La prévention des risques par la co-construction des messages préventifs à destination des populations juvéniles en France / Risk prevention by co-construction of the preventive messages address to young people in France

Les jeunes sont considérés par les pouvoirs publics comme une population particulièrement touchée par les conduites à risque, mais aussi comme un public difficile à atteindre par des messages de prévention. Les jeunes se détourneraient de cette logique de prévention pour de multiples raisons, dont le fait de considérer que leur capital santé est inépuisable ou encore que les questions de prévention ne les concernent pas encore. Face à ces difficultés et freins, ces dernières années ont vu apparaître, dans le domaine de la prévention en santé des jeunes et plus précisément dans le domaine de la communication sur la prévention des risques auprès des jeunes Français, un certain nombre d’actions sociales publiques qui s’opposent à la prescription forte, mais qui vont chercher une logique de co-construction des messages, c’est-à-dire qui essaient de faire passer le message préventif en associant le récepteur-destinataire dans la construction du message. Cette thèse vise à comprendre ce que sont véritablement ces nouvelles initiatives qui se veulent de co-construction des messages et comment elles fonctionnent : une attention particulière est portée à la manière dont se fait et se représente ce travail de co-construction des messages, sur les caractéristiques qui la décrivent le mieux et en quoi celle-ci contribue réellement à la construction du sens par le récepteur-destinataire. Elle articule, d’une part, une approche théorique basée sur une analyse de la littérature qui traite des populations juvéniles, de la santé des jeunes, des transformations du journalisme et du rapport entre jeunes et médias et, d’autre part, une approche empirique centrée sur un examen de trois objets distincts, qui mettent en évidence la tentative de trouver le moyen de faire passer le message préventif en associant le récepteur : les magazines pour adolescents, la Mission du bureau de la vie étudiante de l’IUT de Lannion et le dispositif de prévention rennais le Prév’en ville. Au cœur de cette double approche thématique (état de l’art et état social), ce sont les formes de co-construction des messages qui apparaissent, avec leurs logiques, leurs incertitudes, leurs tensions et leurs contradictions, mais toujours avec cette singularité qui est la leur : laisser la place au récepteur-destinataire, laisser la culture des récepteurs s’exprimer. / Young people are considered by the public authorities as a population who is particularly affected by at-risk behaviors, but also as a difficult audience to reach with preventive messages. Several reasons can explain why young people turn away this logic of prevention. Firstly, they think that their health capital is inexhaustible. Secondly, they feel that prevention issues do not concern them. Faced to these difficulties and these obstacles, some new initiatives are recently appeared and try to transmit preventive messages by associating the receiver in the construction of the message. This study aims to understand what are truly these new initiatives of co-construction’ messages. Special attention is paid to how co-constructed messages work, to characterize this phenomenon and to know how the co-constrction contributes to the understanding of the meaning by the receiver. It takes two approaches. The first one is theorical and is based on the analysis of the literature that deals with young people, youth health, transformations of journalism and the relationship between young people and the media. The second one is empirical and is based on the study of three examples:Teen magazines, Prév’en ville in Rennes and the “Bureau de la vie étudiante de l’IUT de Lannion”. At the heart of this dual approach, different forms of co-construction’ messages appear with their logics, their tensions and their contradictions, but always with their singularity: respecting the receiver and encourage the expression of the receiver’s culture.

