V současné době se problematika energetických úspor dostává do popředí zájmu jak na úrovni jednotlivých podniků, tak i na úrovni celého státu. Často bývá příčinou sporů ve vědeckých kruzích i mezi odborníky z praxe. Lidstvo tradičně začalo využívat energii z minerálních přírodních zdrojů, které však ve srovnání s obnovitelnými zdroji energie mají omezení. Výzkum a implementace moderních technologií jsou ztíženy otázkou investic a časově omezeny. Proto se evropská strategie energetické bezpečnosti zaměřuje na energetickou účinnost, která je jedním z nejefektivnějších způsobů zlepšení bezpečnosti spotřeby energie. Velké společnosti a podniky jsou jedním z hlavních spotřebitelů energie. Proto je tato vědecká práce zaměřena na problematiku úspor energie a zlepšování energetické účinnosti podniku. Těžiště práce spočívá ve vytvoření a zavedení metodiky pro úsporu energie a managementu hospodaření s energií ve výrobním procesu automobilového podniku. Dále je pro účely této práce vytvořen a popsán způsob vizualizace spotřeby energie v prostředí virtuální reality

В 1-й главе изучены особенности единичного и мелкосерийного типа производства; изучены основы управления резервами производства, изучены подходы трёх концепций по управлению предприятием к управлению резервами. Во 2-й главе проведен анализ процесса производства продукции цеха №23 ПАО «Завод №9». В 3-й главе предложены мероприятия по мобилизации резервов производства продукции, рассчитана их экономическая эффективность; даны рекомендации по мобилизации резервов. / In the 1st chapter, the features of a single and small-scale type of production were studied; studied the basics of managing reserves of production, studied the approaches of three concepts for managing an enterprise to managing reserves. In the 2nd chapter, an analysis of the production process of workshop No. 23 of PJSC Plant No. 9 was carried out. The 3rd chapter proposes measures to mobilize product production reserves, their economic efficiency is calculated; recommendations for the mobilization of reserves are given.

<p>Abstract</p><p>The aim of this thesis is to show the company the importance and the necessity of the maintenance, trough highlighting its role and impact on company’s profitability and competitiveness, and that’s happened within the analysing of the plant to figure out the failures and short stoppages, find out the causes behind them, convert them into money and the last step is to find out the most suitable and cost effective maintenance strategy based on some important factors such as economy, and quality to probably eliminate or reduce the number of failures and short stoppages. According to the analysis, capacity verifying data collection which the company has done during a random working daily shift and a technical faults list about the possibly failures and short stoppages which occur during the operation, it shows that there are some downtime due to management, operation and logistic, but the main focus was on the technical faults which has correlation with maintenance. In the result it shows which technical and mechanical problems the machines usually faces, the causes behind them, how much it cost the company when they breaks down and finally some suggestions and recommendations about how these problems can probably be solved based on economy and quality.</p> / <p>Sammanfattning</p><p>Syftet med denna rapport är att visa hur viktigt och nödvändigt det är med att underhålla företagens maskiner och utrustningar, därför att det har stor påverkan på företagens lönsamhet och konkurrens och det skedde genom att analysera företagens produktions process, lista ut haverier och avbrott, hitta orsakerna som ligger bakom det, konvertera det till pengar och försöka lösa problemen genom att hitta den mesta lämpligaste underhåll strategi baserande på ekonomi och kvalitet. Enligt analysen som utfördes genom studiet, kapacitet verifiering data insamlingen som företaget gjorde under en slumpmässig arbetsdag skift och ett tekniskt fel lisat på eventuella avbrott och haverier. Det visade sig att det finns vissa stopp tider som har samband med management, operation, och logistik, men uppgiften är mer fokuserad på de tekniska problemen som har samband med underhåll. I resultatet ser man vilka tekniska och mekaniska problem som brukar angripa maskinerna, orsakerna som ligger bakom de, hur mycket det kostar företaget för varje maskin när den är ur funktionen, samt några förslag på eventuella lösningar och rekommendationer baserande på ekonomi och kvalitet.</p>

