritas e analisadas, utilizando a perspectiva construcionista social como guia teórico-epistemológico. A análise foi realizada com os seguintes objetivos específicos: identificar momentos críticos na interação, como marcos do processo conversacional, que indicam a ocorrência de reflexões e transformação de sentidos com relação à prática com famílias em saúde mental; analisar o uso de Registros Reflexivos como recursos conversacionais para a promoção de reflexões e transformação de sentidos. Com isso, cada um dos processos de EPS realizados foi nomeado a partir de características do seu processo conversacional e, para cada um deles, momentos críticos foram delimitados. No processo Caixa de marimbondo as conversas do grupo em torno das dificuldades do trabalho com famílias provocaram na facilitadora um sentimento de paralisação que, quando explicitado, gerou um momento crítico que permitiu ao grupo refletir sobre os espaços de reunião e seus efeitos. Já no processo Primavera entre os dentes as conversas sobre diferentes questões relacionadas ao cuidado às famílias promoveram transformações de sentido relacionadas à importância do trabalho desenvolvido pelas profissionais, à possibilidade de participação das famílias, à prática interdisciplinar e à importância do processo de EPS desenvolvido. Com isso, é destacada a centralidade do processo conversacional para que a EPS ocorra, sustentando a tese de que a facilitação pautada na responsividade fornece a base para construção de contextos de formação para o trabalho com famílias em saúde mental. / The Brazilian Psychiatric Reform predicts family care as a central aspect for treatment of people who suffers with psychiatric disorders. Nevertheless, it is still a challenge in everyday services in Brazil. To meet this need, literature and health policy point to Permanent Healthcare Education (PHE) as a way to promote this care. This research aimed to understand how conversational process contributes to develop the PHE proposal and to promote professional formation for taking care of family members in mental health services. To do so, two educational processes were carried out, based on the PHE policy and proposal, with two groups of professionals from two public mental health services in a medium-sized municipality in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. In total, 18 professionals participated in the research. The conversations were, then, recorded, transcribed and analyzed, using the social constructionist perspective as a theoreticalepistemological guide. The analysis was performed with the following specific aims: identify critical moments in the interaction, considered as landmarks of the conversational process, which indicate the occurrence of reflections and transformation of meanings regarding the practice with family members in mental health care; analyze the use of Reflexive Records as conversational resources to promote reflections and transformation of meanings. Thus, each of the PHE-processes was named from the characteristics of its conversational process and, for each of them, critical moments were delimited. In the \"Hornet\'s nest process the group\'s conversations about the difficulties of working with family members provoked a feeling of paralysis in the facilitator which, when expressed, generated a critical moment which led the group to reflect on meeting spaces and their effects. In the \"Holding the spring\" process, conversations about different issues related to care practices with family members promoted changes in meanings related to the importance of care practices developed by professionals, to the possibility of participation of family members, to interdisciplinary practices and to the importance of the PHE process developed. With this, the centrality of the conversational process in order to PHE to occur is highlighted, supporting the thesis that facilitation based on responsiveness provides the ground for building educational contexts for working with family members in mental health services.

This essay is about the significance of group climate for students in physical education. Groupwork and group processes are dealt with in the essay and its importance to students' experiences of the subject and goal attainment. During the autumn of 2015 two different classes in high school were studied in the subject physical education and health. These classes were observed at two different occasions and eight students, four in each class, were selected to participate in the study based on “the role of assumptions” described in the previous research section. Questions regarding group climate and groupwork were asked in order to investigate how the groups were composed, and how the students explained the significance of group climate. Students' responses were connected to Bion’s group theory and the FIRO model which was used as the theoretical foundation and previous research explains groupwork and group processes. The results of the study indicate that students experienced group climate in the class as problematic. Students in the selected classes were divided into many small groups and they explained that they were not talking to the other small groups. The group climate influenced some of the students to the extent that they did not attend classes which may obstruct their goal attainment. According to students, classes had not had any practice in trusting eachother which contradicts the fact that many researchers indicate that it is the teacher's responsibility to create a better climate in classes. Therefore, it may be important for teachers to work actively with exercises that promote group climate. Authors point out that it is becoming more important in today's society to cooperate in most professions. This was also something the students felt they had the opportunity to practice during group work. Students felt that it could sometimes be effective to let the teacher decide the groups in advance because they had the opportunity to get to know more people in the class. Even though a student wants to be in the same group as his best friend it does not mean that it is mutual.

