A Vigilância Sanitária é o órgão fiscalizador das Unidades públicas e privadas dos consultórios odontológicos, impondo regras e direcionando as redes públicas a tratarem do assunto com a importância e a qualidade devidas e determinadas em padrões de biosseguranca. O presente estudo visou por meio de questionários junto aos Cirurgiões-Dentistas que trabalham no serviço público de saúde odontológico da região da grande São Paulo (compreendendo os Municípios de: Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo, São Caetano do Sul, Diadema e Mauá) analisar a situação referente à biosseguranca no serviço público destas Unidades Básicas de Saúde, bem como avaliar os parâmetros seguidos por esta mesma rede pública no que tange às condições sanitárias e verificar se está sendo avaliado o protocolo desenvolvido pelo Serviço de Vigilância Sanitária Estadual na mesma. Propôs-se ainda verificar o número de visitas da Vigilância Sanitária aos serviços públicos; quais equipamentos de proteção individual e quais equipamentos de proteção coletiva são fornecidos e utilizados rotineiramente na rede pública de saúde e se os ambulatórios públicos possuem a infra-estrutura adequada para o atendimento dos pacientes. Concluiu-se que os parâmetros adotados pela rede pública de saúde dos municípios da grande São Paulo, no que tange às condições sanitárias estão de acordo com a legislação pertinente e está sendo obedecido o protocolo de biossegurança desenvolvido pelo Serviço de Vigilância Sanitária Estadual na rede pública de saúde dos municípios da grande São Paulo. Há carência no número de visitas da vigilância sanitária aos serviços públicos dos municípios da grande São Paulo. Išnagrinėti profesines orientacijas ir jų pasireiškimo formas įvairaus amžiaus tarpsniuose. 2. Atskleisti asmenų pirmosios profesijos rinkimosi motyvus ir profesines orientacijas. 3. Ištirti persikvalifikuojančių asmenų poreikius, motyvus ir profesines orientacijas. 4. Palyginti profesines orientacijas asmenų, kurie renkasi pirmąją profesiją ir persikvalifikuoja. Hipotezės: 1. Asmenų pirmosios profesijos rinkimąsi labiau įtakoja išoriniai veiksniai, jų profesinės orientacijos mažiau išreikštos asmeniniais motyvais 2. Objectives of the study: 1. to examine professional orientations and their expression in a variety of age groups. 2. to reveal motives and professional orientations for the first careers. 3. to analyse needs, motives and professional orientations of persons in retraining. 4. to compare professional orientations of individuals who are choosing their first occupation and who are in re-training. Profesijos pasirinkimas yra viena aktualiausių problemų, nuo kurios tinkamo sprendimo priklauso žmogaus asmeninė gerovė. Todėl labai svarbu, kad jau pats pirmasis moksleivio apsisprendimas būtų sąmoningas, tikslingas, kad jaunuolis suprastų, jog adaptacija darbo pasaulyje ir asmenybės vidinė harmonija priklauso nuo tinkamo apsisprendimo. Auditing auditor identities : Auditor attributes, professional and commercial orientations, and the implications for audit practice

Currently, auditors face changes in the auditing industry, which has increased the focus on marketing activities. Despite professional ideals, an increase in the commercialization of audit firms has been observed, shaping the identity of the auditor. Auditor identity has been found to be a driver for commercialization, but certain studies find commercialization to be negative for audit practice. We argue that individual auditor attributes can explain orientations in the auditor identity, which in turn could have implications for audit practice. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze how auditor attributes are related to professional and commercial orientations, and how the various orientations are related to audit practice. The theories used in this study are agency theory, social identity theory, and the theory of professions. We employ a quantitative survey method, with a questionnaire sent out by e-mail including questions about attributes, professional and commercial orientation, and reduced audit quality acts. Our results indicate that a positive relation to professional orientation exists for attributes adaptability and marketing skills. A positive relation for commercial orientation exists for the attribute marketing skills, while a negative relation exists for communication skills. Our results suggest that commercial orientation has a positive relation to auditors’ propensity to engage in RAQ acts. We find that knowledge has a negative relation to RAQ acts. A weak positive relation exists between adaptability and RAQ acts. The degree to which these results explain professional and commercial orientation and RAQ acts is small, why more research is needed.