The deficit per dwelling is more serious in underdeveloped countries and developing countries, such as Brazil, and is becoming increasingly difficult to be solved without a great effort of the public, private initiative, financial institutions, education/research and associations on the basis of the various categories of work. As an alternative provision housing, has-if the participative management by mutual assistance, highlighting-if the housing cooperatives of auto-management. This program have presented high performance, where the works housing are being marketed and financed through this modality constructive, reducing the overall cost and increase the quality of the ventures. The mitigation of the overall cost of venture is a preponderant factor of success and survival of housing cooperatives of auto-management. The construction of residential buildings multiple floors enables the ventures housing cooperatives, because the high cost of developed land, usually with areas reduced, requiring increase the number of floors of the product for the better use of sites. The survival and servicing objectives of housing cooperatives of auto-management should consider four fundamental aspects: effectiveness in running (including the projects management), strong partnerships (with highlight to the public power, financial institutions , teaching/research, and other cooperative branches), existence of technical advice (from its constitution) and the target public (associated members with aware and motivated). Several studies identify that is in the projects management of the key to the reduction of waste of inputs and costs, with a gain in productivity and of the quality required to the final product. Considering the gaps in knowledge related to management of the project in the cooperative housing ventures, this study aims to investigate the main factors the quality of the production process, especially the stage of project of residential buildings with multiple floors built by the system of housing cooperatives of auto-management. As a result, the study provides some guidelines and tools for evaluating performance and quality of planning and control of the stage of project, from the studies of models, obtained by two aspects of phenomenological research. With the first vector seeks to at the literature national and international, models and tools for assessing the quality of project management, being more appropriate and would be appropriate for housing cooperatives of auto-management. Through the second vector investigated if, with the study of cases, two ventures of residential buildings multiple floors one in the city of Águas Claras DF, and another in the city of Goiânia GO, administered by housing cooperatives of auto-management. In these evaluated if the organizational structure, systems of an exchange of information, the weaknesses present and critical phases, planning and control the quality of the stage of project, the methodologies and tools of quality, in construction companies, design offices and between the intervening agents of the project process. It is concluded that the application management of the project in housing cooperatives of auto-management is a fundamental factor for survival,in implementing its main goal: to produce low cost housing and quality to their members. / Estudos realizados pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU) mostram que um terço da população do planeta sofre com a falta ou inadequação de moradia e infra-estrutura básica. O déficit por habitação é mais grave nos países subdesenvolvidos e em desenvolvimento, como o Brasil, e fica cada vez mais difícil de ser resolvido sem um grande esforço do poder público, iniciativa privada, instituições financeiras, de ensino/pesquisa e associações nas bases das diversas categorias de trabalho. Como uma alternativa de provisão habitacional, tem-se a gestão participativa pela ajuda mútua, destacando-se as cooperativas habitacionais autogestionárias. Este programa tem apresentado elevado desempenho, onde as obras habitacionais estão sendo comercializadas e financiadas através desta modalidade construtiva, com redução do custo global e aumento da qualidade dos empreendimentos. A mitigação do custo global do empreendimento é um fator preponderante do sucesso e sobrevivência das cooperativas habitacionais de autogestão. A construção de edifícios residenciais de múltiplos pavimentos viabiliza os empreendimentos das cooperativas habitacionais, haja vista o alto custo dos terrenos urbanizados, normalmente com áreas reduzidas, exigindo a verticalização do produto para o melhor aproveitamento dos sítios. A sobrevida e atendimento aos objetivos das cooperativas habitacionais autogestionárias deve considerar quatro aspectos fundamentais: eficácia na autogestão (incluindo a gestão do processo de projetos), sólidas parcerias (com destaque para o poder público, instituições financeiras, de ensino/pesquisa e outros ramos cooperativos), existência de assessoria técnica (desde a sua constituição) e o público alvo (associados conscientes e motivados). Várias pesquisas identificam que está na gestão do processo de projetos a chave para a redução dos desperdícios de insumos e custos, com ganho de produtividade e da qualidade requerida ao produto final. Considerando as lacunas de conhecimento relacionadas ao gerenciamento do processo de projeto nos empreendimentos das cooperativas habitacionais, este trabalho tem o objetivo de investigar os principais fatores a qualidade do processo de produção, principalmente a etapa de projetos dos edifícios residenciais de múltiplos pavimentos construídos por meio do sistema de cooperativas habitacionais autogestionárias. Como resultado, o trabalho fornece algumas diretrizes e ferramentas de avaliação de desempenho e qualidade do planejamento e controle da etapa de projeto, oriundas dos estudos de modelos, obtidos por meio de duas vertentes fenomenológicas de investigação. Com o primeiro vetor buscou-se, na literatura nacional e internacional, modelos e ferramentas para avaliação da qualidade do gerenciamento de projetos, que fossem mais adequadas e pudessem ser apropriadas para as cooperativas habitacionais de autogestão. Através do segundo vetor, investigou-se, com os estudo de casos, dois empreendimentos de edifícios residenciais de múltiplos pavimentos - um em Águas Claras DF, e outro em Goiânia GO , administrados por cooperativas habitacionais autogestionárias. Nestes, avaliou-se a estrutura organizacional, os sistemas de troca de informações, as falhas presentes e fases críticas, planejamento e controle da qualidade da etapa de projeto, as metodologias e ferramentas da qualidade empregados nas construtoras, escritórios de projeto e entre os agentes intervenientes do processo de projeto. Conclui-se que, a aplicação do gerenciamento de projeto nas cooperativas habitacionais de autogestão é um fator fundamental de sobrevida, para o atendimento do seu principal objetivo: produzir a moradia com baixo custo e qualidade aos seus associados.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the simulation and digital commissioning of a robotic production system for welding elements such as studs on sheet metal parts. The basis of the work is search of information related to industrial robots, PLC control, tools used for welding, fixtures, manipulators, sensors, safety and protection elements commonly used in such production systems. The second part of the work deals with the given problem and it is a virtual commissioning of the given concept of a robotic production system. This means creating its simulation model in the Process Simulate environment, selecting robots, creating robotic trajectories, collision analysis, creating sensors, signals and optimization. Last part includes the connection of the simulation model with the software S-7PLCSIM Advanced and TIA Portal, the creation of control PLC logic in the form of a program, visualization and verification of their functionality using the above-mentioned connection with the simulation model.

