Balizado no corte temporal entre a Revolução Pernambucana de 1817 e a Confederação do Equador, em 1824, buscou-se analisar as gentes simples no contexto da formação do Estado e da Nação brasileiros. Tomou-se como pano de fundo o serviço das armas. Para se entender o panorama da época da Independência, analisar o serviço das armas desse período se apresenta como uma tarefa bastante profícua. Isso porque no âmbito militar também atuavam indivíduos que buscavam edificar sua liberdade, se inserir socialmente, ter acesso à cidadania, reivindicar seus direitos e, sobretudo, lutar por suas melhores condições de vida. Dessa forma, o recrutamento se colocava como um caminho de mão dupla tanto para os homens pobres livres e libertos quanto para os escravizados. Enquanto alguns indivíduos fugiam dos agentes recrutadores, outros se faziam recrutas voluntariamente. Havia até escravos que se diziam livres para assim poderem sentar praça. O que não se pode perder de vista é que o recrutamento também era um instrumento de controle e reprodução de assimetrias sociais. Assim sendo, os soldados rasos, o povo e os escravizados eram nivelados e dispostos nas camadas baixas da sociedade. Eram separados por uma tênue fronteira que, em grande medida, os unificavam como indivíduos que partilhavam as venturas e desventuras do recrutamento para o serviço militar.

Esta dissertação analisa o filme Tropa de Elite como fio condutor de uma discussão sobre sua repercussão reverberação em algumas mídias tradicionais e, principalmente, em rede online. O objetivo principal desta pesquisa é demonstrar escrita e audiovisualmente uma análise além-fílmica proposta, como base de um possível sistema metodológico metalinguístico, onde os códigos culturais ao serem pesquisados, decupados e então reapropriados formam uma representação interpretativa em que notações e registros, bases dos valores significativos, são reorganizados a partir das relações de elementos internos e externos à obra percebendo-os, portanto, como elementos em rede. Percebemos desta maneira que a prática da pesquisa acadêmica, de uma forma muito sintetizada, pode ser conceitualizada a partir de uma prática comum ao audiovisual: o remix. Pesquisamos autores, periódicos, imagens, dados offline e online, os analisamos remixando-os e atribuindo-lhes um novo valor, tese. E assim, nos interrogamos se as Retóricas Audiovisuais em rede implicam a um consumo entre o espetáculo e a vigilância ou ao discurso de verdade implícito numa estética de realidade? A partir de uma perspectiva crítica, percebe-se claramente um enfrentamento com o banco de dados em rede, onde o anseio por uma possível metodologia de criação organizativa desta prática de remix audiovisual online para fins acadêmicos, apresenta-se uma ferramenta-projeto YouToRemix-YouTubeMix (Apêndice I/IV) que foi sendo desenhada conjuntamente a esta pesquisa de mestrado para futuro desenvolvimento. Para tanto, é aqui entregue no final deste texto de dissertação um anexo e quatro apêndices, pertinente material complementar à pesquisa aqui apresentada. / This research analyzes the movie Elite Squad as a lead discussion about its reverberation in some traditional media and mainly the Internet. Our main goal is to demonstrate a beyond movie analysis, by an audiovisual and written form as a new metalanguage methodological system where cultural codes researched, broken down for consideration of constituent parts and then reappropriate creating an interpretative representation in which records and notes are as the bottommost layer of significant value are reorganized from relations between external and inner elements of this movie, therefore we can realize them as networked components. Hence, we understand the academic research practice as an audiovisual common practice: the remix (or mash up). We research authors, journals, images and we analyze this on line and off line data to remix them generating a new value, the thesis. Thus, we ask ourselves: does the networked Audiovisual Rhetoric implicate a consumption between surveillance and spectacle or it is necessarily circumstance to the implied true discourse (Foucault\'s \"Discourse on Language\", 1970) in an aesthetic reality? From a critical and creative perspective weve cleared noticed the struggle with the network database, where the anxiety for a possible organized creation methodology of this online audiovisual remix practice for academic means, presents a tool-project YouToRemix-YouTubeMix (Appendix I/IV) which has been designed together with this research for masters degree for future development. Consequently we deliver with this dissertation four appendixes and one attachment regarding the complimentary material to the research here presented.

