La navigation est une fonction clé de l’évolution. Chez l’Humain, comme chez le Rat, elle repose sur au moins deux structures cérébrales : l’hippocampe et le striatum. Chacune de ces structures prend en charge un mode de navigation qui lui est propre, et qui dépend du degré de connaissance de l’environnement et de la monotonie de la tâche. A l’heure actuelle, on ne comprend pas bien comment l’hippocampe et le striatum interagissent lors du rappel d’une information spatiale. L’objectif de cette thèse a été de mieux caractériser ce dialogue hippocampo-striatal. A travers des inactivations temporaires, couplées à un entraînement progressif dans un test comportemental, j’ai pu montrer une interdépendance de ces deux structures lors du rappel d’une information spatiale après 6 jours d’entrainement. Cette relation évolue après 14 jours d’entrainement, où l’intégrité des deux structures n’est plus requise pour le rappel d’une stratégie allocentrée. / Spatial navigation is a key function of the evolution. In Human, as in Rat, it is based on at least two brain structures: the hippocampus and the striatum. Each of these structures supports a navigation mode of its own, which depends on the level of knowledge of the space environment and the monotony of the task. Currently, we don’t really understand how these two structures interact during retrieval of a spatial information. The aim of this thesis was to better characterize hippocampo-striatal dialogue during the implementation of a routine in the rat. Through muscimol inactivation, coupled to progressive period training in a behavioral test, I was able to show the interdependence of these two structures in the development of a relevant navigation strategy during retrieval after 6 training days. This relationship evolves after 14 days of training, where, hippocampus does not seem to depend on the integrity of dorsal striatum anymore to provide an allocentric strategy.

The Prestes Column was a rebel movement which from 1924 to 1927 protested against the governments of the presidents Artur Bernardes and Washington Luís and in Santo Ângelo/RS decisive moments occurred under the leadership of Luis Carlos Prestes, which made this Column run through Brazil during two years and three months. Based on this history, between 1994 and 1996 it was idealized and it was implemented in an initiative of the public power of Santo Ângelo city, a Memorial to the Column Prestes. The problem which delineates this work is about the social representation produced in Santo Ângelo against and in favor of the space which was built, establishing it, or not, as an expression of the santoangelense s cultural heritage. This work uses as methodology bibliographical and documental researches, the use of Oral History techniques, based on the direct contact with the people who created the Memorial, adding to that, the application of a questionnaire with students from the Basic Education checking their perceptions in relation to the Prestes Column Memorial, understanding it or not, as the expression of the cultural heritage of Santo Ângelo. The main objective of this investigation is to analyze and to evidence the social representation produced by social groups from Santo Ângelo in favor and against the creation of the Memorial, as well as trying to verify the motivations, the objectives and interests to create a place of memory in relation to the past of Prestes Column in Santo Ângelo, showing all the repercussion that this project had in the local community. Besides, it also has the objective of proposing a project to Santo Ângelo city of Patrimonial Education in the Prestes Column Memorial, which is going to allow students of the Basic Education from the city to know a little bit more about the history that it portrays and all the importance of its heap and preservation, allowing from this research on the reflection in relation to the conditions of infrastructure, heap and location of the Prestes Column Memorial, aiming its maintenance while a place of memory and expression of Santo Ângelo heritage. Therein, it is considered as main result of this work the elaboration of a primer which is going to give data to the teachers of the Basic Education from Santo Ângelo city, mainly from the municipal system, in order to the work in relation to the history of Prestes Column and the Prestes Column Memorial, having in view the students appropriation for the history as well as the space while expression of the cultural heritage of Santo Ângelo. / A Coluna Prestes foi um movimento rebelde que entre os anos de 1924 e 1927 protestou contra os governos dos presidentes Artur Bernardes e Washington Luís, e teve em Santo Ângelo/RS momentos decisivos sob a liderança de Luiz Carlos Prestes possibilitando a esta Coluna percorrer o Brasil durante dois anos e três meses. Com base nessa história, entre 1994 e 1996 se idealizou e se implantou, em uma iniciativa do poder público municipal de Santo Ângelo, um Memorial à Coluna Prestes. O problema que delineia este trabalho versa sobre as representações sociais produzidas em Santo Ângelo a favor e contra o espaço que foi erigido, estabelecendo-o, ou não, como expressão do patrimônio cultural santo-angelense. O presente trabalho utiliza como metodologia a pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, o emprego de técnicas de História Oral, tendo em vista o contato direto com os sujeitos que criaram o Memorial, além da aplicação de questionário com alunos da Educação Básica