電視新聞置入性行銷雖是新興現象,但在新聞界蔓延已成為普遍現象,成為影響新聞產製的重要力量。電視新聞置入性行銷,以較為迂迴、精心設計,與新聞內容融合一體,使消費者難以區辨到底是新聞,還是為商品廣告的行銷訊息。國內目前研究,多是探討此種行銷方式,對新聞專業與新聞工作者的影響,尚未見對閱聽人接收與影響面向的研究。是故,本研究欲探究閱聽人對於產品置入性新聞之接收評價,在溝通效果中扮演的角色。 本研究以實驗法進行,採取三因子實驗設計,為2(置入型態:顯性/隱性)*2(論點品質:強論點/弱論點)*2(產品涉入度:高涉入/低涉入)*2=8個產品置入策略組合,為避免受試者觀看不同產品的效果差異,故讓每位受試者觀看分別看高低二種產品涉入度的實驗影片,形成4個實驗組別,共邀集185位受測者參與,回收有效問卷164份,有效回收率為88.65%。  研究結果發現,「產品置入型態」對置入性新聞溝通效果未有顯著影響。「訊息論點品質」是影響產品置入性新聞的關鍵因素,對產品置入性新聞之溝通效果影響最為顯著;採取強論點訊息,能引發閱聽人較正向的接收評價,不論是訊息接受度、可信度與資訊性皆有較佳的評價,進而影響消費者對品牌的態度,對訊息的記憶程度亦有相對較佳的表現。閱聽人對「置入性行銷的既存態度」影響閱聽人接收不同論點品質的溝通效果:即置入性行銷持以高既存態度者,暴露於強論點品質之產品置入性新聞,比暴露於弱論點品質時產生更多支持性的想法、較高的記憶效果與較佳的訊息態度。 / Although being an emerging phenomenon, the product placement on TV News has spread into an universal phenomenon in the News circles, and become an important force influencing News production. With relatively roundabout and meticulous design, the Product Placement on TV News is well integrated with the News content, making consumers difficult to distinguish it from News and Marketing message of product. Present domestic researches are mainly investigating the impact of such marketing method on journalism and the News workers, but still haven’t focused on the reception and the influence of the audience. Therefore, this study is to investigate the audience’s reception comments on the Product Placemen on TV News and their roles in communication effect. This study adopts the experimentation of three-factor experimental design, which are 2 Placement Types (prominent/subtle) *2 Argument Qualities (strong /weak) *2 Product involvements (High /Low). A total of 185 participants were invited and all of them were randomized to watch the experimental films, and required to fill out the questionnaires after watching. A total of 164 effective questionnaires were returned, with a valid return rate of 88.65%. The results of this study show that the “Type of PPL” has no significant impact on the communication effect of the Product Placement on TV News. The “Message Argument Quality” is the key factor influencing the Product Placement on TV News. Using strong argument messages can trigger the audience’s relatively positive reception comments in message acceptability, News credibility and message informativeness and then impact the consumers’ attitudes towards brands. Also, it has relatively better performance on the recall degree towards messages.The audience’s existing attitudes towards the Placement Marketing impact their communication effects in receiving different argument qualities. The Placement Marketing with high existing attitudes will produce more supportive thoughts, higher recall effect and better message attitude when exposed in Product Placement on TV News of strong argument quality than that exposed in product placement news of weak argument quality.

En förskola med en planprincip med ett större gemensamt utnyttjat torg : – en konceptuell utformning där god rumslig upplevelse står i fokus