Orientador: Antonio Lázaro Sant'Ana / Resumo: Esta tese fundamentou-se em pesquisa com os jovens estudantes do curso Técnico em Agropecuária Integrado ao Ensino Médio na Modalidade Alternância da Escola Técnica Estadual (Etec) “Sebastiana Augusta de Morais”, de Andradina (SP), com o intuito de conhecer a vivência escolar do alternante, as relações com a família e a Escola, as perspectivas de futuro, buscando analisar se a Pedagogia da Alternância, como ferramenta pedagógica para a Educação do Campo, pode contribuir para a valorização do modo de vida rural e a profissão de agricultor familiar. Foram entrevistados os alunos do 2º e 3º ano, em duas etapas diferentes. Na primeira etapa utilizou-se de questionário semiestruturado com questões qualitativas e quantitativas, aplicado na forma de entrevista com todos os alunos, das referidas séries, que estavam presentes nos dias da pesquisa; na segunda etapa também realizada por meio de entrevistas, mas com outro questionário, aplicado somente aos alunos que residiam em assentamentos rurais. A pesquisa abrangeu também entrevistas com familiares de 11 jovens, no próprio lote, abordando questões pertinentes à vida familiar, à visão que tinham da Escola e do processo de sucessão do estabelecimento familiar e, por fim, foram ouvidos ainda três professores visitadores do referido Curso. Evidenciou-se que a Etec conseguiu conquistar os jovens de tal forma que todos gostavam de frequentar a escola e que a modalidade alternância foi importante referencial para os alunos filhos de assent... Syftet med studien har varit att beskriva och förstå socialsekreterares erfarenheter av etiska dilemman som de upplevde i arbetet med ensamkommande barn och unga under 2015/2016 samt hur socialsekreterare hanterade dessa. Studien har haft en kvalitativ forskningsmetod med semi-strukturerade intervjuer. Sammanlagt har sju socialsekreterare från Västmanlands län som arbetade med ensamkommande barn och unga under 2015/2016 deltagit i studien. Studiens resultat har analyserats och tolkats utifrån teorin om coping, normativ etik och även tidigare forskning på området. Studiens resultat visar att socialsekreterare inom socialtjänsten ställdes inför en mängd svårigheter men som inte var renodlade etiska dilemman, utan hade karaktärer i form av etiska svårigheter och problem. Dessa etiska svårigheter har uppstått på flera arenor, i samverkan med Migrationsverket, ur en politiskt styrd organisation med riktlinjer och ekonomiska restriktioner samt i mötet med barn och ungdomar. Resultatet visar även att socialsekreterarna påverkats och berörts både privat som professionellt. Fem av sju socialsekreterare har varit sjukskrivna under perioden och flera har haft svårt att hantera etiska svårigheter. Socialsekreterarna har hanterat dessa etiska svårigheter genom att använda olika copingstrategier. / The purpose of this study has been to describe and understand social workers’ experiences of dealing with ethical dilemmas that arose in the work with unaccompanied children and young people during 2015/2016, and how social workers’ handled these dilemmas. The study has had a qualitative research method with semi-structured interviews. In total, seven social workers from the county of Västmanland, Sweden, who worked with unaccompanied children and young people during 2015/2016, participated in the study. The results of the study have been analysed and interpreted based on the theory of coping, normative ethics and also previous research in the field. The results of the study show that social workers faced a lot of difficulties, but were not purely ethical dilemmas, but had characters in the form of ethical difficulties and problems. These ethical difficulties have arisen in several arenas, in collaboration with the Swedish Migration Board, from a politically-driven organization with guidelines and economic constraints as well as in the meeting with children and young people. The result also shows that the social wokers have been affected both privately and professionally. Five out of seven social workers have been sick-listed during the period, and several have had difficulty coping with ethical difficulties. The social workers have dealt with these ethical difficulties using different coping strategies.

