In practice, programs to encourage an integral development in High School have emerged, such as the State of São Paulo’s Full-time Education Program. Although it is not an easy task, there are possible paths that can be taken for an integral education to happen. The Science, Technology and Society (STS) approach seeks to establish a thematic, contextualized and interdisciplinary work to promote student decision making and critical thinking. In this research, a didactic sequence of Physics, whose theme was energy, was applied to students in their first year of High School in a Full-time Education Program. The sequence was based on the Three Pedagogical Moments methodology, which consists of the three following steps: Initial Questioning, Organization of Knowledge and Application of Knowledge. In such didactic-pedagogical dynamic it is important to create possibilities for students to develop and better understand concepts through social interaction in the classroom, which is based on Vygotsky’s Sociocultural Theory. Therefore, it was investigated how that interaction made students develop scientific concepts about energy and how they were articulated with technological, social and environmental aspects, through the STS approach and the Three Pedagogical Moments methodology. Data analysis was performed thro... (Complete abstract click electronic access below) / Doutor

Designer les interactions humain-monde pour susciter des émotions positives : application à l’automobile / Designing human-world interactions to create positive emotionsMignerey, Renaud 04 July 2019 (has links)
In a context of strong competition and regulatory pressures, the vehicles on the market share common characteristics. Even though emotions elicited by the driving experience are a powerful lever for differentiation, manufacturers mainly attach the affective dimension to the stylistic properties of their vehicles. They only consider innovations in a functional perspective and offer their customers similar services without regarding the relational factor underlying the use of a vehicle. However, the literature highlights the importance of the emotional dimension of social relations, which in our opinion represents an opportunity for the Renault Group to differentiate itself by proposing a new driving experience based on interactions between drivers. We began our work with an observation field. Our purpose was to determine the conditions and levers establishing a relationship between road users. On the basis of the first results valuing the mutual perception of two drivers, we carried out a minimalist experiment comparing two modes of perception, namely the perceptive information and theperceptual activity, within the framework of a collaborative action. This study emphasizes the crucial role of interpersonal dynamics on the mechanisms of social understanding: the results show the interest, from an emotional point of view, of accessing to what the other is attentive to. We then used these results to design a device for perception and interaction purposes and we studied its role in the emergence of positive emotions when driving. Through a simulator experiment, we have been able to bring out a new type of driving experience resulting from the manipulation of this device. This thesis is based on a theoretical principle put to the test in a field experiment involving road users. We follow an iterative process specific to a research-project approach. We propose a conceptual realization that is not a purpose but a prerequisite. Based on the fact that driving is in itself a social interaction, we suggest ideas for the design of a new feature integrated into the vehicle which arouses positive emotions between drivers.

Soziale Identifikationstypen?: Anmerkungen zur ganzheitlichen Erfassung der Typik von "Identifikation"Skrobanek, Jan January 2000 (has links)
According to the theses that regional identification is a complex phenomenon this paper presents a method to examine interactions between single regional identifications. The methodological background is introduced as a \"principle of personality\" that is based on the understanding of identification as a structural phenomenon. It is argued, that all elements of that structure have to be taken into account by specifying the interrelations between the single identifications. Using questionnaire data concerning regional identification the analysis is going to be represented on a population of 18 years old youngsters of Saxony by focusing on the relation between the specific structure of identification and xenophobia. First it is shown, that one can find a heterogeneous set of structures of regional identifications. Secondly it is argued, that the proposed way of analysing identification supplies more information about its characteristics and correlations to other personal habits than bivariate

ŠVADLENOVÁ, Jana. The phenomenon of tattoo, body as a socio-cultural and art document. Prague, 2013. Thesis. Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Education, Department of Fine Arts. Supervisor PhDr. Jan Šmíd, Ph.D., 126 pages. Thesis "The phenomenon of tattoo, body as a socio-cultural and art document" is about tattoo as not only a form of body decoration, but as a possible theme in arts teaching. The author tried to map the history of this ancient ornamentation, to justify rising interest in it in the present and last but not least, tried to find a way how to present it to elementary school students in a comprehensible way. The thesis includes examples of possible reasons and ways of tattoo, while trying to find a connection to rituals (traditional and modern). The important part is finding options how to include this topic in the arts teaching at elementary schools and how to approximate possible pros and cons of this ornamentation.