Svenska förskolor har tidigare utformats med separataoch identiska avdelningar i vilka samtliga aktiviteter tarplats. Idag finns ett annorlunda synsätt vid byggnationerav förskolor som nu gestaltas med små hemvisten för olika åldersgrupper tillsammans med gemensamma rumför lek, skapande, vetenskap, musik och måltider. I dettaarbete utförs en konceptuell gestaltning av en förskola för144 barn i samhället Sävast i Bodens kommun utifrån ett redan framtaget lokalprogram och en given tomt. Syftetär att gestalta en förskola i ett plan med större gemensamt utnyttjade torg och undersöka hur god rumslighet skapas itorgen. Samtidigt ska trivseln i inomhusmiljön beaktas medhänsyn på barnen och pedagogerna. Arbetet påbörjas genom en inledande litteraturstudiedär arkitektoniska kvalitéer, barnets behov och utvecklingbeaktas kopplat till förskolor med ett gemensamt utnyttjat torg. Litteraturstudien följs av tre stycken fallstudier på förskolor i Luleå och Umeå där både platsbesök och intervjuer genomförs. Därefter syntetiseras resultatet från litteraturstudien och fallstudierna med hjälp av metodenProblem Seeking vilket går ut på att identifiera behov ochlösningar. Det resulterar i en syntes bestående av sex styckenlösningar som uppfyller flest identifierade behov för barn och pedagoger, vilka i sin tur ligger till grund för det framtagna konceptet. Syntesen resulterar i följande sex kvalitéer: Öppen planlösning, Utmanande och varierande, Nivåer och krypin, Färg, material och texturer, Ljus och transparenta ytor samt Skapa aktivitetsrum i rummet. Detta resulterar efter en platsanalys, flödes- och sambands-skisser samt volymstudier i en rödfärgad förskola med skiftande tak innehållande ett större och ett mindre torg som tillsammans med restaurangen skapar en cirkulation kring en innergård. Torgen resulterar i öppna utrymmenmed snedställda innerväggar, varierande takhöjder samt utstickande och oregelbundna fönstersättningar. Mindrerumsligheter i torgen skapas främst med hjälp av olika typer av lös inredning där både transparenta och opaka material med olika texturer förekommer. Huruvida god rumslighet har skapats i torgen för att forma en trivsam inomhusmiljö är svårt att svara på då rumslig upplevelse är individuell. Vilka medel som kan användas för att skapa god rumslighet i en inomhusmiljö har däremotkunnat identifieras, vilket skapar goda förutsättningar för attuppnå det syfte torgutformningen tillgivits. / Preschools in Sweden have previously been designed with separate and identical departments where all activities take place. Today, there is a different approach when designing preschools. They are now shaped with small units for different age groups, along with common spaces for play, creation, science, music and meals. In this work, a conceptual design of a preschool for 144 children is carried out in Sävast, part of the municipality of Boden, on the basis of an alreadydeveloped local program and a given site. The purpose isto form a preschool in one level with larger common used squares and explore how good spatiality is created in the squares. At the same time, the indoor environmental comfort is taken into consideration with regard to both the childrenand the educators. The work is initiated by a literature study in which architectural qualities, child needs and development is taken into account regarding preschools with a common used square. The study of literature is followed by three case studies at preschools in Luleå and Umeå, where both site visits and interviews are conducted. Thereafter, the results of the study of literatureand the case studies are synthesized using the ProblemSeeking method, which has a purpose of identifying needsand solutions. This results in a synthesis consisting of sixqualities which meet the most identified needs for childrenand educators. This in turn underlies the developing ofthe design concept. The synthesis leads to the following six qualities: Open plan, Challenging and varying, Levels and nests, Colour, material and textures, Light and transparentsurfaces and Creating activity spatiality’s in a bigger space. After a site analysis, flow and connection sketches and volume studies the result is a red-colored preschool withvarying roofs. The preschool contains a larger and smallersquare which together with the restaurant creates a circulation around a courtyard. The squares results in an open space with oblique interior walls, varying ceilings, and protruding and irregular windows. Smaller spaces in the squares are mainly created using various types of non permanent furnishings, where both transparent and opaque materials with differenttextures are present. Whether good spatiality has been created to form a pleasantindoor environment is difficult to answer when spatial experiences are individual. On the other hand, the meansthat can be used to create good spatiality in an indoorenvironment have been identified, which creates goodconditions for achieving the purpose of the design of the squares.

Furthermore, it offers a view on specialities of social work with children and youth and specialities of their needs linked with use of social service offers. It also reflects general processes in institutions which implement quality standards of social work as tools to increase its own services. This work also shows a resume and results of actual theoretical and practical outputs directed to benefit of standards of social services. This thesis currently offers a probe into social workers view to a particular institution for children and teen-agers to uncover benefits of standards of quality in their institution.

