This information technology master degree work. In this work it is made research of the task of teacher's work distribution acording to schoolchildren's individual studying plans. In this work it it analyzed the process of teacher's work distribution and their information needs. This information system was created in MS Visio surroundings and realized with MS SQL Server and VBA implements.

Išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą, taikant alternatyvų ir analogijos metodus teorinių tyrimų analizėje randama, kad rinkodaros kompleksas yra vienas iš pagrindinių verslo esmę aprašančių modelių. Vartotojų poreikiai pasidarė patys svarbiausi įmonių strateginiuose planuose. Taikant apibendrinamosios abstrakcijos metodą, paaiškėjo, jog informacinės technologijos ir informacinės sistemos davė didžiausią poveikį rinkodaros plėtrai pastaruosius kelis dešimtmečius. Labiausiai besivystanti sritis tapo naujų technologijų atradimai, kuriuos nedelsdamas adaptavosi verslas savo poreikiams, taip mažindamas veiklos kaštus, didindamas konkurencingumą. Organizacijos turėdamos milžiniškus rinkodarai skirtus biudžtus investavo didelius pinigus į įvairius tyrimus, naujų technologijų diegimą - darėsi vis pranašesnis ir dar didesneis tempais plėtėsi. O nespėjantys su technologijomis ženkliai atsilikdavo ar net krisdavo nelygioje konkurencinėje kovoje. Tuo tarpu mažosios įmonės, turėdamos ribotus investicinius išteklius skirtus rinkodariniams veiskmams gerinti, liko šėšėlyje. Kadangi mažasis verslas sudaro didelę rinkos dalyvių apimtį, todėl labai svarbu tirti jų veiklos ypatumus. Tam, buvo atliktas kokybinis tyrimas – atvejo analizė, pasirenkant interviu ir įmonės dokumentų analizės metodus. Bakalauro baigiamajame darbe yra analizuojama informacinės visuomenės plėtros įtaka šalies darbo produktyvumui. Darbas susideda iš dviejų dalių. Teorinėje darbo dalyje nagrinėjami Lietuvos ir užsienio šalių autorių moksliniai straipsniai apie informacinę visuomenę ir jos paskaičiavimo metodus bei apie produktyvumą ir jo rūšis. Empirinėje darbo dalyje analizuojama 2000-2010 m. laikotarpio Lietuvos statistinė informacija apie darbo produktyvumą ir informacinės visuomenės plėtrą (informacinių ir telekomunikacinių technologijų parengtis, panaudojimas bei panaudojimo pajėgumai). Lietuvos situacija pagal tiriamus rodiklius lyginama ir su Europos Sąjungos šalimis. Lietuvos atveju darbo produktyvumas nagrinėjamas plačiau, pagal ekonomines veiklos rūšis. O informacinės visuomenės plėtros sudarytas indeksas giliau analizuojamas ir lyginamas su keletą ES šalių. Taip pat, bandoma nustatyti, ar informacinės visuomenės plėtra įtakoja šalies darbo produktyvumą ir kuris informacinės visuomenės plėtros veiksnių daro tam didžiausią įtaką. / In Bachelor’s final thesis the impact of development of information society on country's labor productivity are analyzed. The work consists of two parts – theoretic and empirical. In the theoretic part Lithuania’s and foreign countries’ scientific articles about development of information society and its calculation methodology and productivity and it's types are analyzed. In the empirical part there are analysis of years 2000-2010 statistical information of Lithuania about labor productivity and development of information society (information and telecommunication technology access, use and skills). Lithuania's analyzed indicators are compared with European Union countries’. Deeper analysis is made in Lithuania's labor productivity by economic sectors. Lithuania's calculated index of development of information society is compared with few other European Union countries and analyzed deeper. In addition, the part of the thesis is striving to determine if the development of information society has any impact to labor productivity and which factor has the biggest the influence to it.

