There are choice aspects of disabled people, of them profession territory in the post – graduate. There are introduced with resolve and possibility of disabled people to work in the service domain. There are used these systems of the investigation – analysis of scientific literature, questionnaire of disabled people, data – processing of statistics. There are data – processing of questionnaire, conclusion of one hundred forty at work with physically and mentally disabled people. We can arque, that: · There are a lot of disabled people, who want work in the service domain, but there are little people, who work in the service domain in Lithuania. · For a lot of disabled people job is not values, because, if they would have climate, want take of. · A lot of examine people, who have a profession, a job pick not in the service domain.

Neįgaliųjų sportas – sportinė veikla apimanti daugybę metodų ir taisyklių skirtingų negalių sportininkams (Shule, Jochheim, 1996, citat iš Skučas 2003) Neįgaliųjų sporto plėtros procesas reikalauja daug pastangų bei laiko. Lietuvoje nėra pakankamai išvystyta neįgaliųjų sporto infrastruktūra, trūksta klubų, kvalifikuoto personalo bei svarbiausio dalyko – finansavimo. Tyrimas parodė, kad Lietuvos neįgaliųjų sporto padėtis yra bloga, palyginus su Europos šalimis, nors kasmet daugėja dalyvių, klubų skaičius. Visos neįgaliųjų sporto valdymo ir organizavimo funkcijos perkeliamos neįgaliųjų sporto nevyriausybinėms organizacijoms bei savivaldos institucijoms, nenustatant niekieno atsakomybės. Taip pat matome, kad Lietuvoje kap ir daugumoje Europos šalių trūksta neįgaliesiems pritaikytos infrastruktūros bei profesionalių trenerių. Taip yra dėl to, kad trūksta finansavimo ir tinkamos vyriausybinės politikos. / -.

The problem, analysed in the master’s thesis “Aspects of Interaction between Vocational Training and Supplementary training of the Disabled” is how education concept, society’s attitude towards disability, integration of the disabled into society, their preparation for vocational activities and after-class occupation is changing. Accenting that insufficient attention is paid at supplementary training of the teenagers including the disabled. If some links between supplementary training and vocational training may be noticed, they are not sufficiently assessed, week and unreasonably belittled.

Nowadays integration is of great importance and is being widely analysed. Organization of education, training of teachers, pedagogic community, public point or view ant other aspects of this topic are very important. Most research papers analyse general features of education, views and regulations, readiness to educate the disabled. However, there is no literature about how Physical Education teachers should educate and train disabled students. It is known that sports and physical exercises are very important for better physical, emotional and social state of the disabled. As the disabled are being integrated into comprehensive schools, they should also be integrated into regular Physical Education lessons. Specialists, who teach movements, physical activity and sports, must know the needs, motivation and interests of the disabled and should be aware of the restrictions due to disability. The social politics of Lithuania tends to be directed at the needs of the people. One of the main purposes of European Union is equality of members of society. Across all Europe intellectually disabled people still encounter prejudices and serious obstacles trying to take advantage of human rights, which are guaranteed by the law. It is very important to give real possibilities for intellectually disabled people to learn and to work in order to make sure that they will be able to live and work in the community as equal members of society. If they are not able to make use of their rights, they become dependant on others, live in poverty, experience social isolation, their disability could deepen. The employment of intellectually disabled people – it’s a problem about which society avoids to talk. While economy is not stable ant even for the healthy person it is difficult to find a job, the society holds an attitude that it is too early to talk about the employment of intellectually disabled people and it is unbelievable that such a person could find a job. Adequate law basis that regulate rights of disabled people is already created on Lithuania. It corresponds to economic possibilities of the country and strives for realization of the needs of disabled people. Darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti neįgaliųjų sporto būklę Lietuvoje ir tendencijas pasaulyje bei sukurti neįgaliųjų sporto plėtros modelį, kuris sudarytų sąlygas vystytis neįgaliųjų sportui Lietuvoje. Neįgaliųjų sportas yra žaidžiamas asmenų su negalia, įskaitant fizinę ir protinę negalią. Neįgaliųjų sporto plėtojimo procesas yra ilgas procesas, reikalaujantis daug pastangų. Mūsų šalyje trūksta sporto klubų, kurie būtų pritaikyti neįgaliems asmenims, taip pat kvalifikuotų trenerių, bet ir finansavimas nėra pakankamas. / Aim of the study - to analyze the situation of disabled sport and tendencies in Lithuania and in the world and to create a model of disabled sport development, which could help to develop disabled sport in Lithuania. Disabled sport is playing by people with disability, including a physical and a mental disability. The process of disabled sport development is a long-lasting process, which request a lot of efforts. In our country there is a lack of athletic clubs, which could be tailored to disabled people. We haven't enough qualified coaches and the sponsorship isn't sufficient.