Esta pesquisa tem como foco de estudos as representações de gênero e sexualidade correntes em um grupo de jovens da Renovação Católica Carismática e a forma como os/as jovens se relacionam com tais discursos católicos. Procurei direcionar as análises para os diferentes recursos usados, pela Renovação, para interpelar e ensinar aos jovens modos de ser e agir. Esta investigação sustentou-se nos campos dos Estudos Culturais pós-estruturalistas, Estudos Feministas, Gays, Lésbicos e Teoria Queer, beneficiando-se de alguns recursos utilizados pela etnografia para a produção e análise dos dados aqui contidos. A constituição do corpus de análise se deu através da observação realizada no grupo, da análise de textos e documentos produzidos pela Renovação Católica Carismática e das conversas individuais e coletivas realizadas com os/as jovens do grupo Nascer. Foi meu objetivo dar algumas pistas das formas como a sexualidade, o corpo e o gênero vem sendo compreendidos naquele espaço e apontar para a necessidade de trazer tais questões para os espaços nos quais atuamos como professoras/es e educadoras/es, já que os mesmos estão intimamente envolvidos com a formação e constituição dos sujeitos. Penso que problematizar certos discursos colocados em circulação pela cultura católica pode contribuir para que se pense/conceba o corpo, o gênero e a sexualidade de outras formas na nossa sociedade. / The focus of study of this research are the current representations of gender and sexuality in a group of young people belonging to the Catholic Charismatic Renewal, as well as how these young people deal with such Catholic discourses. I sought to direct the analysis toward the different resources used by the Charismatic Renewal to question and teach the youth about the ways of being and acting. This investigation was based on the fields of the Post-Structuralist Cultural Studies, Feminist, Gay and Lesbian Studies and Queer Theory, in addition to some resources used by ethnography for the production and analysis of the information herein. The constitution of the corpus of analysis was made through the observation carried out in the group, the analysis of a number of texts and documents produced by the Catholic Charismatic Renewal, and the individual and collective conversations with the young people who belong to the Nascer group. It was my goal to provide some clues concerning the ways the sexuality, the body and the genders have been comprehended in that space and then indicate the necessity to bring such issues to the environments where we act as teachers and educators, since they are closely involved with the formation and constitution of the subjects. I think that problematizing certain discourses spread by the Catholic culture may contribute so that one can think / conceive the body, the gender and the sexuality in different ways in our society.

Através de uma metodologia colaborativa com educadores sociais, caracteriza-se como um estudo de caso na Rede Municipal de Ensino de Porto Alegre, com uma breve análise comparativa das representações dos jovens da cidade de Austin, Texas, Estados Unidos. Procura mapear alguns dos discursos e práticas das políticas educacionais contemporâneas que visam superar à chamada crise da educação escolar, analisando-as através do paradigma cultural. / This research proposes to straighten the bonds between the socioanthropologic studies and the "senses" of the school education and non-school education in the perspective of young students in social vulnerabillity situation. Through a collaborative methodology with social educators, it caracterizes as case study in the Rede Municipal de Ensino at Porto Alegre city, with a short comparative analises with the representations of the kids in Austin, Texas, United States. It seeks to map some current educational policies pratics and discurses that pursues to overcome the called "schooling educational crisis" analizing them through of the cultural paradigma.

The aim of this study was to analyze the meaning of the work for young people between 18 and 28 years of age who participated in PRONATEC/BSM - National Program of Access to Technical Education and Employment/Brazil without poverty in the municipality of Sobral - CE. The program aims to assist people in situations of low income and social vulnerability, disciple was chosen for the perspective of poverty as a multidimensional phenomenon. The data collection procedure was performed through 25 individual semi-structured interviews to identify the centrality, the evaluative attributes, the descriptive attributes and the hierarchy of the attributes of the work. The interviews were recorded and submitted to IRAMUTEQ software, using word cloud and similarity analysis. The findings indicated that young people participate in any course following a generalist view, believing that this will be inserted in the labor market. The insertion is linked to having the financial conditions to pay for higher education and this depends on getting a job in a specific footwear company that has agreements with