Amaral, Rogério do. January 2004 (has links)
Abstract: This paper deals with a commented translation of the novel Cómo se hace una novela (How to make a novel-1927), by Spanish writer Miguel de Unamuno (1864-1936). The novel, considering the author's style, is a mixture of fiction, autobiography and memmories, showing, at the same time, the writer's view on literature creation process and on romance genre and his reviews of the political situation which Spain goes through during the writing time. The work was written in France, during Unamuno's voluntary exile time, right after he was banned from Fuerteventura Island by not agreeing with General Primo de Rivera's Dictatorship, this one ruled the country between 1923 and 1930. The translation is preceded by a small introductory essay introducing the Spanish writer, and the context he lived in and produced his wide range of materials to the Brazilian reader, not used to his literature. / Mestre

Att identifiera lässvårigheter hos elever i förskoleklass : En kvalitativ studie av sju lärares åsikter om möjligheter och svårigheter med tidig identifikation / Early identification of reading difficulties in young learners : A qualitative study of seven teachers’ views on advantages and difficulties with early identification

Strandberg, Christin January 2016 (has links)
One of the most important tasks teachers have is to teach all students how to read. Unfortunately, there are always students who encounter difficulties in their reading development and who, for one reason or another, develop reading difficulties. Research has shown that early intervention is most effective, which means that teachers need to identify these difficulties in students at an early stage. The purpose of this study is to highlight teachers’ opinions about early identification of those at risk of developing reading difficulties and investigate how teachers manage to conduct these identifications in practice.   This study consists of qualitative interviews with seven teachers in preschool class. The interviews have been focused around teachers’ views of early identification, on advantages and difficulties with early identification and how early identifications are done in practice. The results show that teachers believe that early identification of reading difficulties is advantageous and important. Through informal observations of students’ language development and results from more formal tests teachers believe that they are able to identify students who are at risk of developing reading difficulties.

Mannen bakom stetoskopet : En studie av mansbilden i House MD

Nordlund, Helen January 2012 (has links)

Panevėžio kolegijos studentų mokėjimas mokytis kaip lavinimosi visą gyvenimą veiksnys suaugusiųjų švietime / The knowledge of how to learn of the students of Panevezio College as a factor of continuing learning of adults’ education

Elijošaitienė, Vida 09 June 2005 (has links)
In order to reach national aims besides other things it is necessary to have essential knowledge and acquire appropriate skills. Improvement of those other things also requires knowledge. In modern and dynamic world knowledge and abilities should be improved permanently and quickly. They are essential for creation of more perfect products and effective technologies. They are important for better understanding and orientation of the development of the society, also for fostering of human skills and creative power that are undoubtedly crucial for the security of the country, because it is impossible to reach human spiritual wellbeing without improving the competence. The aim of this final paper is to identify the knowledge of how to learn of the students of Panevezio College as a factor of continuing learning of adults’ education. The goals of the research helped to examine the methods of learning and possibilities for realization of knowledge how to learn. The methods of the research: the analysis of scientific literature, comparison, generalization, and qualitative research, which was performed on the basis of the questionnaire and data analysis. After the research these conclusions were drawn out: continuing learning is like an umbrella, which covers various kinds of learning and teaching and this is a long lasting activity in reaching to gain and improve competencies, knowledge in personal, civic and social perspective. The making of a strategy game art guide : A case study / Skapandet av en grafikguide för Strategispel : En fallstudie

Bexander, Cecilia January 2014 (has links)
Literature and teaching books about how to make art for games have been accessible but thearea lacked covering of genre-specific game art. Game genres require different solutions forthe art in order to aid playability of the final product. My game project, called DOMAINS was made with an outside team. The project together withmy first art guide about the cinematic platformer genre provided materials for the writing ofthe next game art guide. The old art guide was used as a template for the new guide, whichfocused on the strategy game genre. This report contains the description of the process of making my second art guide, and thewhole The Strategy Game Art Guide itself. It reviews both the successful and less successful implements in the game and will walk thereader through how the prior decisions were made and the consequences. It targets beginnersin the game development world.

Rodrigues, Berenice Bitencourt. January 2002 (has links)
Abstract: The results presented in this work were obtained in an study developed to propose a basic systematic to use geotechnical and geological data generated by engineering geological mapping as support for decision making related to gravitacionai mass movements in urbanized areas. Portion of the urbanized area of Ouro Preto (MG) city was chosen to carry out of the systematic due to geotechnical-geologicai data produced by several engineering geological mapping developed in larger scales than 1:10.000, and because it has been affected by gravitational mass movements of different intensities. The developed systematic is constituted by 10 sequential stages. that go from analysis in terms of adequacy of the previous data to the administration and storage of the data related to the decision making. The study area was divided into 736 cells, and the predisposition degree related to the gravitational mass movements for each cell was obtained by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), considering a group of 24 attributes. The decision making considered 7 different monitoring, intervention, and control alternatives. / Doutor

De Carli, Ana Paula January 2013 (has links)
The research sought to reflect on the art of narrating life, from two stories narrated by settlers and their families, one from Nova Santa Rita and another from Herval, in Rio Grande do Sul. From the perspective of a joint construction of visual narratives, I sought to reflect on the image of the narrator, described by Walter Benjamin (1994), in the present rural context , thinking about the learning process of the know-how to do, of the experiences, the exchanges, the need of storytelling as well as the need of constantly reinvent themselves. The structure of the thesis consists of the introduction, in which the research topic is presented, following that the narrators and the course of the methodological work is given. The second chapter consists of an ethnographic video. The reflection on the learning process of these narrators is on the third chapter. The fourth chapter is devoted to the discussion of the networks that are part of these trajectories. And chapter five debates on the narrators life plans and their implications. These narrators tell stories of their know-how- to- do and of his wanderings, which give them the field for new and amazing stories. The challenge may be, charming a neighbor, a coach, a researcher, a person seeking help, seeking learning or just passing through. This feeling of belonging to networks enable the discovery of new worlds, which are constructed through the materials available to each kind of narrator. A camera or a recorder, an ointment label, a house, the history of every plant, every animal, every trip, every battle fought every encounter with a college student, a technician or with a master.