This research is based on a youth intervention organisation founded by the researcher in 1997. The organisation (Agape Copeland Train) is located in the Northern Cape. Youths’ contexts in the Northern Cape are fraught with psychological, social and relational problems, including violence, alcoholism, teenage pregnancies, depression, crime, poverty, and curtailed future prospects. An exploratory enquiry, informed by ecological and positive psychology, is undertaken. In particular, this research focuses on the (often neglected) perspectives of facilitators who work with youth. Exploration of how facilitators’ well-­‐being is impacted on whilst serving youth in this challenging context is undertaken. Interviews with facilitators yielded themes of positive transformation, including shifts in mindsets and positive affect. Jag fokuserar i studien på betydelsen av stöd och vilka eventuella hinder som studenterna upplever personligen, i sin nära omgivning och i relationen med universitetet.</p><p>Resultatet visar att majoriteten av dessa vuxna studenter, som i snitt arbetar ca 90 % parallellt med deltidsstudierna på 50%, ansåg att de viktigaste motivationsfaktorerna inför påbörjandet av uppsatsen var den egna känslan av inre tillfredsställelse samt att få ökad respekt för sitt arbete från kollegor och chefer.</p><p>Under genomförandet ansåg majoriteten att olika ”mentala verktyg” varit till stöd, samt när det fanns en tydlig progression i trappstegsform gällande speciellt litteraturen och reflektionen. In the interviews, which are done with two focus groups with help of semi- structured questions, eight students participated who studied the Master program in Outdoor Education 2007-2009 at Linköpings University (LiU).</p><p>The purpose with this essay is to examine with an empirical study how students who are studying Outdoor Education at Linköpings University experiences their process to begin, carry out and complete their writing of the Master Essay. In the study I focus on the significance of support and what possible obstacles the students experienced personally, in their surroundings and in relation with the University.</p><p>The result shows that the majority of these adult students, which on average work approximately 90% parallel to the part time studies on 50%, thought that the most important factors of motivations before the beginning of the Essay was the own feeling of inward satisfaction along with gaining increased respect from colleagues and employers for their work.</p><p>During the realization the majority thought that different “mental tools” had been supportive, together with when there had been a plain progress in the step-form applicable especially with the literature and the reflection. It was also positive to begin early with the Essay during the course. There was a concern for not getting continuously guidance and plain and concrete information about the Essay writing from LiU, which felt like an obstacle in the writing process.</p><p>At the end of the writing process the importance of outward confirmation had decreased and the own inward motivation was the most important. The social group process regarded to have had significance on the realization of the course and the participants wished a more web based contact between the meetings.</p>