verificando suas percepções em relação ao Memorial Coluna Prestes, entendendo-o, ou não, como expressão do patrimônio cultural de Santo Ângelo. A investigação tem como objetivo principal analisar e evidenciar as representações sociais produzidas pelos grupos sociais de Santo Ângelo a favor e contra a criação do Memorial, também buscando verificar as motivações, os objetivos e interesses em se criar um local de memória acerca do passado da Coluna Prestes em Santo Ângelo, expondo toda a repercussão que esse projeto teve na comunidade local. Além disso, também se busca propor ao município de Santo Ângelo um projeto de Educação Patrimonial no Memorial Coluna Prestes, o qual possibilite aos alunos da Educação Básica da cidade conhecer mais sobre a história que o mesmo retrata e a importância de seu acervo e preservação; possibilitar a partir dessa pesquisa a reflexão acerca das condições de infra-estrutura, acervo e localização do Memorial Coluna Prestes, visando a sua manutenção enquanto lugar de memória e expressão do patrimônio de Santo Ângelo. Neste sentido, considera-se como principal resultado deste trabalho a elaboração de uma cartilha que venha a dar subsídios aos professores da Educação Básica de ensino do município de Santo Ângelo, principalmente da rede municipal, para o trabalho acerca da história da Coluna Prestes e do Memorial Coluna Prestes, tendo em vista a apropriação dos alunos tanto pela história quanto pelo espaço enquanto expressão do patrimônio cultural de Santo Ângelo.

Vyšehrad cemetery: Place of National Cemetery Abstrakt - English Lucie Babíčková In the beginning of the thesis I am interesting about the history of Vyšehrad cemetery and about some social live happening at this cemetery. For example I am interested in several additional funerals to this cemetery (for example Vlasta Burian), with several ceremonies around some people buried on Vyšehrad (Karel Čapek or Bedřich Smetana). I am also interested in the Svatobor society - society which founded this cemetery. In the fourth chapter I am writing about visitors of Vyšehrad and about their perception of Vyšehrad areal - especially what differences they can see between the park and the cemetery. I am working on this part mainly with theory of Pierre Nora about national monuments (or so-called places of memory). According his opinion nations can worship itself thanks these monuments and I think that Vyšehrad is one of these monuments in the Czech environment. I am also interested in some important events connected to the cemetery or about reasons for visiting this place. For this I am using typology of John Urry mostly.

Aborda o desenvolvimento do Website da Memória Virtual da produção científica do curso de Geologia do Instituto de Geociências da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (IGeo/UFRGS), sob o ponto de vista da socialização e da divulgação da informação em ambiente de comunicação digital. O objetivo geral deste estudo é disponibilizar a memória da produção científica do curso de Geologia constituída pelo acervo documental publicado pelo IGeo/UFRGS, armazenado na Biblioteca, em ambiente Web. A pesquisa tem caráter quali-quantitativo caracterizada pela fundamentação teórica em fontes de informações bibliográficas, na seleção dos documentos que integram o inventário analítico, na análise do resultado estatístico da avaliação do Website da Memória Virtual e na compilação estatística do levantamento da literatura sobre acervos documentais científicos. As fases metodológicas do estudo foram a pesquisa bibliográfica, o inventário documental, métodos de digitalização de documentos, adoção de padrões internacionais de interoperabilidade entre bases de dados – aponta o uso do Open Archive Iniciative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) e aplicação de técnicas de design de informação no processo de desenvolvimento do Website. From this problem, our aim is to contribute to theoretical studies on the role of fashion in contemporary historical construction. With the fashion collection Nara Leão 2007/2008, by the fashion designer Ronaldo Fraga, and the interpretations it generates, we sought to understand the collection as part of cultural expression and production of social memory. The object of research is treated as a discourse that contributes to the construction of a memory about the Brazilian culture. This discourse about a past event, on becoming a fashion product, using all of the divulgation regarding the subject, allows provocation of this memory and new possibilities of reading in relation to this culture. The resources for the implementation of the research are based on the theoretical framework about: culture, fashion, memory, discourse production and analysis of images. Through these theories, it was possible to investigate how the representations were made regarding the life and work of the singer Nara Leão by Ronaldo Fraga. The career of this fashion designer was investigated in order to understand the conditions of reception of his work through his consolidated career. Analyses of images from the collection and of the discourses of its divulgation present identification elements of national culture, becoming monuments of social remembrance. Because memory is always a current phenomenon, which maintains a link between past and present, with gaps and with properties that allow the incorporation of even a myth, the results obtained in this research suggest the possibilities of understanding the performance of the