This work, we discuss some criteria of regularity for a weak solution of the Magneto-micropolar equations. Furthermore, we show that it is possible to extend some recent results from the Navier-Stokes equations to the Magneto-micropolar equations. In order to give an example, we prove that a weak solution (u,w, b)(t), defined in [0, T], is smooth on R3 × (0, T), if it satisfies the condition a3u3, a3w, a3b E L00(0, T;L2(R3)).

We introduce the concept of convergent sequence of permutations and we prove the existence of a limit object for these sequences. We also introduce a new and more general model of random permutation based on these limit objects and we introduce a new metric for permutations. We also prove that sequences of random permutations are convergent and we prove the equivalence between this notion of convergence and convergence in this new metric. We also show some applications for samplig and quasirandomness. We also prove a characterization for testable parameters of permutations.

[en] This thesis focuses on global extension of the interior weak Harnack
inequality for a general class of divergence-type elliptic equations, under
very weak regularity assumptions on the differential operator. In this way
we generalize and unify all previous results of this type.
As an application, we prove a priori estimates for a class of quasilinear
elliptic problems with quadratic growth on the gradient and we investigate,
under various assumptions, the multiplicity of the solutions obtained for
this problem.

[en] MOSTLY REGULARITY THEORY: INTERFACES AND FREE BOUNDARIES / [pt] TEORIA DE REGULARIDADE: INTERFACES E FRONTEIRAS LIVRESMAKSON SALES SANTOS 17 December 2020 (has links)
[pt] Nesta tese estudamos duas classes de problemas. A primeira delas
A presença desta interface afeta a elipticidade
associada. / [en] This thesis focuses on two classes of problems. Firstly, we examine fully
nonlinear equation degenerating as a power of the gradient. The interface
along which ellipticity collapses introduces substantial difficulties in the
analysis and affects the regularity of the solutions. Through methods in
harmonic analysis and measure theory we produce a geometric analysis of
the problem, which leads to estimates in Sobolev spaces. Furthermore, our
findings set an important open problem in the literature, namely: the H
lder-continuity for the gradient of solutions in the presence of unbounded
source terms. The second part of the thesis focuses on a free transmission
problem driven by fully nonlinear operators. On this topic, our results
include the optimal regularity of the solutions and an analysis of the
associated free boundary.

[en] EXISTENCE AND REGULARITY OF SOLUTIONS: NONLOCAL AND NONLINEAR MODELS / [pt] EXISTÊNCIA E REGULARIDADE DE SOLUÇÕES: MODELOS NÃO LOCAIS E NÃO LINEARESEDISON FAUSTO CUBA HUAMANI 14 September 2021 (has links)
duplamente não-linear. O primeiro modelo envolve uma equação não-local,
na presença de um operador de espalhamento. Estuda-se a boa colocação do problema no semi-plano, no regime peaked.
[en] We consider two classes of partial differential equations. Namely: the
radiative transfer equation and a doubly nonlinear model. The former concerns
a nonlocal problema, driven by a scattering operator. We study the
well-posedness of solutions in the peaked regime, for the half-space. A new
averaging lemma yields interior regularity for the solutions and improved
fractional regularization for the time derivatives. The second model we examine
is a Trudinger equation with distinct nonlinearities degrees. Inspired
by ideas launched by L. Caffarelli, we resort to approximation methods and
prove improved regularity results for the solutions. The strategy is to relate
our equation with p-caloric functions.

caráter multifacetado do problema, advindo desde o período colonial. Neste sentido,
Brazil is a continental and urban country, which more than 80% of population lives in
the cities, in irregular and illegal conditions with an elevated stage of insustentability to
the major of population. There were many legislative and administrative advances, in
special the sanction of the Statute of the City in 2001, and the creation of the Ministry
of Cities in 2003, but such advances still haven't produced results in the sense to revert
this precarious and urban disconforming situation, resulted from the conflicts between
the occupation process and the brazilian legalization process, intending the magnitude,
historical and multifaceted character of the problem, originated since the colonial
period. In this sense, this research objective was to identify, classify and measure the
conditions of urban disconforming. Such for, was created a model nominated MAIT -
Matriz de Amplitude, Intensidade e Taxa (Amplitude, Intensity and Rate Matrix), which
expresses in percentual terms this conditions, by thirty six dichotomous variables,
distributed in twelve dimensions, agglutinated in four natures (Land patrimonial,
Environmental urban, Infrastructural and Socioeconomic). This model was applied in
1935 realties, located in consolidated settlements, at UFPA/Union, situated around the
University campus, in the neighborhoods of Guamá, Terra-Firme e Marco, land
regularization object developed by the Union in the last three years. The research
demonstrates that the amplitude (48,3%) and the intensity (44,8%) are presented in a
moderate way, whereas the rate of disconforming realties comes to the maximum limit
of 100%, but when analyzed in its distinct parts, demonstrates significant variability
between these magnitudes, is either entirely or in parts of the settlement analyzed