Inre liv och yttre verklighet – en kommunikationsstudie av Habia Cable

<p>Kommunikationen är en av våra viktigaste verktyg då den förmedlar information och kontakter mellan människor. För att den ska fungera krävs att budskapet förstås av dem vi riktar det till. Tyvärr förekommer det att kommunikationen fallerar pga. budskapet missförstås, feltolkas eller att den vi kommunicerar med inte vill ha en relation med annan part.</p><p>I den här uppsatsen har jag identifierat och analyserat hur Habia Cables kommunikations- nätverk ser ut, då de klagat på att deras kommunikation är katastrofal.</p><p>Habia Cable är en av Europas största tillverkare av specialkabel. Deras största kunder finns inom telekommunikation, kärnkraft, försvar och övrig industri.</p><p>I Sverige, är de lokaliserade på två ställen, i Upplands Väsby och i Söderfors, det är också där som deras huvudfabrik finns. De har 220 anställda I Sverige och deras omsättning 2006 var, 565 MSEK.</p><p>Syftet med denna uppsats var att identifiera:</p><p>• Hur kommunikationsstrukturen ser ut på Habia Cable?</p><p>• Vilka uppfattas som nyckelpersoner samt om det finns några centrala grupper?</p><p>• Har cheferna en central position i kommunikationsmönstret?</p><p>• Vilka personer har svag eller ingen kommunikationskontakt alls?</p><p>Jag använde mig av enkäter för att få in informationen jag behövde till denna undersökning tillsammans med en Social Nätverks Analys (SNA). Min avsikt var att få en komplett bild av kommunikationsmönstret och för att få det utförde jag en total undersökning, där alla 220 anställda fick fylla i enkäten. I enkäten fick alla svara på vilka de kände till av samtliga anställda. Mitt mål var att få in 176 svar, jag fick in 190 – 86%, vilket väl översteg mitt mål. Från datat jag fick in, kunde jag med hjälp av SNA få fram olika case-by-case relationer, vilket gav mig information om hur Habia Cables kommunikationsmönster såg ut.</p><p>Från undersökningen kunde jag se att kommunikationen kunde ha varit mycket bättre hos Habia Cable. Bara 24% hade någon form av kontakt och av dessa ansg 26% att deras kontakt inom förtaget hade stor betydelse. Det ska tilläggas att 61% kände till varandra och det fanns över 106.000 gruppkonstellationer. Det gör att jag tror att kommunikationen fungerar, men mer på det privata planet. Därför måste företaget arbeta mer med hur de kommunicerar och vilket budskap de skickar ut. Här är det viktigt att budskapet skickas ut på mottagaren villkor.</p><p>Jag vill föreslå Habia Cable att fortsätta analysera och gå djupare ner i kommunikationsmönstret. Jag vill också rekommendera dem att analysera grupp konstellationerna och vilka personer som en har en mer maktposition i dessa.</p><p>Genom denna studie, har jag lärt mig mycket om enkäter och kommunikationsmönster. Jag har också lärt mig att dessa undersökningar tar tid och att det är mycket arbete med att skriva in svaren i databasen, ett arbete jag inte är skapt för.</p> / <p>Communication is one of our most important tool due to the fact that it act as intermediary of information and connect people. For it to work it takes that the message is understood to them we direct it to. Unfortunately, the communication fails because the message is misunderstood, interpreted wrongly or that the people we communicate with, do not want this relation.</p><p>In this study, I have identified and analysed how Habia Cables communication network is structured, since they claim that their communication is catastrophic.</p><p>Habia Cable is one of Europe largest manufacture of specialized cable. Their largest customers are found in telecommunications, nuclear, defends and other industries.</p><p>In Sweden, they are located in two different places, one in Upplands Väsby and one in Söderfors, it is also here where the main manufacturing are done. They have 220 employees and the turn over where 565 MSEK in 2006.</p><p>The central question of this study where to identify:</p><p>• How the communication network at Habia Cable is structured</p><p>• Where the top management are located in the communications network?</p><p>• Which of the employees that have a centralized role in the company, and if there are any central groups</p><p>• Which employees that have a very vague or are lacking a communication network</p><p>I used questionnaires to gather information needed for this study together with a Social Network Analysis. My intension was to get a complete picture of the communication network. I performed a survey, in which all-220 employees where asked to fill in a form. In the form, they where asked to acknowledge who they knew out of all the 220 employees. My wish where to get 176 answerers; I got 190 - 86% which fulfilled my requirements. From the collected data, I received different case-by-case relations, which in the analysis could give information about how their communication network was structured.</p><p>From the findings and analysis, I could see that the communication could be much better at Habia Cable. Only 24% had any form of contact and 26%, of these 24% said that the contact they had within the company where of large importance. With that said, 61% knew of each other and there where over 106.000 workgroups. This leaves me to believe that the communication do work, but in a more private matter. Therefore, the company need to work more on how they communicate and what the message is all about. The message should be told to the recipient in his way.</p><p>My suggestions for Habia Cable is to keep analyse and go deeper into the communication network. I would also recommend them to analyse the group constellations and which people that have a more powerful position.</p><p>By doing the study, I have learnt a lot in questionnaires and communication networks. I have also learnt that these surveys take time and that it is a lot of work writing them in to the database, a work I am not designed for.</p>

