The study of china¡¦s statistical accuracy: household income surveys as the case studyTseng, Hui-Lien 24 August 2004 (has links)
International academia expressed doubt that china¡¦s statistical surveys reflect actual economic performance in 2001, in regard to the China¡¦s statistical accuracy, many scholars put forward different opinions. And compared the Chinese government's official figures with the countries of the world, lie in the question of investigating information on¡§ the degree of public¡¨ and the statistical surveys of¡§ report to a higher level officials¡¨. The main purpose of this research is probing into the problem of the Chinese government's official figures via the surveys of Chinese household income to prove that the distribution income of China to the initial data inaccuracy making China¡¦s household income unable to reflect the true. Therefore, we should doubt that China's statistics for lacking credibility on household income.
Through the analysis structure of this text, we find out the following¡Gfirst of all, under the centralization type statistical system, the local statistical organization undertake the job of¡§survey¡¨ and¡§analysis¡¨ as the role of ¡§the sportsman and concurrently referee¡¨ make the question of statistical standard unable to improve. Secondly, with the Chinese non-sampling error proportion is far too larger. China statistical year book reported Chinese household income date merely conform to the ¡§salaried family¡¨¡F those who worked in the state-owned enterprise, but surveys date are not suitable for rural family and non state-owned enterprises worker¡¦s family. Moreover, through analyzing China¡¦s statistical education; the protection of the relent law and the impetus of the civil statistical work, my research discovered that the Chinese government's official figures are less accurate than those of industrialized countries and the supervision function are very weak.
Finally, China has transformed its planned economy system into an initial socialist market economy system that interwove by the various forms and multiple interests relation, therefore strengthened the difficulty of statistical surveys of the professional. Especially under the turn rail environment deepening the degree of high-level and low-level officials¡§ the individual information asymmetric¡¨, and after the dismantling of the old supervise management system, the new statistical supervisal system is unable to confine yet. Contemporary the implemented statistical surveys of socialist market economy are more error then those of planned economy. On the above analyzes, I suggested that the Chinese government¡¦s official statistics should strengthened the sophisticated data compiling systems such as American statistics system that adopted the statistics system of social feedback and the statistics of decentralize, unable china to increase its social statistics and reduce the question of statistical surveys of¡§ report to a higher level officials¡¨, and heightening the Chinese statistical data a little more accurately.

Στατιστική μελέτη των αποτελεσμάτων πιστοποίησης δεξιοτήτων πληροφορικήςΤάγιος, Παναγιώτης 06 September 2010 (has links)
Οι εξετάσεις πιστοποίησης γνώσεων και δεξιοτήτων πληροφορικής, που αφορούν στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος εκπαιδευτικούς της πρωτοβάθμιας και δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης στην Ελλάδα, δημιούργησε την επιθυμία της έρευνας των δεδομένων που έχουν καταγραφεί από το σύστημα. Αναλυτικότερα, στην εργασία αυτή στόχος είναι η ανάλυση με στατιστικές μεθόδους των δεδομένων, που έχουν καταγραφεί από το σύστημα TeCERT το χρονικό διάστημα 20/6/2003 μέχρι και 5/7/2007, με σκοπό να αναδειχθούν οι παράγοντες εκείνοι που επηρεάζουν άμεσα τον χρόνο απάντησης μίας ερώτησης και τον τρόπο με τον οποίο αντιμετωπίζεται ένα τεστ από τους εξεταζόμενους. Η ανάλυση των δεδομένων θα γίνει με χρήση του στατιστικού πακέτου R (έκδοση R 2.6.2).
Το R είναι μία γλώσσα προγραμματισμού που χρησιμεύει κυρίως για ανάλυση δεδομένων και εφαρμογή διαφόρων "κλασικών" και σύγχρονων στατιστικών τεχνικών. Αποτελεί μετεξέλιξη των στατιστικών πακέτων S και S-Plus και μπορεί να αποκτηθεί δωρεάν από την ιστοσελίδα http://www.r-project.org/, ενώ υποστηρίζει πολλές πλατφόρμες και λειτουργικά όπως Linux, Mac OS και Windows. Μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί είτε με κατευθείαν εντολές που υπάρχουν είτε με προγράμματα που ο χρήστης μπορεί να προγραμματίσει για επίλυση πολυπλοκότερων στατιστικών προβλημάτων. Επίσης, ο χρήστης μπορεί να χρησιμοποιήσει και έτοιμα προγράμματα τα οποία είναι ενσωματωμένα μέσα σε πακέτα που διατίθενται πάλι ελεύθερα.
Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία δομείται σε κεφάλαια ως εξής:
Στο Κεφάλαιο 2 αναλύεται το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο που χρησιμοποιήθηκε για την εξαγωγή διαφόρων δεικτών και γραφημάτων. Επιπλέον, αναλύονται τα στατιστικά τεστ παραμετρικά ή μη, που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν για να ελεγχθεί η ορθότητα ή μη στατιστικών υποθέσεων.
Στο Κεφάλαιο 3 δίνεται μία λεπτομερέστερη περιγραφή των δεδομένων. Από που προέρχονται τα δεδομένα, τα γνωστικά αντικείμενα των ερωτήσεων, το είδος των ερωτήσεων, αλλά και μία περιγραφή των δομών που κατασκευάστηκαν και χρησιμοποιήθηκαν στο στατιστικό πακέτο R κατά την έρευνα.
Στο Κεφάλαιο 4 δίνεται η στατιστική επεξεργασία των δεδομένων ακολουθώντας τρεις άξονες.
Στον πρώτο άξονα μελετάμε τη σχέση που έχει ο χρόνος απάντησης μίας ερώτησης με τα γνωστικά αντικείμενα και τα επίπεδα δυσκολίας της ερώτησης. Επίσης, μελετάμε τους χρόνους απάντησης και τα ποσοστά επιτυχίας των ερωτήσεων ανά πέρασμα. Τέλος, ελέγχουμε αν είναι ισοδύναμες οι ερωτήσεις "πατέρες" με τις ερωτήσεις κλώνους τους.
Στον δεύτερο άξονα μελετάμε τους χρόνους ολοκλήρωσης των τεστ και τους αντίστοιχους χρόνους μέχρι να θεωρηθεί ένα τεστ επιτυχώς δοσμένο. Επιπλέον, ελέγχουμε τη βασική μας υπόθεση ότι όλα τα τεστ είναι ισοδύναμα.
Στον τρίτο άξονα μελετάμε τη σχέση που έχει ο χρόνος απάντησης των ερωτήσεων σε σχέση με τον εξεταζόμενο, δηλαδή με στοιχεία του όπως η ειδικότητά του και η ηλικία του.
Στο Κεφάλαιο 5 αναφέρονται συνοπτικά τα συμπεράσματα που προκύπτουν από την στατιστική επεξεργασία των δεδομένων.
Τέλος, στο Κεφάλαιο 6 δίνεται η βιβλιογραφία που χρησιμοποιείται για την εκπόνηση της διπλωματικής εργασίας. / -

Srovnání znalostí složek IZS u laické a odborné veřejnosti / Comparison of knowledge of the general and professional public about the IRSVINCÍK, Miroslav January 2012 (has links)
To meet the objectives set by the thesis it was needed to carry out structural analysis of the Integrated Rescue System. Based on this analysis, statistical survey using descriptive methods and mathematical statistics was conducted. Statistical survey is based on the results of the questionnaire survey carried out in two groups of respondents from both the general and professional public. The respondents were chosen as a representative sample of citizens of the district Strakonice, which was specified in a separate chapter. The presence of the normal distribution of knowledge in the general public was then verified, on the contrary, in the professional public the presence of Poisson distribution was surveyed. The difference in the level of knowledge between the two groups of respondents was determined. To achieve the set objectives of the research three hypotheses were established: H1. The empirical distribution of knowledge of the general public can be replaced by the normal distribution at the level of mathematical statistics. H2. The empirical distribution of knowledge of the professional public is more remote to the normal distribution due to a higher level of knowledge. H3. There is a statistically significant difference between the knowledge of both groups of respondents. All 3 hypotheses were verified and accepted, with a positive result confirming the established hypotheses. In the "Discussion", analysis of the obtained results and confirmation of the established hypotheses H1, H2 and H3, together with proposed measures that could increase knowledge of the IRS in both groups of respondents, is presented.