IT stimulate the business, increase it's effectiveness and let to reduce the financial and time expenditure of the enterprises. However, IT projects failure rate is very high and only about 1 of 5 IT projects is likely to bring full satisfaction. Risk management helps to increase project success probability. However there is no one risk management strategy which would gather the general, universal usability, therefore in cause of such a plenty of various risk management strategies and project managers have to chose themselves, which and how many strategies to use, and how to manage risk and project difficulties. The main goal of this work is to survey the risk management strategies of IT projects, to make their analysis, to assess their qualities and defaults, to offer strategies to be used for Lithuanian IT project managers. Main tasks of this work is analyze IT project management aspects, IT project risks and risk management strategies, also review strategies used in Lithuania, research which ones are the best, analyze strategies used in the biggest Lithuanian enterprises. After making analysis of the world and Lithuanian most popular risk management strategies, IT project management and risk management analysis, are offered IT project successful management steps and strategies to be used.

“Mobile information system” is designed for Kaunas University of Technology. This system operation is based on internet technologies and allows to use it form any remote computer. Also there is drafted reporting to concerned persons using various ways. This system is made with PHP and MySQl web application. The system allows teachers to display their calendar to others, send SMS and e-mail to other teachers and students.

The work under new conditions of information technologies’ development has not only advantages, but also causes certain problems as well as new conflicts within an organization. Inadequacy of models applied in personnel management and current market requirements can determine the decrease of competitive ability for the business organizations, loss of potential markets, causing social problems, such as unemployment, increase of social disproportion between different countries or regions, migration of qualified staff. Scheduler system s software for school scheduler creation used by teachers and pupils. The main requirement for the system is minimization of user time creating scheduler and getting necessary information about lessons.

The model of occupational rehabilitation center‘s information system and its realization Recent politics and legislation of social integration to the society of disabled people in Lithuania is linked towards an understanding that disabled people are responsible for their lives and should be able to take care of themselves. That is the reason why only a need of manual rehabilitation is fairly enough to help people with various disabilities to come back to their active lives and to the labor market. To achieve these goals is only possible with the occupational rehabilitation which is also a great help of empowerment to develop common and special competences. In Lithuania new occupational rehabilitation centers are being established in order to solve problems of this kind. These rehabilitation centers are in great need of new information systems, which would computerize some of the center workers functions letting accomplish them faster and in better quality. With a help of information system it would be much easier to overlook and update the information, list the news, order center‘s services. Darbe analizuojama, kokiais būdais informacinės technologijos gali būti panaudojamos civiliniame procese, kokią tai turėtų įtaką kai kuriems civilinio proceso principams – proceso operatyvumui, ekonomiškumui, greitumui, efektyvumui ir kitiems. Daugiausia dėmesio magistro darbe skiriama atskiriems informacinių technologijų panaudojimo civiliniame procese klausimams: procesinių dokumentų rengimui ir įteikimui, informacinių technologijų naudojimui įrodinėjimo procese, vaizdo ir telekonferencijų naudojimui, teismo proceso fiksavimui moderniomis priemonėmis, bylos medžiagos kaupimui elektronine forma bei teismų darbo kompiuterizavimui. Work analyses the possibilities of usage of information technology in civil procedure, and how it would impact some principles of civil procedure – efficiency of the process, cost-effectiveness, time-efficiency, effectiveness and other. Paper work mostly concentrates on separate issues of usage of information technology in civil procedure: preparation and service of procedural documents, usage of electronic evidence in the court process, usage of video and teleconferencing, using modern technologies to capture the process of the case, collecting all related documents of the case in electronic form, and computerizing management of courts. Separately the work discusses the impact of information technology usage in the civil procedure to the protection of personal data and right to privacy. Logical, systematical, descriptive, and analytical methods are used in the paper work, besides the work is based on the analysis of the current law and the projects of laws. Very big attention is for analysis of practice of foreign countries in the view of the considered issues, also taking into consideration the articles of some scientists.