private colleges. In the results about the meaning of the work, it was identified that this is a central thing in the life of the young people surveyed and should offer a good environment, good material conditions, space for personal fulfillment and a way of survival. Poor young people perceive work as stressful, causing distress due to conflicts with veterans, fast paced and repetitive. For poor young people, work is not just a form of survival, as identified in the literature, indicating that values in relation to work are changing. With regard to PRONATEC, the program needs a more in-depth study on its impact and employability possibilities for the young population. Through the results, new strategies must be considered in order to improve the public policies of labor insertion, aiming at adjusting the insertion in the labor market of young people through professional orientation. / Neste estudo aborda-se a qualificação profissional de jovens considerando-a como um espaço produtor de significados. Buscou-se nessa perspectiva, analisar o significado do trabalho para jovens entre 18 e 28 anos que participaram do PRONATEC/BSM – Programa Nacional do Acesso ao Ensino Técnico e Emprego/Brasil sem miséria no município de Sobral – CE. O programa tem como objetivo atender pessoas em situação de baixa renda e vulnerabilidade social, desarte optou-se por pela perspectiva da pobreza como fenômeno multidimensional. O procedimento de coleta dos dados foi realizado por meio de 25 entrevistas semiestruturadas individuais para identificar a centralidade, os atributos valorativos, os atributos descritivos e a hierarquia dos atributos do trabalho. As entrevistas foram gravadas e submetidas ao software IRAMUTEQ, com utilização da nuvem de palavras e análise de similitude. Os achados indicaram que os jovens participam de qualquer curso seguindo uma ótica generalista, acreditando que assim serão inseridos no mercado de trabalho. A inserção está atrelada a ter condições financeiras para custear o ensino superior e isso depende de conseguir um emprego em uma empresa de calçados específica que possui convênios com faculdades particulares. Nos resultados sobre o significado do trabalho identificou-se que trata-se de algo central na vida dos jovens pesquisados e deve oferecer um bom ambiente, boas condições materiais, espaço para a realização pessoal e uma forma de sobrevivência. Os jovens pobres percebem o trabalho como algo estressante, que causa sofrimento devido aos conflitos com os veteranos, possui ritmo acelerado e é repetitivo. Para os jovens pobres o trabalho não é apenas uma forma de sobrevivência, como identificado na literatura, indicando que os valores em relação ao trabalho estão se modificando. No que tange ao PRONATEC, o programa necessita de um estudo mais aprofundado sobre o seu impacto e as possibilidades de empregabilidade para a população jovem. Por meio dos resultados, novas estratégias devem ser consideradas para melhorar as políticas públicas de inserção laboral visando, assim, adequar a inserção no mercado de trabalho de jovens por meio da orientação profissional.

Lived experiences of young people living with mental health care users in Limpopo Province

The purpose of the study was to investigate the lived experiences of young people living with mental healthcare users (MHCUs) in order to gain insight into their needs and how their daily coping can be maximised. A qualitative, descriptive phenomenology study was undertaken, with face-to-face, audiorecorded individual in-depth interviews conducted with 10 participants aged between 19 and 23 years, at their homes. Participants were recruited from one of the local health clinics in Dikgale area, Limpopo province, where the MHCUs collect medication and attend follow-up medical reviews. Non-probability purposive sampling technique was used to select the sample size. The following were the objectives of the study:  To explore and describe the lived experiences of young people living with MHCUs.  To determine the coping strategies of young people living with MHCUs. Five themes and 12 sub-themes emerged from the study. The findings of the study revealed that young people were faced with psychological effects, caring demands and responsibilities, effects on their schooling performance, and lack of coping and support. The study results informed recommendations to the psychiatric nursing services on the needs and support to be provided to these young people in order to ensure maximum coping in their life situation. / Health Studies / M.A. (Nursing Science)