[pt] Pesquisas são pervasivas no mundo moderno e seu uso vai de medidas de
satisfação de consumidores ao rastreamento de tendências econômicas globais. No
centro do processo de pesquisa está a coleta de dados que é, usualmente, assistida
por computador. O desenvolvimento de software destinado à coleta de dados em
pesquisas envolve a codificação de questionários que variam de simples sequências
de questões abertas à questionários complexos nos quais validações, cálculo de
dados derivados, gatilhos para garantia de consistência e objetos de interesse
criados dinamicamente são a regra. A especificação do questionário é parte dos
metadados da pesquisa e é um fator chave na garantia da qualidade dos dados
coletados e dos resultados atingidos por uma pesquisa. São os metadados da
pesquisa que estabelecem a maior parte dos requisitos para os sistemas de suporte
a pesquisas, incluindo requisitos para o software de coleta de dados. À medida que
a pesquisa é planejada e executada, esses requisitos devem ser compreendidos,
comunicados, codificados e implantados, numa sequência de atividades que
demanda técnicas adequadas para que a pesquisa seja eficaz e efetiva. A Engenharia
Orientada a Modelos (Model Driven Engineering) propõe estratégias que visam
alcançar esse objetivo. Neste contexto, esta dissertação propõe o uso de Linguagens
de Domínio Específico (Domain-specific Languages - DSLs) para modelar
questionários, apresenta um protótipo e avalia DSLs como uma técnica para
diminuir a distância entre especialistas de domínio e desenvolvedores de software,
incentivar o reuso, eliminar a redundância e minimizar o retrabalho. / [en] Surveys are pervasive in the modern world with its usage ranging from the
field of customer satisfaction measurement to global economic trends tracking. At
the core of survey processes is data collection which is, usually, computer aided.
The development of data collection software involves the codification of
questionnaires which vary from simple straightforward questions to complex
questionnaires in which validations, derived data calculus, triggers used to
guarantee consistency and dynamically created objects of interest are the rule. The
questionnaire specification is part of what is called survey metadata and is a key
factor for collected data and survey quality. Survey metadata establishes most of
the requirements for survey support systems including data collection software. As
the survey process is executed, those requirements need to be translated, coded and
deployed in a sequence of activities that demands strategies for being efficient and
effective. Model Driven Engineering enters this picture with the concept of
software crafted directly from models. In this context, this dissertation proposes the
usage of a Domain Specific Language (DSL) for modeling questionnaires, presents
a prototype and evaluates DSL as a strategy to reduce the gap between survey
domain experts and software developers, improve reuse, eliminate redundancy and
minimize rework.

Adaptação transcultural e propriedades psicométricas das versões brasileiras do Rivermead Post Concussion Symptoms Questionnaire e Neurobehavioral Symptom Inventory / Cross-cultural adaptation and psychometrics properties of the Brazilian version of the Rivermead Post Concussion Symptoms Questionnaire and Neurobehavioral Symptom InventoryNagumo, Marcia Mitie 11 March 2019 (has links)
Introdução: Indivíduos vítimas de traumatismo cranioencefálico (TCE) frequentemente apresentam sintomas pós-concussionais, que são manifestações somáticas, cognitivas, sensório-perceptivas, emocionais ou comportamentais. A síndrome pós-concussional (SPC) é caracterizada pela presença de três ou mais sintomas pós-concussionais, por período mínimo de três meses ou mais. Cerca de 30% dos pacientes que apresentam TCE leve e moderado desenvolvem a SPC. No Brasil, não existem instrumentos disponíveis para avaliar os sintomas pós-concussionais e diagnosticar a SPC. Objetivos: Este estudo teve como objetivo disponibilizar uma versão do Rivermead Post Concussion Symptoms Questionnaire e do Neurobehavioral Symptom Inventory para a cultura brasileira e avaliar suas propriedades psicométricas quando aplicados em pacientes que tiveram TCE leve ou moderado. Método: O processo de adaptação transcultural foi realizado de acordo com as etapas propostas na literatura: tradução, síntese das traduções, retrotradução, comitê de especialistas e pré-teste. As análises psicométricas compreenderam a avaliação da confiabilidade e validade. Uma amostra de 276 indivíduos