<p>The main purpose of this study is to identify and compare classical pianists' understanding of sight-reading. Six pianists were interviewed, four professionals and two students. All of them concidered good sight-reading ability to be an advantage, especially when rehearsing, but most important is to be a good musicians performing music thoroghly gone through.</p>

El objetivo de esta propuesta no solo es brindarle a la empresa una herramienta que le permita cumplir con sus obligaciones tributarias, sino también poder comparar los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación con los estados financieros del periodo 2015 y poder analizar si los costos fijos y variables con los que se estimaron los precios de venta para el periodo 2016 son los adecuados, como también medir el grado de eficiencia en que la empresa se encuentra. The objective of this proposal is not only to provide the company with a tool that allows it to comply with its tax obligations, but also to be able to compare the results obtained in this research with the financial statements of the 2015 period and be able to analyze whether the fixed and variable costs with those that were estimated the sale prices for the 2016 period are appropriate, as well as measuring the degree of efficiency in which the company is located.

El presente trabajo se realizó en base a la empresa Selva Industrial S.A. con el objetivo de analizar la cadena de suministros, específicamente la gestión de abastecimiento de materia prima (para este caso, frutas). Con la finalidad de describir y analizar la situación actual de la empresa en ese proceso, encontrar los problemas que generan ineficiencia para así poder generar recomendaciones según nuestra perspectiva. En el primer capítulo se explica la terminología utilizada para esta investigación, mientras que en el segundo capítulo se detalla la problemática que tiene la empresa que trata acerca del aprovisionamiento de la materia prima con baja calidad. Posteriormente en el capítulo tres se detalla la metodología que se usará para esta investigación, la cual será cualitativa. A su vez, en el cuarto capítulo se mencionan datos generales de la empresa, el diagnóstico de la cadena de suministro actual que permitirá encontrar los problemas que tiene la organización en la actualidad y los indicadores de las dos principales frutas de las que se aprovisiona la empresa. En el capítulo cinco se realiza el análisis de la cadena de suministros de cada actor que participa en ella. Por último, se mencionan las conclusiones y recomendaciones de toda la investigación. / The present work was carried out based on the company Selva Industrial S.A. with the aim of improving the supply chain, specifically the supply management of raw material (for this case, fruit). With the purpose of describe and analyze the current situation of the company in this process, find the problems that generate inefficiency, in order to generate recommendations according to our perspective. In the first chapter, the terminology used for this research is explained, while in the second chapter the problematic that the company has about the provisioning of the raw material with low quality is detailed. Later in chapter three the methodology that will be used for this research is detailed, which will be qualitative. In turn, in the fourth chapter general information about the company is mentioned, the diagnosis of the current supply chain that will allow finding the problems that the organization has at present, and the indicators of the two main fruits from which the company is supplied. In chapter five the analysis of the supply chain of each actor participating in it is performed. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the entire investigation are mentioned. / Tesis

Por ocupar posição de destaque no cenário nacional e internacional, o Pólo necessita de trabalhos específicos que direcionem as empresas instaladas na região na busca da matéria-prima adequada ao seu processo cerâmico. Com este intuito a presente tese teve como objetivo principal identificar as principais litofácies da Formação Corumbataí visando sua aplicação cerâmica. As litofácies reconhecidas na área estudada foram classificadas em duas associações: Associação Siltito Argiloso e Associação Siltito Arenoso. A Associação Siltito Argiloso é constituída pelas litofácies Maciça, Laminada e Alterada e a Associação Siltito Arenoso pelas litofácies Intercalada I e Intercalada II. Estas duas associações foram cartografadas na escala 1:50.000. A Análise Estatística Multivariada de Agrupamento e a Análise Estatística Univariada (Análise de Superfície de Tendência) demonstraram ser ferramentas importantíssimas no tratamento de dados de caracterização cerâmica. A aplicação da Análise de Agrupamento permitiu tecer uma relação entre as características cerâmicas com as faciológicas. Os mapas resultantes da aplicação da Análise Estatística Univariada revelaram importantes resultados na distribuição das médias da composição química e cerâmica nas jazidas ao longo da área de estudo. / Santa Gertrudes Ceramic Cluster, located in the outcrops series of Corumbataí Formation (NeoPermian of Paraná Basin), is considered currently the biggest in national level concerning about floor tiles. As this cluster is a highlight in national and international scene, it needs specific projects in order to guide the industries settled in the region in the quest of the adequate raw material to the ceramic process. Pursuing this purpose the present thesis had as main objective to identify the principal lithofacies from Corumbataí Formation for ceramic uses. The lithofacies recognized in the studied area were rated in two associations (Clay Siltstone Association and Sand Siltstone Association). The Clay Siltstone Association is represented by the Massive, Laminated and Altered lithofacies, and the Sand Siltstone Association is represented by the Intercalated I and Intercalated II lithofacies. These two associations were mapped in a 1:50,000 scale. The Grouping Multivariated Statistical Analysis and the Univariated Statistical Analysis (Trend Surfaces Analysis) proved to be very important tools in the data treatment of ceramic characterization. The application of the grouping Analysis enabled to settle a relation between the ceramic characters and the faciological characters. The resulting maps from the application of the Univariated Statistical Analysis revealed important results in the media distribution of the chemical and ceramic composition in the mines along the studied area.