Au Gabon, le mariage est une institution qui permet l'union de deux personnes et de deux familles. Sur le plan juridique, seul le mariage civil a une valeur légale. Mais le mariage traditionnel encore appelé mariage coutumier reste une étape importante durant laquelle se déroule la cérémonie de la dot. Cette étude traite de la manière dont les gabonais se représentent le couple et le mariage. Notre approche théorique et nos champs d'investigation portent sur l'évolution socio-culturelle de cette institution et sur la relation que les jeunes gabonais établissent entre la culture, leurs comportements et leurs actions sociales. L'intérêt ici est de comprendre les influences qu'exerce le modèle de vie occidental en matière de moeurs et de style de vie par le biais de l'urbanisation, de la scolarisation et des médias. Notre problématique qui se décline en plusieurs questions a pour principal objectif de décrire le modèle de couple et le type de mariage auxquels aspirent ces jeunes. Le travail de terrain réalisé au Gabon et en France nous a permis d'établir une typologie des conduites et des discours recueillis. Les principaux thèmes abordés sont : la polygamie, la dot, le choix du partenaire, le couple mixte, le sida, l'homosexualité et les rapports de séduction. Avec leurs mots, ils posent un regard sur la culture gabonaise et française et nous livrent un discours partagé entre tradition et modernité. Ce travail permet donc une nouvelle approche des rapports de couple et du mariage dans une société gabonaise en plein évolution. / In Gabon, marriage is an institution which allows the union of two persons and two families. In legal terms, only the civil marriage has a legal value. But the traditional marriage still called usual marriage is an important step which takes place at the ceremony of the dowry. This study deals about the way Gabonese represent themselves the couple and the marriage.Our theoretical approach and our fields of investigation concern the sociocultural evolution of this institution and the relationship which the Gabonese establish between the culture, their behavior and their social actions. The interest here is to understand the influences there is with the western model of life in customs and lifestyle by means of the urbanization, the schooling and the media. Our problematic witch comes in several questions has for main objective to describe themodel and the type of couple the young people are expecting. About the work done in Gabon and France we can see a typology of behavior and speech collected. The main topics are : polygamy, dowry, mate choice, mixed couple, Aids, homosexuality and seduction. With their words, they have an special eye on Gabonese and French culture and have ashared speech between tradition and modernity. This work gives a new approach about couple relationships and marriage in a society in full evolution in Gabon.

The complex interplay between relationship, identity and behaviour in young people (12-18 years) : a psycho-spiritual approach

Young people are currently affected in the realm of self-esteem, identity development and relational behaviour amidst advancing technology. There is the need for research in this area. Obstacles include fragmented homes, distance job–location and back-log parental education. There is the need for spiritual direction and for the formation of Christian spiritual principles. This is evident in the attraction of young people to cults and the influences of the New Age. The study will explore the complexity of relationships, identity and behaviour in young people. The empirical research will be obtained with permission from a school in the Eastern Cape; the focus group of this study is ages 11 – 18 years. Neste estudo, de vertente qualitativa,a pesquisa vincula-se à Linha de pesquisa Cuidado de enfermagem na saúde da mulher, criança, adolescente e família e ao Grupo de Estudos do Cuidado à Saúde nas Etapas da Vida (CEVIDA) do Programa de Pós-Graduação da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. O objetivo foi entender de que modo a violência é compreendida pelos jovens em seu vivido e as repercussões desse fenômeno em sua corporeidade, na perspectiva da vulnerabilidade; conhecer as vivências que os jovens universitários do Curso de Graduação em Enfermagem possuem e quais suas expectativas enquanto futuros cuidadores frente à violência. Os participantes foram 21 jovens, com idade entre 17 e 23 anos, acadêmicos de enfermagem de uma Universidade localizada em um município do Oeste Catarinense. Para a produção das informações foram utilizadas duas estratégias: construção do Genograma e Ecomapa, componentes do Modelo Calgary de Avaliação da Família de cada jovem e realização de Dinâmicas de Criatividade e Sensibilidade (DCS), preconizadas pelo Método Criativo e Sensível. A Pesquisa foi aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul CAAE: 02870012.8.0000.5347. As informações foram interpretadas à luz da hermenêutica proposta por Paul Ricoeur, tendo como suporte os referenciais da vulnerabilidade e da corporeidade e delas emergiram cinco temas: desvelando as compreensões dos jovens sobre a violência a partir do discurso falado e escrito; repercussões da violência na corporeidade do jovem; formação profissional: percepções da violência; processo de cuidado em saúde – situações de violência percebida; expectativas e propostas dos jovens para a construção de uma cultura de paz. Os jovens compreendem que a violência faz parte do seu existir, está presente na família, na escola, nas ruas, nos espaços de lazer, no descaso