phenomenon of fashion in historical construction / A ideia para esta pesquisa partiu do seguinte questionamento: em que medida uma coleção de moda pode atuar, contemporaneamente, na construção e no agenciamento de memórias, tornando-se ela mesma um lugar de memória ? A partir dessa problemática, definiu-se, como objetivo, contribuir com estudos teóricos sobre a atuação da moda na construção histórica contemporânea. Com a coleção de moda Nara Leão 2007/2008, do estilista Ronaldo Fraga, e com as interpretações por ela geradas, buscou-se compreender a coleção como elemento de manifestação cultural e de produção de memória social. O objeto de pesquisa é tratado como um discurso que contribui para a construção de uma memória sobre a cultura brasileira. Este discurso a respeito de um fato passado, ao ser transformado em produto de moda, utilizando-se de toda a divulgação em torno do tema, permite a provocação dessa memória e novas possibilidades de leitura em relação a essa cultura. Os recursos para a concretização da pesquisa estão baseados em referencial teórico sobre: cultura, moda, memória, produção discursiva e análise de imagens. Por meio dessas teorias, foi possível investigar de que forma foram feitas as representações referentes à vida e à obra da cantora Nara Leão por parte de Ronaldo Fraga. A carreira desse estilista foi investigada a fim de perceber as condições de recepção de sua obra por meio de sua carreira já consolidada. As análises das imagens da coleção, bem como dos discursos de sua divulgação, apresentam elementos de identificação da cultura nacional, transformando-se em monumentos de rememoração social. Por ser a memória um fenômeno sempre atual, que mantém uma ligação entre passado e presente, com falhas e com propriedades que permitem inclusive a incorporação de um mito, os resultados obtidos com a pesquisa apontam as possibilidades de perceber a atuação do fenômeno da moda na construção histórica

[pt] O presente estudo teve como objetivo compreender, à luz da ANTi-History, como ocorreram os processos de constituição de lugares de memória de resistência de dois espaços físicos usados pela polícia política durante a ditadura civil-militar brasileira: os prédios do DEOPS/SP e do DOPS/RJ. Ao investigar o como relacionado à trajetória de cada espaço e da rede inter-organizacional constituída a partir da análise conjunto dos dois processos, foi possível trazer à tona toda a complexidade de disputas, negociações e movimentações, antes subjacentes, tornando transparentes as relações sociopolíticas dos diversos atores envolvidos, bem como a performatividade do contexto. A investigação dos processos de transformação dos espaços de violência, cuja ordenação dos vestígios encontrados permitiu a elaboração de narrativas históricas, evidenciou a característica dinâmica e contingente de um sociopast formado por atores-rede. Por seu caráter relacional e perfil crítico-emancipatório, a teórico-metodologia ANTi-History tornou possível identificar as conexões de forma posicionada e localizada, dissonante da hegemonia positivista e das histórias universais, permitindo que as movimentações sociopolíticas dos atores se tornassem visíveis ao remover o aparente véu de simplicidade de um status quo binário. Os lugares de memória servem ao propósito orientacionista do dever de memória ao submeter o passado a uma consciência reflexiva. São medidas concretas, instrumentos de suporte de memória que ao se tornarem visíveis sob a forma de organizações, como centros de memória ou memoriais, reivindicam o reconhecimento dos acontecimentos do passado e das vivências dos sobreviventes, criando referências para as gerações futuras com a necessária autocrítica com os erros do passado. / [en] This study aimed to understand, in the light of ANTi-History, how the constitution processes of sites of memory of resistance occurred in two physical spaces used by the political police during the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship: the buildings of DEOPS/SP and DOPS/RJ. By investigating the how related to the trajectory of each space and the inter-organizational network constituted from the joint analysis of the two processes, it was possible to bring to light all the complexity of disputes, negotiations, and movements previously underlying, making transparent the sociopolitical relations of the various actors involved, as well as the performativity of the context. The investigation of the transformation processes of the spaces of violence, performed by ordering the traces found, allowed the elaboration of alternatives historical narratives and evidenced the dynamic and contingent characteristic of a sociopast formed by network-actors. By its relational and critical-emancipatory facets, the ANTi-History approach made it possible to identify the connections in a positioned way, dissonant from the positivist mainstream hegemony and universal histories, allowing the actors sociopolitical movements to become visible by removing the apparent veil of simplicity of a binary status quo. Sites of memory serve the orientationist purpose of the duty of memory by subjecting the past to a reflexive consciousness. They are concrete measures, instruments of memory support that by becoming visible in the form of organizations, such as memory centers or memorials, claim recognition of the events of the past and the experiences of survivors, creating references for future generations with the necessary self-critique with the mistakes of the past.