This thesis is called "Teacher personality in a Classic School and Alternative School". The thesis is based on a theoretical-empirical approach. The aim of the thesis is to depict differences in personalities of teachers at regular school and alternative school. Theoretical part concerns about characteristics of alternative schools and their distinctions in comparison with regular schools. Teacher's personality, its structure and basic terminology are also concerns of a theoretical part, including teacher typology and their typical features. Separate part of the thesis is about teacher competences and qualities of a good teacher. At the end of the theoretical part are described requirements on a teacher of regular and alternative school. Practical part of the thesis was realized by questionnaire research. The goal of the thesis and research assumptions are there. The research is supplemented by evaluation of those assumptions. It contains tables and graphical illustrations. The summary of the thesis sums up acquired findings about teachers personality at regular and alternative school.

Female secondary school educators' personality awareness in relation to work related stress

The aim of this research is to understand female secondary school educators' personality awareness in relation to work related stress, with particular reference to an independent school in Witbank, Mpumalanga, South Africa. In the literature study I determined the nature of work related stress in educators' lives and investigated personality awareness. My empirical research established the level of work related stress experienced by female educators and how an awareness of different personalities may influence the person's experience of work related stress. The research methods were qualitative in nature and included an interview as well as focus group observations. Findings suggested that all the educators were stressed to a lesser or greater degree, but the critical fact was that what is stressful to one person may not be stressful to another. The role of communication in strenthening parent-teacher relationships in primary schools

Parent involvement is consistently ranked high among the key components of effective schools, and as a result is one of the brightest prospects for the future of public education. This study sought to develop a reliable measure to strengthen parent-teacher relationships that included previously unidentified aspects. Using a qualitative approach, 27 participants were purposely selected to be interviewed in order to determine the challenges stakeholders face in arranging constructive parent-teacher relationships. In addition to parents-teacher relationships, the goal was to determine the role of school principals in managing effective communication to strengthen these relationships between parents and teachers. Results identified numerous reliable parent involvement factors reflecting home monitoring, effective school involvement, and educational management. Attitude toward learning and competence motivation of learners learning behavior were positively identified when all stakeholders work together as a team. Therapist identity formation is an important part of the development of the therapist training programme. It results in numerous changes for the therapist and is often an emotive developmental stage. The therapist develops his identity by doing therapy, but before he is able to do that, he needs to understand what he sees the role of therapy to be, as well as developing his own therapeutic skills. Fortunately there are personality traits which enhance this identity formation process. It is by his own actions and involvement that the therapist accomplishes this multifaceted process. The effects of this identity formation are varied and require the therapist to undergo introspection on a number of issues which affect his own life-world. The theorical survey is focused in concepts of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and in the customer satisfaction index models. For the field survey, was applied a questionnaire, based on the Norwegian Customer Satisfaction Barometer (NCSB), considered by Johnson et al. (2001), with 106 customer of concessionary Fiat, the Pontanegra Autom?veis. The main results obtained by the multiple regression analysis reveal that, considering the Fiat, the satisfaction is influencing by reliance degree in the firm seriousness and by complaining handling, the loyalty is influenced by possibility of again pay the same value if was again buy a car, the satisfaction degree with a car, affective commitment relationship firm customer of the own car and the complaining handling. Considering the concessionaire, the satisfaction is influenced by reliance degree in the firm seriousness, ability degree of the concessionaire in delivery service and by complaining handling, already the loyalty is influencing by possibility of again pay the same value if was again buy a car, affective commitment relations to be concessionaire s customer, by calculate commitment in relation the economic loss of bought this car of this firm and complaining handling / Esta tese apresenta uma contribui??o ao estudo de modelos de satisfa??o do cliente, analisando as rela??es que envolvem as vari?veis antecedentes da satisfa??o e da fidelidade do cliente, atrav?s de uma pesquisa com compradores de carros em Natal. Granskning av 3D-printingens möjligheter vid utformning av byggnader / Review of the 3D-printing possibilities in the design of buildings