do poder público, na corrupção. Definem a violência como um obstáculo em seus projetos de felicidade, um fenômeno que abala a sua corporeidade, provocando um vazio e deixando a vida sem cor, modificando seu modo de ser no mundo e na relação com o outro, condição agravada pela naturalização da violência no cenário atual.Na formação profissional reconhecem a violência simbólica, presente nas relações de autoridade entre docentes e discentes, e nas relações conflituosas entre profissionais dos serviços de saúde e acadêmicos. No processo de cuidado identificam, às vezes, a violência nas ações, de alguns profissionais de saúde, manifestada na falta de paciência, na negligencia em cumprir com algumas obrigações e na pouca atenção dispensada ao outro. Entendem que podem ser perpetradores da violência ao negligenciar o cuidado pela falta de habilidade técnica e dificuldade em visualizar o ser humano na sua integralidade. As expectativas dos jovens frente à violência estão relacionadas à possibilidade de realizarem mudanças em suas atitudes, controlando seus sentimentos de raiva, e na ação dos profissionais de saúde, especialmente do enfermeiro, no sentido de ajudar os jovens a serem construtores de uma cultura de paz na relação com o outro e no processo de cuidar em saúde. Acredita-se que a pesquisa revelou elementos importantes aos profissionais de saúde, em especial ao enfermeiro, para pensar a violência que co-habita o existir dos jovens; revelou informações essenciais para entender o jovem como corporeidade, como um ser que pode vivenciar situações de vulnerabilidade à violência nas dimensões individual, social e programática, que precisa ser e sentir-se cuidado pela família, pela sociedade, pelos profissionais de saúde, pelos professores, pois está se construindo enquanto um ser de cuidado; e ofereceu subsídios para repensar a prática do cuidado ao jovem nos diferentes cenário de saúde e educação. / In this study, with qualitative nature, the investigation is linked to the research line ―Nursing care in women‘s, children‘s, adolescent‘s and family‘s health" and to the Study Group of Health Care in the Life Stages (CEVIDA) from the Post-Graduate Program at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. The aim was to understand the way in which the violence is comprehended by young people in their daily lives and the consequences of this phenomenon in their physicality, under the perspective of vulnerability; to know the experiences that the young college students of the Graduate Nursing Course have and what their expectations as future caregivers before the violence. The participants were 21 young people, aged between 17 and 23 years, nursing students from a university located in a municipality of the Western Region of the Santa Catarina State. For the production of information, we have used two strategies: building of the Genogram and of the Ecomap, components of the Calgary Model for Family Assessment of every young subject and conduction of Creativity and Sensibility Dynamics (CSD), recommended by Creative and Sensitive Method. The research was approved by the Research Ethics Committee from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, under CAAE 02870012.8.0000.5347.The data were interpreted in the light of the hermeneutics proposed by Paul Ricoeur, having as support the benchmarks of vulnerability and of physicality. They gave rise to five themes emerged: unveiling the comprehensions of young people about violence from spoken and written speech; consequences of violence in the physicality of young people; professional training: perceptions of violence; health care process – situations of perceived violence; expectations and proposals of young people to build a culture of peace. Young people understand that violence is part of their existence, is present in the family, at school, on the streets, in leisure areas, in the indifference of the public power, in corruption. They define violence as an obstacle to their projects of happiness, i.e., a phenomenon that undermines their physicality, by provoking vacuum and letting life without color, thus modifying their way of being in the world and in their relationships to others, which consists in a condition exacerbated by the naturalization of violence in the current scenario. Regarding professional training, they recognize the symbolic violence present in authority relationships between teachers and students, and in conflicting relationships between health professionals and academic students. As for the care process, they occasionally identify violence in actions of some health professionals, which is manifested in the lack of patience, in the neglect to comply with certain obligations and in the little attention given to other being. They understand that they can be perpetrators of violence by neglecting the care due to the lack of technical skill and difficulty in visualizing the human being in its entirety. The expectations of young people before the violence are related to the possibility of performing changes in their attitudes, by