[pt] A ciência política tem destacado o debate acerca da percepção de contexto de crise das instituições representativas e questionamentos sobre a existência, ou não, de correlação entre a atuação dos representantes estatais e a vontade popular. Nas manifestações sociais, ocorridas em Junho de 2013 no Brasil, foi cunhada a expressão não me representa, como forma de sintetizar o distanciamento entre representantes e representados. Na presente dissertação, partimos da análise do sistema representativo e contrapomos os modos pelos quais a crise de representação tem sido abordada na teoria política e na filosofia política, por meio das propostas da participação democrática e da teoria do reconhecimento, intercaladas ao pensamento político nacional, para argumentar que a rejeição à representação política tradicional revela novas formas de ação política, como, por exemplo, por meio da participação em grupos chamados coletivos. / [en] Political science has approached the debate about the perception of context of crisis of representative institutions and questions about the existence, or not, of a correlation between the performance of state representatives and the popular will. In the social protests, that took place in June 2013 in Brazil, the expression without representation was coined as a way of synthesizing the distance between representatives and represented citizens. In this dissertation, we analyse the representative system and contrast the ways in which the crisis of representation has been approached in political theory and political philosophy, through the proposals of democratic participation and theory of recognition, interspersed with national political thought, to argue that the rejection of traditional political representation reveals new forms of political action, such as through participation in so-called collective groups.

[pt] Este trabalho reflete sobre a experiência dos coletivos de cultura no Brasil contemporâneo. Com formações heterogêneas sob a égide do mesmo termo, esses grupos vêm-se multiplicando e inventando espaços de criação e resistência política através de novas formas de partilhar o comum. A presente pesquisa, além de discutir alguns princípios da prática coletiva - como a cooperação e a desconstrução de hierarquias -, aborda o desejo, o magnetismo e o contágio forjados a partir dos laços de afeto. Expõe ainda a tensão entre ideologia e mecanismos de apropriação de Estado e mercado. Trazidos como intercessores à discussão, estão os coletivos Nuvem Cigana, Atrocidades Maravilhosas e Opavivará!, além do Ocupa X - termo amálgama criado para fazer referência às ocupações como procedimentos. / [en] This research reflects on the experience of culture collectives in current Brazil. By way of heterogeneous assemblages under the aegis of the same expression, these groups multiplied and invented spaces of creation and political resistance through new ways of sharing. Besides discussing some principles of the collective practice such as cooperation and hierarchy deconstruction, this research approaches the desires, the magnetism and the contagion forged from ties of affection. It exposes, furthermore, the tension between the ideology and the appropriation mechanisms of the state and the market. A few collectives are brought into the discussion as intercessors: Nuvem Cigana, Atrocidades Maravilhosas and Opavirará!, as well as Ocupa X - an amalgam term created in reference to the occupations as procedures.

[pt] A dissertação procura realizar, através de uma rede de troca de cartas, um recorte hipotético do sentimento de uma época. Usando as cartas como registro daquilo que poderia se chamar uma geração, mas abandonando o sentido cronológico do termo para abraçar seu sentido gerador, o trabalho reúne em um diálogo epistolar um grupo de artistas que criam e criaram a partir de pontos de partida – experiências – que se cruzam, se influenciam ou se complementam. Tendo como ponto de partida o evento CEP 20.000 – importante palco de experimentação artística do Rio de Janeiro, que há 26 anos funciona como ponto de partida, ponte entre artistas e pista de decolagem para projetos artísticos diversos –, o trabalho encontra na morte do escritor Ericson Pires - um dos fundadores do CEP e aglutinadores principais desses encontros, circunscritos na Zona Sul do Rio de Janeiro – a faísca para a decolagem dessa troca de cartas coletiva. Buscando a sobreposição de vozes e a fricção de discursos a fim de ampliar qualquer noção que pudesse miopemente querer significar ou totalizar a ideia desse grupo selecionado como um retrato geracional, a dissertação não tem como ponto de chegada uma conclusão reveladora ou simbólica. Intercalar essas falas, encenar a epistolografia de um grupo em um período, um ponto de estímulo, uma natureza de diálogo – íntima ao mesmo tempo que ficcional, confessional ainda que crítica – é o que o trabalho procura alcançar. / [en] The dissertation attempt to create, through an epistolar network, a hypothetical portrait of an era. Using the letters as a document of what could be called a generation, but leaving the chronological sense of the term behind and embracing its generator aspect, this work puts together an epistological conversation between artists that create from similar or complementary starting points – experiences. Using as a starting point the event CEP 20.000 – an important artistic and experimental stage in Rio de Janeiro, working as meeting and melting point to poets, composers and music acts, actors and performers since 1990 -, this dissertation finds in the death of Ericson Pires – writer and one of the founders of CEP 20.000 – the spark that lights the fuel to this collective trading-letters network. Using the overlap and friction of voices and speeches to expand any idea of generation, the project doesn t really look for one symbolic conclusion. Merging these speeches, staging the epistolography of an group in a period of time, a point of stimulation, some kind of dialog – private and, at the same time, fictional; confessional but yet critical – are the goals that this project forward to reach.