Currently the WPKS system has been purchased and comes over from the analytic phase to the implementation phase. In the designing section I will concentrate on implementation detailed planning, i.e. on detailed elaboration of production process maps, on process sequence designing, project team members and on drawing the total WPKS system implementation schedule. Also, financial contribution of the project will be assessed from the cost and effectiveness point of view.

I många organisationer runt om i världen växer behovet av att hantera och strukturera information. Med hjälp av ett systemstöd är detta möjligt, i vilket dokumentation om processer på ett företag kan hanteras. Med risker i fokus, är syftet med den här studien att få en djupare förståelse för hur produktions- och materialhanteringsprocesser i ett företag kan struktureras samt att ta fram underlag till dagens produktions- och anskaffningsförfarande. Studien genomförs som en fallstudie där dokumentationen på fallföretaget ska ökas genom en tidsstudie, ABC-klassificering samt en diskussion kring risker med Kraljics matris som utgångspunkt. Resultatet visar på kortare produktionstider, att ett fåtal moduler och artiklar är kostnadsbärande i produktionen samt att dagens arbetssätt medför stora risker. Som ett koncept för att öka dokumentation, sammankoppla processer på företaget och eliminera dessa risker lyfter författarna Training Within Industry, vilket avslutar rapporten. / In many organizations around the world, the need to manage and structure information is a growing factor. This is possible with a system support, in which documentation of processes within a company can be handled. With potential risks in focus, the purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of how production and material management processes in a company can be structured and to develop a foundation for today's production and procurement processes. The study is a case study in which the documentation at the company is to be increased through a time study, ABC-classification and a discussion of risks with Kraljic's matrix as a base. The result shows shorter production times, that few modules and articles are cost-bearing in production and that today's working methods cause major risks. As a concept for increasing documentation, linking processes at the company and eliminating these risks, the authors recommend Training Within Industry, which concludes the report.

It also focuses directly on the fired brick, its legislative requirements and manufacturers who currently produce this brick in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The possibilities of current manufacturers are assessed in the practical part, especially in terms of salinity, mineralogical composition and behavior during firing of their production mixtures. As last the optimal firing temperature of the available mixtures is designed to achieve ideal parameters as frost resistence, strenght, appearance etc.

Influence of Surface Carbon Content on the Wear of Threaded Connections in Rock Drilling Steels

This thesis work was conducted at Luleå University of Technology in collaboration with Sandvik Rock Tools. The aim of the work was to determine the influence of carbon content on the wear performance in carburized steel in the dry contact interface of threaded connections between drill rods. In order to investigate this, samples of drill rod steel were carburized to three different carbon concentrations and shot peened to replicate the production process of a drill rod. The samples were wear tested by utilizing a twin-disc wear tester with one disc rotating at 100 RPM and the other at 3000 RPM to mimic the operating conditions in the threaded connection between drill rods. The results was evaluated by wear rate, surface topography, hardness as well as optical analysis by light optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that an increased surface carbon content provide a decrease in wear rate and an increase in hardness in the surface layer that undergo microstructural changes due to the frictional heat and contact pressure during wear testing. The primary wear mechanisms were identified as plastic deformation, adhesive scratching and material removal through delamination.