controlling their feelings of angry, and in actions of health professionals, especially from the nursing professional, in order to help young people to become builders of a culture of peace in their relationships to others and in the health care process. It is believed that the investigation has revealed relevant elements to health professionals, especially to the nursing professional, with a view to thinking on the violence that coexists with the existence of young people; it has revealed essential information to understand youth as physicality, as a being that can experience situations of vulnerability to the violence in the individual, social and programmatic dimensions, who needs to be and feel cared by family, society, health professionals and teachers, since it is being built as a being of care; and it has offered subsidies to rethink the practice of care shares towards the young people in the different scenarios of health and education. / En este estudio, de vertiente cualitativa, la investigación se vincula a la línea de investigación ―Atención de enfermería en la salud de la mujer, niño, adolescente y familia‖ y al Grupo de Estudios de Atención a la Salud en las Etapas de la Vida (CEVIDA) del Programa de Postgrado de la Universidad Federal del Rio Grande del Sur. El objetivo fue entender cómo la violencia es entendida por los jóvenes en su vida y las repercusiones de este fenómeno en su corporeidad, en la perspectiva de la vulnerabilidad; conocer las experiencias que los jóvenes universitarios del Curso de Graduación en Enfermería tienen y cuáles son sus expectativas cuanto futuros cuidadores frente a la violencia. Los participantes fueron 21 jóvenes, con edad entre 17 y 23 años, estudiantes de enfermería en una Universidad ubicada en una ciudad del oeste del departamento de Santa Catarina. Para la producción de las informaciones se utilizaron dos estrategias: la construcción del Genograma y Ecomapa, componentes del Modelo Calgary de Evaluación de la Familia de cada joven y la realización de Dinámicas de Creatividad y Sensibilidad (DCS), indicada por el Método Creativo y Sensible. La investigación fue aprobada por el Comité de Ética en Pesquisa de la Universidad Federal del Rio Grande del Sur, CAAE 02870012.8.0000.5347. Las informaciones fueron interpretados a la luz de la hermenéutica propuestas por Paul Ricoeur, teniendo como suporte las referencias de la vulnerabilidad y de la corporeidad y de ellas emergieron cinco temas: develando los entendimientos de los jóvenes sobre la violencia a partir del discurso hablado y escrito; repercusiones de la violencia en la corporalidad del joven; formación profesional: la percepción de la violencia, el proceso de atención en salud – las situaciones de violencia percibidas; expectativas y propuestas de los jóvenes para construir una cultura de paz. Los jóvenes entienden que la violencia hace parte de su existencia, está presente en la familia, en la escuela, en las calles, los espacios de ocio, en el descaso del poder público, en la corrupción. Definen la violencia como un obstáculo en sus proyectos de felicidad, es decir, un fenómeno que sacude a su corporeidad, provocando un vacío y dejando que la vida sin color, modificando su manera de ser en el mundo y en la relación con el otro, condición agravada por la naturalización de la violencia en el escenario actual. En la formación profesional reconocen la violencia simbólica, presente en las relaciones de autoridad entre profesores y alumnos, y en las relaciones conflictivas entre los profesionales de los servicios de salud y académicos. En el proceso de atención identifican, a veces, la violencia en las acciones de algunos profesionales de la salud, que se manifiesta en la falta de paciencia, en la negligencia en cumplir con algunas obligaciones y la poca atención con el otro. Entienden que pueden ser los autores de la violencia al descuidar la atención por la falta de habilidad técnica y la dificultad en la visualización del ser humano en su totalidad. Las expectativas de los jóvenes hacia la violencia están relacionadas con la posibilidad de hacer cambios en sus actitudes, controlando sus sentimientos de ira, y en las acciones de los profesionales de la salud, especialmente los enfermeros, en el sentido de ayudar los jóvenes a ser constructores de una cultura de paz en relación con el otro y en el proceso de cuidar en la salud. Se cree que la investigación reveló elementos importantes de los profesionales de la salud, en especial al enfermero, para pensar la violencia que co-habita la existencia de los jóvenes, reveló informaciones esenciales para entender el joven como corporalidad, como un ser que puede experimentar situaciones vulnerabilidad de violencia en las dimensiones individual, social y programática, que necesita ser y sentirse atendido por la familia, por la sociedad, por los profesionales de la salud, los maestros, pues está construyéndose como un ser de atención; y ofreció subsidios para repensar la práctica de atención al joven en los diferentes escenarios de la salud y educación.