[pt] Em 2015, iniciei uma investigação etnográfica com o objetivo de mapear e participar de coletivos feministas que estivessem ativos politicamente por meio da mídia fanzine, ou zines. Entre 2015-2018, arquivamos 101 zines das regiões Centro-Sul do Brasil; circulamos por envelopes na troca de cartas, por eventos punkfeministas e, principalmente, por feiras de zines a céu aberto. A vertigem da cidade do Rio de Janeiro-RJ, nosso locus de pesquisa, nos afetou enquanto o país passava por uma série de tombamentos nas macroestruturas de poder. Neste cenário, as zineiras (quem faz zines) formavam alianças em gestos de resistência às violências cotidianas da metrópole e elaboravam relações políticas velcro-provisórias (Gloria Anzaldúa), sendo os zines a sua principal mídia de emissão e prática de si (Michel Foucault). Em nosso campo de pesquisa pudemos refletir sobre as práticas de escrita zinefeministas contemporâneas; os gestos de revide às violações de limites (dentro e fora de espaços contraculturais); e, com Judith Butler, enxergar os levantes como potência desses coletivos. Além disso, mergulhamos no trabalho da dadaísta Hannah Höch para analisar os zines de nosso recorte. A proposta desta tese foi problematizar as noções de comunidade, amizade e sabedorias consagradas; além das próprias experiências ocorridas na pesquisa dentro do que chamamos de campo zinefeminista. Observamos as dinâmicas, afetações políticas e relações entre as participantes dessa rede; aproximamo-nos de sua economia das trocas e, com as falas de zineiras não-heterossexuais, contamos uma história com impulsos de fúria e saudade. / [en] In 2015, I started an ethnographic research with the objective of mapping and attending feminist collectives that were politically active through self-publications (zines). Between the years 2015-2018 we have archived 101 zines from the Center- South regions of Brazil; we have checked envelopes in the exchange of letters, and we also have circulated through punk-feminist events and particularly open skies zine fairs. Rio de Janeiro city s vertigo, our research locus, affected us as the country underwent a series of toppling in the macro-structures of power. In this scenario, the zinesters formed alliances regarding gestures of resistances to the daily violence of the metropolis and elaborated political relations called velcro-alliance (Gloria Anzaldúa) being the zines their main medium and practice of the self (Michel Foucault). In our research field, we could reflect on contemporary zine-feminist writing practices; the gestures of retaliation to the limit violations (inside and outside the counter-cultural spaces); and with Judith Butler we were able to see the uprisings as the power of these feminist collectives. In addition, we have immersed in the Dadaist Hannah Höch s work so we could analyze the zines of our scope. The goal of this thesis was to problematize the notions of community, friendship and consecrated wisdom; besides the particular experiences that have occurred in the research within what we call the zine-feminist field. We have had the opportunity to observe the dynamics, political affectations and relationships among the participants of this network; we have approached ourselves to the economy of trade and, using the speeches of non-heterosexual zinesters, we have told a story with impulses of fury and longing (in Brazilian Portuguese, the feeling of missing someone).