Teorinė neįgaliųjų socialinės integracijos analizė parodė, kad neįgalių asmenų socialinis negalės vaizdinys priklauso ir jį formuoja visuomenės nuostatos ir ideologija. Neįgaliųjų socialinės reabilitacijos procesas mokslo šaltiniuose traktuojamas kaip nuolatinis, nenutrūkstamas ir kompleksinis, kurio metu įgyjami ir tobulinami žmonių su negale savarankiško gyvenimo ugdymo įgūdžiai. Neįgalių asmenų socialinės reabilitacijos procesas turi būti vientisas, o medicininės reabilitacijos ir nevyriausybinės organizacijos darbas - komandinis, suteikiant neįgaliesiems būtinas teorines (medicininės, socialinės, teisinės ir kt.) ir praktines (apsitarnavimo, vežimėlio valdymo, ugdymo, mokymosi, profesinio parengimo, darbinės veiklos ir kt.) žinias, taip formuojant fizinės negalės vaizdinį visuomenėje. Magistro darbe iškelta hipotezė, kad skirtingų socialinę neįgaliųjų reabilitaciją vykdančių specialistų fizinės negalės vaizdinys turi svarbą bendradarbiavimo efektyvumui. Anketinės apklausos metodu buvo atliktas tyrimas, atskleidžiantis žmonių po nugaros smegenų pažeidimo, judančių vežimėliuose vaizdinio formavimosi ypatumus bei sąveikas tarp socialinę reabilitaciją vykdančių institucijų. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / A theoretical analysis of the social integration of the disabled revealed that the image of social disability of disabled people depends on and is formed by the society’s mass ideology. It has been also noticed that scientific literature considers the social rehabilitation process of the disabled to be a constant, uninterrupted and complex process during which disabled people acquire and develop skills of independent life education. The social rehabilitation process of the disabled has to be integral, meanwhile medical rehabilitation and nongovernmental organization must promote teamwork while providing the disabled with necessary theoretical and practical knowledge which, in turn, forms the image of physical disability in society. A hypothesis was raised that the image of physical disability that specialists providing the disabled with social rehabilitation have affects the effectiveness of cooperation. Magistro darbe yra pateiktas neįgaliųjų profesinės reabilitacijos organizavimo konceptas, išanalizuoti ir susisteminti įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių teoriniai darbai ir praktiniai neįgaliųjų profesinės reabilitacijos tyrimai. Atlikta profesinės reabilitacijos organizavimą reglamentuojančios teisinės bazės ir neįgaliųjų profesinės reabilitacijos specialistų bei neįgaliųjų asmenų, dalyvavusių profesinės reabilitacijos programoje, nuomonių apie profesinės reabilitacijos reglamentavimą, sampratą ir kokybę analizė, pateikta profesinės reabilitacijos organizavimo struktūra, įvardinti profesinės reabilitacijos paslaugų teikimo principai. Patvirtinta autorės suformuluota mokslinio tyrimo hipotezė, kad Lietuvoje yra sukurta neįgaliųjų profesinės reabilitacijos organizavimą reglamentuojanti teisinė bazė, veikia už profesinės reabilitacijos organizavimą atsakingų institucijų tinklas, tačiau profesinės reabilitacijos paslaugų kokybės užtikrinimui trūksta šių paslaugų reglamentavimo aiškumo ir funkcijų tarp paslaugas teikiančių institucijų pasiskirstymo. / This master’s paper indicates the concept of the organization of vocational rehabilitation of disabled people; it analyzes and systemizes theoretical works and practical research in vocational rehabilitation conducted by various Lithuanian and foreign authors. The paper presents a detailed analysis of legal basis that regulates organization of vocational rehabilitation and the opinion of vocational rehabilitation specialists and the disabled who participated in vocational rehabilitation program about the legal regulation, concept, and quality of vocational rehabilitation. It also presents the structure of the organization of vocational rehabilitation and principles for the realization of vocational rehabilitation. Paper proves hypothesis formulated by the author that Lithuania has legal basis that regulates the organization of vocational rehabilitation and there is a net of institutions that are responsible for the organization of vocational rehabilitation, though there is no distinctness in legal regulation of the services and institutional distribution of functions in realizing vocational rehabilitation services.

Magistro darbo santrauka Darbe atlikta teorinė taikomosios fizinės ir sportinės veiklos poveikio neįgaliųjų gyvenimo kokybės gerinimo sampratos ir regėjimo negali�� turinčių asmenų taikomosios fizinės ir sportinės veiklos ypatumų analizė. Iškelta hipotezė, kad, taikant taikomąją fizinę ir sportinę veiklą, galima pagerinti regėjimo negalią turinčių asmenų psichosocialinę sveikatą, biosocialinių įgūdžių, fizinio pajėgumo rodiklius. Hipotezė iškelta remiantis konceptualiu teiginiu: aktyvi fizinė veikla ir sportas turi teigiamą poveikį visapusiškam asmens vystymuisi. Anketinės apklausos metodu buvo atliktas tyrimas, kurio tikslas – identifikuoti taikomosios fizinės ir sportinės veiklos poveikio ypatumus regėjimo negalią turinčių asmenų gyvenimo kokybės aspektu. Atlikta statistinė (aprašomoji dažnių, vidurkių) duomenų analizė. Tyrime dalyvavo 101 regėjimo negalią turintis respondentas, iš jų 55 aktyviai sportuojantys ir 46 neaktyviai. Empirinėje dalyje nagrinėjami sportuojančiųjų regėjimo negalią turinčių asmenų sveikata, fizinis aktyvumas, psichosocialinė sveikata, socializacijos agentai, požiūris į negalią, taikomosios fizinės ir sportinės veiklų poveikio priemonių veiksmingumas. Svarbiausios empirinio tyrimo išvados: 1. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The Master’s Degree Thesis Summary In the present thesis, there is performed the theoretical analysis of the concept of the effect of applied physical and sports activities on improvement of the life quality for the disabled and of the peculiarities of the applied physical and sports activities of people with vision disabilities. There is raised a hypothesis, that applying physical and sports activities, it is possible to improve the psychosocial health and rates of biosocial skills and physical fitness of people with vision disabilities. The hypothesis is raised with reference to the conceptual statement: active physical activities and sports have positive effect on comprehensive development of the person. Using the method of questionnaire survey, the research was performed. Its objective was to identify the peculiarities of the effect of the applied physical and sports activities in the aspect of life quality improvement for people with vision disabilities. The statistical (descriptive of frequencies, averages) analysis of data was performed. 101 respondents with vision disabilities participated in the research. 55 of them went in for sports actively and 46 – inactively.