Denna studie är en analys av läromedelsserierna Prima svenska och Zick Zack med inriktning på målen och det centrala innehållet i den aktuella läroplanen. Studien har ett elevperspektiv för att ta reda på elevers förståelse av uppgifterna samt målen i de läromedel som de använder. Detta har gjorts genom att en enkät har delats ut till totalt 40 elever i årskurs 5. Samtliga övningsböcker i läromedelsserierna har även analyserats utifrån den reviderade läroplanen från 2017 (Lgr17). Resultatet visade att Prima svenska möter målen i Lgr17. Detta trots att den är framtagen efter läroplanen som kom 2011 och att den reviderade upplagan har fått en betydligt större del av målen som inkluderar IKT. Zick Zack mötte ej alla mål i läroplanen men det ska tilläggas att de ej hävdar att de är framtagna efter läroplanen. Uppgifterna i Zick Zack fokuserade till stor del på läsförståelse men det läromedlet är mer inriktat på grammatik och ord- och begreppsförståelse. Prima svenskas uppgifter hade stort också fokus på läsförståelse men även att skriva texter.  När det gäller elevernas åsikter om läromedlen är de relativt nöjda med dem men de tycker att uppgifterna är upprepande och de tycker inte om läsförståelsen. När det gäller elevernas förståelse av målen och uppgifterna tycker de att böckerna har ett avancerat språk vilket skulle kunna förenklas för att öka förståelsen.

Em diferentes países a indústria da floresta é considerada um setor estratégico que contribui fortemente na geração de matéria-prima, tributos, geração de empregos e produtos para exportação. Neste setor industrial, o segmento de madeira serrada destaca-se pelos volumes de atividade econômica que movimenta e sua ligação com outros setores econômicos como a construção civil ou a indústria de móveis. A partir da crise econômica dos anos 2008-2009, que atingiu fortemente o mercado de exportação, as empresas de serrado da madeira desses países estão envolvidas em ser mais eficientes no processo de corte da matéria-prima. Estas empresas enfrentam o problema de cortar peças de madeira retangulares regulares, de clientes do mercado interno ou externo, a partir de estoque de toras. A complexidade deste problema que precisa atenção é que o corte na matéria-prima é sobre uma superfície de característica circular utilizando o padrão de corte" Cant Sawing". Este padrão especifica as peças laterais e centrais para o corte desde a superficie de uma tora de madeira. A presente tese apresenta uma formulação matemática para o problema. Dois diferentes métodos de solução foram desenvolvidos para resolução do problema. O primeiro está baseado no método de programação linear inteira, e o segundo em um método de aproximação, que usa a metaheurística "Simulated Annealing". Estes métodos de solução são executados por etapas. Primeiro os padrões de corte são determinados considerando o estoque de matéria-prima e as demandas dos clientes. Na segunda etapa, o processo de otimização é executado para estabelecer os padrões de corte adequados para cada tipo de matéria-prima, os quais deveriam ser utilizados na linha de produção, com o objetivo de diminuir as perdas de madeira no processo de serrado dos produtos retangulares a partir das toras. Os resultados conseguidos mediante os métodos foram comparados com dados reais, com o objetivo de incrementar a eficiência visando diminuir os custos operativos do processo. Dados reais de uma serraria do Rio Grande do Sul foram utilizados para validar o modelo, e em valor diminuiu as perdas em 6, 2%, em comparação com o método manual utilizado pela empresa. / In severa! countries the forest industry is considered as a strategic economic sector, which strongly contributes for raw material production, collection of taxes, and for increases on job generation and on the manufacture of products for export. In this industry sector, the sawn timber segment stood out due to its volumes of economic activity as well as dueto its relationships with certain sectors, as construction or furniture industries. Since the 2008-2009 global financiai crisis, which has strongly struck the export markets, the sawmills have been involved into a search of higher leveis of efficiency on the process of sawing the raw material. These companies face the problem of regular sawing rectangular pieces of wood, from their stocks of wood logs for different clients of their respective domestic and export markets. The complexity of this problem, is based on the fact that the cutting process on the raw material is made from a circular surface, using the "Cant Sawing" pattern. This pattern defines the lateral and central pieces for cutting from the surface of wood log.The present thesis describes a mathematical formulation for such a problem. Two different solution methods were developed to solve this problem. The first one is based an integer programming based-method, and the second one is an approximation method, which uses the simulated annealing metaheuristic. This solution method is run in stages. First, the sawing patterns are to be determined, considering the available stock of raw material as well as the customer demands. On the second stage, the optimization process is developed in order to achieve the most adequate sawing patterns to each kind of raw material, which are to be used in the production line, with the goal of reducing the losses of wood along the process of sawing the final products. The attained results by using the developed methods were tested with real data, and present values, aiming at increasing the efficiency on reducing the process operational costs process. Real data for a sawmill in Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil were used to validate model, and in value, reduces 6, 2% the losses when compareci with the manual method used by the company.

Denna studie belyser notläsningsinlärning och notläsning hos sju gitarrister i gymnasieåldern med varierande bakgrund. Fokus i denna studie ligger i tonernas placering i förhållande till varandra, snarare än deras placering på greppbrädan. Studien är en prövning av en specifik metod som utgår ifrån att eleverna kan spela en skala eller figur och tar sin utgångspunkt i denna. Inlärningen sker i tre steg. För att mäta progressionen hos eleverna har tidsåtgångsaspekten använts. Resultatet av studien visar att samtliga som ingick i studien lyckades tyda och spela det sista notexemplet med ett tillfredsställande resultat och en tidsåtgång på mindre än åtta minuter.

The aim of the graduate work is to identify the specifics of valuation of television companies. The research was conducted on the example of a company FTV Prima, spol. s.r.o. Firstly a detailed financial and strategic analysis has been made with an emphasis not only on the selected company, but also for the entire industry. Then was prepared a package of conclusions and recommendations regarding the valuation of television companies. The last chapter is a brief overview of the identified specifics that should introduce an evaluator to the substance of this issue, prior to the start of valuation work. The work contains a scheme of work with specific television value drivers.