Sociální dynamika a interetnické vztahy v prostředí základních škol / Social dynamics and interethnic relations in educational settingsVorlíček, Radek January 2017 (has links)
Radek Vorlíček ABSTRACT The dissertation explores the dynamics of social marginality and dominance in educational settings. It explores social distance dynamics among pupils in elementary school, and its impact on their position in social hierarchy. I focus on social interaction in a group of children, and record the context in which the inclusion or exclusion of non-dominant identities take place. Special attention is paid to the role of schools in the process of boundary constructions. Larger framework of the research is integration, segregation and assimilation tendencies of school systems. The dissertation is based upon long-term qualitative inductive and ethnographic fieldwork. The central method of my fieldwork is observation. To some extent, the research was conducted in the framework of goffmanian interactionism. The data for this study have been collected over a period of ten months in twelve elementary schools located in various regions of the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. The dissertation is structured in four parts: (1) Introduction, referring to the aim and structure of the dissertation; (2) Methodology, presenting the research process, strategies and methods as well as data analysis, theoretical and methodological discussions, reflexivity and ethical aspects; (3) Elementary schools in...

This diploma thesis is devoted to the issue of education of children and pupils with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the Kladno region. In its theoretical part, it reveals the history of the study of this serious disability, describes the manifestations of behavior in individual diagnoses in the field of communication, socialization, social interaction, speech development, imagination, play. It briefly introduces the issue of diagnostics and multilateral interventions. The practical part is devoted to a qualitative survey, which aims to describe how the education, pedagogical, psychological and social intervention, goes in specific cases in Kladno region. Three case studies of boys aged 13, 14 and 17 show how they face their health problems, their educational difficulties, what types of schools they are educated at, what they have achieved. They see their future in a simplistic and sometimes naive way, yet it can be concluded that they want to work somewhere, to be independent and self-sufficient. Interviews with three pedagogical staff are processed into a coherent text. 2 teaching assistants and one class teacher mention some aspects of their work in relation to pupils with ASD related to behavior and learning. The issue of counselling is briefly indicated in the statement of the regional coordinator of...

Ställa in eller ställa om? : En användarstudie på digitaliseringen av studentmässor / Should we go digital or stay physical? : A user study on the digitization of student fairsÖberg, Daniel, Axdorph, Mathilda January 2020 (has links)
Student fairs fulfills an important function in society because they help guide visitors to maketheir high school and higher education choices. This media technology study examines visitingusers' needs and experiences of two digital student fairs: Saco’s student fair andGymnasiemässan. Through data collection from observations, user studies and interviews, thispaper provides not only an insight into how users experience the digital student fairs, but alsoanswers to what is needed in the transition from a physical student fair to a digital one and howthe service can meet the requirements and user needs. The data collection has been analyzed withthe help of two analysis methods to identify and clarify what possible user problems that serviceshave and how these can be treated in order to use the digital fairs' user experience and usability. The study shows that the digital student fairs to some extent satisfy the user's needs of collectinginformation, but other important aspects that the user expects at a fair do not follow up, includingthe emotions that social interactions can contribute. In summary, the study indicates that digitalfairs are a good complement to student fairs, but more is needed to be able to become asubstitute.

: En kvalitativ litteraturstudie / How people with Parkinson's disease experience the nurse's treatment of them as patients. : A qualitative literature studyBolek, Sylwia, Shirzad, Sitara January 2021 (has links)
Background: Parkinson's disease is a neurological disease that attacks dopamine-formingnerve cells in the brain that cause motor and non-motor symptoms (Eker 2007). The diseaseinvolves regular meetings with the care, where the nurse's treatment of patients withParkinson's disease is important for the patient's experience of the meeting. In 2016, therewere approx. 18,000 to 20,000 people suffering from Parkinson's disease, and the average ageof onset was 65 years (National Board of Health and Welfare 2016).