de 19 a 87 anos, de ambos os sexos, que tiveram TCE leve ou moderado, respondeu os seguintes instrumentos: caracterização sociodemográfica e clínica, as versões brasileiras do Rivermead Post Concussion Symptoms Questionnaire (RPQ-Br) e do Neurobehavioral Symptom Inventory (NSI-Br), o Inventário de Depressão de Beck I (BDI I) e o questionário de qualidade de vida WHOQOL-bref. A confiabilidade foi verificada por meio da consistência interna, utilizando-se o alfa de Cronbach. A validade de conteúdo foi avaliada pelo grau de concordância nos comitês de especialistas, utilizando-se o Índice de validade de conteúdo e o Coeficiente de validade de conteúdo. Foi verificado a validade convergente por meio da análise de correlação dos escores dos instrumentos validados com o escore do BDI I e o WHOQOL-bref. A validade de constructo foi verificada por meio da realização da análise fatorial exploratória e semi-confirmatória. Resultados: As versões adaptadas apresentaram evidências de equivalências semântico-idiomáticas, culturais e conceituais, com elevada aceitabilidade. Os achados evidenciaram um coeficiente de alfa de Cronbach de 0,918 para o RPQ-Br e de 0,966 para o NSI-Br. Foram constatadas correlações significativas de moderada a muito forte entre os escores dos instrumentos adaptados na avaliação de sintomas depressivos e qualidade de vida. A análise fatorial exploratória demonstrou que a estrutura de fatores é diferentes do que foi encontrado nos instrumentos originais. Os instrumentos RPQ-Br e NSI-Br apresentaram estruturas compostas por dois e três fatores respectivamente, com saturações significativas ( > 0,40) e explicando respectivamente 56,5% e 65,3% da variância total do constructo. Os resultados relativos ao ajuste do modelo foram, de forma geral, satisfatórios (RPQ-Br: Goodness of Fit Index(GFI)=0,968, Adjusted for degree of Freedom(AGFI)=0,957, Root mean square error of aproximation(RMSEA) < 0,05, Bentler\'s Comparative Fit Index(CFI)=0,974; NSI-Br: GFI=0,992, AFGI=0,989, RMSEA < 0,05, CFI=1,016). Conclusão: As versões brasileiras do Questionário Rivermead de sintomas pós-concussionais e o Inventário de sintomas neuropsiquiátricos foram adaptados transculturalmente para o português brasileiro, apresentando medidas psicométricas confiáveis e válidas / Introduction: After a traumatic brain injury (TBI) post-concussion symptoms (somatic, cognitives, emotional or behavioral) are commonly reported by patients. Post-Concussion Syndrome (PCS) is the term to describe the presence of three or more post-concussion symptoms for periods of minimum three months. Around 30% of patients with mild and moderate TBI have persistent symptoms. Currently, there is no instrument that has been created, adapted or validated for the Brazilian context that evaluates post-concussion symptoms. Objective: This study aimed to tcross culturally, and assess the psychometrics properties of the Brazilian versions of Rivermead Post Concussion Symptoms Questionnaire and Neurobehavioral Symptom Inventory in patients post mild and moderate TBI. Method: The cross-cultural adaptation consisted of the following steps: translation, synthesis of translations, back translation, expert committee, pre-test. The analysis of psychometric properties were reliability and validity. A sample of 276 patients, between 19 to 87 years, from both sexes, who suffered mild or moderate TBI, answered the following instruments: sociodemographic and clinical instrument, the Brazilian version of the Rivermead Post Concussion Symptoms Questionnaire (RPQ-Br) and the Neurobehavioral Symptom Inventory (NSI-Br), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI I) and the World Health Organization\'s quality of life questionnaire WHOQOL-bref. The reliability was verified through internal consistency, using the Cronbach\'s alpha. The content validity was evaluated by the degree of agreement of the expert committee using the Content Validity Index, and the Content Validity Coefficient. The convergent validity was verified using the analysis of scores of the translated instruments with BDI I and WHOQOL-bref score. The construct validity was verified using the exploratory factor analysis and semi-confirmatory factor analysis. Results: The brazilian versions presented evidences of semantic-idiomatic, cultural and conceptual equivalences, with high acceptability. The results showed a Cronbach\'s alpha coefficient of 0.918 (RPQ-Br) and 0.966 (NSI-Br). There were a significant moderate to very strong correlations between the scores of the adapted instruments