Purpose: There is today limitations of what is possible to design and in fact produce. In industrial construction the focus is on standardization which impedes an individual design form, which can be considered an architectural quality. The potential of 3Dprinting is growing, which is benefitting design freedom. The goal was to evaluate how 3D-printing in Sweden today could increase architects possibilities at the design process and be production adapted. Method: In a case study at Tengbom in Jönköping, interviews were included with three architects. In addition, a literature review, a telephone interview and a focus group interview formed the basis of the collected material. As an initial phase, a focus group interview was conducted, which resulted in the actors’ opinions about 3D-printing. The architect interviews contributed with high credibility regarding architectural qualities, which together with the other collection methods gave answers to the studies questions. Findings: The study shows that it is possible to print building components in Sweden. However it is not possible, with 3D-printing, to produce entire buildings. It can be shown that there are obstacles for the introduction of the technology, such as economy, Swedish laws and lack of knowledge. These should be reviewed to allow 3D-printing as a manufacturing method. With Rapid Ornament Production larger architectural qualities will conduce to, where 3D-printing allows unique solutions. Solutions no other technology can achieve. Implications: Customized and varied buildings can be achieved thanks to 3D-printing. Building components such as light weight walls, ornaments and details can be produced in Sweden today. One advantage of 3D-printing as a technology, is that it provides greater freedom between design and production. For further development of 3Dprinting a greater knowledge is recommended for industry stakeholders, regarding the drawing tools as well as the 3D-printing technology. Limitations: The result is applicable to architects, working at architectural offices similar to Tengbom in Jönköping. There have not been deeper studies regarding of printing technologies, finances, materials, time or law. A case study as research strategy entails an interpretation of the opinions, which limits the generalization of the results. Keywords: 3D-printing, design, production, architectural qualities, possibilities, limitations, industrial construction. / Syfte: Det finns idag begränsningar för vad som är möjligt att utforma och faktiskt producera. I industriellt byggande ligger fokus på standardisering som försvårar ett individuellt formspråk, vilket kan anses vara en arkitektonisk kvalitet. Potentialen för 3D-printing växer, vilket gynnar utformningsfriheten. Målet var att utvärdera hur 3D-printing i Sverige idag skulle kunna öka arkitektens möjligheter vid utformning och vara produktionsanpassat. Metod: I en fallstudie på Tengbom i Jönköping, ingick intervjuer med tre arkitekter. Utöver detta har en litteraturstudie, telefonintervju och en fokusgrupp legat till grund för insamlat material. Som ett inledande skede genomfördes en fokusgrupp, vilken resulterade i aktörers åsikter om 3D-printing. Arkitektintervjuerna bidrog med hög trovärdighet gällande arkitektoniska kvaliteter, vilket tillsammans med övriga insamlingsmetoder gav svar på studiens frågeställningar. Resultat: Studien visar att det är möjligt att skriva ut byggkomponenter i Sverige. Dock är det inte möjligt att med 3D-printing tillverka hela byggnader. Det kan påvisas att det finns hinder för införandet av tekniken, så som ekonomi, svensk lagstiftning samt bristande kunskap. Dessa bör ses över för att möjliggöra 3D-printing som tillverkningsmetod. I och med Rapid Ornament Production kan större arkitektoniska kvaliteter främjas, där 3D-printing möjliggör unika lösningar. Lösningar ingen annan teknik kan åstadkomma. Konsekvenser: Kundanpassad och varierad bebyggelse kan åstadkommas tack vare 3D-printing. Byggkomponenter så som, lättväggar, ornament och detaljer kan tillverkas i Sverige idag. En fördel med 3D-printing som teknik, är att den ger större frihet mellan projektering och produktion. För vidare utveckling av 3D-printing rekommenderas ökad kunskap för branschens aktörer gällande ritverktygen samt 3D-printings-tekniken. Begränsningar: Resultatet är applicerbart för arkitekter, verksamma vid arkitektkontor av liknande storlek som Tengbom i Jönköping. Det har inte genomförts djupare studier gällande utskriftstekniker, ekonomi, material, tid eller juridik. Fallstudie som undersökningsstrategi innebär en tolkning av åsikter, vilket begränsar generaliseringen av resultatet.