Participaram 41 estudantes do 3º ano do ensino médio de uma cidade do interior de São Paulo, divididos em três grupos: Grupo Controle (15), Grupo Comparativo (15) e Grupo Experimental (11). Os grupos Comparativo e Experimental foram submetidos ao Programa de Orientação Profissional, em épocas distintas, com 10 encontros, com cerca de uma hora e quarenta minutos de duração. O grupo Controle não sofreu qualquer intervenção. Todos os participantes responderam a ficha de identificação do participante, ao Inventário de Sintomas de Stress de Lipp (ISSL) e ficha de informação sobre escolha. Os resultados obtidos nos grupos submetidos à intervenção apontam que o stress se manteve nos participantes, apresentando maior preocupação com a escolha correta e com o vestibular, além de maior oscilação na seleção de carreiras do que os resultados oferecidos pelo Grupo Controle. Houve ainda relaão entre a insegurança para escolher e dificuldade para decidir com stress, eventos que demonstraram associação estatística em todos os grupos. Existem poucas pesquisas científicas sobre o comportamento de escolha profissional e o stress, acarretando em uma falta de subsídios para o trabalho psicológico com os jovens. Provavelmente, se novos estudos fossem realizados, a chance de prevenção do stress e de suas consequências aumentaria. / This study aims to measure the effective of a psychological intervention in professional orientation related with the stress and the professional behavior choice in adolescents. Forty-one students of third year high school from São Paulo's interior had been divided in three groups: Control Group (15), Comparative Group (15) and Experimental Group (11). The groups Comparative and Experimental had been submitted to the Program of Professional Orientation, at two different times, with 10 meeting, about one hour and forty minutes duration. The Control Group didn't suffer any intervention. All the participants had been urged to answer participant's Identify, the Lipp's Stress Symptoms Inventory (ISSL) and Choice's Information Questionary. In the intervention's groups, the results showed the maintenance of participant's stress. Furthermore, in this groups there was a major doubt about the career's choice, with a greater concern with the correct choice and the vestibular, comparing with Control Group. There was a relation of choice's insecurity and the difficulty to decide with stress, with statistics significance in all the groups. There are few scientific researches about professional behavior's choice and stress, so the psychological work with teenagers becomes much more difficult. Probably, if we had new studies about this topic, maybe it would be possible to prevent the stress and its consequences.

Esse processo não tem um fim em si, ele transcende um espaço, indo além do nascer, viver e morrer, implicando expectativas, sonhos, esperanças, desejos e decisões, não apenas do indivíduo em si, mas de uma família, comunidade, sociedade e de seus antecedentes. O ato que aparentemente parece simples encontra-se em uma trajetória e história familiar e social que não se pode ignorar e nem afirmar que culminará em total esquecimento daquilo que se deixou para traz e sim, em resgatar, de forma harmoniosa o que, um dia, foi abandonado. Considerando os aspectos pontuados, esperamos que este trabalho possa servir como fonte adicional de consulta e interesse para todos aqueles que têm na escolha profissional sua área de atuação, bem como aqueles que buscam compreender o processo de resgate da profissão relegada. / Abstract: This thesis has as main purpose to present an original contribution in the study of the importance, in the human life, of the professions which were left in the moment of vocational choice. To perform this kind of analysis was necessary, at first, to come back to some concepts about work, without forgetting factors which were present at the moment of the choice, such as the social representation of the professions including the influence of the society, family to create a professional human. In this process it was considered the desire, the function of unconscious and the ways to be in contact with the self. The discussion developed around the historic social, psychological, economic and transpersonal context. This research allowed to present the possibility to raise a further understanding that the choices made during life span do not happen in an exact stage, age or time, but it is present during all life, sometimes forcing us to make decisions that could mean some kind of abdication. This process usually does not have an end in itself, it transcends spaces going beyond birth, life and death, implying expectations, dreams, hopes, desires and decisions, not only by the individual but in her/his family, community, society and all the background. Orientação profissional : percepção e participação familiar no processo de escolha profissional de pessoas com deficiência /