Trata-se de uma investigação sobre a presença da mulher inserida numa instituição típica do aparelho repressivo do Estado, exercendo funções que até pouco tempo eram tradicionalmente consideradas masculinas. Nesta organização, a mulher sofre preconceito e discriminação por ser mulher e ser negra. A condição da mulher policial militar não difere da condição das demais mulheres trabalhadoras, pois, no âmbito da corporação, ocorrem as mesmas reproduções de comportamento e subordinação da mulher como em qualquer setor na sociedade. / Salvador

The difficulties from the recruits’ evasion reverberate on the documents which were exchanged among colonial administrators, in which the information show the concerns towards the escape of soldiers. Published notices in the Captainship aimed to threaten the ones who disobeyed that conduct, predicting since the prison of family members until the fugitive’s death, in order to decrease the massive desertions in the army. We analyse Pernambuco governors’ reports, especially letters and missives which were sent to the ultramarine advisors, aiming to clarify the ways by which they tried to explain the escapes, besides understanding the numerous alternatives used to hinder their spread. We have focused essentially on the military maps which had been built since the second half of the 18th century, in which the cases of prisoners sentenced for desertion were pointed out and contain important data for the research, such as the penalties and pardons given to the fugitives. The observation of strategies to establish ways of surviving in the society was based on the analyses of three inquiries, which offer clues and possibilities of those men’s social insertion in the villages and colonial cities. Therefore, we seek to contribute for the understanding of one of the main difficulties that bothered the regular troops during the colonial period as a result of the aversion to the military service and the resistance promoted to the activities in the army. / O presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal analisar os motivos que estimularam a deserção de soldados nas tropas regulares da Capitania de Pernambuco entre os anos de 1774-1808. As dificuldades provenientes da evasão de recrutas reverberam nas documentações trocadas entre os administradores coloniais, cujas informações evidenciam as preocupações com as fugas de soldados. Editais foram publicados na Capitania almejando ameaçar os que incidissem nessa conduta, prevendo desde a prisão de familiares até a pena de morte, a fim de refrear as deserções no exército. Analisamos os relatos dos governadores de Pernambuco, sobretudo cartas e ofícios enviados aos conselheiros ultramarinos, com o intuito de explanar as formas pelas quais eles explicavam as fugas além de compreender as diversas alternativas utilizadas para impedir sua propagação. Balizamo-nos, essencialmente, nos mapas militares constituídos a partir da segunda metade do século XVIII, onde foram assinalados os casos de presos sentenciados por deserção e que contém dados importantes para a pesquisa, tais como as quantidades, penalidades e perdões fornecidos aos fugitivos. A observação das estratégias para traçar caminhos de sobrevivência na sociedade teve por base a análise de três devassas, que oferecem indícios e possibilidades de inserção social desses homens nas vilas e cidades coloniais. Dessa forma, procuramos contribuir para o entendimento de uma das principais dificuldades que afligiam as tropas regulares no período colonial, resultado da aversão ao serviço militar e das resistências promovidas às atividades no exército.

Denna studie undersöker hur (den multimodala) argumentationen är uppbyggd i den fiktivafilmen Tropa de Elite (2007). Detta görs med syftet att lyfta hur man kan hjälpa gymnasieeleversjälva identifiera argumenten. Via en argumentationsanalys analyseras åtta scener, och fokusligger på filmens narrativa element. De stilistiska elementen tas endast upp när de tydligtpåverkar argumenten som förs fram. I samband med detta identifieras logos-, ethos- ochpathosargument i scenerna för att tydliggöra vilken typ av argument filmen för. Argumentenkan oftast tolkas på två motstridiga vis beroende på vilken av två doxa man läser filmen via;även i scener där filmen försöker få publiken att läsa scenen enligt en av dessa så finns detdetaljer som är lättare att förlika med den andra doxan. Resultaten kopplas sedan till StuartHalls (2011) begrepp encoding och decoding för att nyansera förklaringen till varför publikenkan tolka argumenten på motstridiga vis. Avslutningsvis lyfts tre metoder som användbara föratt hjälpa gymnasieelever själva identifiera argumenten: (1) presentera filmens tes och två doxainnan man börjar se filmen, (2) pausa filmen efter scener där viktiga argument förs fram samt(3) lyft logos, ethos och pathos varje gång man pausar och diskuterar en scens argument.