Our main purpose in this work is the study of necessary and sufficient optimality conditions for Calculus of Variations problems in the nonsmooth context. This study will comprehend the smooth basic formulation, constrained problems (with Lagrangian restrictions), non-smooth Lagrangians and absolutely continuous solutions. Moreover, we will approach an important advance in Calculus of Variations theory: the existence and regularity of solutions. In addition to necessary conditions, we will analyze sufficient conditions through a generalized convexity concept, which we called E-pseudoinvexity. / FAPESP: 2014/24271-6

Teoria de estratificação e condições de regularidade / Stratification Theory and regularity conditionsBezerra, Vanessa Munhoz Reina 23 July 2007 (has links)
In the present dissertation we do a study of algebraic, semialgebraic, analytic, semianalytic and subanalytic sets, real and complex, through the regularity conditions of the stratification of these sets. The basic idea in stratification is to decompose a singular space into manifolds; and the regularity conditions, is a control of how these manifolds fit together. We do a general approach of the main regularity conditions. The conditions (a) and (b) of H. Whitney, the (c)-regularity of K. Bekka, the condition weakly Whitney, defined for D. Trotman and K. Bekka, the Kuo ratio test and the (w)-regularity of Verdier, presenting their main properties, theorems and conditions of existence

Regularity at infinity and global fibrations of real algebraic maps / Regularidade no infinito e fibrações globais de aplicações algébricas reaisDias, Luis Renato Gonçalves 28 February 2013 (has links)
Let f : \'K POT. \' be a \'C POT. 2\' semi-algebraic mapping for K = R and a polynomial mapping for K = C. It is well-known that f is a locally trivial topological fibration over the complement of the bifurcation set B(f), also called atypical set. In this work, we consider the notion of t-regularity and \'ho E\'-regularity to study the bifurcation set of semi-algebraic mappings f : \'R POT. n\' \'ARROW\' \'R POT. p\' and polynomial mappings f : \'C POT. n\' \'ARROW\' \'C POT. p\'. We show that t-regularity is equivalent to regularity conditions at infinity which have been used by Rabier (1997), Gaffney (1999), Kurdyka, Orro and Simon (2000) and Jelonek (2003) in order to control the asymptotic behaviour of mappings. In addition, we prove that t-regularity implies \'ho E\'-regularity. The \'ho E\'-regularity enables one to define the set of asymptotic non \'ho E\'-regular values S(f) \'This contained\' \' K POT. p\', and the set \'A IND. \'ho E\'\' := f(Singf) U S(f). For \'C POT. 2\' semi-algebraic mappings f : \'R POT. n\' ARROW \' \'R POT. p\' and polynomial mappings f : \'C POT. n\' \'ARROW\' \'C POT. p\', based on a partial Thom stratification at infinity, we rove that S(f) and \'A IND. ho E\' are closed real semi-algebraic sets of dimension at most p - 1 (real dimension at most 2p - 2, for f : \'C POT. n\' \'ARROW\' \'C POT. p\'). Moreover, based on a new fibration theorem at infinity, i.e. holding in the complement of a sufficiently large ball, we obtain B(f) \'this contained\' \'A IND. ho E\'. We study two special classes of polynomial mappings f : \'R POT. n\' \"ARROW\' \'R POT. p\', the class of fair polynomial mappings and the class of Newton non-degenerate polynomial mappings. For fair polynomial mappings, we give an interpretation of t-regularity in terms of integral closure of modules, which is a real counterpart of Gaffney\'s result (1999). For non-degenerate polynomial mappings, we obtain an approximation for B(f) through a set which depends on the Newton polyhedron of f (results like this have been obtained by Némethi and Zaharia (1990) for polynomial functions f : \'C POT. n\' \'ARROW\' C and recently for mixed polynomial functions by Chen and Tibar (2012)). To finish, we discuss some simple consequences of our work: the equivalence t regularity Rabier (equivalently Gaffney, Kuo-KOS, Jelonek) condition for mappings f : X \'ARROW\' \'K POT. p\', where X \'this contained\' \'K POT. n\' is a smooth ane variety; the problem of bijectivity of semi-algebraic mappings; and a formula to compute the Euler characteristic of regular fibres of polynomial mappings f : \'R POT. n\' \'AROOW\' \'R POT. n-1\'. The above results are also extensions of some results obtained, for polynomial functions f : \'K POT. n\' \'ARROW K, by Némethi and Zaharia (1990), Siersma and Tibar (1995), Paunescu and Zaharia (1997), Parusinski (1995) and Tibar (1998).