[pt] Esta dissertação tem como objetivo conhecer os coletivos parentais ou creches parentais, uma nova maneira de educar as crianças de 0 a 3 anos que vem ampliando seus adeptos na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Embora a escola continue a ser vista como lócus privilegiado para a construção de saberes, já se reconhece que não é o único lugar para tal finalidade. No Brasil, algumas famílias têm se inspirado no modelo de coletivos parentais oriundo da França para pensar a educação de seus filhos, experiência que vem se formando no país há aproximadamente cinco anos. Os coletivos parentais são geridos pelas famílias e educadores para propor atividades enriquecedoras para a faixa etária, sem o afastamento das famílias. Este trabalho pretende então aprofundar os estudos sobre os coletivos parentais na cidade do Rio de Janeiro na tentativa de compreender a proposta, atores envolvidos, seus modos de funcionamento e práticas pedagógicas desenvolvidas. Para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa, buscou-se subsídios dentro do contexto da educação não formal, recorrendo à literatura nacional e estrangeira, dialogando com autores como Trilla e Arantes. Recorreu-se também aos estudos sobre a infância apresentados por Áries, Gélis e Kuhlmann, tendo em vista a invisibilidade histórica do atendimento destinado à faixa etária de zero a três anos e as lutas históricas em prol de um atendimento educacional de qualidade para esse público. Os recursos metodológicos utilizados foram: (i) aplicação de questionário online para famílias e educadores de coletivos parentais da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, com o intuito de mapear e delinear os coletivos parentais existentes; (ii) observação das atividades desenvolvidas em coletivos parentais; (iii) entrevistas semiestruturadas com famílias e educadoras envolvidas nessa experiência. A pesquisa permitiu identificar que a insatisfação com as propostas pedagógicas das creches e o desejo dos pais de participar ativamente da infância de seus filhos aparecem entre as motivações principais para a opção pelos coletivos parentais. Os coletivos parentais são formados majoritariamente por famílias de classe média alta, residentes na zona sul da cidade, e possuem educadoras contratadas atuando junto aos familiares. Foi também possível constatar que o livre brincar é valorizado e ganha força nas propostas pedagógicas dos coletivos parentais. / [en] This dissertation aims to know the parental collectives or parental day care centers, a new way of educating children from 0 to 3 years that has been broadening their adepts in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Although the school continues to be seen as a privileged locus for the construction of knowledge, it is already recognized that it is not the only place for this purpose. In Brazil, some families have been inspired by the model of parental collectives from France to think about the education of their children, an experience that has been developing in the country for about five years. Parental collectives are managed by families and educators to propose enriching activities for the age group, without the families being separated. This work intends to deepen the studies about the parental collectives in the city of Rio de Janeiro in an attempt to understand the proposal, the parties involved, how they operate and the pedagogical practices developed. For the development of the research, we sought subsidies within the context of non-formal education, using national and foreign literature, dialoguing with authors such as Trilla and Arantes. We also used the studies on childhood presented by Aries, Gélis and Kuhlmann, in view of the historical invisibility of care for the age group from zero to three years and the historical struggles for a quality educational service for this public. The methodological resources used were: (i) the application of an online questionnaire to families and educators of parental collectives in the city of Rio de Janeiro, with the purpose of mapping and delineating existing parental collectives; (ii) observation of the activities carried out in parental groups; (iii) semi-structured interviews with families and educators involved in this experience. The research allowed to identify that the dissatisfaction with the pedagogical proposals of the institutionalized day cares and the parents desire to participate actively in the childhood of their children appear among the main motivations for the option forthe parental collectives. The parental collectives are formed mainly by upper middle-class families, living in the southern part of the city with hired educators working with their families. It was also possible to verify that playing in a free way is valued and gains strength in the pedagogical proposals of the parental collectives.

[pt] A presente dissertação é fruto de uma investigação sobre formas e possibilidades de atuação política na cidade contemporânea. Em contraponto direto à crise de projeto e da representatividade política instaurada na contemporaneidade, as ações de urbanismo tático pareciam inicialmente responder aos anseios desta investigação. Tratam-se de atos apropriativos e de ativação de espaços da cidade movidos pelas próprias populações. Mas uma análise dos discursos políticos produzidos pelos agentes do caso de urbanismo tático desenvolvido no Largo da Batata (SP), dão a ver a fraqueza de atos baseados na oposição entre sociedade civil e Estado. Explicitamos de que forma estas ações são atravessadas pelo poder biopolítico e pelas estruturas da cidade neoliberal. Mas se a cartografia complexa e microfísica das relações de poder contemporâneo incide sobre os corpos e vidas de todos e de cada um, então uma ação política não necessariamente deve se dar em afronta ao aparelho de Estado. Assim vemos emergir de uma miríade de práticas sua potência micropolítica, dentre elas, a arte no regime estético. Seu caráter eminentemente dissensual produz fissuras na partilha do sensível e, em contato com o espectador emancipado, possibilita a produção de singularidades, a contrapelo das experiências massificantes que predominam nas grandes cidades contemporâneas. Ao final desta dissertação nos debruçamos sobre as relações entre corpo, política e cidade nos trabalhos artísticos do coletivo Opavivará!, apresentados de forma ensaística. / [en] This dissertation is the result of an investigation about forms and possibilities of political action in the contemporary city. In direct counterpoint to the project and the political representativeness crisis established in contemporary times, the actions of tactical urbanism seemed initially to respond to the aspirations of this investigation. These acts of appropriation and activation of public spaces are put in place by the populations themselves. However a careful review of the political speeches produced by the agents of the Batata Precisa de Você, a case of tactical urbanism developed in Largo da Batata (SP), shows the weakness of any political act based on the opposition between civil society and State. We explain how these actions are crossed by biopolitical power and inscribed inside structures of the neoliberal cities. But if the complex and microphysical cartography of contemporary relations of power affects the bodies and lives of each person and everyone, then a political action does not necessarily takes place in defiance of the State apparatus. Thus we see emerge from a myriad of practices the emergence of its micro political potential, amongst them art in the aesthetic regime. Its eminently dissensual character produces cracks in the distribution of the sensible and, in contact with the emancipated spectator, enables the production of singularities, in opposition to the mass experiences that prevail in most of great contemporary cities. At the end of this dissertation we focus on the relations between body, politics and city in the artistic works of the collective Opavivará!, presented as an essay.