A vila de Nossa Senhora da Ponte de Sorocaba teve seu crescimento atrelado ao tropeirismo. As feiras anuais, entre os meses de janeiro e maio, atraíam muitos tropeiros do sul do Brasil, que vendiam suas tropas de bestas a paulistas, mineiros, cariocas e baianos. Jogos com apostas, cavalhadas, espetáculos eqüestres, exibição de panoramas e cosmoramas estavam entre os tipos de lazer que mais chamavam a atenção do público. A cidade transformava-se no período das feiras, com os espetáculos públicos e um ativo comércio realizado nas ruas por mercadores ambulantes. Estes conconiam com os donos de estabelecimentos fixos. partir da década de 1860, Sorocaba teve sua economia diversificada pelo crescimento da produção algodoeira, tendo como uma de suas conseqüências, a instalação da ferrovia, em 1875. Nas três últimas décadas do século XIX, Sorocaba ganhou melhoramentos urbanos. O discurso de intelectuais e políticos defendia a superação da economia baseada nas feiras de muares, apostando no progresso industrial e no saneamento do município. A municipalidade, por sua vez, agia no sentido de exercer maior controle sobre a sociedade. O ponto culminante da proposta progressista veio com a criação de um novo caminho para as tropas, afastando os tropeiros para os bairros da cidade ou municípios vizinhos / Abstract: The mainly purpose of this research is to analyse the causes that have been taken Sorocaba mules'fairs extinguishment, during the second half of nineteenth century. The castle trade had propiciated Sorocaba's development. During the months of january and may the annual castle fairs attracted several "men that taken care of the clattle" - tropeiros - who sold their mules troops to people from "São Paulo", "Rio de Janeiro", "Minas Gerais" and "Bahia" provinces. The mainly amusement of the people during that time were games, bets, "cavalhadas" - men fights as medieval horsemen -, cosmoramas and panoramas shows. The trade witch was developed on the streets together with the public spectacles turn on the face of the town. The Ítnerants traders traders contested with the own local traders. From up the 1860 decade "Sorocaba" had 115 economy modified by the increament of the cotton cultivation. As one of the consequences a railroad was built, in 1875. In the three last decades of century XIX, Sorocaba earned urban improvemen15. It is considered, for in such a way, a conceptual quarrel on the man who inhabits that hinterland , in order to evidence part of the imagético compendium that structure the material and incorporeal culture - that it integrates the uses and customs of the Old inhabitant of the Caldas . This study, therefore, one meets demarcated, categorically, in order to privilege the representative confusion of the Complex of the Caldas and its relation with the situated time and the space in the categories hinterland and hot river . Then, by understanding that, also in that context, the meanings of the things are extremely ample, as well as the direction that the individuals give to its world - while symbolic constructions -, a theoretical recital, to demarcate conceptual sketches, derived from anthropologycal, description-cultural literary premises was adopted, amongst others. On the basis of estimated multifacetários, related to the hinterland of the Caldas , this study it looks for to evidence that the repercussion of the image-hinterland is irrigated, mainly, for the habits partner-description-cultural of those which we call citizens of (s) history (s) . / O presente estudo procurou desenvolver, de forma ampla, uma análise sobre representação do sertão, no contexto do complexo das Caldas de Goiás, com o enfoque específico para a cidade de Rio Quente, destacando alguns elementos que integram o conjunto de símbolos e mitos daquela região. Propõe-se, para tanto, uma discussão conceitual sobre o homem que habita aquele sertão , de modo a evidenciar parte do compêndio imagético que estrutura a cultura material e imaterial - que integra os usos e costumes do habitante das Caldas Velhas . Este estudo, portanto, encontra-se demarcado, categoricamente, a fim de privilegiar o emaranhado representativo do Complexo das Caldas e a sua relação com o tempo e o espaço situados nas categorias sertão e rio quente . Então, por entender que, também naquele contexto, os significados das coisas são extremamente amplos, assim como o sentido que os indivíduos dão ao seu mundo enquanto construções simbólicas , foi adotada uma fundamentação teórica, para demarcar esboços conceituais, derivada de premissas antropológicas, histórico-culturais, literárias, dentre outras. Utilizando os Estudos Culturais como método de pesquisa, o trabalho está embasado teoricamente no conceito de hibridação, defendido por autores como Néstor Canclini e Marshall McLuhan, e