Orientador: Marianne Ramos Feijó / Resumo: A inclusão de pessoas com deficiência (PcD) no mercado de trabalho tem sido ampliada no Brasil por meio de legislações, de pesquisas e de programas profissionalizantes que priorizam o desenvolvimento e a inclusão, portanto a quebra de paradigmas e preconceitos em relação à deficiência. O relatório mundial sobre a deficiência, publicado pela Organização Mundial de Saúde em 2012 apontou que embora existam políticas afirmativas para garantir o direito ao trabalho para PcD, ainda é baixa a empregabilidade e alto o número de desemprego de PcD se comparadas às pessoas sem deficiência, sendo o fornecimento de orientação profissional (OP) e programas de treinamento acessíveis às PcD formas de enfrentamento deste cenário. Levando-se em consideração o importante papel dos familiares e do psicólogo no processo de orientação e inclusão profissional, o objetivo deste trabalho foi compreender os desafios no processo de OP e inclusão da PcD no mercado de trabalho, bem como refletir e discutir a percepção e participação familiar nestes processos. Após revisão bibliográfica e registro de dados sociodemográficos das PcD e de sua família, foram realizadas 19 entrevistas com roteiro semiestruturado com os familiares de PcD encaminhados para um programa de preparo profissional e inclusão no mercado de trabalho. A análise de conteúdo das entrevistas mostrou que as famílias participantes têm interesse na inclusão da PcD no mercado de trabalho e consciência da importância do trabalho para o desenvol... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The inclusion of people with disabilities (PwD) in the labor market has been expanded in Brazil through legislation, research and professional programs that prioritize development and inclusion, therefore breaking paradigms and prejudices in relation to disability. The world report on disability, published by the World Health Organization in 2012, pointed out that although there are affirmative policies to guarantee the right to work for PwD, employability is still low and the number of PwD unemployment high compared to people without disabilities, the provision of professional guidance (PG) and training programs accessible to PwD are ways of coping with this scenario. Taking into account the important role of family members and the psychologist in the process of orientation and professional inclusion, the objective of this work is to understand the challenges in the process of OP and inclusion of PwD in the labor market, as well as to reflect and discuss the perception and family participation in these processes. After a bibliographic review and registration of sociodemographic data on PwD and their family, 19 interviews were conducted with a semi-structured script with family members of PwD who were referred to a professional training and inclusion in the job market program. Forty-one students of third year high school from São Paulo's interior had been divided in three groups: Control Group (15), Comparative Group (15) and Experimental Group (11). The groups Comparative and Experimental had been submitted to the Program of Professional Orientation, at two different times, with 10 meeting, about one hour and forty minutes duration. The Control Group didn't suffer any intervention. All the participants had been urged to answer participant's Identify, the Lipp's Stress Symptoms Inventory (ISSL) and Choice's Information Questionary. In the intervention's groups, the results showed the maintenance of participant's stress. Furthermore, in this groups there was a major doubt about the career's choice, with a greater concern with the correct choice and the vestibular, comparing with Control Group. There was a relation of choice's insecurity and the difficulty to decide with stress, with statistics significance in all the groups. There are few scientific researches about professional behavior's choice and stress, so the psychological work with teenagers becomes much more difficult. Probably, if we had new studies about this topic, maybe it would be possible to prevent the stress and its consequences. / Mestre

La universidad como espacio de intervención en orientación profesional: una experiencia en la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC)

The present article constitutes a reflection about the University as a space for intervention in vocational and professional orientation, taking into account the work presently done as well as the actual theoretical discussions and taking as a reference the experiences that are being developed at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences nowadays. Professional orientation is conceived as the meaning and importance that the vocational development of a person has, understanding that this does not necessarily corresponds to one moment in your life, but that it develops in a permanent manner during your entire life cycle. Given that, in the world that we live in, the generation of knowledge and the demands for training are continuous, orientation takes a primordial role in the professional formation of the students and thus, in the University’s system that shelters us too. Therefore, it becomes necessary to generate new job offers that contemplate jointly: the educational model, the professors’ job, the services of the jobs that are available and the Orientation Area. / El presente artículo constituye una reflexión acerca de la universidad como un espacio de intervención en la orientación vocacional y profesional. Ha sido realizada a la luz de los trabajos y la discusión teórica actual, tomando como referencia la experiencia desarrollada por la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas1. La orientación profesional es una continuación de la orientación vocacional que tradicionalmente se circunscribe al momento de elección de la carrera. En la actualidad dada la acelerada generación de conocimientos y las demandas de capacitación continua, la orientación cobra un papel primordial en la formación profesional de los estudiantes y, por lo tanto, en el sistema universitario que los alberga. Se hace necesaria entonces la elaboración de nuevas propuestas de trabajo que contemplen conjuntamente el modelo educativo, la labor de los docentes, los servicios de bolsa de trabajo y el Área de Orientación.