with the evaluation of depressive symptoms and quality of life. The factor analysis showed structure of factors different from the original instruments versions. The RPQ-Br and NSI-Br instruments had structures composed of two and three factors, respectively, with significant saturations ( > 0.40) and explaining respectively 56.5% and 65.3% of the total construct variance. The results regarding the fit of the model were generally satisfactory (RPQ-Br: Goodness of Fit Index(GFI)=0.968, Adjusted for degree of Freedom(AGFI)=0.957, Root mean square error of aproximation(RMSEA) < 0,05, Bentler\'s Comparative Fit Index(CFI)=0.974; NSI-Br: GFI=0.992, AFGI=0.989, RMSEA < 0.05, CFI=1.016). Conclusion: The cross-cultural adaptation was successfully performed and the Brazilian versions of the Rivermead Post Concussion Symptoms Questionnaire and the Neurobehavioral Symptom Inventory presented reliable and valid psychometric measures for use in the Brazilian culture

Simultaneously both the society at large and technology in specific is under constant development and everything needs to be done at a faster pace with better precision.</p><p> </p><p>One of the companies on the market mentioned above is Tradewell Group AB. During 2008/2009 Tradewell has developed a new method for doing statistical surveys. The method named by Tradewell is called Cellphone Survey System, CSS and include using existing technology in a, for this market, unknown way. By doing so Tradewell offer their customers fast and price worthy surveys where the results can be viewed online where they are constantly being updated.</p><p> </p><p>At this very moment CSS is about to be launched och so the purpose of this master thesis is to identify and analyse those factors impacting the success of product development and product launching and also to do a mapping over the market at which Tradewell is an actor. The goal is then to combine the above mentioned analyse and mapping with results given from my own market survey to discuss Tradewell at large and CSS in more detail which then will lead to recommendations regarding how to move further, both as a company and with their launch of CSS.</p><p> </p><p>The master thesis consists of a literature study where product development and product launching has been researched. It also includes a mapping over those methods most frequently used and offered on today’s market. Finally I did my own market survey among 72 of Tradewell’s potential customers, all respondents chosen in collaboration with the management at Tradewell. The purpose of the survey was to gain knowledge about potential customers and to see if there is any interest for a service like CSS.</p><p> </p><p>Some of the most important factors when launching a product that were identified during the work of the thesis were pricing, timing, market orientation and market communication. The results from the survey showed, among other things, that most of the respondents already do customer surveys and also that there is an interest for a service like CSS. The conclusions drawn from the results of the survey together with the literature study lead to the final discussion. The discussion brings up how Tradewell are doing today, seen in the light of the different factors; what they do well and what needs improvement. Finally it is discussed what can be done to make these improvements and why they are necessary and I give recommendations for how to move along with the launch of CSS.</p> / <p>Dagens marknad för företag som genomför statistiska undersökningar är en marknad med många standardiserade metoder och det är svårt att differentiera sig gentemot konkurrenterna. Samtidigt utvecklas både samhället i allmänhet och tekniken i synnerhet hela tiden och allt skall ständigt utföras med bättre precision på mindre tid.</p><p> </p><p>Ett av företagen på den ovan nämnda marknaden är Tradewell Group AB. Tradewell har under 2008/2009 utvecklat en ny metod att genomföra statistiska undersökningar med. Metoden, som de själva döpt, kallas Cellphone Survey System, CSS. Metoden utnyttjar den teknik som finns tillgänglig på ett, på denna marknad, ovanligt sätt och erbjuder kunderna snabba och kostnadseffektiva undersökningar där resultaten uppdateras i realtid online.