busca entender de que maneira a produção fílmica incentivada tanto pela Embrafilme, nos anos 1970, quanto pela Agência Nacional de Cinema (Ancine), na década de 2000, contribuíram para a inserção do cinema brasileiro no que Pierre Bourdieu denominou com “mercado de bens simbólicos”, deslocando assim o cinema brasileiro do mero campo artístico e o inserindo numa teia de ramificações complexas que envolvem questões políticas, econômicas e outros meios de comunicação social em um legítimo aparelho no sentido concebido por Vilém Flusser. / From the analysis of the trajectories in the Brazilian film market of feature films "Dona Flor and Her Two Husbands," directed by Bruno Barreto and released in 1976, and "Elite Squad 2: The Enemy Within", directed by José Padilha and released in 2010, this thesis discusses how relations between the Brazilian cinema and the federal government between 1975 and 2010, as well as television and other country's audiovisual market agents influenced the trajectory and continuity of production and distribution of these movies in their own country. Using cultural studies as a research method, the work is theoretically grounded in the concept of hybridization, defended by authors like Néstor Canclini and Marshall McLuhan, and seeks to understand how the filmic production encouraged both by Embrafilme in 1970, as the National Cinema Agency (Ancine), in the 2000s, contributed to the inclusion of Brazilian cinema in Pierre Bourdieu called "symbolic goods market," thus shifting the Brazilian cinema from artistic market field and entering a web of complex ramifications involving political, economic and other media in a legitimate player in the sense intended by Vilém Flusser.

<p>U okviru disertacije kreirani su novi, nutritivno obogaćeni, fini pekarski proizvodi na bazi bra&scaron;na od cerealija i pseudocerealija, kroz čiju se proizvodnju valorizuju sporedni proizvodi prehrambene industrije &ndash; trop cvekle. Rezultati istraživanja pružaju nova saznanja o stepenu redukcije bioaktivnih jedinjenja (polifenola i betalaina) tokom postupka proizvodnje i skladi&scaron;tenja finih pekarskih proizvoda obogaćenih ekstraktom tropa cvekle, kao i njihov uticaj na reakcije neenzimskog tamnjenja.<br />Uspe&scaron;no realizovana istraživanja ukazala su na stepen stabilinosti bioaktivnih jedinjenja iz tropa cvekle inkapsulacijom na protein soje i na opravdanost primene ove metode (tehnike) u proizvodnji funkcionalne hrane. Na ovaj način se obezbeđuju funkcionalni proizvodi koji sadrže dovoljnu količinu visokovrednih jedinjenja koja imaju veću bioraspoloživost i finalan zdravstveni efekat. Zbog niza prednosti inkapsulirane forme ekstrakta imaju veliki potencijal primene u industriji u vidu boja i aditiva, tj. funkcionalnih dodatakau prehrembenim ali i kozmetičkim proizvodima. Istraživanja u okviru disertacije omogućavaju dobijanje inovativnih proizvoda koji pro&scaron;iruju asortiman nutritivno vrednih proizvoda i doprinose kvalitetnijoj ishrani potro&scaron;ača.<br />Upotrebom nusproizvoda prerade voća i povrća smanjuje se količina otpada i doprinosi za&scaron;titi životne sredine, povećava dobit proizvođača kroz pobolj&scaron;anje iskori&scaron;ćenja sirovine i konkurentnosti na trži&scaron;tu.</p> / <p>Within the thesis a new, nutrient-rich, fine bakery products based on flour of cereals and pseudocereals were created, through the production of which valorizing by-products of the food industry are produced- pomace beetroot. Results of the research provide new knowledge about degree of reduction bioactive compounds (polyphenols and betalains) during process of production and storage of fine bakery products enriched with beetroot pomace extracts, as well as their influence on non-enzymatic tanning reactions.<br />Successfully realized researches have indicated degree of stability bioactive compounds from beetroot pomace by encapsulation on soy protein and justification of application this method (technique) in the production of functional food. In this way, functional products witch contain a sufficient amount of high-value compounds which have higher bioavailability and final health effect are provided. Due to a number of advantages, encapsulated form of the extract have a great potential for application in industry like food color and additives, ie. functional supplements for food and cosmetic products. Research in the framework of the thesis allow obtaining innovative products which expand the range of nutritionally valuable products and contribute to the quality consumers diet.<br />Using by-products of processing fruits and vegetables reduces the amount of waste and contributes to the protection of environment, increases the profit of producers by improving the efficiency of raw materials and market competitiveness.</p>