Grupprocesser i en multikulturell ledningsgrupp

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur ledare beskriver de processer som uppstår in en multikulturell ledningsgrupp. Studien är designad som en fallstudie omfattande en multikulturell ledningsgrupp, med tio personer från sju olika nationaliteter. Teorier om ledarskap, multikulturalitet och gruppdynamik används för att visa på de komplexa grupp-processer som antogs kunna framträda. Forskningsfrågan som besvaras är: ”Vilka inomgruppsliga processer framträder i en multikulturell ledningsgrupp när gruppen samtalar om ledarskapet, multikulturaliteten och gruppdynamiken i den egna gruppen?” Huvudsaklig metod har varit fokusgruppmetoden. Materialet har analyserats med fenomenologisk hermeneutisk ansats. Resultatet visar tre processer som framträder: Identitetskapande, lärande och interaktion samt förhållningssätt till skillnader. Diskussionen behandlar dessa tre processer som intimt förknippade med varandra, och mynnar ut i några nycklar som kan användas för att öka förståelsen för arbete i multikulturella ledningsgrupper. / The purpose of this thesis is to study how leaders describe the processes that emerge in a multicultural management team. The study was designed as a case study of a ten person multicultural team of leaders from seven different nationalities. Theorys of leadership, multiculturality and group dynamics are used to show the complexity of the group processes that would eventually emerge. The research question that is answered is:”What in-group processes are emerging in a multicultural team of leaders, as they talk about leadership, group dynamics and multicultural issues within the group?” The method used is focus groups and the material has been analyzed with a hermeneutic and phenomenologic approach. The result shows three main processes that emerges within the group: identity building, deep learning interaction and attitude keeping to differences. The discussion treats these three processes as intimately connected to each other and some keys are suggested that can be used to increase understanding of work in multicultural teams of leaders.

”Ta trappan till uppsatsen” är en hermeneutiskt inriktad empirisk studie baserad på en kvalitativ undersökning. I intervjuerna, som är gjorde i två fokusgrupper med hjälp av semi-strukturerade frågor, deltog åtta studenter som går magisterprogrammet i utomhuspedagogik 2007-2009 på Linköpings Universitet (LiU). Syftet med denna uppsats är att genom en empirisk studie undersöka hur studenter som läser utomhuspedagogik vid Linköpings Universitet upplever sin process att påbörja, genomföra och slutföra skrivandet av sin magisteruppsats. Jag fokuserar i studien på betydelsen av stöd och vilka eventuella hinder som studenterna upplever personligen, i sin nära omgivning och i relationen med universitetet. Resultatet visar att majoriteten av dessa vuxna studenter, som i snitt arbetar ca 90 % parallellt med deltidsstudierna på 50%, ansåg att de viktigaste motivationsfaktorerna inför påbörjandet av uppsatsen var den egna känslan av inre tillfredsställelse samt att få ökad respekt för sitt arbete från kollegor och chefer. Under genomförandet ansåg majoriteten att olika ”mentala verktyg” varit till stöd, samt när det fanns en tydlig progression i trappstegsform gällande speciellt litteraturen och reflektionen. Positivt var även att starta med uppsatsen tidigt under kursen. Det fanns en oro för att inte få kontinuerlig handledning och tydlig och konkret information om uppsatsskrivandet från LiU, vilket upplevdes som hinder i skrivprocessen. Vid slutet av skrivprocessen hade betydelsen av yttre bekräftelse minskat och den egna inre motivationen var viktigast. Den sociala grupprocessen ansågs ha haft betydelse för kursens genomförande och deltagarna önskade mer webbaserad kontakt mellan träffarna. / Abstract “To take the stair to the Essay” is a hermeneutically bent empirical study based on a qualitative research. In the interviews, which are done with two focus groups with help of semi- structured questions, eight students participated who studied the Master program in Outdoor Education 2007-2009 at Linköpings University (LiU). The purpose with this essay is to examine with an empirical study how students who are studying Outdoor Education at Linköpings University experiences their process to begin, carry out and complete their writing of the Master Essay. In the study I focus on the significance of support and what possible obstacles the students experienced personally, in their surroundings and in relation with the University. The result shows that the majority of these adult students, which on average work approximately 90% parallel to the part time studies on 50%, thought that the most important factors of motivations before the beginning of the Essay was the own feeling of inward satisfaction along with gaining increased respect from colleagues and employers for their work. During the realization the majority thought that different “mental tools” had been supportive, together with when there had been a plain progress in the step-form applicable especially with the literature and the reflection. It was also positive to begin early with the Essay during the course. There was a concern for not getting continuously guidance and plain and concrete information about the Essay writing from LiU, which felt like an obstacle in the writing process. At the end of the writing process the importance of outward confirmation had decreased and the own inward motivation was the most important. The social group process regarded to have had significance on the realization of the course and the participants wished a more web based contact between the meetings.