</p><p> </p><p>CSS befinner sig i skrivande stund i lanseringsstadiet och syftet med examensarbetet är att identifiera och analysera de framgångsfaktorer som styr produktutveckling och produktlansering samt att kartlägga den marknad på vilken Tradewell är en aktör. Målet med examensarbete är sedan att kombinera den ovan nämnda analysen och kartläggningen med de resultat som fås från min marknadsundersökning för att föra en diskussion kring Tradewell i allmänhet och CSS i synnerhet och sedermera komma med rekommendationer för hur Tradewell skall gå vidare, dels som företag, dels med lanseringen av CSS.</p><p> </p><p>Examensarbetet har genomförts genom en litteraturstudie där teori om produktutveckling och produktlansering har behandlats. Arbetet innefattar också en kartläggning över de metoder på marknaden som i dagsläget är de vanligast förekommande och som flest undersökningsföretag erbjuder sina kunder. Slutligen gjordes även en marknadsundersökning bland 72 av Tradewells potentiella kunder, alla respondenter framtagna i samråd mellan mig och Tradewell, för att ge större kunskap om kunderna på marknaden och se om det finns intresse för en tjänst som CSS.</p><p> </p><p>Några av de viktigaste faktorerna vid en produktlansering som identifierades är prissättning, timing, marknadsorientering och marknadskommunikation. Marknadsundersökningen som gjordes visade att utav respondenterna så gör en stor del av dem i dagsläget undersökningar. Den visade också att det finns ett intresse för undersökningar gjorda med CSS. Utifrån resultaten som marknadsundersökningen gav dras sedan slutsatser som tillsammans med den litterära studien utgör grunden för den slutliga diskussionen. Där diskuteras Tradewells nuvarande läge sett till de olika faktorerna; vad de redan i dagsläget gör bra och vad jag anser kan bli bättre. Slutligen diskuteras också hur och varför de skall förbättra dessa faktorer och rekommendationer ges för hur de skall gå vidare med lanseringen av CSS.</p>

Finally it is discussed what can be done to make these improvements and why they are necessary and I give recommendations for how to move along with the launch of CSS. / Dagens marknad för företag som genomför statistiska undersökningar är en marknad med många standardiserade metoder och det är svårt att differentiera sig gentemot konkurrenterna. Samtidigt utvecklas både samhället i allmänhet och tekniken i synnerhet hela tiden och allt skall ständigt utföras med bättre precision på mindre tid. Ett av företagen på den ovan nämnda marknaden är Tradewell Group AB. Tradewell har under 2008/2009 utvecklat en ny metod att genomföra statistiska undersökningar med. Metoden, som de själva döpt, kallas Cellphone Survey System, CSS. Metoden utnyttjar den teknik som finns tillgänglig på ett, på denna marknad, ovanligt sätt och erbjuder kunderna snabba och kostnadseffektiva undersökningar där resultaten uppdateras i realtid online. CSS befinner sig i skrivande stund i lanseringsstadiet och syftet med examensarbetet är att identifiera och analysera de framgångsfaktorer som styr produktutveckling och produktlansering samt att kartlägga den marknad på vilken Tradewell är en aktör. Målet med examensarbete är sedan att kombinera den ovan nämnda analysen och kartläggningen med de resultat som fås från min marknadsundersökning för att föra en diskussion kring Tradewell i allmänhet och CSS i synnerhet och sedermera komma med rekommendationer för hur Tradewell skall gå vidare, dels som företag, dels med lanseringen av CSS. Examensarbetet har genomförts genom en litteraturstudie där teori om produktutveckling och produktlansering har behandlats. Arbetet innefattar också en kartläggning över de metoder på marknaden som i dagsläget är de vanligast förekommande och som flest undersökningsföretag erbjuder sina kunder. Slutligen gjordes även en marknadsundersökning bland 72 av Tradewells potentiella kunder, alla respondenter framtagna i samråd mellan mig och Tradewell, för att ge större kunskap om kunderna på marknaden och se om det finns intresse för en tjänst som CSS. Några av de viktigaste faktorerna vid en produktlansering som identifierades är prissättning, timing, marknadsorientering och marknadskommunikation. Marknadsundersökningen som gjordes visade att utav respondenterna så gör en stor del av dem i dagsläget undersökningar. Den visade också att det finns ett intresse för undersökningar gjorda med CSS. Utifrån resultaten som marknadsundersökningen gav dras sedan slutsatser som tillsammans med den litterära studien utgör grunden för den slutliga diskussionen. Där diskuteras Tradewells nuvarande läge sett till de olika faktorerna; vad de redan i dagsläget gör bra och vad jag anser kan bli bättre. Slutligen diskuteras också hur och varför de skall förbättra dessa faktorer och rekommendationer ges för hur de skall gå vidare med lanseringen av CSS.
